I had to pay multiple times for the same services on two vehicles that were towed multiple times, and they still aren't running properly. One of the cars was actually fixed at a different shop. We were promised a warranty, but we're still facing the same issue.

I gave this company more than $6000. They said my 2004 Isuzu Rodeo required a fresh engine, so I paid for it. Additionally, I handed over $250 for a brand-new fuel pump. However, I haven't been able to drive my car ever since they worked on it. It's still not in a drivable condition.

They still have my car and my money and told me I have to wait 3 weeks before I can get the car I paid for. When I went there, I noticed there were license plates, not dealer plates, on the car I bought. I asked for my money back, but the owner said, "I don't do refunds." He's the one I gave my money to.

I noticed a strange noise coming from the back where the repair was done. I had to call for a tow truck and take it back to the shop. The mechanic told me there were engine issues this time. I had to pay an additional $100 for them to take another look. They were supposed to do a diagnostic the first time it was there. My truck was running fine before I brought it to them, it just needed the rear work done.

I asked them how long it would take to properly fix all the issues they failed to address, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

Later, when I took my car to another mechanic, they could easily tell that the parts used by S T S Car Care were from the junkyard. I ended up paying $1414.00 for this subpar service. Even the outer tie rod end, which was supposed to be new, turned out to be recycled. They lied to me, claiming that all the parts were new when they clearly weren't.

They blamed miscommunication, saying that no one confirmed my approval for the repairs. Then, on December 10th, they informed me that they had scrapped my car because I didn't authorize the repairs. I went to the shop, but the manager wasn't there. The service manager told me that the owner said there was nothing to discuss. I had repeatedly asked them to fix the vehicle, and I had important tools and personal information inside it.

They even called my partner and made a racist comment, saying they didn't want me on their property because of my skin color and threatened to shoot me if I showed up. I decided to take my car to another place, Meineke, and they told me that the power steering pump and alternator were broken. The pump was leaking into the alternator, causing my car to stop working. We asked S T S Car Care for copies of the repair orders and receipts, but when my partner called to request them, they refused to email, fax, or let her pick them up in person. We had to buy another car to replace the one they couldn't fix, and we had to pay for the same repairs twice or even more for the other car because they didn't fix it properly either.
