I started drinking Ryze November 2023 after Covid to try to get to feeling better. I have long Covid and read about the benefits of the mushrooms and have seen documentaries of the benefits of these spacific mushrooms. It's real. They came out with a Chia Ryze and it's spot on. If you feel sluggish or bloated or want to help your cognitive. Please try it. It works!

LOVE my RYZE mushroom drinks! I have been enjoying RYZE for about 4 months now. The Cocoa is amazing - I’ve had difficulty falling asleep for years but after I drink the a nice warm cup of cocoa, I have to get ready for bed quickly cuz it puts me right out! That’s a game changer! In the morning I enjoy the mushroom coffee or the chai and it’s a great way to start my day! I don’t drink anything else w caffeine in it and don’t get tired the whole day! It also seems to suppress my appetite which has been helpful in my quest to drop a few pounds. Also my arthritic finger joint became significantly less stiff and painful after 3 months of using RYZE - hoping that trend continues with consistent RYZE-ing!

The customer service is excellent! Requests are responded to in a very timely manner and taken care of right away! very impressed!

I didn’t think I would like this creamer as I’m used to the full sugar or ‘sweetened’ creamers from the store shelf. I find that it reduces the mild earthly flavor of the Ryze Coffee and gives a nice fuller overall flavor. I ran out of the creamer and thought I would go straight Ryze coffee but find that it’s not as good to me without both of them together

Ryze really got it right with their mushroom chai! I'm a regular mushroom coffee consumer and have the chai as an occasional treat, only because I like it sweeter but am trying to avoid anything sugary. The mushroom creamer sweetens it just enough and I use a frother to make sure it mixes evenly. I was so happy to get special pricing for a mushroom chai add-on. I keep the extra bag in the fridge. Thank you ryze for your wonderful products. Not only do they make me feel more balanced, they help with my digestion and most of all they are delicious!

I love an earthy coffee anyway, & expected this to be that way. (I'm a mushroom fan, too.)
But something about this balanced blend is special. From the 1st cup I was happy.
I've adjusted the exact amount for my regular cup, my afternoon mug, my occasional nite-time-creamed-w-a-small-tsp-cocoa added.
I'm sleeping well at night, energized thru morning.
Never had an issue with uncomfortable bowel response, or detox phase.
I don't know if everyone will have the same good results, but they are noticeable enough for me, so I will stay with Ryze.

Love using the Mushroom Coffee on my mornings or when I need a pick me up! It tastes amazing even with only water! It mixes well and it's perfect for when I go travel. ☕️

I also LOVE the Mushroom Cocoa! It tastes super delicious, even using only water! But if you want an amazing hot cocoa, it's truly delicious with any plant based milk or even plant based protein powder! The ingredients are all natural and it really helps me fall asleep faster and get a deep rest. 💤

I wouldn't start my day without RYZE in my coffee. I've cut my coffee consumption in half since I've been using RYZE Mushroom coffee. It doesn't leave me bizzonf like coffee, but more alert and active.

I also use RYZE hot cocoa every night at bedtime. I'm sleepy within about 30 minutes, and I sleep at least 7hours. That's amazing for me. I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely loved the mushroom coffee, mushroom matcha (my absolute favorite of the 3, even though skeptical Id have to "choke it down" when I first ordered it for health, since this is not a normal beverage of choice for me!), and mushroom hot cocoa by Ryze. These are truly amazing products that I noticed changes day 1. Day 3 was another milestone. My bloating was noticeably decreased! By day 5 my husband asked me if I had been losing weight because I was already looking healthier with more motivation. I had actually lost 5 pounds, upon checking! That's a pound a day! My stomach was flatter and I had gained so much focus and energy. My energy with Ryze was so much better than when I used regular coffee. I did not feel over stimulated. I ordered it (2 bags) & hated it! I couldn't get the ratio to my liking so it just tasted like dirt... so I put it away in my cupboard and ignored it...Then a friend suggested I add a tblsp of my favorite creamer (ZERO Sugar) and use the suggested amount of water on the instructions.. NOW I ❤️ IT !

