Horrible Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts: Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation
My experience with MotorcycleCloseouts was absolutely ridiculous, I gotta tell ya. They are just plain HORRIBLE, man. I mean, seriously, good luck trying to get anything from them. It was a total mess, let me tell you.
So, here's what went down. I placed an order with them, right? And then, out of the blue, I start getting all these mixed messages. One person from their customer service team tells me they're gonna send the product from another location. Cool, I thought. But then, BAM! Another person cancels my order through an email, without even bothering to explain why. What the heck, right?
Naturally, I was pretty ticked off about this whole situation. So, I decided to follow up with the customer service rep. I asked them what the deal was and if my order got canceled. Simple enough, right? But you won't believe what they said to me. They told me not to treat their CSRs incorrectly. Like, what? I was just asking about my product, man. How is that treating someone badly?
Honestly, it felt like these people didn't even want my business. They were acting all nuts and aggressive for no reason. It's like they were trying to push me away or something. I don't know about you, but that's not the kind of vibe I want from a company I'm trying to buy stuff from, you know?
So, yeah, my experience with MotorcycleCloseouts was a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay away, folks. Trust me on this one.
Frustrating Order Cancellation Policy Hinders Gift Purchase
This here purchase, let me tell ya, it was a real nice gesture from my sister and brother-in-law. They wanted to get me somethin' special, so I picked out what I wanted not once, but twice! I even put in their card and all. But guess what? Motorcyclecloseout went ahead and canceled it. Can you believe that? Talk about frustratin'! It took us a second cancellation to finally figure out that they canceled it 'cause my brother-in-law used his visa. Now, I gotta say, that's a policy they need to reconsider, 'cause it's just plain silly. Instead of my family buyin' me somethin', now I gotta go through the whole process myself. I gotta place the order and pay for it with my own money, and then they gotta give me the cash. It's downright ridiculous, I tell ya. I just hope I actually receive this order without any hiccups. I've bought stuff from these guys before, and I gotta admit, no complaints there. If it weren't for this whole mess with who paid for it, I would've given 'em a higher rating, no doubt about it.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts
So, I gotta say, everything came right on time and just like I was expectin'. No complaints 'bout the stuff I bought or the whole buyin' experience. But let me tell ya, somethin' happened that really got me riled up. Just a few days after I made my order, the price of one of the things I bought dropped. Now, any normal store would've given me a refund for the difference, no questions asked. But not these guys. Their customer service straight up refused to give me the lower price, can ya believe it?
I thought 'bout sendin' the original item back and orderin' a new one, but dang, the cost of returnin' it plus a $10 charge for the return (which, let's be honest, is a bit much for just processin' a credit card) stopped me dead in my tracks. I tell ya, I ain't too happy 'bout this kind of customer service. It's like they can't see past their own noses or somethin'. They're missin' out on keepin' customers happy, that's for sure.
But hey, at least the stuff I got was good and it came on time. Can't complain 'bout that. It's just a shame they couldn't do right by me when it came to the price. So, if you're lookin' to buy from MotorcycleCloseouts, just keep in mind that their customer service might not be the best.
Terrible Experience: Wrong Size, Out of Stock, and Refund Fee - Avoid This Online Store!
This online store is seriously the worst. I've been riding for like 21 years, man, and I've dropped mad cash on motorcycle gear, but I've never had such a crappy experience. So, I ordered this AGV helmet in size L, right? All my helmets are L, even the two AGVs I had before. But this model runs small, so the L doesn't fit me. I hit up customer service to exchange it for an XL, but they hit me with the news that it's gonna be out of stock for a whole 5 weeks, bro. So, I'm like, "Alright, just give me a refund then." But guess what? They wanna charge me a 10% fee for that refund, man. I tried explaining that all I wanted was the right size, but they didn't give a damn. They were like, "Either wait 5 weeks or lose 10%, dude." Seriously, do yourself a solid and shop at better places like Revzilla or Motorcycle Superstore. They won't screw you over like these clowns.
