3 "BRAND NEW" 4 WHEELERS 2-250cc & 1-125cc
I purchased three four-wheelers from them in November '23. Upon delivery, there were multiple issues with the parts provided. The red 250 had a bent frame, broken choke cable, faulty carburetor, damaged battery, unchecked tires, and missing bolts. The orange one had a faulty carburetor, dead battery, missing bolts, broken-off grease zerks, and a kinked brake cable. The pink one had broken bolts, non-functioning brakes, incorrect remote wiring, wouldn't turn over, and a badly dented battery.
I emailed them over 30 times with pictures, and they sent me parts that don't fit their machines. I inquired about the warranty at least 10 times and never received a clear answer. It's now April, and I still cannot ride any of these. They had me replace multiple parts that did not fit, only to then ask me to explain why they don't fit. I sent pictures showing the intake port on the carburetor is smaller than the original.
Claimed loss: 2 days of assembly, 5 days of diagnosing parts & replacing pieces & bolts. 8-9 hours of office time going back and forth with someone in China to no avail
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement of Maroon 4 wheeler & correct parts for the Orange 250cc

I purchased two 40 cc 4 wheelers from "powersportsmax". Within a week one of the engines locked up. I called and asked for a replacement. The woman there said she would send me an engine and pull start. I told her I paid for full assembly. I wanted a full replacement. She said they could not do that. I asked to speak to a manager, She said there was none. I feel they Should replace the 4 wheeler, Since it was less than 10 days old and I paid extra for a fully assembled unit.

Was shorted $279.95 when dirtbike was returned to merchant after it being ship to my shipping address. There website claim to not use shippers like ups but thats who ship it and they require a signature upon delivery which i wasnt expecting bec i thought they did not use them. I was also never told by merchant to expect to give a signature upon delivery either. Had i been told i wouldnt be hear writing you now. I also have proof of this claim, its right on there own website and it states that there shipper will call you before arrival.

Ordering a scooter.
On 4-21-23 I tried to purchase a scooter. I had to update my address but it wouldn't take any updates for my new credit card info and new address. So I called around 1:00 p.M. (edt) in ga. The gal that answered couldn't answer the phone without, what sounded like she dropped it about 3 times. The she sounded half asleep and when I gave her my name and spelled it for her, she couldn't find my old account. So tried zip code and she kept repeating 6 to 7 numbers when they only have 5. She repeated it back and added numbers and all mixed up. How does 30185 turn into 01385 then 31805 and a couple more I forgot. Would've been easier if she wouldn't try talking when i'm trying to give her information. She said she could do the order over the phone. If she can't get a zip code correct, how can I expect her to get my credit card info correct? If you want me to buy a scooter now, then have someone else call me and maybe even throw in free shipping if you want to sell another one. I'm not sure if I can trust them now.
Desired outcome: let the customer answer questions and to LISTEN AND NOT KEEP TALKING when a customer is trying to talk. At least FREE DELIVERY if you want to sell another one. If not, I'll take my Credit card somewhere else.
2021 scooter 150cc
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying since April 2021 to get my scooter registered. I have called too many times to count, sent over 15 emails, with a "canned" response, just wait and we'll get in touch. I have tried and tried, so, I have a 150cc scooter just sitting in the driveway and unable to register in the state of California. Besides, all this, you have to buy a "certain" type of scooter for California anyway due to all the hoops California makes you jump through. Just to find out that the company is negligent in doing their part in fulfilling their part of the deal. This is a bad, bad, company.
Desired outcome: I would like the paperwork to register my scooter: DMV is requesting, New Vehicle report of sale and a statement of facts completed OR I want my money back and they can come get the scooter

I purchase TWO of these “good looking” dirt bikes fir my grandsons Christmas presents. SSR 110 manual trans and SSR 70 full auto.
To the point, the Fort Myers, FL powersports retailer did NOT represent this POS for what it is. JUNK!
Salesgal provided incorrect operation instruction and the greasy handlebar mustache sales manager clearly does not care, once you roll these POS out the door! Confusing parts availability, junk knockoff design and more. AMERICA, buy Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki or DO NOT BUY Chinese SSR or any other Chinese made brands.
Desired outcome: TOTAL REFUND FOR THESE CHINESE MADE JUNK BIKES.

