I really enjoy my morning cup of Ryze! I've been drinking it for about a year and a half every morning but I will admit it took a bit to get used to the flavor, and I drink coffee black, but after adding honey and oat milk (the oat milk is the key! It sounds weird but made the flavor so much better!) and the Ryze coconut creamer, it's so good! It really has helped regulate my energy and has helped a lot with digestion too!
Recommendation: Go for it and stick with it!