Frustrating Website Glitches and Misleading Product Listings at MotorcycleCloseouts
Man, let me tell you about my experience with MotorcycleCloseouts. So, last night I was all pumped up to order a helmet for my sick Samsung Galaxy cellphone. I entered all my checkout info like a gazillion times, you know? But guess what? That darn CAPCHA thing at the end of checkout just wouldn't load up, man! Can you believe it? I was so freakin' irritated, I could feel my blood boiling!
I mean, seriously, that loading circle just kept going round and round, mocking me. I was like, "Come on, man! Load up already!" But no, it just kept on trying and trying. I was so fed up, I wanted to scream and rip my hair out, you know? It was like a never-ending nightmare!
I was this close to ditching MotorcycleCloseouts and ordering my helmet from some other site. But you know what? I gave it one more shot. I grabbed my trusty tablet and placed my order. Finally, success! But wait, the frustration didn't end there, my friend.
I was browsing for some cool gloves to add to my order, right? So, I tap on one thing, thinking I'm gonna see some awesome gloves on my screen. But what do I get? Something completely different! Can you believe the nerve of it? It was like a slap in the face, man. Such a bummer, I tell ya. Boooooooo!
Oh, and by the way, if you need to reach me, just shoot me a text. I hardly ever check my Gmail, you know? I'm more of a text kinda person. Just so you know.
Anyway, let me tell you, I just got my offroad motorcycle and I'm stoked! So, I'm starting to buy all my gear, and MotorcycleCloseouts seemed like the place to go. But man, they really need to fix their website glitches and stuff. It's a real pain in the you-know-what, you feel me?
So, yeah, that's my story. MotorcycleCloseouts, you better step up your game, man. I'm counting on you to deliver the goods without all these annoying hiccups. Don't let me down, bro.
Peace out,
Kathy
Review: FirstGear Boots - Solid Choice for Motorcycle Adventures
I've always been a big fan of FirstGear gear, man. I got like 4 of their jackets and probably just as many pairs of their pants. It all started back in the 80's when I first started riding, you know? I was all about that Hein Gericke gear back then, but then I started looking around and ended up with FirstGear. And let me tell you, I ain't never looked back.
Now, when it comes to boots, I've always rocked Gaerne. But this time, I decided to switch things up and go for a taller boot. Gotta say, I'm diggin' it. The only thing that's got me a little worried is them plastic straps, man. I ain't sure how well they gonna hold up in the long run, you know what I'm sayin'?
But let's talk comfort, bro. A good boot needs some breakin' in, no doubt about it. When I first slapped these bad boys on, they were killin' my feet, man. I'm talkin' blisters and all that jazz. But I didn't give up, nah. I kept tightenin' them straps and after a couple of weeks, I'm rockin' these boots all day long, no problemo.
Now, here's the thing, most of them straps were way too long, man. I had to bust out the scissors and cut 'em down 'cause they just weren't workin' with the buckle system, especially them top ones. But once I got that sorted, it was smooth sailin', bro.
And let me tell you, the built-in armor on these boots is top-notch. Way better than anythin' I've had before. So if you're willin' to put in the effort to break in some stiff boots, you can't go wrong with these bad boys. Maybe it's just my feet, you know? I'm sure there are folks out there who can slip 'em on right outta the box and be good to go.
Overall, I gotta say I'm pretty stoked with these FirstGear boots, man. They might need a little TLC to get 'em just right, but once you do, they're solid. So if you're lookin' for some new kicks for your motorcycle adventures, give these a shot. You won't be disappointed, my friend. Ride on!
Impressive Customer Service from MotorcycleCloseouts.com
I gotta say, I came across some reviews about this site that were just plain unreasonable, but hey, the prices were so dang low that I couldn't resist giving it a shot. So I went ahead and placed my order, and wouldn't you know it, within 48 hours I had a tracking number in my hands. Talk about speedy service!
