Starting my second bag of RYZE and it is just as amazing as the first bag! If you love wild mushrooms and coffee this stuff is the bomb with a host of benefits. My gut health is improving by the day so can’t wait to see what is yet to come. It’s a nice pick me up in the afternoon when you hit that slump in your day. I have chronic constipation for many years and I used laxatives regularly for relief until I was introduced to Ryze and was given a bag as a gift. It helped move me after the first cup! By the time I finished my first bag, I was completely regular and stopped using laxatives. Now almost a year later, I haven't used a laxative and as long as I drink 1 morning cup of Ryze, I continue to be regular 👍

One of the symptom's of my Wife's Parkinson's disease is Insomnia. It was not uncommon for her to sleep only an hour or two and then remain awake throughout the rest of the night. She was always exhausted. What little sleep she got, was often disturbed by acting out her dreams (another symptom of Parkinson's). Frequently those dreams were night terrors, causing her to wake up screaming.

We tried sleep meds and supplements like melatonin, but while they improved her sleep, she was drowsy much of the next day and unable to focus. She decided that was not the life she wanted. She would rather be tired than drowsy and unable to focus.

I read about RYZE on Facebook. I dismissed it as another scam. But when my wife brought it up weeks later, we decided to give it a try, and ordered a package of RYZE Mushroom Hot Cocoa. Now, I would love to be able to tell you that RYZE cured her insomnia, and night terrors. It didn't. But what it did do, was lengthen her hours of quality sleep from 1 or 2 hours to 3 or four, and even, on one occasion 5. It also REDUCED the incidences of night terrors, because her sleep was less disturbed. The additional sleep, has allowed her to enjoy days of less fatigue, and improved her quality of life, for which we are both grateful. We are now faithful subscribers.

Here is a warning you will not be able to cancel easily if you order as a guest. They automatically put you on auto mail. It is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had just trying to get a return label and a cancellation. Seriously what kind of company deals with complaints by text with a guy named Alex. Phone number wasn't helpful which should give you good idea of the company. I ended up spending an hour maybe 2 with this guy to find out no refund labels for 2 orders within the satisfaction guarantee period but he promised to cancel any future orders. wow...

I tried RYZE because like alot of people, I have anxiety/gut issues. I also am 58 and don't like coffee or the thought of the jitters. I love this stuff. First time I drank a cup it was the laziest way ever, because if I don't like something like this I won't like it dressed up either. Sometimes, I'm lazy. But just water and ryze and it was good. Then my next cup I added warm water and stevia and creamer and wow, so delicious, then I had it with colustrum added, so good. This stuff is good. Not alot of things are anymore. Try it. Why not, it certainly can not make it worse.

I am one of countless customers who made a one-time purchase to try their coffee and discovered they had put me on a monthly subscription plan against my will. Very shady and dishonest business. At the time of this review, RYZE Superfoods has 47 pages of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau, a 1.7 star rating on Google, and a class action complaint pending against them in California, all because they do this to customers.

I've never been a coffee drinker, but I was interested in trying mushrooms for their health benefits. I was thrilled to find that RYZE offers a caffeine-free Chicory option! Although I started with their Mushroom Coffee, I quickly switched my subscription to the Chicory blend after my doctor recommended avoiding caffeine for my high blood pressure. Both versions taste great, but the Chicory has truly won me over. I enjoy it cold with cinnamon and vanilla creamer, and I'm now into my second month. I've noticed a significant reduction in my sugar cravings, and a second cup of RYZE Chicory is fast becoming my favorite afternoon “snack!”

In April I started drinking Ryze and gave up I then got so sick I ended up in the hospital (Alex helped me with my panicked emails wanting to cancel/ pause my orders and responded within seconds of me pushing the send button it soothed me and understood my circumstances eased my mind with pausing my order) in May found out I am a Diabetic Type II. So then I started drinking Ryze again, but I do drink it 2 x’s a day and I eat more greens lean protein 3 meals low to no carb meals everyday. cut out soda, junk food, and I am snacking on more healthy options and I have lost 175 lbs (I was 400 lbs and wearing a size 20-22 XXXL I am now down to a size 14-XL) since Memorial Day. This Mushroom Coffee from Ryze has even lowered my sugar levels to where now I DO NOT have to be on insulin 🙌🏼 please keep drinking it, it did take me 4 months to lower my sugar and drinking Ryze I have NOT missed a day! This has also helped my with my Anxiety, High Blood Pressure and my swelling in my feet NO more, makes me feel better 🥰. Thank You Ryze company for all of your encouraging words and products.

