Salvage Reseller aka Inloher Corp
Buyer beware - NOT reputable and will take your money.
Bought a car from/thru them on April 18, 2022 for $5950 as they advertised themselves as Salvage Reseller- a middleman to buy for you at auction from Copart auction and salvage.
The car with advertised "clean" Texas title.
They called me on May 4th, 2022 to tell me that "Copart" had made a mistake and that it was a salvage title, NOT a clean title.
They told me I could return it to them for a refund of $5950 or just apply for a rebuilt title in Tennessee.
I called the State of Tennessee and was told that this VIN number was on a "JUNK" title and it could NEVER be rebuilt or licensed.
I paid over $900 to have car shipped from Florida to Tennessee only to find out it can never be titled or registered.
I was told I could send it back to Copart in Florida, but we agreed I could also send it to the Copart in Memphis, Tn.
The car was sent/towed to Copart in Memphis, Tennessee on May 6th, 2022 which cost me another $125 for the tow.
I asked about a refund for the $939 I paid for towing from Florida to Memphis, and they told me that was "my responsibility, Buyers are responsible for paying transportation cost".
I told them it was NOT a clear title and I could have bought salvage Camaros' here in Memphis, why would I pay to ship one from Florida?
Then they tell me I have to wait a week for the title to be sent to Copart in Memphis, Tn to get my refund ALTHOUGH Copart in Memphis has the car on their lot.
I waited a week, called Friday May 13th, the lady Karina that was handling it was out but she was "working" on it.
I called back that Monday - May 16th and was told Copart in Memphis had the title and that Inloher Corp mailed me a check for $5950 in a white envelope with their Inholer logo on.
They even emailed this to me also.
I had asked them to Zelle me the money, but their Zelle machine wasn't "working" as in the other reviews I read on here.
(Funny how it works when you send them money)
I emailed Monday May 23rd after receiving NO check,, I was told the same thing again in email, they had mailed me a check on May 16th, 2022.
Friday May 27, 2022 will be 3 weeks they have had this car in their possession and I have NO refund.
I have contacted the District Attorney in Florida, The Consumer Fraud division in Florida, The Shelby County District Attorneys office in Memphis, Tennessee and will be pursuing further legal action.
I have lost ENOUGH time and MONEY dealing with these people and the games they play.
Buyer Beware - PLEASE do NOT get scammed and have to go thru this like me.
Desired outcome: waiting for legal action
Ram pickup truck 2005
They scammed me out of 6900$ plus all the fees for planes, motel, rental car and fares. I purchased a truck they said ran and drove. I purchased it for 5100$ and after all their fees came to 6900$ I flew from California to Miami and after the biggest run around saying i had to have it towed from the lot, and they wouldnt let me view the truck. After paying 350$ i found someone to retrieve the truck from the lot. The drive line was bent, the front end was shot, the rearend was out, and it was stripped. I had to abandon the vehicle there and pleeded with Salvage reseller that left all the blame to copart.. to no avail they keep taking money from my bank account. 24.99 today . BIGGEST SCAM EVER and its legal.. something has happened to our world. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED...
I sent an email pleading another vehicle and they said as is... no refunds.

2005 Dodge Ram quad cab 2x4 pickup truck 6900$ actual worth: 500$

I have all the documents to support this claim and will gladly forward if needed.

emailing my driver license and them using my info for a scam
These people wanted my deposit money before I finally was able to get my drivers license emailed to them by myself. I am afraid that my license will be misused. I did not read the reviews before I had my daughter email a copy of my license to them. Please let me know if any suspicious activity occurs. I am sorry that I had a copy of my license emailed to a company that has bad reviews. I am 70 years old and I have a lot to learn about scams today.
Thank You,
Lawrence Thomas Lipford
Please just keep my name on alert for suspicious activity.
Desired outcome: I just don't want to become a victims of identification fraud.

copart reseller
Salvage Reseller is a broker for Copart who scams your money through theft and deception
They shill bid a vehicle up to my maximum deposit of $9000 with no other bidders from $7000 I have the bid history
Then when i refused to pay for the vehicle charged me $900 cancellation fee
They are thieves and commit fraud on behalf of Copart
I tried to resolve this issue both with Salvage Reseller and Copart management but they refused to help
Both Copart and Salvage Reseller are thieves stealing people's money running up bids fraudulently with the same bidder. You can bid up your own bids at the auction with no other bidders than yourself neither Salvage Reseller not Copart disclose this
Failed to provide paid for services
DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BIDS
I lost a vehicle because they never placed my bid at Copart
Copart confirmed it and they send me an email saying I had been out bid NOT!
They finally admitted it but said it was because they were too busy!
How many others have they lied to and said that too
I would never have known I I had not been watching the auction run at Copart
BEWARE
After a week of discussing this the owner was more then generous in correcting the issue. He gave me a full refund and provided his next bidding to me at not cost. Things were completely resolved
