Worst dealership I've ever dealt with
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Makes promises and lies over and over. They're always saying they'll fix things, but they never actually do. It's a real pain in the butt. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They act like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I've been doin' business with Manchester Harley for years and I gotta say, it's been nothin' but great experiences.
Bait and switch dealer!
Bait and switch dealer! They tricked me with their sales tactics. I was told that the bike I just test drove was already sold, even before I finished the ride. Then they tried to push me into buying a more expensive new bike instead of the used one I wanted. They're always pulling this bait and switch scheme. How can they keep doing business like this? It should be against the law. They're a very shady dealer.
I went in to buy a hat and a salesman approached me
I went in to buy a hat and a salesman approached me. He told me about how many bikes they were trying to sell and all that sales guy stuff, but after talking to him, I went back to looking at hats. Then, I saw a bike that really caught my eye. I called the next day to ask if it was available, and they told me it wasn't because their website had just been updated. However, they had other bikes that were similar to it. I went in and they were right, that bike had been sold by the time I had left and come back the next day. They were busy when I was there, but I didn't think the bike would be gone. Well, they showed me around and even though my budget didn't quite match the bikes I liked, I ended up making a deal and I'm really happy with what I got! I recommend them to all my friends and family (even though the family are into a bunch of Indians)!
Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! I made an appointment to look at a specific used bike and drove 75 miles from central Mass to see it. I even confirmed the appointment that afternoon. When I got there, I was forced to look at new bikes and asked lots of questions. They kept saying someone was "checking to see if they still had the bike" I came to look at. After 20 minutes, when I asked if I could please just see the bike I came to see I was told they still weren't sure if they had it. The Sales Manager said I needed to give him the stock number and "more information". When I asked "how many merlot colored 2014 Streetglide Specials do you have?" (they only had one), the "Sales Manager" said "maybe this isn't the right dealership for you?". *** right it's not! I've purchased Harleys from three dealers in MA over the years and have never been treated disrespectfully. There are too simply many Harley Dealers to do business with these people!
Bate and switch tactics I was intrested in a very specific bike
Bate and switch tactics I was intrested in a very specific bike. I submitted a form online and was called the next morning by a women rep. I explained that I was an hour or so away, and that I wanted to make sure the specific bike was available before I rode there. The women assured me that the bike was available, took my name and asked when I would be there. She said everything was all set and to check in at the VIP desk when I got there. I then rode over an hour (blank check in hand) to buy the bike. When I got there, and checked in, no one seemed to know where the bike was. Soon a sales manager came over and explained the bike was not available and that it has been sold in the previous two days. They then proceeded to try and sell me a brand new Road Glide. The bottom line, is that this is bate and switch, and is illegal in the state of NH. I left a review on Facebook and was promptly blocked by this Cracker Jack dealership. There are 3 other HD dealerships within 50 miles (with 4 times the inventory), that will not lie to get you in the door. I will purchase a bike elsewhere, and you should to.
I went there for service on my 16 Sportster
I went there for service on my 16 Sportster. The salesperson was great, but that's where my pleasant experience ends. I did some window shopping and then, thanks to good salesmanship, I was sold on a used 11 Softail. Once you agree to buy, you become a friend and then quickly rushed through the process to sign on the dotted line. I admit, I did sign the dotted line, but as soon as I got to the waiting area, I immediately regretted my decision for financial reasons. I pleaded my case to management, but they told me there was no chance of taking the Sportster home. So, I even offered to let them keep both bikes if I could just walk away clean with nothing (yeah, that means I was willing to give away my bike just to get rid of the mistake of signing). They rejected this notion and said they would take the bike I signed for (not driven off the lot) back, but I would have to pay an additional 2k out of pocket. I pleaded more, but it was no use. Life lesson: don't sign unless you are 100% positive (so basically, never buy on your first trip there) and don't expect any sympathy from this place. I am not satisfied with my purchase here and will not be returning or recommending for business.