I have read so many reviews on other Mushroom coffee & it's always about how good they taste like coco & they add tons of sweet stuff. I always leave a comment because I believe that the most important thing about Mushroom coffee is NOT the taste. I drink it for the outstanding results I had in less than a week. My husband noticed the difference in my memory in less than a week & he tells everyone the difference it has made in my life. It's not about the taste, believe me, it is all about how it changes your life❤️❤️❤️❤️

Helps with inflammation with my fibromyalgia. Helps me feel awake and energetic all day.. Feel less groggy and have energy throughout my day to complete tasks! I lm at the start of it but I believe it will continue to give me health benefits and I know I fart a lot nit so sure that's one of my favorite things but I feel like my stomach can handle digestion better and overall just feeling more like I can remember things better and less inflammation

I hate giving into the hype... but The starter kit is the perfect amount, you will really start to feel the affects with the starter kit that will then make you subscribe and get what you need. I am 36 and I know the amount of coffee I was drinking was terrible for me. I absolutely kept scrolling past Ryze and did not and could not believe mushrooms could substitute what I was used to and what I thought I needed... I was thoroughly impressed, so happy my starter kit gave me a great amount to get started. I AM A MUSHROOM COFFEE DRINKER NOW! HAPPILY. My favorite thing about this mushroom coffee along with the taste, is the natural energy, I truly didn't believe it.

I'm new to the coffee, and have only been drinking it for a couple weeks. It's good, and very different from the usual cup of coffee. I was hoping that I would have noticed a difference by now, but I haven't. I am eagerly awaiting some good results from drinking the Ryze coffee. I am rating three stars for now because I am still undecided on how it really is.

I LOVE the combination of the 3 different flavors I can enjoy through out the day. There has been a significant change since I've incorporated RYZE into my daily routines. The RYZE hot cocoa enables me to sleep through out the night and I wake up refreshed. The RYZE coffee and Matcha are also a favorite. I am able to stay focused and balanced with energy naturally. It's been a month that I've been drinking RYZE and I no longer crave sweets like I used to at random times, I'm not bloated with discomfort and I am able to stay focused without feeling flustered/anxiety during stressful moments at work. Definitely an ultimate experience for my health and well being.

I was very excited to try this product as it sounded so wonderful, however due to my health issues I had a bad physical experience drinking this coffee (the flavor was delicious though). unfortunately I need to cancel this order due to my financial situation due to highly medical cost. Like I said, I cannot contact anyone to follow through the necessary steps as the line seems to be always "busy", to cancel this subscription.

Hello, I ordered one package of RYZE coffee and now a month later is being charged for another shipment in which I did not authorized! When I made my first initial order, I offered this product simply to try this coffee and was sent a link if I wanted to continue using… However, I never set up reoccurring orders but was charged immediately a month after for another order! This is a scam! Don’t even try their coffee because they will openly steal from you just for trying, and by the way, the coffee isn’t good, nor all the results they tell you to expect, also isn’t true! And to make matters worse? You can’t call them to cancel, you must do this by email and when you attempt to cancel they charge your card for canceling a subscription you did NOT ASK FOR! This company are pirates and they aren’t honest in the way they set you up, knowing they are willing to scam you out extra money unknowingly to you or their customers! I had to file claims on this and stop payment through my bank! I repeat do NOT try this company! These people are pirates and online thieves! I wish I could rate at zero!

I bought a one time purchase of the so called coffee once, and it was terrible! I did not sign on for repeats, but contrary to my wishes, I was put on a repeat and have now changed my credit card, and will do everything I can: I was going to keep the first batch, and just not buy again, but now that you pulled this: I want a total refund of everything I bought from you, and this latest $70.00 box has not been opened and will be returned to sender: it is hard to know where to return though, as you guys give no information and perhaps our controller's office would like to hear about this scam! ~ when you call the customer service #, [protected], an answering machine says hello (male voice) and then a beep and nothing after that! Flem flam! Not a business!

This company operates like a scam. They’re unable to fulfill orders, no tracking numbers ever provided, you will sit and wait, never getting through to customer service, all while receiving 1000 spammy emails a day from them begging you to come back and buy more. Please, don’t be like me, falling for this “too good to be true” product. It is truly a shame.

I order from Ryze August 18 2023 because I have issue drinking the regular coffee they have a special by 2 get for $42 I place the order they told me my order in transit no such thing they gave me fake tracking number when I click it say it in Carteret ready to ship this order since August 18 2023 I email they say 9 to 12 day it pass it no September now order nothing I reach out to them they have a generated message no am out of $42 they are a Scammers I open up a dispute case with PayPal to see if I can get my Refund

I ordered one package and did not sign up for auto refill. My credit card was charged for a second recurring order that I did not authorize or place. Impossible to get in touch with anyone to stop and refund. There are 2 icons on their website and email that offer says to get in touch with the company—-phone and email. Only the email icon works. No phone number is listed anywhere. Had to go to this site to find it. When I call someone says “hello” and it goes to voicemail. Clearly a scam to trap people.

I ordered a bag of Ryze Mushroom Coffee to give it a try since I had seen so many ads for it. I got my first bag and tried it, didn't really notice any change or miracles so I didn't even finish my first bag. After a lot a month went by, I received an email that placed another order for me that I did not authorize. I went to their website to file a complaint and to refund me back for what I did not authorize and did not get any response back. Ended up with a second bag of coffee. After another couple months went by I received another email of an order processed without my consent! Even though my credit card had been lost and the number changed, they still managed somehow to gain my card info and charged me for a 3rd bag! Now I'm pissed, this is definitely a scam and the positive reviews online are fake!