I purchased a GK-Goo2 125 Go Cart brand new first start and run lasted 10 minutes as electrical started burning and smoking and now will not run. The Rep Zora Z has zero customer service ability and is rude when trying to resolve. I offered a reasonable solution and was told no. After the way being treated, I just want them to stand by their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 50-day full refund.

The customer service sucks. They don't answer the phone. Zora is extremely rude and unhelpful. The bikes are poorly made and arrive poorly assembled. The bike cuts off during acceleration, bolts are loose, and the light on the front of my bike does not fit and isn't secured by anything its merely resting on the forks. I am demanding a refund of my purchase as well as contacting the better business bureau. The bike that I bought is unsafe being how bolts and handle bars are loose. While sitting at an idle in my garage a bolt fell out somewhere from the bike.

Pony 50 (atm50a1) taotao 49cc scooter
Received delivery on Sept. 28 and had it fully assembled on Sat. the 29th. It started and idled rough, and when I tried riding it, it had little to no power at all.
I called and also e-mailed them about the problem. I never got a call back from them even though I asked for that over an e-mail. I did receive an e-mail from them to do certain things that I followed. It didn't change it's performance at all. I e-mailed them back and informed them about it not helping at all, haven't yet to hear back from them. I asked for a phone call, not e-mail. So what do I do next?
I want to get this problem fixed or get another scooter that runs like it should. I've bought at least 5 from them without an incident of major concern.

THEIR review page is down, no good link to it. So, here we are.
I've had one of their TaoTao PowerMax 150cc Scooters, purchased April 2018.
Exhaust fell off the first week of ownership.
Exhaust connection broken, welded together, broke right above the weld. AND the replacement they have to order is a beefier design, so they sell [censored] products and sell the "good quality" parts at a markup.
The blinker cover fell off one of the back blinkers. They sent a replacement, but It was the wrong part, and conveniently my emails were never answered after that. And on top of that, after looking into it, I would have to strip the entire rear end of this scooter to the frame to even reach the wires or even the [protected]@mn bolts to replace the blinker.
And what started this rant, 3 batteries in a year. ONE year.
When I ordered the new one this time, what I got was half the battery I thought I got. After looking into it, they don't even sell the battery I need anymore and send me a 4Ah when I needed 7Ah.
So, I decided I'd return the battery and get one somewhere else.
And wouldn't you know it, no return options listed on their website.
I called and was told to just send it back, on my own dime, and they'll return the battery cost once received.
I asked for that in writing, email, for traceability, and I was told "We don't do that"
SO I paid extra money to send this out FedEx with signature required, because at this point I was assuming they would get the battery back, but claim they did not receive it, and refuse my return.
Well, it was received. I sent an email saying I see it was receive at this time and signed by this person, when will I get my return.
"It will take 2 days to process"
Already not what I was told before, but whatever.
3 days later, "hey, its now been 3 days, where's my refund?"
" Accounting only processes refunds once a week, be patient."
I send a [censored]y email saying how shady this all is and on what day is the process completed.
Well, it was completed today. I received a nice email saying that the refund has been completed, MINUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!
Now I'm not expecting anything out of this company, I knew full well I was buying a cheap product, customer service will absolutely not be on par.
And even if I did try to start something, I'm sure they'll send some kind of line item on my receipt that says something along the lines of
"thank you for your purchase, and no take backs, HAHAHAHA SUCKA!"
So, what I am hoping for is at least one person will go searching reviews for this company/product and see my review and make a better choice than I did.
Trust me, if you want a motorized vehicle to last you at least one year of being street legal without major repairs, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Do yourself a favor and get a name brand, dealer bike. More expensive for sure, but you'll thank yourself later.

