Exelent service
Exelent service. I highly recomend this company for any repairs on your Rv, they took great care of my 2018 Holiday Rambler. Thank you for reliable service.
Don't let them touch your RV
Don't let them touch your RV. We were supposed to get our diagnostic fee returned to us. We ended up calling Coleman directly. It took them months to get this all straightened out and Coleman ended up refunding our money. RVDoctor was no help at all.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! All the 1 star reviews that people wrote are 100% correct! We've been waiting 7 weeks now for our RV to be finished and of course, we're getting the run around. We can't get a straight answer from anyone! I'm hoping that by filing a complaint, we'll get some much-needed answers.
Outstanding service!
Outstanding service! I needed a skylight replaced and my roof looked over to make sure it was properly sealed. I called several companies for quotes just to be told to call Rv Doctor by everyone I called which they highly recommended this company. Which has been the absolute best! They were very affordable, fast, and catered to my schedule. I would not recommend calling anyone else!
I had a deal with RV Doctor for a fix on my 5th wheel's roof
I had a deal with RV Doctor for a fix on my 5th wheel's roof. They came to check it out in July . After getting my insurance company to give the thumbs up for the repair, I gave them a big deposit. We set a date for November . But then they canceled on me the Friday before, saying they couldn't get the parts. In December, I asked for my money back so I could get the repair done somewhere else. Turns out, I had to take legal action, which dragged on for a few months. I got a court order in my favor, but they never gave me the info I needed, as required by the law. So, I filed a motion for contempt and sent it to their lawyer. Within 10 days, they finally paid me back my deposit, along with the costs and interest. I wouldn't recommend this company.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. This company goes above and beyond for your service repairs on your RV. My husband and I have been traveling for years and have been all around the world. Our motorhome was experiencing a power issue, so I called the RV Doctor, they scheduled an appointment for repairs. From start to finish the office ladies on the phone were nice and polite, walked me through everything I needed to know over the phone. The technicians doing the repairs walked me through a new technique with our new motorhome technology. My husband and I can't thank RV Doctor enough for great and fast service! I will definitely be recommending RV Doctor to everybody and everyone in our RV travels.
Thank you, *** &
I gotta say, I just gotta start this review by saying how much I appreciate and am thankful for the service and customer service I got from RV
I gotta say, I just gotta start this review by saying how much I appreciate and am thankful for the service and customer service I got from RV Doctor, Inc. from start to finish. I mean, seriously, I've never come across such nice staff who really go above and beyond for a customer like me. They truly care about you, man.
So, me and my family, we were waiting in their lounge with our dogs, and let me tell you, it was no problem at all. And let me just say, their service location is beautiful, way fancier than any other place I've been to.
I had to wait a bit, but they did fix up my RV real good. I mean, they did an outstanding job. And get this, they even followed up on the repairs the next day. That's some top-notch service right there.
My wife and I are so impressed, we're gonna send a gift to the staff at the location. They deserve it, man. I just wish they had another location back home in Alaska. I've never seen a company that goes out of their way to be so kind and caring about us and our RV when it's in for service.
I'm definitely gonna recommend them to everyone in the area, and you can bet when I'm back in town, I know where I'm taking my RV for all my future service needs. Highly recommend, folks!
BEWARE. STAY FAR AWAY
BEWARE. STAY FAR AWAY.
I was originally quoted 7-10 days for repairing some water damage to my slide out floor and fixing a leak. 7 WEEKS later I finally got my camper back. I was frustrated because I couldn't get ahold of anyone there who could update me on what was going on or why it was taking so long.
THEN: Come to find out- the leak wasn't fixed! The first big rain, water poured in damaging the floor again. I contacted them and they said they would honor their 90 day warranty. They said I had to bring it back to them by the next day or I would forfeit my warranty. I took it back and 3 WEEKS went by, with only 1 communication from as to what my camper needed. They said I needed a new window which their warranty wouldn't cover. I said I would be getting that done elsewhere and it shouldn't have taken 3 weeks to get back with me. I went and picked up my camper and had the leak serviced by a mobile repairman, who simply replaced the seals around the window and BOOM. Fixed. It took them less than an hour to accomplish what RV doctor couldn't even accomplish in 11 weeks. *** also told me they could have repaired my floor for half the price of RV doctor. RV doctor charged me $4,000 and the floor is already coming apart! What a waste.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ***
AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS USELESS EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. Rv doctor=bad. ***good.