In trying my first cup, I used the recommended 1 tbsp cocoa to about 8 oz hot water. It was very watery! I added another half scoop of the cocoa and a scoop of the creamer, plus about a 1/2 tsp of dark cocoa powder. That made it better. The best part is, within about 40 minutes, I couldn't quit yawning and I was ready for bed! I feel like I fell asleep fast and stayed asleep a little longer than I usually did. I do remember having some really vivid dreams...
Also, their customer service has been outstanding for me!

RYZE is the best source of adaptogenic mushrooms out there. I have searched far and wide for many years grinding raw mushrooms I had to piece together from multiple sources. Now I have a convenient source for the BEST price available. Separately mushrooms can get expensive especially turkey tail and finding others are challenging. Their owners are also kind and sweet, not some faceless corporation who only care about profits and not product. Stick with the BEST source of adaptogenic mushrooms RYZE; I did!😊

I never drank coffee in the morning because I did not want to fall prey to the addiction of caffeine. However I was interested in all natural remedy that not only was a great way to start your day, but also very healthy for you. I was intrigued by the mushroom complex and the therapeutic benefits it suggested to offer. Considering when I do go out & socialize I tend to vape was curious if it would help cleanse my lungs, and I am surprised to find it began to dislodge mucus I had built up because of vaping and found myself actually being able to breathe better after the purge. Additionally I have lost weight & recommend it!

I love this mushroom coffee so much . It helps me improve my diet and it help me maintain my weight. I’m drinking it every morning. When I wake up in the morning I get so excited to drink the mushroom coffee. It gives me a good energy ,calm my anxiety and it make me happy with positive mind. if I don’t ate my breakfast or snack. I’ve been drinking raised coffee for months if not a year now and I tell you, I love this stuff great alternative to coffee, which can tear peoples stomach up sometimes. As with any online store, I verify things before checking out. It seems a lot of the complaints here are people who don’t realize they do give you a discount based on a subscription that comes with the order and you can cancel immediately after checking out. That said the user interface might not be friendly to the average Internet shopper, but this product and company seems to be on the right path to success. Thanks Alex!

I've come to realize that I truly enjoy starting my day with RYZE matcha tea, RYZE probiotic creamer, and a bit of honey—it gives me a peaceful start. I used to be a coffee drinker, but it gave me terrible side effects like heartburn, anxiety, and jitters. When I switched to RYZE, I was amazed that I didn’t experience any of that. As a pregnant Mom with the third child due in a month, or less, I look forward to my morning Matcha. I love making a latte out of it with my coconut sugar and a splash of dairy. It’s definitely help me to maintain my energy as I work from home and have two toddlers, 4 and 2.5. Some months have been harder to purchase and I hate to skip. When I do purchase, I notice the difference. My husband enjoys the gut health before as it has tremendously helped with digestion. Thank you for such a delightful and healthy drink. It’s worth every dollar.

My Favorite.

I have tried ⭐🦌's, and that Dunk-yer🍩place. I've tried a variety of Maw & Paw coffee shops. Nothing compares to what I make at home with my Ryze Mushroom Matcha. I start with warm to hot water to properly dissolve the matcha while whisking it (shhh, sometimes I add a little bit of Cocoa), I personally like a Iced Matcha Latte', so I add some room temp water to my shaker bottle and chill that over night. Next morning I add a lil pump of French Vanillia coffee creamer and shake for my morning Ryze Matcha Mushroom morning drink. It's the Best. Ryze is smooth, not grainy when you dissolve it first. And sure, if it sits for a few minutes some will settle, but the shaker keeps it well blended before each sip (or gulp 😉). Love my Ryze Mushroom Matcha.

I only signed up for 1 shipment of the coffee drink. I did sign up or authorize another order or shipment. I would like my money refunded back to me ASAP. Or I will be working with my financial institution to dispute this charge. I want any subscriptions or automatic shipments canceled as I still have not had a chance to even try the coffee to even know if I like it.

I’ve been seeing their product all over instagram and decided to finally buy it. I went and made an order of 1 bag for 40$, it said I could throw in another bag for only 20$ more; I decided to do so and pay the extra 20$ making the total amount of money spent being 60$. I recently have received a USPS text stating on how my order was cancelled and how RYZE was giving no further information. I’m been given NO refund and NO information as to why it was cancelled. I want my money back ASAP.

