This company is the worst! I tried to help my grandma cancel her subscription, but the link didn't work. I emailed them, but they didn't respond. There's no phone number or address to contact them. They even took money from her! It's so frustrating. I tried to read their legal stuff, but it's all lawyer talk and doesn't make sense. This company is a total scam.

Ryze Superfoods is a total scam! Just like many others, I got tricked into getting more shipments even after I cancelled my subscription. It's so sneaky and dishonest! I tried to reach out to their customer service through email and phone, but they were no help at all. They told me to send back the products for a refund, but I still haven't received anything. I'm so fed up with this that I'm going to report them to my Attorney General. Don't waste your money on this company!

I had a problem with Ryze Superfoods like most people here. They don't make it clear that it's a subscription. I didn't know I was signing up for auto-ship and auto-deduct from my credit card. I thought I only signed up for a sample. They say you can easily cancel at any time, but that's not true. It took me several months to reach out to the company without a prompt reply, and they kept shipping and charging my credit card. That's fraud and shady business practice. It's fraud when a credit card is charged without permission. That's what happened to me. They also say they contact you before shipments are sent, but they don't give you any warning or option to stop the charges. By the time I received a response, they had sent me two shipments and charged my credit card twice without my permission! That's wrong.

I'm super upset that I never got a response and then got an email four days later confirming a new order. I don't even like the coffee and haven't been drinking it. It's really frustrating that I got charged again after reaching out. They have an auto-reply that says they'll respond within 24 hrs, but their customer service is terrible. I emailed them two more times and they suggested I keep the product or give it to a friend instead of honoring their return policy and giving me a refund. They're not responding to my emails at all now, even though I've been emailing them for the last 1.5 weeks. Ryze doesn't care about their customers and doesn't follow their own policies. I'm going to keep telling people about this because it's not right.

This company is a total scam. I didn't sign up for automatic shipments, but they keep sendin*** me this product that I don't even like. They keep takin*** money out of my account and I can't get them to stop. I emailed them and they said I have to wait for my next shipment to arrive before I can cancel, but even after I did that, they keep sendin*** me more. I don't know how they got me on their list in the first place. It's a real pain tryin*** to get them to stop. I'm sick of them ignorin*** me and takin*** my money. You can't even talk to anyone on the phone, you have to email them. It's a real hassle. I have so many bags of this stuff that I haven't even opened. It doesn't mix well and it's hard to drink. I wouldn't recommend this company or their product to anyone.

Each time I purchase they claim theres a one time purchase option I clicked that the second time I purchased and I still got opted into the subscription. I asked for a return label on December 3, 2022 as the package showed up a couple days after the money was deducted from my account. I promptly returned the item through my employer. The *** on December 3, 2022. Same company they send their products through. The tracking number was faulty apparently and for almost three weeks I couldnt track the return. I went to In Plant Support at *** (my employer) to see if the package was lost. Nope. The return was was received when I took it work (***) on Dec 3,2022 and delivered and received at the location provided on the return label RYZE sent me on December 5, 2022 via email and text message . It is now December 28 2022 Ive reached out to the company about my $36. Their representative responded with information Im already aware. The tracking number is faulty. I provided them with photos of the paperwork provided by my employer (***) that clearly states the return was delivered shortly after they provided me with the shipping label. Now I cant get a response. They had a whole lot to say when I told them I did t want to subscribe to their coffee and how to return it though.

I did not sign on for repeats, but contrary to my wishes, I was put on a repeat and have now changed my credit card, and will do everything I can: I was going to keep the first batch, and just not buy again, but now that you pulled this: I want a total refund of everything I bought from you, and this latest $70.00 box has not been opened and will be returned to sender: it is hard to know where to return though, as you guys give no information and perhaps our controller's office would like to hear about this scam! ~ when you call the customer service #, [protected], an answering machine says hello (male voice) and then a beep and nothing after that! They’re unable to fulfill orders, no tracking numbers ever provided, you will sit and wait, never getting through to customer service, all while receiving 1000 spammy emails a day from them begging you to come back and buy more. Please, don’t be like me, falling for this “too good to be true” product. It is truly a shame.

I ordered one package and did not sign up for auto refill. My credit card was charged for a second recurring order that I did not authorize or place. Impossible to get in touch with anyone to stop and refund. There are 2 icons on their website and email that offer says to get in touch with the company—-phone and email. Only the email icon works. No phone number is listed anywhere. Had to go to this site to find it. When I call someone says “hello” and it goes to voicemail. Clearly a scam to trap people.

I ordered a bag of Ryze Mushroom Coffee to give it a try since I had seen so many ads for it. I got my first bag and tried it, didn't really notice any change or miracles so I didn't even finish my first bag. After a lot a month went by, I received an email that placed another order for me that I did not authorize. I went to their website to file a complaint and to refund me back for what I did not authorize and did not get any response back. Ended up with a second bag of coffee. After another couple months went by I received another email of an order processed without my consent! Even though my credit card had been lost and the number changed, they still managed somehow to gain my card info and charged me for a 3rd bag! Now I'm pissed, this is definitely a scam and the positive reviews online are fake!

