Here is a warning you will not be able to cancel easily if you order as a guest. They automatically put you on auto mail. It is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had just trying to get a return label and a cancellation. Seriously what kind of company deals with complaints by text with a guy named Alex. Phone number wasn't helpful which should give you good idea of the company. I ended up spending an hour maybe 2 with this guy to find out no refund labels for 2 orders within the satisfaction guarantee period but he promised to cancel any future orders. wow...

I don't drink coffee...
I tried RYZE because like alot of people, I have anxiety/gut issues. I also am 58 and don't like coffee or the thought of the jitters. I love this stuff. First time I drank a cup it was the laziest way ever, because if I don't like something like this I won't like it dressed up either. Sometimes, I'm lazy. But just water and ryze and it was good. Then my next cup I added warm water and stevia and creamer and wow, so delicious, then I had it with colustrum added, so good. This stuff is good. Not alot of things are anymore. Try it. Why not, it certainly can not make it worse.
Recommendation: Drink it.
Very dishonest company, lawsuit pending, 47 pages of bbb complaints
I am one of countless customers who made a one-time purchase to try their coffee and discovered they had put me on a monthly subscription plan against my will. Very shady and dishonest business. At the time of this review, RYZE Superfoods has 47 pages of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau, a 1.7 star rating on Google, and a class action complaint pending against them in California, all because they do this to customers.
Recommendation: Do not buy from RYZE unless you want unexpected charges to your bank account.

Tastes great
I've never been a coffee drinker, but I was interested in trying mushrooms for their health benefits. I was thrilled to find that RYZE offers a caffeine-free Chicory option! Although I started with their Mushroom Coffee, I quickly switched my subscription to the Chicory blend after my doctor recommended avoiding caffeine for my high blood pressure. Both versions taste great, but the Chicory has truly won me over. I enjoy it cold with cinnamon and vanilla creamer, and I'm now into my second month. I've noticed a significant reduction in my sugar cravings, and a second cup of RYZE Chicory is fast becoming my favorite afternoon “snack!”

In April I started drinking Ryze and gave up I then got so sick I ended up in the hospital (Alex helped me with my panicked emails wanting to cancel/ pause my orders and responded within seconds of me pushing the send button it soothed me and understood my circumstances eased my mind with pausing my order) in May found out I am a Diabetic Type II. So then I started drinking Ryze again, but I do drink it 2 x’s a day and I eat more greens lean protein 3 meals low to no carb meals everyday. cut out soda, junk food, and I am snacking on more healthy options and I have lost 175 lbs (I was 400 lbs and wearing a size 20-22 XXXL I am now down to a size 14-XL) since Memorial Day. This Mushroom Coffee from Ryze has even lowered my sugar levels to where now I DO NOT have to be on insulin 🙌🏼 please keep drinking it, it did take me 4 months to lower my sugar and drinking Ryze I have NOT missed a day! I have read so many reviews on other Mushroom coffee & it's always about how good they taste like coco & they add tons of sweet stuff. I always leave a comment because I believe that the most important thing about Mushroom coffee is NOT the taste. I drink it for the outstanding results I had in less than a week. My husband noticed the difference in my memory in less than a week & he tells everyone the difference it has made in my life. It's not about the taste, believe me, it is all about how it changes your life❤️❤️❤️❤️
Recommendation: You will not be sorry if you give this a try. You should see results in the 1st order. I'm 77 & I was tired every day plus my husband would tell me plans for the next day & I wouldn't remember the next morning. He was amazed when I suddenly had energy & was able to recall our conversation from the previous day. It's certainly worth a try.