I order on Ryze 16 product of mashroom coffee on 12.1.2024. They tag my order in fraud activities because the shipping address which i use are used by many peoples but it,s not my problem i order for my office employers and for my family thats why it,s 16 mashroom coffe even they i contact them and they respond after 1 day and just tell that your order is tag as fraud because the shipping address is used by many peoples kindly solve this issue even i subscribed the Ryze food there customer representive not even bother to answer on time.

When I placed this order in December, I did not sign up for a reoccurring subscription. I activated the account to receive information about this product. I wanted to try the the product which is why I purchased two bags with my initial order to give it a try and its not working for me. I was unaware until today when my Paypal account was charged that a reoccurring subscription had been set up without my knowledge. Please refund the most payment of $54 which I did not authorize and also please provide instructions on how to return most recent shipped order as I do not want it, did not order it and I can’t give anyone else a product that I’m choosing not to move forward with.

These SCAMMERS owe me $108.00. Plus, it was almost impossible to delete the fake subscription they attached to my credit card. Gutless cowards refuse to publish a phone number on their website and especially not on the credit card entry. There's nothing more disgusting than a fraud and a thief. Wanna prove me wrong? call me at [protected] and delete the "subscription I never signed up for and refund my credit card for the orders I never placed.

I ordered 2 packs of your coffee one for myself and one for my daughter. I didn't sign up for this reorder. My first order was $72. I thought this was was expensive, but I wanted to try it and thought it would be a nice gift for my daughter. If I had know you all would sign me up for this subscription I would not have ordered at all. Now I have called and left messages after messages. I have emailed, and even contacted my bank about this. If you up front with people and let them decide if they want to keep ordering your product. This way people won't see you as a scam. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I stopped my monthly subscription because it was getting to expensive. I called and cancelled and thought I was done with Ryze.

Earlier this month I received another package in the mail and my account was charged.

I keep trying to call, but the phone number is not working and I can’t reach anyone.

I wished I would have never ordered from this company.

I have ordered with Ryze earlier this year after hearing good things about the product. A month later they charged me again and sent me another shipment as I was unaware that I had subscribed. Apparently that is in the fine print when you order. I was able to cancel my subscription. Eventually I ran out of product so I placed another order November 2nd, this time opting for the one time purchase. December 2nd I found a charge on my card in the amount of $54 from Ryze. I attempted to sign in to my account with them on their website. I found that I have no subscription and that the order from November and December were not visible in the area where it says “manage subscription”. They do not have a phone number that works, when I call iI get a message saying that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I’m confused as to why I was charged without my consent and am disappointed in these unethical charges from a company that is supposed to be supporting wellness. I’d like a refund.

Ordered and received a trial bag of mushroom coffee from Ryze on Facebook for 25.50. Then around a month later I started getting emails that your order is ready and then confirmed on its way. A charge for 36 dollars was immediately taken from my account. I began emailing the company stating I never signed up for this and I only purchased the trial bag of coffee. I started getting automated messages trying to sell me more coffee and recipes. I continued to email stating again I never signed up for this and do not like the taste as well. I want a refund for both orders. Finally a response comes through stating they will give me a refund and send a return label for the first order. Then the email stated when you get the second order contact us and we will give you a refund and a return label. The company has since stopped responding. I need a refund and return label for this 2nd order of mushroom coffee for 36 dollars.

I ordered the wrong item and sent them an email that I could not change the order. They messaged that they canceled it for me and that I could order what I wanted. They have a promo, HOLIDAY, for a discount on your order. When I placed the order, they messaged me that I used it on the canceled order and that I could not use it on the order that I wanted, so I did not get the promo discount on my order today. I want my discount on the right order that I should get, or else I would cancel my order.