When my helmet finally arrived, I was all excited to take it out for a spin. But lo and behold, the inside of the shield started to delaminate. Bummer, right? So I decided to reach out to Bell, the helmet manufacturer, to see if they could hook me up with a warranty replacement visor. Well, guess what? They didn't have the clear replacement visor in stock. Can you believe that? I even offered to pay the difference for a tinted one, but they flat out refused to help me out. They had the tinted ones, but nope, they wouldn't budge.
Now, I wasn't about to let this slide. I mean, come on, I paid good money for this helmet and I expected some decent customer service. So I decided to shoot an email over to motorcyclecloseouts.com, explaining the whole situation. And let me tell you, within just 24 hours, I got a response with a tracking number from Bell. They were sending me a replacement visor, no questions asked. Talk about turning things around!
I gotta admit, I'm a little disappointed with Bell's customer service, but man, motorcyclecloseouts.com really came through for me. They handled my issue like champs and made sure I was taken care of. So despite the hiccup with the helmet, I couldn't be happier with my experience with http://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com. They've earned themselves a loyal customer in me.
Frustrating Checkout Experience and Website Issues at MotorcycleCloseouts
I've tried to buy stuff from MotorcycleCloseouts like at least 6 times, man. It was a real pain in the butt, but finally, this last time, I was able to actually finish the order. The thing is, though, the website wouldn't let me fill out all the boxes properly, and the dang keypad wouldn't move out of the way. So, instead of going in the right order, I had to start by typing in my password first, then my name and address. And when it came to entering my payment info, I had to start with the security code before the card number. If I tried any other sequence, it just wouldn't work, you know?
Oh, and another thing, every time I got to the checkout, it kept putting in 2 of the same item instead of just 1. I had to keep changing it back to 1, which was a real hassle. And to top it all off, I couldn't even add a different shipping address. I had to ship it to my billing address, which is a real pain for me, man. Something is definitely messed up with their checkout system, dude.
But hey, I gotta give credit where credit's due. The price was pretty good, and they had all the color options I wanted. Plus, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I was determined to make this purchase work, you know what I mean? So, despite all the issues, I still went ahead and gave them neutral scores. I mean, I can't really judge them until I actually receive my order and check it out, right?
I gotta say, though, I usually use my phone to buy stuff online, and I never have any problems. I've got a Samsung Galaxy 8+, and it works like a charm. So, maybe it's just their website that's the problem, man. Hopefully, they'll fix whatever's wrong with it soon. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but they really need to get their act together, you know?
Anyway, that's my experience with MotorcycleCloseouts so far. I'll update this review once I actually get my order and see how it turns out. Fingers crossed, man. Thanks.
Terrible Customer Service and Unethical Policies: A Warning About Motorcycle Closeouts
I gotta say, I ain't one to usually go around badmouthing online companies, 'cause I reckon most of the time I can sort out any issues with 'em. But lemme tell ya, Motorcycle Closeouts is hands down one of the worst ones I've ever dealt with. I do a whole lotta online shopping 'cause I can usually score exactly what I want at a lower price than them fancy retail stores. So, I reckon I got quite a bit of experience dealin' with these online companies.
Like I said earlier, this here company is just plain awful. They ain't got a clue about customer service and their store policies, well, they're downright unethical. Instead of playin' these sneaky games with their customers, Motorcycle Closeouts oughta just come out and say they don't do returns. I mean, I can respect a company more if they're honest right from the get-go. If Motorcycle Closeouts had just been straight up about their no return policy, I coulda made an informed decision before buyin' anything from 'em. Least then I'd have somethin' to show for the money I handed over to this shady company.
Let me tell ya, folks, steer clear of this place. Spend your hard-earned cash somewhere else, even if it means payin' a little extra. Trust me, you'll be a whole lot happier with your purchase experience. Don't waste your time and money dealin' with these jokers at Motorcycle Closeouts.
Misleading Size Chart and Poor Customer Service: A Total Scam!
So, I was all excited to get myself a pair of motorcycle pants from MotorcycleCloseouts, you know, motorcyclecloseouts.com. I mean, I did my due diligence and checked their size chart and even measured myself to make sure I was getting the right size. But guess what? When those pants arrived, I couldn't even squeeze them over my hips! Like, seriously, they were not the size they claimed to be on the chart or even on the pants themselves. What a bummer!