Helps with inflammation with my fibromyalgia. Helps me feel awake and energetic all day.. Feel less groggy and have energy throughout my day to complete tasks! I lm at the start of it but I believe it will continue to give me health benefits and I know I fart a lot nit so sure that's one of my favorite things but I feel like my stomach can handle digestion better and overall just feeling more like I can remember things better and less inflammation

I hate giving into the hype... but The starter kit is the perfect amount, you will really start to feel the affects with the starter kit that will then make you subscribe and get what you need. I am 36 and I know the amount of coffee I was drinking was terrible for me. I absolutely kept scrolling past Ryze and did not and could not believe mushrooms could substitute what I was used to and what I thought I needed... Coffee is good
I'm new to the coffee, and have only been drinking it for a couple weeks. It's good, and very different from the usual cup of coffee. I was hoping that I would have noticed a difference by now, but I haven't. I am eagerly awaiting some good results from drinking the Ryze coffee. I am rating three stars for now because I am still undecided on how it really is.

Ultimate Experience
I LOVE the combination of the 3 different flavors I can enjoy through out the day. There has been a significant change since I've incorporated RYZE into my daily routines. The RYZE hot cocoa enables me to sleep through out the night and I wake up refreshed. The RYZE coffee and Matcha are also a favorite. I am able to stay focused and balanced with energy naturally. It's been a month that I've been drinking RYZE and I no longer crave sweets like I used to at random times, I'm not bloated with discomfort and I am able to stay focused without feeling flustered/anxiety during stressful moments at work. I was very excited to try this product as it sounded so wonderful, however due to my health issues I had a bad physical experience drinking this coffee (the flavor was delicious though). unfortunately I need to cancel this order due to my financial situation due to highly medical cost. Like I said, I cannot contact anyone to follow through the necessary steps as the line seems to be always "busy", to cancel this subscription.
Recommendation: scrutinize the subscription, should you run into problems and you need to speak with someone live associate (in customer service)

I feel your pain. I've been trying to track l reach someone for weeks about my subscription. I finally found this site and phone number. Hopefully I get a response. The past 3 months I've been charged 100 dollars for a product I don't need and no way to cancel. I so know better then to by into these subscriptions.

Pirates and Online Thieves
Hello, I ordered one package of RYZE coffee and now a month later is being charged for another shipment in which I did not authorized! When I made my first initial order, I offered this product simply to try this coffee and was sent a link if I wanted to continue using… However, I never set up reoccurring orders but was charged immediately a month after for another order! This is a scam! Don’t even try their coffee because they will openly steal from you just for trying, and by the way, the coffee isn’t good, nor all the results they tell you to expect, also isn’t true! And to make matters worse? You can’t call them to cancel, you must do this by email and when you attempt to cancel they charge your card for canceling a subscription you did NOT ASK FOR! This company are pirates and they aren’t honest in the way they set you up, knowing they are willing to scam you out extra money unknowingly to you or their customers! I had to file claims on this and stop payment through my bank! I repeat do NOT try this company! These people are pirates and online thieves! I wish I could rate at zero!
Recommendation: I don’t recommend because the trial is a setup as a target to be stolen from. You will get an email that you can activate subscription but the thieves does it for you then charges you!
You need to read their ads very well. They mentioned that if you sign up, you will automatically get the same shipment every month.
Scam subscription
Ryze teases you with an offer for a free trial but the web interface is designed to trick you into signing up for a subscription that is very, very difficult to cancel. Expect to spend hours on the phone with your credit card company trying to get your money back. One of Ryze's competitors claims they had an independent lab test Ryze and that it contains mostly oats and very little mushrooms. Basically the Ryze product is a scam top to bottom. Save yourself the trouble and buy a different brand. Or just go to WAWA on Tuesday and get a free coffee.