Worst service - no communication - RV 9 days in shop - got charged for job - job not done!
Worst service - no communication - RV 9 days in shop - got charged for job - job not done! On Aug 31st I called to explain that my A/C unit is on the inside full of black mold. RV Doctor offered me an A/C cleaning to get rid of the dangerous black mold. It was proposed for $138 with drop off appointment on Sep 9th. They also wanted to email me an offer for new tires that they never did. They also wanted to look at my battery to inverter cable to give me an offer to run a higher gauge wire, which they never did. The following 9 days we called 15! times and always got to hear some crazy excuses but they said that the A/C cleaning is done. So, we gave up on the other items and decided to pick the RV on day 9 from the shop. I paid the $138 for the A/C cleaning and received my keys. Opened the RV and checked on the A/C cleaning - they did NOTHING! Did not even close the A/C from below (I dropped it opened). But I am glad they did not close it because the black mold was very visible and not a bit cleaned. I went back into the shop and the office lady and a young technician told me that the A/C cleaning does not cover the INSIDE cleaning of the unit, just the outside coil! Unbelievable! My clear concern was the mold INSIDE the unit, not how the outside coils look. $138 paid for NOTHING of my concern done, health hazardous mold inside the A/C, and 9 days in shop with no updates or answers from their side. Horrible waste of time and money.
ZERO STARS This company is so unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical
ZERO STARS This company is so unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I brought my motorhome to their shop on December 12, 2022, and I clearly told them I needed it back by January 19, 2023. They agreed to have the repairs done and return the RV by that date. But guess what? On February 16, 2023, I finally got my RV back, and they hadn't even done any work on it. Can you believe it? And to top it off, the windshield got damaged while it was at RV Doctor's place. So now they added the cost of a new windshield (plus labor) to the estimate. Can you say rip-off?
But that's not all. Throughout the whole time my motorhome was at RV Doctor, they kept lying to me about ordering parts and talking to my warranty companies. They made up excuses for why they weren't making any progress on fixing my RV. And they never returned my calls or emails. They just kept blaming supply-chain problems and worker shortages at the supply companies. But guess what? I called those companies, and they said it was all lies. Can you believe the nerve?
After two months of this nonsense, I had enough. When I went to get my RV back, they tried to refuse to give it to me. They said the only technician who could move vehicles was away from the building. Can you believe the audacity?
And now, after finally getting my RV back, I've discovered even more problems. There are spiders and ants crawling around, and the retractable front step doesn't even work anymore. Can you believe the incompetence?
I wouldn't recommend RV Doctor, Inc. to anyone. They are a complete disaster. Stay far away from them if you value your time and money.
We left our camper at RV Doctor, Inc
We left our camper at RV Doctor, Inc. in October for a repair that they said would take 2 months. We communicated with them through text because they were never available to talk on the phone. We visited once to check on the progress and they said we could pick up our camper. But guess what? We had to wait for 1 year, yes, 1 whole year! We finally took it because we needed it for a family reunion and didn't want to wait another year for more repairs. When we got it home, we inspected the work. They charged us $443.52 for wall panels that were never installed and $552 for labor to install those panels. They did put in one part of a panel, but it was a different color and texture from the rest. It looked like they used leftover parts from another project. Our furniture had tears that weren't there before, the edge on the underside of the slide wasn't properly seated, and a curtain rod was broken. They promised to wash the camper before we picked it up, but they didn't. This company clearly doesn't take pride in their work. I wouldn't want my name associated with such poor craftsmanship. They always said they didn't have enough staff and were waiting for parts, but it seems like they never even ordered the parts since the one panel they installed was different. I want to warn others to stay away from this company. I'm even considering filing a class action lawsuit to get compensation for the 8 months of insurance and payments we made while we didn't have the camper. I'm also planning to hire a surveyor to document the repairs they claim to have done. It was a terrible experience, even though I had hope when we dropped off the camper. It seems like they just wanted to confuse us with excuses, take our deposit, and do nothing. I wish I could give them zero stars, but the site won't let me.
Don't use this company!