If I could give zero stars, I would
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called 'em 'bout a specific motorcycle they had on their website and they told me it was in stock. Set up a test ride and showed up, but they took me 'round to different bikes askin' if I'd consider 'em. Nah, I wanna see the bike they said was here. One of the guys wandered 'round the small sales floor and said, "I don't see it here, I'll go look out back." They went "out back" to "look" for the bike and left me hangin' 'round for 'bout 6 or 7 minutes. Finally, they come back and say they can't find it. I asked if it's really here and not just some bait and switch trick, and they said no, they'll go "out back" and "look" again. Well, I also went "out back" through another door, and when I came 'round the corner, I saw the same guys who were supposedly "lookin'" for the bike tucked up in the corner chattin' with another guy. They saw me and quickly ducked back into the dealership, while the other guy came over and said he was just 'bout to come in and tell me they couldn't find the bike. I told him it didn't seem like they were "lookin'" very hard and I felt like it was a bait and switch, like the bike never even existed. Shady "salesmen" and sneaky business practices to get people in the door. They should be investigated.

I wanna cancel the Extended service warranty
I wanna cancel the Extended service warranty. I called on Saturday at 3pm, Sunday morning, Monday at 1pm, 3pm, and 4pm. On Tuesday at 11am, I asked them to call me after work, which is at 3pm. But they still don't call me, it seems like they don't wanna deal with me at all. I left a few messages for them to call me. Every time I call and ask to speak with someone, they say they're busy and they'll call back, but they don't. I just wanna cancel my $3,400.00 extended warranty, which I don't want anymore. I need help to get this done.
I bought a motorcycle on March 24
I bought a motorcycle on March 24. Manchester Harley was in a hurry to pick up my old bike for trade on the same day (within 15 minutes, they were really eager for it). They brought the new 2021 motorcycle, but it was defective and not ready for delivery (no gas, not washed, etc.). They took the new bike back for service and a new battery, but now they're giving me the runaround about delivering the goods I paid for. It's been 14 days and nobody will return my call about getting my bike to me now that they have my old one.
I bought a 2021 softail motorcycle from Manchester Harley-Davidson on February 20th
I bought a 2021 softail motorcycle from Manchester Harley-Davidson on February 20th. When I bought it and when I got the motorcycle a week later, they told me about the things covered by my extended service plan, like the required thousand mile service. But now, when I tried to schedule the service, they're saying they won't honor it and I have to pay for it myself. Manchester Harley made me add the extended service plan to my loan, even though I didn't want it or agree to it. If I don't pay for it, they'll cancel the warranty they made me buy.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I bought a barracuda silver denim 2020 road glide special from Manchester. There was a chip on the front fender and chipped black exhaust tips, even though the bike only had .4 miles on it. I asked for some touch up paint to fix it, but they wanted me to buy it. We argued about why a new bike should not have scratches, and they finally said they ordered it. However, I still haven't received it.
I paid cash for a touring rear luggage, but they gave me the wrong one and didn't check it. They also didn't give me the support bracket or the lock. I had to return it and wait another 4 weeks for a properly color matched one.
They sold me a brand new bike without a key for the fork lock. They were supposed to have me finance through another company, but they sent it through Harley by "accident".
I bought brand new highway pegs in the box, but there were missing pieces.
To make matters worse, they kept giving me false promises about the luggage. They said it was "ordered" 5 times, but it wasn't actually in the computer, so it wasn't really ordered.
This was the worst experience I've ever had buying something brand new. I still don't have a key, the lock for my touring luggage has no screws to attach it, and I don't have any touch up paint even though they said they would send it to me.
Horrible, horrible customer service.
Motorcycle got this loud noise from the engine, which wasn't there when I dropped it off
Motorcycle got this loud noise from the engine, which wasn't there when I dropped it off. The dealership won't do anything about it. I stored my bike at Manchester Harley for the winter. A few weeks ago, I reached out to them to schedule a day to take it out of storage. They said it would be ready on Wednesday, March 18th. On Tuesday evening, March 17th, I called the dealership to double-check if Wednesday was still good. The Service department said everything was fine and the bike was ready, with an oil change done. I arrived on Wednesday around 16:45, and they said they were finishing up. Finally, after almost an hour, the Service told me they noticed a banging noise from the engine. They drove the bike to the front of the dealership to show me the noise. I told the Service Manager that I couldn't take the bike in that condition. I asked why they told me the night before that it was all good if there were issues. The Service manager refused to fix it. I asked for the General Manager to contact me, and the Service manager said he would, but I never got a call. My bike is a 2017 Roadglide special with only 13,000 miles, and it's still at their dealership. I need help to fix this problem.
