RVshare review: RVShare

We rented an RV from RVShare. We arrived and everything was accordingly with the drop off. It was not until the ** owner left that we walked into the restroom and opened the fridge and freezer, that we realized the place had not been cleaned since the last occupier. It was of mold. My wife had to scrub the toilets that had human waste inside. There was also pubic hair in the shower along with a black filthy mat. The sink was also filthy. The outside grill was disgusting, which I had to clean. The whole place had a terrible odor and had to constantly use air freshener. I had my wife, mother and small kids with me - This was a major health hazard.

Our only mistake as a first time renter, was that we didn't complain at the beginning and not wait to the end. I was unaware of this procedure. We did take photos at the beginning and thought that would be clearly sufficient evidence. That was our only mistake!

The walk through he claims was a not even a walkthrough he basically opened the door to the RV and went "There you go" and that was when the horror unfolded.

No person should have to stay in such an environment while starting there vacation. Also the pictures he posted online was not accurate and false.

If this was a hotel they would be shut down!
