Scam subscription
Ryze teases you with an offer for a free trial but the web interface is designed to trick you into signing up for a subscription that is very, very difficult to cancel. Expect to spend hours on the phone with your credit card company trying to get your money back. One of Ryze's competitors claims they had an independent lab test Ryze and that it contains mostly oats and very little mushrooms. Basically the Ryze product is a scam top to bottom. Save yourself the trouble and buy a different brand. Or just go to WAWA on Tuesday and get a free coffee.

This stuff tastes like used toilet water. It is garbage. When you try to cancel your subscription you will be forced into a maze of website foolishness and redirected to other sites to order more stuff. They will continue to charge your card and tell you it is your fault for getting involved in the first place. Please report these people to the BBB and to your State AG for prosecution. They need it.

I am a huge coffee lover but have found myself unable to drink it much anymore. I would get bad headaches and have an upset stomach.
I then turned to mean bean monsters, bad choice, talk about bloating. I found this ad for Ryze coffee and kept looking into it every time I saw it.
Finally I sat down and looked it over. I made the purchase. When it arrived I started it the next morning, here I am on day 7 and Oh! My! Goodness! am I happy I chose this!
I have relaxed energy, my heart doesn't race, I don't feel bloated and I'm so focused... I have never had anything this amazing and definitely had been on a search for something that hits all the issues I see in me on a daily basis.
It tastes amazing and I even ordered the coconut creamer, currently waiting for it to arrive :)
Now this, this is heaven! And no im not a robot, I'm just honest when the time is right and I wanted to lay it out for everyone!

Not a scam
I see so many comments about Ryze scamming people with an autoship subscription but if people would actually read information when purchasing it clearly states subscription. Also if you create and account and sign in it is beyond simple to cancel your subscription and order on demand. I love the benefits I've recieved from Ryze so far. My inflammation from an auto immune disorder had improved so much. So thankful for this product. It's disappointing to see so many people bad mouth a company and not take responsibility for their own ignorance.

RYZE has a class action complaint pending in California, 47 pages of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau, and a 1.7 star rating on Google for deceptive subscription practices. That's not normal. The problem is RYZE, not their customers.
Not true. Nowhere on their sight does it give you the option to cancel. I emailed the founder and she admonished me for not reading the microdot lettering that ties you into a subscription. I replied and then she ignored me from then on. Never got my refund and don't know if I'm cancelled...

This company is the worst! I tried to help my grandma cancel her subscription, but the link didn't work. I emailed them, but they didn't respond. There's no phone number or address to contact them. Ryze Superfoods is a total scam! Just like many others, I got tricked into getting more shipments even after I cancelled my subscription. It's so sneaky and dishonest! I tried to reach out to their customer service through email and phone, but they were no help at all. They told me to send back the products for a refund, but I still haven't received anything. I'm so fed up with this that I'm going to report them to my Attorney General. Don't waste your money on this company!

I had a problem with Ryze Superfoods like most people here. They don't make it clear that it's a subscription. I didn't know I was signing up for auto-ship and auto-deduct from my credit card. I thought I only signed up for a sample. They say you can easily cancel at any time, but that's not true. It took me several months to reach out to the company without a prompt reply, and they kept shipping and charging my credit card. That's fraud and shady business practice. It's fraud when a credit card is charged without permission. That's what happened to me. They also say they contact you before shipments are sent, but they don't give you any warning or option to stop the charges. By the time I received a response, they had sent me two shipments and charged my credit card twice without my permission! That's wrong.

It's really frustrating that I got charged again after reaching out. They have an auto-reply that says they'll respond within 24 hrs, but their customer service is terrible. I emailed them two more times and they suggested I keep the product or give it to a friend instead of honoring their return policy and giving me a refund. They're not responding to my emails at all now, even though I've been emailing them for the last 1.5 weeks. Ryze doesn't care about their customers and doesn't follow their own policies. I'm going to keep telling people about this because it's not right.

Each time I purchase they claim theres a one time purchase option I clicked that the second time I purchased and I still got opted into the subscription. I asked for a return label on December 3, 2022 as the package showed up a couple days after the money was deducted from my account. I promptly returned the item through my employer. The *** on December 3, 2022. Same company they send their products through. The tracking number was faulty apparently and for almost three weeks I couldnt track the return. I went to In Plant Support at *** (my employer) to see if the package was lost. Nope. The return was was received when I took it work (***) on Dec 3,2022 and delivered and received at the location provided on the return label RYZE sent me on December 5, 2022 via email and text message . It is now December 28 2022 Ive reached out to the company about my $36. Their representative responded with information Im already aware. The tracking number is faulty. I provided them with photos of the paperwork provided by my employer (***) that clearly states the return was delivered shortly after they provided me with the shipping label. Now I cant get a response. They had a whole lot to say when I told them I did t want to subscribe to their coffee and how to return it though.

I tried to cancel, but couldn't talk to anyone and left a message. There was no other way to cancel online. I kept getting orders I didn't want until December *** January 2023. I was happy I wasn't charged and didn't get an order. But in February, they charged me again and sent another order! I called customer service, but got the same message that nobody was there. Even though I tried to cancel many times, they keep charging me $54.00 for something I don't want. I want a refund for the extra charges. I told them I did not order another bag of this mushroom coffee. They said I signed up for automatic deliveries. I told them that I was not aware of that, and I want to cancel. The customer service rep. told me that it takes a while to get used to it so he will contact me again in January before he sends another bag. I said don't bother and remove me from automatic deliveries. In January I receive an email stating that my next delivery is getting ready for shipping. I emailed back saying I didn't want it and to cancel the delivery because I threw out half of the first delivery. I get an auto reply saying they are busy and will get back to me. I then receive an email that the product shipped. I emailed back and said stop the shipment and received and auto reply again that they are busy and would get back to me. I then emailed the president who said she doesn't want to duplicate efforts since I am already emailing a customer service rep. I then get an email with the tracking number. I emailed them again saying they were not supposed ship me anymore product. Of course, they get back to me right away saying that it already shipped, and I should try it in smaller doses. I called and left a message on their customer service line about how what happened, and I was charged $36 for something I will throw away again. It's been over a week, and no one has called me back. I still have the delivery in its shipping package and would like to return it for a full refund.

Ryze has significantly improved my daily routine. After three weeks of using their product, I've observed positive changes in my sleep and overall health. I've been drinking the Ryze Mushroom coffee for awhile now, really feel like it helps with brain fog, so decided to try the night time gummies. I can definitely tell it helps me fall asleep faster, and sleep more soundly.

I started using Ryze because I was having difficulty falling asleep. First off, let me say it’s delicious. It blends well using my frother. I’m trying to stick to a sleep routine, of which Ryze is a part of. It’s only been about 10 days but I feel sleep is coming a bit easier. I hope to feel more improvement over time.