Don't use this company! I wasted 1 month - they did a bad repair and never got back to me on promised quotes. They smile at you and tell you they will handle anything you need and take care of you quickly. Then, you spend tons of time going over things you need done while they rush you and don't even write things down or take measurements. Then they'll tell you a false time period to get you a quote (1 week for me) but it will take way longer and they may not get back to you at all. Then, if you take it in for actual work - well, get ready for it to take a very long time. They also do bad work - I went in for a simple water pump change and left with a new pump but a leak on the floor for weeks until I could get it back into them to fix (another 4 hours of my day that they don't pay me for nor did they offer any money back - but we pay them for their time of course). I heard another guy getting upset with them that they need to get his RV done and said it was ridiculous - he had clearly been asking for a long time and had to show up personally to get their attention. I called them many times and kept getting the run around - or no calls returned to me at all - promises to call me back etc etc on the quotes I needed. They weren't even following my spelled out instructions on what I asked for quotes on. I finally insisted on talking to the owners and I got attitude and told the owners will get back to me in 1-2 days! What?! And guess what - the owners never even called me back. 2 months ago I asked for quotes and nobody has ever called me. Horrible work ethic, poor job fixing things, misleading promises - and they couldn't care less. Find another RV place! Dear RV Doctor - there is NOTHING you can say in response to this post that justifies anything you did - or didn't do. Anything you say trying to discredit what I said above or attempt to word all fluffy that you tried to do something right is an utter lie! You'll probably delete this post, too. People do NOT get fooled and waste weeks with this bs company sham.
Truly the WORST service I've ever experienced and the worst company
Truly the WORST service I've ever experienced and the worst company. I very rarely will write a negative review, but I hope to save people from the issues that I went through. I have an issue with a few outlets in my RV not working and I called this company. Not only did it take weeks for them to fit me into the schedule, but the NIGHT before the scheduled day I got a call telling me that "the system made an error" and accidentally scheduled me for that day when they actually wanted to schedule me for another week later and that they wouldn't be coming out the following morning. I told them unfortunately I was scheduled for the first day and need to stay there and they told me they would "give me a call and let me know if they need to reschedule." I never got a phone call back that night, and the next morning they showed up, clearly in a rush. My RV gas tank was at half full and the technician told us that isn't enough gas and he wouldn't be able to work on the rv. We live a stones throw from a gas station and told him we would bring our gas can and be back in five minutes. We were clearly a burden from the start and he told us he wouldn't wait and he left. I called the office to see if there was a way they could make it back out today, and without even an attempt they told us we will be charged for the $95 service call fee (they take your CC information ahead of time, just in case they decide to screw you over), they would not be attempting to come back out, and that we can try and get back on the schedule and try again. The owner came to phone and constantly interrupted me, laughed at me when I asked him not to, and told me he would interrupt me because I'm wasting his time. He also made a point to tell me that I was just lucky he didn't charge me for the $135 an hour "labor charge", which I was NEVER told about. I was told over and over that there would be $135 "diagnosis fee" which implies a one time fee, not per hour. The owner very clearly doesn't value his customers and beyond that is also incredibly rude. I wish I had read the reviews more before we made this appointment and I hope that this review helps someone else make a decision. Their ComplaintsBoard.com complaints are so sketchy. They have 1.5 star rating on Yelp, and 1 star on Mechanic Advisor. I love supporting small businesses, but this company is truly terrible and I strongly advise people to use another company.

I called RV Doctor in Ft Myers to come fix my motorhome
I called RV Doctor in Ft Myers to come fix my motorhome. They came on December 14th and checked what needed to be fixed. I already got permission from the manufacturer for the repairs, they just needed to send the info and get approval. But they haven't contacted the manufacturer yet. When I talked to Shellie, she said she already sent the paperwork. I asked her to send it to me so I could contact the manufacturer too. She said she would send it that day. That was more than a week ago and now I can't reach her. They won't answer calls, emails, or texts. The manufacturer still hasn't received anything from them, even though I have emails from the manager. I want this fixed now or I want my money back so I can go somewhere else.