This stuff tastes like used toilet water. It is garbage. When you try to cancel your subscription you will be forced into a maze of website foolishness and redirected to other sites to order more stuff. They will continue to charge your card and tell you it is your fault for getting involved in the first place. Please report these people to the BBB and to your State AG for prosecution. They need it.
Best Coffee!!
I am a huge coffee lover but have found myself unable to drink it much anymore. I would get bad headaches and have an upset stomach.
I then turned to mean bean monsters, bad choice, talk about bloating. I found this ad for Ryze coffee and kept looking into it every time I saw it.
Finally I sat down and looked it over. I made the purchase. When it arrived I started it the next morning, here I am on day 7 and Oh! My! Goodness! am I happy I chose this!
I have relaxed energy, my heart doesn't race, I don't feel bloated and I'm so focused... I have never had anything this amazing and definitely had been on a search for something that hits all the issues I see in me on a daily basis.
It tastes amazing and I even ordered the coconut creamer, currently waiting for it to arrive :)
Now this, this is heaven! And no im not a robot, I'm just honest when the time is right and I wanted to lay it out for everyone!
Recommendation: Give it time, everyone works differently.
Not a scam
I see so many comments about Ryze scamming people with an autoship subscription but if people would actually read information when purchasing it clearly states subscription. Also if you create and account and sign in it is beyond simple to cancel your subscription and order on demand. I love the benefits I've recieved from Ryze so far. My inflammation from an auto immune disorder had improved so much. So thankful for this product. It's disappointing to see so many people bad mouth a company and not take responsibility for their own ignorance.

Not true. Nowhere on their sight does it give you the option to cancel. I emailed the founder and she admonished me for not reading the microdot lettering that ties you into a subscription. I replied and then she ignored me from then on. Never got my refund and don't know if I'm cancelled...

I have been trying to cancel my Ryze subscription due to my inability to keep up with the volume being sent. I’m unable to link my subscription to my online account, or contact a representative for the company via email or online to discuss the situation. It is an endless loop of frustration. These are poor and deceptive business practices and I’m gong to dispute the charges with my credit card and if that doesn’t work, I’ll change the card altogether.

Liz, this same thing happened to me. I notice Alex says he can “delay, skip or cancel orders” so what I hear is he understands what those words mean. RYZE Coffee Subscription
I contacted Andree from RYZE about canceling my subscription but she said it has already been shipped but can provide me with a return label for full refund. The product however shipped only after this communication and RYZE could have cancelled it when I requested.
I received the packaged and shipped it back using the same USPS return label provided by Andree from RYZE.
I was in contact with Andree from RYZE multiple times before I sent the package back and she responded to me promptly.
Once the package was sent back and I started requesting the status of my refund, RYZE does not respond back.
RYZE is aware that I did not want my subscription to be continued after I received it for the first time and still shipped the product. RYZE is choosing to not respond on the refund status after the product is returned back to them.

This Company, RYZE Superfoods, is crooked as they come. I had ordered their coffee to try. When I tried it and cancelled, they kept sending me coffee and charging my card. I cancelled my card and asked for reimbursement and they said I had ordered it. I did not. It's been 3 months and they still have not reimbursed me. They email me and say they have a mail program they could put me on. They're all about making money, no customer service of satisfaction.

Like many others, I tried it and had no idea they were giving me a subscription until I received the order email the next month.
Yes, calling goes to voicemail. Email doesn’t work either.
On the Ryze site, I searched “subscription”. It took me to choices that made me re-sign in. I did and found the subscription they created for me. I went thru the 4 step process including answering why I was cancelling and writing the answer in the box provided and putting a check in a box that said I know I won’t be getting any benefits from joining. (Give me a break!)
Then skipped over the big colorful button that said never mind I’ll keep my subscription, to carefully click the finely written tiny cancel words below. Careful if you have a wide finger and doing it on your phone!
It then opened a popup that said subscription cancelled. I take a screenshot in case they continue to send orders.
What a disaster this company is!

I agreed to try this product and purchase it for around $30. They offered an additional bag for $18 to share with someone else and I took advantage of that. Here it is a month later and I am being billed automatically $54 out of my account which I did not authorize by this company. I’m trying to get my product returned, I have emailed the company, texted the company, contacted the company on Facebook and all they do is delay delay delay. It’s now past the 30 days and I’m not getting any response about returning my original order. I had cancelled a subscription from Ryze several months ago. However they sent out the product and charged me 60.00 on Oct 10. I contacted the company and they did realize I had cancelled and offered a return slip to return the item. They assured they would refund the 60.00 as soon as they received the item. I returned the item on Monday Oct. 16. So today i look at my Credit card and they have again charged me 60.00 and I havent even received the refund from the product i returned, Therefore now they need to refund me 120.00. I have all this in text from them as proof i did cancel this product. I tried to call them and their phone number is not valid.
Desired outcome: I want the 120.00 credited to my credit card and never to have any more charges from this company.