So, I decided to reach out to the company and let them know about this major size mishap. And you know what they did? They came up with this lame excuse, saying that the size chart wasn't even theirs! Apparently, it belonged to the company they got the pants from. Like, come on, guys! If the pants I received are not the size I ordered, then they are definitely the wrong product, right? I mean, it's not rocket science!
But wait, it gets even worse! These guys refused to pay for the return shipping unless I received the wrong product. Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, who wants to pay for return shipping when it's clearly their mistake? It's just not fair, man.
So, I sent those ill-fitting pants back to them, and you know what they had the audacity to tell me? They said, "Hey, we had this employee with size 38 hips try them on over her pants, and they fit like a size 8!" Can you believe the nerve? They even had the guts to compare the measurements to the size chart and claim that everything was hunky-dory. They had the nerve to suggest that maybe the pants just weren't right for my body shape. Well, let me tell you something, my body shape is a size 8, alright? I've been wearing size 8 or smaller my whole life, so don't give me that nonsense!
But wait, it gets even worse, if you can believe it. These guys went ahead and charged me a whopping TEN PERCENT of the pants' price as a return fee. Can you imagine? I mean, seriously, between the return shipping and their ridiculous return fee, I'm out over $32, and what do I have to show for it? Absolutely nothing, my friend!
Oh, and let me tell you about this other incident. I also returned a map that cost me $14.95, and you know how much they refunded me? Only $4.95! Can you believe that? They had the audacity to slap me with a $10 refund fee. I mean, seriously, it's either $10 or 10%, whichever is more! Talk about ripping off their customers, man.
Their customer service is a joke, let me tell you. It's like it doesn't even exist. I honestly think these guys make their money by selling you something that's totally incorrect and then keeping 10% of the price when you return it, all on your own dime. It's a total scam, if you ask me.
So, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will never, ever do business with this company again. I've already reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and if you've been screwed over by them too, I highly recommend you do the same. Let's put these scammers in their place, my friend.

HJC i70 helmet arrived used and missing breath guard
I found Motorcycle Closeouts online with a good price for the a HJC i70 helmet. I ordered on 7/1/23 the package arrived 7/6/23 including the closure for July 4th. That was all that went well. Upon opening the helmet was missing the breath guard and the warranty/ owner's manual attached to the chin strap. I called and emailed to [protected]@motorcyclecloseouts.com...
Read full review of MotorcycleCloseoutsDisappointed with Sizing and Return Costs: ICON RAIDEN Jacket Review
So, I recently got myself an ICON motorcycle jacket from MotorcycleCloseouts. I thought I was being smart by ordering it in size 3XL, since I have other jackets from the same brand in that size. But, unfortunately, this particular jacket, the "RAIDEN" Jacket, didn't fit me at all. It seems like it was made for tall folks with a more European cut, rather than the usual American cut. It would've been really helpful if they mentioned whether it's an American cut or European cut in the description, you know, as a reference for sizing and fit.
To make matters worse, I had to shell out $31.00 USD just to return the jacket. That's a bummer, man. It's definitely something to consider before buying anything from them again.
But hey, thanks anyway, MotorcycleCloseouts. I'll keep this experience in mind for my future purchases. Peace out.
False Advertising: "FREE exchange" that's not actually free. Disappointed with MotorcycleCloseouts
So, my kid, right, he saved up all his birthday dough to get some gear for his dirt bike. He was stoked, man! But guess what? The pants he ordered turned out to be way smaller than we expected. Now, I ain't gonna lie, maybe we missed some teeny tiny print or something, so I guess it's kinda our bad. But seriously, it's pretty messed up when you advertise a "FREE exchange on your first order" and it ain't actually free, you know what I'm saying?
I had to shell out 10 bucks just to ship those pants back to MotorcycleCloseouts. And now, I gotta cough up another 10 bucks to get the right size. Like, come on, man! This ain't cool. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I gotta say, this will definitely be our last time buying from these guys. Ain't gonna recommend 'em to our buddies either.