10/13 RV Doctor came to our home address to look over warranty work that was needed on our new camper of 6 months
10/13 RV Doctor came to our home address to look over warranty work that was needed on our new camper of 6 months. There were numerous items that needed repair. They collected $233.00. $95 was for a service call and then they tacked $138 for estimate/diagnostic fee. Owner stated that fee would be returned by Jayco. After may months and many phone calls they had not fixed anything. I was repeatedly told that they can't get through to Jayco, or they sent the Warranty Pre-Auth Form many times. RV Doctor stated that they couldn't get through to Jayco and left many messages. I finally called Jayco and got through on the first try. Jayco had no paperwork from RV Doctor. I provided RV Doctor with Customer Service Specialist name, phone number and fax. Still when I called Jayco again and spoke to Molly M., she stated she still did not receive anything. I believe this company just takes your money and never intend to repair anything.
On February 17th, 2022, RV Doctor came to my RV site to check my AC unit
On February 17th, 2022, RV Doctor came to my RV site to check my AC unit. They told me I needed a complete new unit and proceeded to order such. The next day my AC unit begin to function normally so I called RV Doctor to cancel further service. They had already charged my credit card $1,373.98. There were charges for a call out and one hour labor which I agreed that I owed. My refund then was to total $1,130.98. RV Doctor was supposed to credit my card for that amount but the transaction never took place. I called multiple occasions and spoke with different individuals about not receiving my refund. I was sent a photo of a refund receipt which never made it into my bank account. The last phone call of mine that they accepted, I agreed to just have them send me a check to my home address in the amount stated above. I have not received that refund either. At this point, I am no longer receiving an answer to my phone calls to their number. The mailbox message states that the mailbox is full. Please contact me and hopefully you can help me get this issue resolved and my refund secured. Thank you in advance for your help with this issue!

On April 30th, we ordered an awning from RV Doctor
On April 30th, we ordered an awning from RV Doctor. They said it would take 4-5 weeks. But, weeks turned into months and we still didn't have the awning. They couldn't even give us an estimated time of arrival. We asked for a refund, but RV Doctor said no. So, on Aug 7th, we decided to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Then, on Aug 24th, we got a text saying the awning was finally there. We scheduled an installation for the following Monday and I canceled the dispute. But, on our way to drop off the trailer, we got another text saying the part was damaged and they were sending it back. We told them not to order another awning and just give us our money back. But RV Doctor said that wasn't an option with Dometic, the company they ordered the awning from. They said they were rushing to get another awning. I tried calling and reopening the dispute, but unfortunately, our credit card company said once it's closed, it can't be reopened. I contacted Dometic myself and they said if the awning hasn't shipped, it can be canceled and they don't charge until the order is received. I've tried calling and texting RV Doctor multiple times for an update, but all they say is they're trying to reach the manufacturer (Dometic). It's hard to believe that they can't get in touch with them for the past five months when I have no problem reaching them. At this point, we just want a full refund of our money.
I paid RV Doctor for 5 months of storage for a golf cart from May 2022 to Nov 2022
I paid RV Doctor for 5 months of storage for a golf cart from May 2022 to Nov 2022. I live in *** during the winter and *** in summer. Hurricane *** on 9/28. I decided to sell my golf cart to someone in ***. I called RV Doctor and asked if the buyer could pick up the cart. I asked if they could mail the check for the purchase of my golf cart to me. They said the buyer should make the check out to RV Doctor and they would wire the money to me if I gave them my bank info and routing number. At first, I was unsure about it, but they said they do this all the time with other people selling their RV. The cart was sold for $3250 and the buyer gave a check to RV Doctor, which cleared. However, I didn't receive any money from RV Doctor until 11/23, and it was only a $1000 deposit. I asked them why they didn't deposit the full amount, and they said they could only send $1000 at a time. Another $1000 deposit came in on 11/25. I was relieved that the money was finally coming in. I asked when the remaining balance would be paid, and they said on 11/30 they would deposit $1250 on 12/1. However, I only received $500. They still owe me $750. I tried calling, emailing, and texting, but I didn't get much response. It wasn't until I used a different phone with a different caller ID that someone finally answered. I spoke with them again this morning, and they assured me they would resolve the issue and get back to me by the end of the day. But they didn't. I don't know what else to do. I just don't understand why they haven't transferred the money to me if they received it for the cart. It's not their money, but they've had it for over a month.