I ordered 2 coffee and a creamer I recieved the product I thought I was over and done with this company. To my surprise a shippment arrived with 2 coffee and a creamer. NOT ONE BUT 3 ITEMS ARRIVED. I never made an account, but I was told I signed up for a subscription. I did not like the coffee or the creamer it is still in my kitchen. I email someone call andree about the issue. She/he told me he/she told me she will freeze my account until the coffee kick in my system. In three months time she will unfreeze it.

I accidently signed up for automatic refills, and I want to cancel. The number on the website is no good, can't get through there, and to send an email, I must pay? please cancel my auto refill ASAP as I still have plenty of it in my first package, and I already received another, and it will not be long before I receive ANOTHER ONE IN THE MAIL?! Ryze Mushroom Coffee
I returned this package because of extensive negative reviews on the company on Reddit. Their return center received it on 9/17. A representative by the name of Alex Crusoe assured me via email that a refund was issued on 9/18 via paypal. It is October 2nd and the refund is still not reflected on my account. I am starting to suspect fraud. Attached is a screenshot of the email and my paypal transactions (where the refund would show up) from 9/12 to today 10/2

This is a scam company who only lets you order by putting you on auto ship to sell you crushed dirt after your first purchase.

RYZE mushroom coffee
We ordered the RYZE mushroom coffee to try it out & my husband doesn't like the flavored or gritty substance so we wanted to cancel. I tried it & it causes my face to swell & upsets my stomach due to an already autoimmune situation, as well as having some sort of allergy to it. We apparently didn't read the fine fine print where they don't tell you that you are going to be locked into some sort of a subscription for however long. So in other words, they're now going to continuously withdraw money from our account and force us to buy Ryze superfoods coffee. Seems like a really tricky way to take your money. It would be best if a subscriber actually liked the product and wanted to continue to order it. Not be forced to take it because you signed an agreement in the beginning. Good way to make money off of people that don't like the product and scam them.

Not able to close my account
I ordered once and still have not used up the first order. I did not sign up for a membership which they said I did, but will not show the initial order or my file.
I called the number and it went to a weird voice message. I received an email that stated that they have moved my auto order to November, which I do not want to continue with this company.

My credit card was charged for a reorder. Notifications state the order was shipped and followup notification indicate it was delivered. Unauthorized credit card charge
Initial purchase 60 day supply (2bags) plus 50% off coconut creamer . Order took over 2-3 weeks to arrive and charged $4.99, even though they POST free shipping.
A month later email says reminder subscription order being sent in three days ( or something to this effect) but we want to be sure. I immediately respond to CANCEL. Andree responds sorry can’t cancel already shipped .

I had not finished the first package of two and received notification that another two packages were being sent, I responded to cancel the order, and I did not sign up for auto shipment for a product I didn't know I was going to like. Andree (Ryze) replied it was too late and offered to stretch my auto shipment out. I responded no cancel auto shipment altogether, If and when I want to order more I will. This is a turn-off, I actually like the product, but the way they go about the auto shipment is criminal, I did not set up an account as they kept requesting or authorizing them to use my credit card for the second shipment.

This company is a scam. I placed an order in June 2023 and received. I could not use the product due to headaches and stomach issues. I reached out to customer service and was told to use for a couple of days and then reach out again. I reached out again and went back and forth via email. I finally kept the product due to the fact I ordered and moved on. I told customer service do not send me anymore product and cancel any further orders. They persisted to send another order. I told them to cancel all and do not send me anymore product. They emailed again and said sorry we already sent it out. I will call my bank now and get charges reversed. This is horrible customer service and do not order from them again.