Placed an order on Nov 13th, and received a tracking number the very same day, which detailed the item would arrive within 10 days. 10 days later, still no item. Informed from the "owner" that they are sorry for the delay and they will look into it immediately. Another 10 days later, still no package, but they implore me NOT to leave a negative review. That should've been my first clue. Once again let them know that I have not received a package. This time I did not get a response. I called my bank and asked them to please reverse the charge. I also informed them that this company is a scam and anyone who purchases this from them, should read the reviews prior to ordering. Save your money and energy.

Hello STOP sending me coffee, I never sign for automatic shipment. I don't even like the coffee, the 1st bag I only use twice and the rest I don't even use, planning to throw it because give me stomach ache. DO NOT SEND me coffee. I already disputing the charge to my credit card that you just charge on 12/03/23. I don't want any RYZE coffee. Please DO NOT SEND ME and please return my money.

I am not one to write negative reviews about things so this is new for me. I originally placed an order in September for 1 mushroom coffee that I vividly remember clicking "one-time order" because I don't like my card being charged without my knowledge or permission. Come to find out, yesterday I got another email claiming that I had another order on the way for a coffee that I did not want nor order. The coffee had not been being dropped off at my door and had apparently been being put in a hot mailbox somewhere in my complex that I wasn't aware of. Therefore I did not know that coffee shipments had been being sent to me over the past couple months. I tried to reach out via phone multiple times yesterday and today and it is going straight to voicemail. I also sent multiple messages and emails and still have not heard back. Two additional coffees have been sent to me that I can not use and do not want. Very frustrated and disgusted.

I ordered from them once for 25$ And they stole 45$ last month a few days later. I didn’t notice untill they stole another 54$ yesterday from me. I never signed up for anything and I wouldn’t ever sign up for anything monthly. I had to get rid of my card and get new one because they stole from me. Don’t use this company they are frauds! I’m scared to know what’s in there coffee.

I made a once off purchase on 10/31/2023 to try out this product. Today I see they have charged my account again for $54. And they are saying I signed up for recurring shipments. I did not sign up for this and I want my money back. This is a scam. When I call their number it goes to voicemail. I have emailed them to refund and cancel so called recurring payments. Instead of saying they will cancel they are asking me how the coffee is REALLY

I keep getting this shipment of coffee in the mail that I did not order and do NOT want. The package cones with no information to contact anyone to stop this from happening - no customer service - no phone number. I looked up the company online and it says that I can stop the “subscription” by signing into my account. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. This is incredibly upsetting. While this may be a way for your company to make money, you should consider the effect on the other end. My son just died. Refund these two coffees and STOP sending these to me.

This company sneakily signs you up for a monthly recurring subscription when you buy their product. It is NOT clear or obvious in checkout. I checked my email history, not a single email stating I signed up for a recurring monthly subscription. My confirmation email mentions nothing about recurring fees. If you are automatically signing customers up for a subcription upon purchase, it needs to be VERY clear and obvious. Awful business model. Even if I like the product I will never buy from them again for this reason.

Customer service is a joke. I canceled a card. I don't know how they were still able to process it but instead of canceling my order before it shipped, they just shipped it out faster by FedEx for a Sunday delivery because the payment was processed that Friday morning. I wake up at 2am so i saw the emails before they even opened up and i sent an email right then and there. Thanks for stealing my electric bill money you soulless monsters single mom with 4 kids ring to make it work. By the way, when the package arrived, it was DAMAGED! Trying to get to the cancelation/skip page is a hassle and I couldn't find it to skip the month. I'll never come back. You heartless people ruined this family's everything this holiday season all because of your greed. Plenty of other mushroom coffees to choose from. Go somewhere else.

I initially signed up for a subscription, then canceled it after tasting the product. To me it tastes like mildly coconutty water. Ryze acknowledged the cancelation, but when I asked for a refund for the untouched shipment that came to my house 2 days ago, I got nothing but the run around from them. You have to email them to ask how to return the product and get a refund. In response, I was told that I just don't like it "yet", that maybe I need to give it to a relative, or that I need to buy their creamer. In frustration, I asked if they were going to refund me or not. Nothing but crickets since. The emails are supposedly from the founder but likely a bot, wishing me a great day while ignoring my request. Either way, it makes them look sketchy. I want my money back, plain and simple.