RV Doctor had my car stored from April 19, 2022, to November 7, 2022
RV Doctor had my car stored from April 19, 2022, to November 7, 2022. Their contract said they would start the car every month to keep the battery from dying. I gave them 2 weeks notice that we would pick up the car on Nov 7 and they said we could get it between 9am and 5pm. We started our 5-hour drive when she messaged me that my car was blocked by 4 cars with dead batteries and it wouldn't be ready until after 4 pm. We got there around 4 pm and she said they lost the keys and told us to come back at 5 pm. At 5 pm, the car still wasn't ready and she said they made a new key. Finally, we were able to leave at 6 pm with the car. On the way home, the car had a strong sulfur smell. The next morning, the car wouldn't start and couldn't hold a jump charge. It also kept locking me out - all the doors were locked. We found out the battery was leaking and damaged (bulging) and replaced it with a new one from ***. We also noticed the fuse box cover was off and the horn fuse was pulled out. I told *** about all of this and she denied any responsibility. The car still wouldn't start with my original key fob and kept locking me out, so we took it to the dealer in *** for diagnosis. The technician told me that the new key made by RV Doctor had disabled my fob/key and the one they lost. I told *** about this and sent her copies of the invoice and receipt for the new fob/keys. She kept saying they would return my key fob when they found it. I kept telling her it was no longer any good because they disabled it. I haven't received any other response from them except for an acknowledgment that they got the key fob invoice and receipt. I just found the battery receipt too, and it's attached here. I think they should reimburse me for the damages they caused, which total $569.29.
We left our 2011 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH motorhome at RV Doctor in Ft Myers, FL on Aug 25, 2021
We left our 2011 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH motorhome at RV Doctor in Ft Myers, FL on Aug 25, 2021. They told us in mid Sept that they couldn't find the parts they needed (an air shock, and valve). We talked to them a lot over the next few months, on the phone, through texts, and in person. On Dec 3, 2021, we went to RVD and got inside our RV. The owner said he finally found the parts and ordered them, but didn't know when they would arrive. We kept contacting RVD and on Feb 4, 2022, we called and they said they got the parts and the repairs would be done in 2-3 weeks. On March 2, 2022 (1 month later), we called again and they said they hadn't started yet, and it would be another 1-2 weeks. One month later, April 1, 2022, we called again and they said nothing had been done, but it was scheduled to start on April 18. RVD said it should only take 1-3 days once they start. On May 3, a family member went to RVD and saw that the RV hadn't been moved and no repairs had started. We asked for a date. As of May 18, we still haven't gotten any information about when it will be done. In short, 1) RVD has had our RV for over 8 months 2) Over 3.5 months ago, they said they had the parts for a quick repair 3) As of today, May 19, 2022, we still don't have a completion date. 4) RVD doesn't communicate like they said they would, and they don't finish the work they promised. 5) Because our RV has been there so long, there might be other things that need fixing. RVD needs to give us our Phaeton back in working condition. We want our RV back in good shape for our cross-country trip by May 31, 2022. RV VIN:*** RV Plates:
We got a complaint about RV Doctor, Inc
We got a complaint about RV Doctor, Inc. We want them to give us back $950.00. We were in Bonita Spring at Santuary RV resort for the winter, and our air conditioning stopped working in our Class A. On March 9th, RV Doctor came to check it out and we paid $285.00. The technician said we needed a new one. The old one was a Heat Pump/AC. We asked for the same thing and if we could get it before April 1st. They said it was no problem. On March 10th, we paid $1799.00 for them to order a Heat Pump/AC. On March 30th, the same technician came and installed the unit. He didn't test the heater, but we didn't worry because we thought it was the same unit. We paid $538.78 in cash, the rest of the bill. On April 10th, on our way back to Canada, there was no heat in our RV. We texted Sheillie at the company and she said the unit they ordered was back ordered and asked us about the heat. On April 18th, in Rockland Ontario, a technician confirmed that we didn't get a Heat Pump/AC, we got an AC with no heater. The model they installed is worth $849.00 online. On April 19th, Sheillie confirmed that they couldn't get the exact replacement. The unit they installed is worth a lot less and there's a $950.00 difference. I tried to talk to managers and sent them an email, but no one has responded. I also tried to resolve it with Sheillie, but she's been trying to talk to her Coleman representative for a month with no success. Because of where we are, we'll get the heater fixed in Canada. We want the company to give us back the $950.00 difference between what we ordered and what was installed.