I ordered Ryze Mushroom coffee in late Jul 2023 to try. I liked it enough to reorder so I wouldn’t run out of coffee while I looked around for less expensive mushroom coffee brands. Then I discovered two charges on my bank records ($70 & $47 respectively). I immediately looked for the company contact info to speak to a rep. The number they gave my bank is a foreign number that I cannot reach. I went to their website and cancelled 2 subscriptions that I was not aware I even made! There is an odd way of tracking customers which does not use account numbers. So, with no one to speak to, I doubt I’ll get any of my money back. This company’s advertising practices are misleading at best. No matter the analysis of this “complaint board” is. 🙁

I contacted this company via email to cancel my subscription. They agreed to cancel it. A month or so later I received another shipment and was charged on my credit card. After contacting them, they let me know that they had sent me some emails and since I didn't respond they decided to renew my subscription without my permission. I'm sure it will be a long waste of my time to get refunded now.

They will make it very hard to cancel and even after you do, they will renew your subscription without your permission which should be illegal.

I received e-mails august 6, welcoming me to Ryze, thanking me for my reoccurring order. I had never heard of the company so naturally, I was alarmed. I received tracking information to my name and address. It looked very legit, except I did not place the order. I reached out to rRyze immediately, Via email and didn’t hear back for a day so I called customer service and left a voicemail. I finally received an email back. I was told that I should have looked at signing up for reoccurring and asked if I would take a discount. I responded immediately saying you must not have read my email because I did not sign up for this. This is fraud. The entire business week has gone by and the person with the email has not responded to me. I did receive a text message from my voicemail. The person on text message said something about how they see someone else had already taken the case so they were gonna let them handle it. I have since reached out to that person via text several times letting them know the email. Customer service rep is not handling anything. By the end of the business week, I still heard nothing and I have a package of rice coffee, but arrived today that I did not order. It’s almost like they ordered it for me and trying to trick me into keeping it! They are not responding to my constant emails and text messages that this is fraud. Does not seem to matter.

I placed an order and never received it. Looked up tracking number and order was in transit for well over a week. Contacted customer service in regard to order. Received email from Andree from Ryze Company. She wanted to verify my address again. I explained that I wanted to cancel my order and felt that this company was fraudulent. I them noticed I was signed up for monthly subscription without my knowledge or approval. I have tried several times to log in to my account and how convenient that I cannot get access.

I have contacted my bank and asked for stop payment. Be aware!

My name is Guirlene Delacruz. I purchased this product back on February 25th 2023. I noticed after that one purchase, I kept getting charged and kept receiving orders I didn't approve of. I reached out via email in May and spoke to a gentleman name Ryan in which assured me that it will be taking care of. I was charged for 2 additional orders on March 27th for $36 and April 25th for $36. I let him know that I didn't approve the purchases and also, I didn't care for the taste. He sent me a printing label to send the product back to him, which I did since May and still haven't received my refund for the months you guys kept charging me for something that I didn't order at the first place. I need my refund back to the original card you guys have on file.

BEWARE! If you order one-time, they will automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription. You can't get anyone on the phone. They literally never answer but after and angry voicemail and two emails, I received a reply back from Andree, the "founder." After researching, they put this in the small print UNDER the 30-day money-back guarantee. You DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION to buy when you want. If you want to use this product, it is a requirement that they charge you monthly versus you purchasing when you need and want. They don't make this clear, hence the bad reviews. Terrible business model but they refuse to change it so they make money on the front-end running up people's credit cards. SMH, even if I liked it (and I didn't) I will not support this business specifically because of the way they are doing business. It's deceiving!

I cancelled the subscription on 9 July, 2023 before the renewal date on their website, yet a new shipment was charged to my credit card. Impossible to contact a real person by either phone , mail or email to cancel my subscription.

I purchased Ryze mushroom coffee and was not aware that I will be set up for a subscription. I called to cancel it and could not reach anyone. I left an email and believed that the issue was resolved. They charged me again and sent more coffee. I emailed them again stating that I am no longer interested in their product. I didn’t even request a refund. Then today a month later. I was charged again. Again no one answers the phone. I only hear a message and no one calls me back. I believe that they are ignoring my please to cancel the subscription purposely just so that they can keep charging me. If they’re doing this to me, then they’re doing this to others. All I want is my money back, and I no longer want to receive their product or be charged ever again.

I ordered one time only to try on March and I didn’t like it and they sent out and charged other bag on April without my knowledge.

I emailed to customer service on April 25 cancel my recurring order, Andree replied me. Today June 18 I received my credit card charged $40 again and emailed the shipment confirmation.

This is really upsetting, this company charging me without my consent and customer service really bad. This is wasting my time to do this dispute. Really bad business reputation.

I got this coffee called RYZE from their website in Jan 2023. It's a mushroom coffee. I paid $25 for a one-time purchase. But I didn't like it. Then in Feb, they sent me another bag and charged me $25. And now it's March 1st, and they already charged me $25 again for another bag of coffee that's probably on its way. I emailed them and called them five times, but no one answers the phone, and I have to leave a message. But no one called me back. I spent $75 on coffee that I don't want, and I can't cancel my subscription. So, I might have to change my account number with my bank. Thanks.