I mean, c'mon, MotorcycleCloseouts, you gotta step up your game. If you're gonna promise a free exchange, then make it truly free. Don't be pulling this sneaky shipping fee business. It's just not right, man. So yeah, consider this my two cents, folks. Stay away from this site if you don't wanna end up feeling ripped off like we did. Peace out.

Slow Shipping Times at MotorcycleCloseouts: Good Prices, but Prepare for a Snail's Pace
The prices at MotorcycleCloseouts are pretty good, I gotta admit. But holy cow, the shipping is slow as molasses. I placed my order on 5/28/2023, and they didn't even bother shipping it until 6/8/2023. Can you believe that? And to top it off, I didn't even get my hands on it until 6/14/2023. Talk about a snail's pace!
Now, I get it, they do mention that their economy shipping can take up to 10 days. But in my case, it took a whopping 12 days. I mean, come on! When they say it's gonna take 10 days, you better believe they're gonna use up every single one of those days. So, if you're itching to hit the road and need your gear in a hurry, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, my friend. Don't say I didn't warn ya!
Disappointing Customer Service and Quality Control at MotorcycleCloseouts
I think it would be really helpful if MotorcycleCloseouts added modular helmets to their filter options. It would make browsing for helmets a whole lot easier, you know what I mean?
So, I ordered this helmet from them and it said it was a Lg. size. But when I got it, the helmet was actually marked as Lg.. When I tried it on, it felt more like a Med. size, if you catch my drift. I mean, come on, I went through all the trouble of trying to send it back. And let me tell you, they didn't make it easy for me. It was like jumping through hoops, you know what I'm saying?
Not only did I have to pay $30.00 to ship it back, but they also charged me $10.00 to refund my Credit Card. Like, seriously? Could they make it any more difficult? It's like they don't even care about their customers, man.
You know what I should have done? I should have just given the helmet to our local charity. At least then I could have gotten a full tax deduction, you feel me? It's just frustrating, you know? I expected better from MotorcycleCloseouts.
Overall, I think they really need to step up their game when it comes to customer service and quality control. It's a shame because they have some good products, but the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Nightmare Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts: Poor Fit, Second-Rate Items, and Terrible Customer Service
Man, let me tell you about my experience with MotorcycleCloseouts. It was a total nightmare, dude. I ordered some stuff from them, but guess what? None of it fit me right, man. And to make matters worse, it looked like these items were second-rate and all messed up. I mean, seriously, what a bummer.
So, I decided to return the stuff, right? But hold up, they made me take pictures of everything and then had the nerve to tell me that they couldn't see anything wrong with them. Like, are you kidding me? Can't they just take my word for it? It's not like I'm trying to pull a fast one on them or anything.
But wait, it gets even worse. I had to pay for the return shipping, bro. Can you believe that? It cost me a whopping $28 bucks just to send back these crappy items that shouldn't have been sold in the first place. Talk about adding insult to injury, man.
Let me give you some advice, my friend. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on MotorcycleCloseouts. There are plenty of other online retailers out there that actually care about their customers. These guys, on the other hand, have zero customer service skills. Trust me, you'll thank me later for steering you away from this disaster of a store.
Disappointing Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts: Unprofessional, Slow Shipping, and Poor Customer Service
So, I had these pants from MotorcycleCloseouts, right? And guess what? The seams were all messed up, like they were about to burst open! I mean, come on, I hadn't even worn them yet, and all the tags were still on! What a bummer, man.
So, I reached out to them, hoping they would sort it out. But let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what. It took forever for them to finally send me a shipping label for the return. And to top it off, the shipping itself was slower than a snail on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Seriously, it was a major buzzkill because I had to go buy new pants locally for my trip.
After what felt like ages, they finally sent me back the pants. But get this, instead of refunding my money like they were supposed to, they just went ahead and repaired the pants. Like, what? We never even talked about that! And now, many more weeks have passed, and they still haven't sent me a shipping label so I can return the unopened box. Talk about unprofessional and acting like a bunch of kids.