I went to RV Doctor 'cause I had a leak in my trailer's roof and back wall
I went to RV Doctor 'cause I had a leak in my trailer's roof and back wall. I took it to them on July 28th at 3pm. They said it would take a day or two to give me an estimate. Finally, on August 4th, I got an estimate for 19k, which had some extra work I didn't ask for. After talking to them, we agreed on fixing the roof and replacing the back wall. I asked *** how long it would take. She said the back cap would take about 2 weeks to arrive, and then it would be no more than 30 days to finish the whole thing, unless the manufacturer delayed it. I paid half of the estimate, around 6k, and they said they would order the parts on Friday or Monday. On August 26th, they told me they were in the middle of repairs and would contact me when they were done. I thanked them and asked if it would take a few more weeks. *** said yes and that she would let me know when she had an update. Two weeks passed without any update, so I reached out for one. She said she would give me an update and pictures tomorrow. But then another week went by, and it was already September 6th. I reached out again for an update, and on Wednesday, September 7th, she said they were still in the middle of repairs and would let me know how much longer it would take. But there was no update. I reached out again on September 15th, but got no reply. I tried again on September 19th, and she said she would get back to me tomorrow. But there was still no update. On September 23rd, I told them that this was really affecting my life and that they had had my trailer for 2 months. But they didn't reply to my text. Then, there was a hurricane in the area, and RV Doctor sent an email saying they would email everyone that week to let them know what was happening with their trailers. But I didn't receive any email. On October 6th, I texted *** asking for an update. She said they didn't have phones, but to give her a couple of days. And since then, no updates.
My 2010 Lincoln MKX was damaged at their facility during a storm and they contacted me post-hurricane.
My 2010 Lincoln MKX was stored at their facility and got damaged during a storm. They called me after the hurricane and told me one of their roll up doors was hitting the passenger front and rear side doors, causing damage to my car. They sent me pictures when I asked for them. When I called them back, they wanted to fix the car, which would require body work and painting. I spoke to the office manager and the body shop manager on speaker phone, and they wanted to repair the car. I assumed they would do it for free since it was damaged at their storage facility and they admitted it was their fault. They never told me to file a claim with my insurance company. I asked the body shop manager if they could do the original paint on the car. He said, 'I paint million dollar RVs, and my special computer with laser picture abilities can easily match the paint.' My next question was, 'We are coming into town on Dec. 11 and need the car for transportation. Will it be ready?' They said yes. However, the day before we were supposed to pick up the car from RV Doctor, they told me it might not be ready. When I arrived, it wasn't ready for me to use, so I had to rent a car. After 5 days of complaining about not having my car and having to pay for a rental, they finally told me the car was done and ready for pickup. When I saw the quality of the paint job they did on my car, it was really bad. The pictures I have will show how bad it is. They also wanted to charge me $600 for it, but I refused to pay since they never mentioned any charges. They then admitted it was a bad job and offered to do it again. That was on Dec. 16th. I told them I was coming back on Jan 11th and they said it would be done. However, on January 10th, they called and said it might not be done in time. I told them I wanted my car no matter what, and I agreed for them to leave it outside for me to pick up. They hadn't even started the repairs, so I took the car. They never told me the truth, not even once.