I have received a broken moped almost a month ago. They (shipping company) have delivered a damaged moped. Unfortunately somebody from my household has signed for it, not knowing she has to inspect since I was at work. She assumed that would be it. There was lots of damages, from the the frame, tail light, fender bender, bar, etc..as soon as I saw that, I sent out pictures of almost everything . I was told I was gonna pay for the shipping. How can I pay for something I could not have controlled, just because somebody signed for it? It is not safe for my son to drive that moped even though there could be replacement parts for it, too many damages and scratches, etc... so I have been back and forth for several weeks now, I shouldn't go through all that. I finally decided to sign the paperwork agreement, that I will pay for the shipping. It's been 3 days that I sent out the paperwork by email and nobody got back to me as of now. So I have requested to talk to a manager and the representative hang up on me. I called back, I presented myself and I tried to explain what is going on, and the person hangup on me again! Nobody should have gone through all this, this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I could have gone through another company but I chose you. Customer should not be treated this way. And this female representative should be fired. She hangup on me twice.
I respectfully request to get a replacement or please get me my refund so I can go somewhere else. My order number is 295591. They won't even let me talk to a manager! I have never seen that before.

service regarding sending wrong item and not trying to correct the wrong
I ordered a hoverboard for a Christmas gift for my son. I ordered a black 8.5" all-terrain hoverboard on 12/5/18. Got an email saying order was received and later a follow up saying it was being shipped. On 12/12/18 I got a red 6" hoverboard instead. I immediately emailed the company to make them aware of what had happened. They responded saying they would look into it about 2 days later. They then told me a day or two after that there was another one in route to "please wait". After another week and a half I checked the tracking number and noticed that on 12/26/18 the item I was "waiting" for was shipped back to California. I immediately emailed the company (along with tried to call three times) to inform them of what I saw. The next day they emailed back and said they know that it was shipped to the manufacturer. Then said in the same email that they were sold out of that particular hoverboard now and simply said "sorry for the inconvenience". They made no mention of fixing the issue. When I emailed them back saying what was I supposed to do regarding the Christmas gift I ordered for my son they said I could just give him the other one I got. I have tried several times to contact the company in regards to this issue with no answer over the phone and no real attempt to fix the wrong or any attempt to preserve business.
3 electric atvs tao e1 500 watt
I placed an order on 11/30/18. I received the order on 12/10/18. The boxes had damage on them. One had major damage to the box but we found the only damaged was a hole in the battery box. On one of the others the front and rear fairing were broken, the battery box was busted and the chain guard was broken. On the third one the only problem was the rear axle. One side was longer than the other. My husband talked to someone on 12/16/18. She put the order in for the parts we needed to fix it. We have sent pictures and exchanged several emails since then. The last email of 12/21/18 said they were checking with the vendors about the parts. The order is in review status. Needless to say, our granddaughters won't have their atvs Christmas morning.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no...
Do not buy anything from this place. The hundreds of reviews (yelp, bbb, google etc.) telling you to stay away from this place are for real. Do not ruin your family's christmas! I just wish my wife would have read them before she bought the 125cc go cart 2 years ago. It's a nightmare. Takes at least 8-10 hours to put together. And then it's chinese junk... It rarely works. My kids got it for christmas 2 years ago and my have spent 2 hours on it. They spent more time in it pretending it worked! Kids were/are so upset that their present doesn't work. Doesn't make a dad feel great that he can't fix it for them. Sent it to a small engine/lawn mower repair shop and they kept it 10 out of the first 12 months we had it. They had to replace the battery - got a real store bought one from autozone. They had to buy parts from briggs and stratton and then modify to fit on this pos. Numerous calls to the business were never answered. We used friend's phones to call them and they hung up on us. Don't reply to any of the reviews online either. Horrible! When they sell you they push the money back guarantee, but guess what? You cant repack the go cart back into the crate, probably didn't keep the crate anyway. But to get your money back for the go cart you have to pay for the shipping back to california-could be up to $800. Please take my advice and do not buy from this sham of a business...
3 four wheelers
We purchased 3 four wheelers on Thanksgiving night online. We called to cancel within one hour. No one answered the phone after countless tries. When we reached them the next morning, we were told that order could not be cancelled cause more than an hour and order was already sent to warehouse. Attendant finally admitted that they were closed Thanksgiving and that was why phone was answered yet products had still been sent to warehouse . Attendant agreed to submit and refund request and we would hear something yesterday. I have called, emailed and left messages with no response yesterday. I talked to same attendant today and he is now saying Monday before warehouse responds. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