I ordered Ryze Mushroom coffee in late Jul 2023 to try. I liked it enough to reorder so I wouldn’t run out of coffee while I looked around for less expensive mushroom coffee brands. Then I discovered two charges on my bank records ($70 & $47 respectively). I immediately looked for the company contact info to speak to a rep. The number they gave my bank is a foreign number that I cannot reach. I went to their website and cancelled 2 subscriptions that I was not aware I even made! There is an odd way of tracking customers which does not use account numbers. So, with no one to speak to, I doubt I’ll get any of my money back. This company’s advertising practices are misleading at best. No matter the analysis of this “complaint board” is. 🙁

I contacted this company via email to cancel my subscription. They agreed to cancel it. A month or so later I received another shipment and was charged on my credit card. After contacting them, they let me know that they had sent me some emails and since I didn't respond they decided to renew my subscription without my permission. I'm sure it will be a long waste of my time to get refunded now.
They will make it very hard to cancel and even after you do, they will renew your subscription without your permission which should be illegal.

I received e-mails august 6, welcoming me to Ryze, thanking me for my reoccurring order. I had never heard of the company so naturally, I was alarmed. I received tracking information to my name and address. It looked very legit, except I did not place the order. I reached out to rRyze immediately, Via email and didn’t hear back for a day so I called customer service and left a voicemail. I finally received an email back. I was told that I should have looked at signing up for reoccurring and asked if I would take a discount. I responded immediately saying you must not have read my email because I did not sign up for this. This is fraud. The entire business week has gone by and the person with the email has not responded to me. I did receive a text message from my voicemail. The person on text message said something about how they see someone else had already taken the case so they were gonna let them handle it. I have since reached out to that person via text several times letting them know the email. Customer service rep is not handling anything. By the end of the business week, I still heard nothing and I have a package of rice coffee, but arrived today that I did not order. It’s almost like they ordered it for me and trying to trick me into keeping it! They are not responding to my constant emails and text messages that this is fraud. Does not seem to matter.

Received email from Andree from Ryze Company. She wanted to verify my address again. I explained that I wanted to cancel my order and felt that this company was fraudulent. My name is Guirlene Delacruz. I purchased this product back on February 25th 2023. I noticed after that one purchase, I kept getting charged and kept receiving orders I didn't approve of. I reached out via email in May and spoke to a gentleman name Ryan in which assured me that it will be taking care of. I was charged for 2 additional orders on March 27th for $36 and April 25th for $36. I let him know that I didn't approve the purchases and also, I didn't care for the taste. He sent me a printing label to send the product back to him, which I did since May and still haven't received my refund for the months you guys kept charging me for something that I didn't order at the first place. BEWARE! If you order one-time, they will automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription. You can't get anyone on the phone. They literally never answer but after and angry voicemail and two emails, I received a reply back from Andree, the "founder." After researching, they put this in the small print UNDER the 30-day money-back guarantee. You DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION to buy when you want. If you want to use this product, it is a requirement that they charge you monthly versus you purchasing when you need and want. They don't make this clear, hence the bad reviews. Terrible business model but they refuse to change it so they make money on the front-end running up people's credit cards. SMH, even if I liked it (and I didn't) I will not support this business specifically because of the way they are doing business. It's deceiving!

I was very upset that I was automatically set up for reoccurring shipment/ordering. There was nothing that stood out while ordering to let me know (like a popup or a box i check myself). It seems like I'm not the only one who has had this issue. That being said, the website may need some work. You might be better off setting it up to where the person placing the order has to agree to reoccurring shipping/ordering. I understand the logic of having to drink it everyday for it to be "effective", but most people want to simply try it first.

I placed an order on Jun 12, 2323 and was unknowingly signed up for an unwanted subscription. I purchased Ryze mushroom coffee and was not aware that I will be set up for a subscription. I called to cancel it and could not reach anyone. I left an email and believed that the issue was resolved. They charged me again and sent more coffee. I emailed them again stating that I am no longer interested in their product. I didn’t even request a refund. Then today a month later. I was charged again. Again no one answers the phone. I only hear a message and no one calls me back. I believe that they are ignoring my please to cancel the subscription purposely just so that they can keep charging me. If they’re doing this to me, then they’re doing this to others. Can’t cancel recurring the order
I ordered one time only to try on March and I didn’t like it and they sent out and charged other bag on April without my knowledge.
I emailed to customer service on April 25 cancel my recurring order, Andree replied me. Today June 18 I received my credit card charged $40 again and emailed the shipment confirmation.
This is really upsetting, this company charging me without my consent and customer service really bad. This is wasting my time to do this dispute. Really bad business reputation.

Then in Feb, they sent me another bag and charged me $25. And now it's March 1st, and they already charged me $25 again for another bag of coffee that's probably on its way. I emailed them and called them five times, but no one answers the phone, and I have to leave a message. But no one called me back. I spent $75 on coffee that I don't want, and I can't cancel my subscription. So, I might have to change my account number with my bank. Thanks.