Company not acknowledging the revised estimate I signed
Company not acknowledging the revised estimate I signed. Charged me $570.82 more than revised estimate signed Agreed to upgrade they say I didn't. 8/11 Signed with tech an estimate for a replacement of a Coleman A/C along with replacement of an outlet. The estimate totaled $1,677.15, we made a deposit of $1,109.09. 8/27 We signed a Revised estimate UPGRADING from Coleman for a Dometic A/C. Revised estimate was approved electronically for cost of A/C, parts and labor changing, totaling $2,123.88. 9/03 New A/C installed, but when done with installation, surprised with an invoice that was different than my Revised estimate totaling $2,694.70. This bill was $570.82 more than APPROVED online Revised Estimate on 8/27. Told tech this is wrong, tech said he knew nothing about this. I told him I would have to make this right with office. Same day I called RV DR and talked to Rachael who told me that Shellie would contact me. 9/04 & 9/07 Several messages, but nothing accomplished. 9/10 - 9/16 No communication, after 6 days another message sent regarding Revised estimate issue. Same day received Shellie's message, "owner of RV DR is on vacation and won't be back until next week". 9/18 Reminded Shellie I need resolution to final bill, $570.82 more than my Revised Estimate. Shellie said she has forwarded my messages and complaint to the owner and will talk to me next week. 9/23 Messaged Shellie, she informed me that this matter brought to the owners attention and will contact me once she hears back from him. 9/28 Left massage at RV DR, problem with the thermostat. Message from Shellie asking about it. I told her the problem and is there info on Estimate review. 9/29 Messaged Shellie, "I will file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com on Thursday". Message from Shellie reminding me, they told me that the upgraded A/C would cost more. I reminded her I approved it on the Revised Estimate for Dometic A/C. 9/29 Call from Shellie. Put technician on the phone who said that he went over the cost of installing the Dometic A/C before installation. I told him that he is wrong. He talked loud and did not let me talk. He was trying to get me to say he went over it before installation. It was a horrible call. Message from Shellie saying that we should appreciate them coming out this far to service us and then went on to say, "It is shame that if customers don't get their way, they use this against the company which is not fair to the company that is trying to help you." Messaged Shellie told her that we had paid for a backorder outlet and labor in the final bill. She replied back telling me that on 9/30 she will refund our money on the outlet/labor that is still on backorder, and emai the receipt over for proof. The amount pending that should be refunded is the $570.82, difference between Revised Estimate and final bill. Also money for the outlet and labor that I did not get and was on final bill. I doubt this will be solved, as I am not even sure that the owner knows what happened here. I think someone messed up in office and wants to blame the Customer. We wanted to have more work done, but since this happened would not trust them.

Delayed doing service to my RV / Home in time promised costing me money and stress!
Delayed doing service to my RV / Home in time promised costing me money and stress! Lied to me and continued to lie throughout the process. I made an appointment months in advance to get new windshield replaced, roof sealed and the coach washed / waxed. I changed original appointment due to change of travel plans (Covid related) but was told I could still get my home back in a week. Added replacing windshield blind motor, vacuflush pump, and led light strip on awning. Was still told the work could get completed within a week to 10 days. Dropped off rig Jan. 4. Kept getting texts that they would update me on the progress of the work but never got that information. Went to the shop on Jan12 and found out they had done no work. The owner, Dan, told us it was because of parts companies being behind due to Covid. He also said our slide was going in and out on its own which was not a problem prior to dropping it off. He didn't have any cost of parts, hadn't contacted my extended warranty company yet, had not resealed the roof and had not installed my windshield that was there weeks before I got there. Dan said he could say we would definitely have the RV, House, back in less than 2 more weeks. I was so upset and had to find a place for me, my wife and 3 dogs to stay, even though I was paying for my lot at an RV park. Shellie was texting me that she would give me a progress report but I would not get it. I tried calling, texting etc with no answer to any questions about what was going on. The latest 2 week promise was up on Tuesday Jan 26th. I texted Shellie and told her we were coming to pick up our home. We stopped by and were told the windshield was out of it and they had to order a new windshield because of a problem with the one they had. They would not say what that problem was. I told them to get the windshield installed and not to do any other work! We also received an estimate on parts and labor on the other work, what the warranty company would pay and how long it would take to get the parts. I looked up the parts by the part #s listed and found that they were all inflated. They were going to charge $1370.48 for the vacuflush pump that I can buy on line for $762, which is what the warranty company would pay. I told them this but they would not lower the price. Again, I told them I just wanted the windshield installed and NOTHING ELSE! I returned on Friday, Jan 29th to pick up my home at the time they specified and was told it would be another 30 minutes. They lied again telling me it was in the shop and other rigs needed to be moved. I already saw it parked outside with nothing in the way. When I walked around back they were wiping the home down with some spray product and rags. Now for the bill. After waiting 4 weeks, asking them not to do anymore work and then being put on hold again when I went to retrieve it, they charged me $525 to wash and wax, 276 to diagnose the pump and front windshield blind, 300 to reseal the roof and 220 for caulk. This is the problem, I told them that I needed a new vacuflush pump and a motor for the blind. I was expecting them to clean my roof, remove old caulk, seal the roof and then reapply caulk. The reason I wanted them to clean the rig was because the dirt from the roof would be coming down the sides. I asked to see the roof and they would not let me up on it. They took pictures printed them and showed my grainy photos. When I got on the roof the next day, since it was too dark when I got it parked, the roof had not been cleaned or sealed and new caulk was added onto the old caulk. They lied and said it was done weeks ago but it was still wet to the touch. I felt pressured into paying or I wasn't getting my house back. I don't feel they deserve the diagnosis fee, wash and wax fee or reseal the roof fee totaling $1100. I am also out $650 for my RV lot rental for the entire month of January. I ordered my own parts and have installed some of them in 2 days so there was no delay excuses! I would like my money refunded!

