This company advertised a product that I could not find in any store anywhere. I ordered 5 of the items and I received timely and accurate shipping updates and the package arrived earlier than anticipated. I then ordered 5 more and they reached out to me to make sure that it wasn't a bogus order. Very pleased with my purchase and customer service.

Let me say without a doubt this is one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege for doing business with online their customer service and shipping is second to none. It was one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had, and I'll highly recommend this company, their service is second to none class A. If this company has what you're looking for, do not hesitate to order it, because you will not be disappointed. It is hard these days and times to find a company that is dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend the store, I was very impressed with their product and their service.

I purchased a Picture-frame Nanny-Cam from these folks. Upon receiving it, I found that the SD card which facilitates video storage (i.e. necessary for there to be much point of my purchase) would not seat properly; and thus the unit would not/will not allow for me to review any video it enables--if I don't catch it live (and perhaps record the video with yet another device) it's as if it never happened. I spoke with S3Stores "Customer Service" and have sent two e-mails to the same. I'm now weeks into my ownership of the device with not a single effort of theirs put-forth toward resolving my issue with their defective merchandise. What I've ended-up with is the single cheesiest picture-frame that one could find for any price...let alone the +$200.00 that S3Store's apparently running away with. They get "one star" only as a "zero star" rating remains unavailable.

On 10/20 I ordered a 240 Serving Freeze Dried Fruit Bundle by *** Company from www.thebulkfoods.com which is an S3 Store. They had the best price that I could find. I checked out and it gave me a "grand total" and I then had to complete my order by paying with credit card over the phone which is a little odd but okay. Anyway, shipping cost was then added which was another $10 but that was still reasonable so I agreed. Two days later they e-mail me saying "All items you ordered are currently discontinued / 'out of stock' without definite re-stocking date." That seemed way off because it did not say out of stock when I ordered it. I then check back and the product is still listed, not showing out of stock at all, but this time with a whopping $123.00 price increase! So they lied to my face about it being discontinued/out of stock. They had the product priced too low apparently which is their own faults, not mine. Instead of honoring the advertised price they lied about why they cancelled my order. Very poor business practice. It was my first time ordering from an S3 Store and I will NEVER do it again.

If I could give this company 0 out of 5, I would. Their customer service and overall way of retail is ridiculous. I ordered a full-size bottle of perfume, and when it got delivered to me I noticed half of the bottle empty and the smell was not the same as the original smell I have at home. I call customer service and talk to two people on the phone, only for them to tell me their "warehouse" does not accept refunds. Mind you, the bottle was halfway empty. They finally decided to give me a replacement of the item that day and they sent me a confirmation stating that they were waiting for directions from the warehouse for the return of the bottle I have at home. I call the next day, only for them to tell me that the warehouse is not going to accept this refund or replacement. I decide to talk to the manager, or at least he claims to be the manager, [Manager's Name]. The manager was somehow more rude than the people I talked to, and said that I might be lying about the bottle. He told me to send a picture of the bottle and he will reply to the email, stating that they do not accept refunds. He even claimed to be the supervisor and CEO of the company.. such a disrespectful, belittling man. If you've read this far, please please please do not buy anything from this company. It is not worth it.

I was pricing out a high-end easel from a well-known art retailer that both came in around $2,000, then I stumbled on Artist Supply Source for the same easel, it was $1,395. I was extremely skeptical about using Artist Supply Source of S3 Stores Inc at first. I thought they looked a bit generic and possibly dubious, so I called the customer service number to make sure a real person existed. To get to the point, I love my easel. I saved over $500 going through Artist Supply Source (it did take about 3 extra days than expected, maybe it was because the easel is huge and required freight) but to save that much, I adore this company and will use them for their savings on all future art supply purchases. Would buy from here again. I ordered a tongue drum from here. It was the most affordable price I could find on the internet. The instrument wouldn't be perfect as it was used or otherwise defective in a way that didn't affect sound. At checkout I was told it could take 7 to 10 days shipping. Makes sense since the price is so cheap, I can wait. Package arrived 3 days later and the instrument is brand new, not a scratch, perfect condition, no pieces missing or anything out of place.