I gotta say, dealing with MotorcycleCloseouts has been a real headache. Their responses have been totally uncool and immature. I mean, c'mon guys, get your act together! This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable place to shop for motorcycle gear. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Disappointing Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts: Poor Customer Service and Product Presentation
I gotta say, I've been a regular customer of yours for quite some time now. I've always trusted MotorcycleCloseouts to deliver the goods, but this time, things didn't quite go as planned. So, I decided to give this review a shot and let you know about my recent experience.
Alright, so here's the deal. I went ahead and ordered an Oxford One Piece race suit from your website. Now, I made sure to order it one size larger than my usual size, just to be on the safe side. But guess what? It turned out to be way too small for me. Bummer, right?
Now, I thought it would be a simple process to return the suit and get the right size. But boy, was I wrong! When I reached out to your customer service, they told me that I had to pay $10 just to get a return shipping tag. Seriously? I mean, come on, guys! That's not cool at all.
But wait, there's more! Not only did I have to pay for the return shipping, but I also had to shell out an additional $73 for the suit in the next bigger size. And here's the kicker: I was promised a refund for the price difference between the two sizes. Now, I'm just hoping that promise holds true.
To top it all off, when I received the suit, there was no hanger included, and the plastic product bag it came in had several holes torn in it. Not exactly the kind of presentation I was expecting, especially after being a loyal customer for years.
Now, let me tell you something. I've been in the industry for a whopping 45 years, and I know a thing or two about customer service. This kind of experience really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. And you know what? I won't let it slide. I'm gonna make sure to spread the word about this transaction on social media. Trust me, it's gonna ding your reputation way more than it'll affect me.
So, MotorcycleCloseouts, you better step up your game. I've been a faithful customer for years, but this experience has really disappointed me. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
Disappointing Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts: Account Lock, Order Cancellation, and Lack of Communication
It was a real hassle trying to place my order on MotorcycleCloseouts. First, my account got locked and flagged for fraud, which I understand is for my own protection. I managed to speak with someone who assured me they would take care of it. However, to my surprise, the original order got canceled without any prior notice. I had been eagerly waiting for weeks, as it was supposed to be a birthday present for my son. I had to go through the trouble of tracking down the order myself, only to discover that it had been canceled. I had to call customer service, get my account unlocked, and place the order all over again. I appreciate the concern for my account security, but it would have been great if they had communicated the cancellation to me. Thanks, Gary.
Slow Shipping Time: A Frustrating Experience with MotorcycleCloseouts
Everything about MotorcycleCloseouts was pretty good, except for one thing - the time it took for my products to arrive. Now, I gotta tell ya, I'm all set to go on a trip in just two weeks, and they told me it would take one to two weeks for delivery. Ain't that somethin'? And get this, there ain't no way to speed up the shipping process, no option for expedited shipping or nothin'. They just stick with their standard ground shipping, like it's the only way to go. I reckon they could take a good hard look at that part of their business and start bein' more responsive to their customers. I mean, come on now, what if I leave for my trip in two weeks and the gear I ordered shows up the day I'm gone? That's just plain frustratin', if you ask me. They gotta do better than that.
Disappointed with Product Sizing and Shipping Costs - Hoping for Better Luck this Time
This is my third time purchasing the same product, and let me tell you, it has been quite a hassle. The shipping, which unfortunately cannot be exchanged, has cost me a whopping $75.00! Can you believe it? I can't.
The whole ordeal started when I was browsing through the size chart for my girl. She already knew her standard size, but to our disappointment, the product didn't fit once again! I mean, seriously? How many times do we have to go through this? This time, I really hope the order fits her because I'm running out of options here.
To be honest, I'm not a happy camper when it comes to your website, the service, or your principles. All I've been trying to find for my girl is a genuine leather back brace that can help her with her work. It's a shame that the only one that might possibly fit her and is made in the good ol' US of A had to be found on your website.
But hey, I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. So here I am, giving it another shot. I just hope this time it works out because I can't afford to keep wasting my time and money on returns and shipping fees. Fingers crossed!