they refuse to respond to my inquiries regarding warranty work
they refuse to respond to my inquiries regarding warranty work. Has been with them since sept 2, 2020, nothing done On Sept 2,2020 I dropped off Motorhome to them. They stated they would diagnose, request coverage form Jayco for warranty work to be OK'd, inform me as to progress. On Sept 16th I requested an update of the status of my MH. That same day Jacob Frey of Jayco stated he hadn't had a warranty work request from Shellie(RV Doctor). Oct. 23rd spoke w Valerie of Jayco, no warranty work request was on record from Shellie. Shellie still states she hasn't been given approval. (Emails between 9/16 and 10/23 have been ignored by Shellie, no response). Oct 24th I send a very pointed email to both Jacob Frey and Shellie regarding this situation, also informing them that I need the RV November 11th as part of a RV Club and trip planning I am involved with. The following is Jacob Frey's reply sent to Shellie: "Good morning Shellie, What do you need from Jayco to get this moving along? I have not seen anything directed towards me so I apologize if that was sent to someone else, could you provide me the estimate so I can get the approval so we can get Mr. taken care of? My response was: Shellie and Jacob, 1. I want to know what is being requested to be replaced, repaired, etc. regarding the warranty work 2. Parts - if parts are to be ordered I ask that one of you covers $$$$, at no charge to me, for next day delivery to get things completed quickly 3. Shellie - I would like copies of communications/dates sent to Jayco requesting the warranty work to be completed(it was Sept 26th when Dan informed me the dash was opened up and you were waiting for an OK from Jayco). 4. Jean and I are in the Gulf Coast Pelicans RV Club, we am assisting with a rally(s). We are involved with planning rally's, one of which is approx. within 3 weeks. Can we expect to have the RV available/complete Please keep me informed as this process moves along by Cc'ing me with all coorespondence. ***@yaho.com Ph XXX-XXX-XXXX Jacob Frey Reply on October 26th: Shellie, If you can get me the estimate I will approve it right away. *** I will certainly expedite all parts, I will be up front that we don't stock parts so we may be at the mercy of some suppliers but I will do everything that I can to make them aware of how hot the situation is. Jacob Frey Nov 5th I sent the following: Shellie and Jacob, I originally sent an email on October 24th, Jacob you replied to me on the 26th if you scroll down you will read the whole thread, Shellie also. It is November 5th and I have heard nothing more from either of you. Again, I need my Motorhome on the November 11th. What is tremendously irritating is that I requested communication as to what was requested from Jayco Warranty, what was approved, what parts needed to be ordered, and if my Motorhome will be available for use on November 11th. There is no need for me to have again requested the above! Look forward to replies from both of you immediately ! *** Response from Jacob Frey on Nov 6th 2020: Good morning, I have not received any kind of estimate or invoice for work to be done. I am willing to give Shellie whatever approval she is needing so that you can have the unit for your trip. Shellie please if at all possible have the unit ready to be used by the 11th so that Mr. can take his planned trip. Thanks Jacob *** Another response when informing Jacob *** that his customer service group recommended RV Doctor to me: I understand that we did recommend them as they were a close shop that we have had success with. As you just mentioned I have not received anything from them as well since we dealt with the inverter complaint. I had reached out a couple times and have not heard back. I will attempt to reach out again and see what I can get done for you. All I keep receiving from Shellie is how Jayco hasn't approved the work, yet Jayco keeps replying they haven't received the requests, each time I give Jacob contact info...am disgusted
