Rockstar Harley-Davidson sold me a bike that ain't safe, man. I've had two close calls where I almost bit the dust 'cause the rear brakes just gave out on me. It's a real scary situation, ya know? I mean, I trusted these guys to hook me up with a reliable ride, but they let me down big time. I don't know how they missed such a crucial issue during their inspection. It's like they don't care about their customers' safety or nothin'. I'm lucky to be alive, but I ain't takin' any chances with this death trap anymore. I'm gonna have to find another place to fix this mess and make sure it's done right. Stay away from Rockstar Harley-Davidson if you value your life, folks.

Rockstar Harley-Davidson I went there and bought a bike

I went there and bought a bike. I went to their course and ended up crashing during their lessons. I tried to return the bike, but they only offered 1/3 of the price for the brand new bike that I never rode. It's ridiculous! They don't want to help you, they just want your hard-earned money! Stay away!

Rockstar Harley-Davidson The service department at Rockstar Harley-Davidson is the absolute worst

The service department at Rockstar Harley-Davidson is the absolute worst. They don't understand the concept of a "timely callback." They give you a price quote, but when you go to pick up your bike, it's always at least $50 more expensive. We originally purchased our bike from 6Bends and had a great experience with their service. However, ever since it became Rockstar, the service has been truly terrible. I would recommend driving a few extra miles just to avoid dealing with these people.

Rockstar Harley-Davidson This dealership is the best I've ever been to

This dealership is the best I've ever been to. The process was super smooth and the service was top-notch. Even the sales manager took the time to meet me and explain everything about the bike I was interested in. The finance manager was great too, they explained all the extra stuff and how it would benefit me. If I could, I'd give this company a 10-star rating.

Rockstar Harley-Davidson I took my HD to Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft

I took my HD to Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft. Myers after the storm to have work done on it. I filled a claim with my insurance company and then went there to get it checked out. Later, I received a call to come to Harley and endorse the check. I did, but then found out they cashed it and the bike hasn't been worked on yet. When I called them, I wanted to speak with the general manager. Instead, someone I was messaging with called to say the bike was still sitting there untouched. What should I do next?

Rockstar Harley-Davidson I went to Rockstar Harley to buy a motorcycle

I went to Rockstar Harley to buy a motorcycle. The salesman, who they call a "fit specialist," was really good. But when I decided to buy a motorcycle, the manager gave me a price that was way higher than the MSRP listed on the Harley-Davidson website. He went to talk to a senior manager and came back with a slightly lower offer, still above MSRP. He told me that the advertised price is just a suggestion. After another trip to the senior manager and offering a "military discount," they finally gave me the price that was listed on the official Harley Davidson website. I didn't end up buying the bike and I told them that I never buy anything unless I know the real price. I also don't want to pay thousands more than I have to. So, I went to a different dealership in Port Charlotte and they offered me the exact same 2020 Harley for $3,000 less than the lowest price that Rockstar offered. This dealership is really difficult to deal with. They definitely try to take advantage of their customers whenever they can.

After talkin to a salesguy on Friday I decided to ride into the dealership from bout 2 hours away. Once I got there another salesguy told me the 20K motorcycle was 30K, and when I told them that I talked to another salesguy they went back checked their systems and then came back sayin it was 25K. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR POTIENTIAL CUSTOMERS! I was appalled at this and told them I will not do business at ROCKSTAR Harley every again, and walked away to be chased down by a salesguy who kept tryin to force the sale until my friend stepped in before it went to blows. Not to mention they didn't wanna give me a price until they evaluated my trade... The story doesn't end here, bout 4 hours after I left and drove the 2 hours home I got a call from the original salesguy who tried to make it right and said he would see what he could do for me. He was supposed to call me Yesterday and discuss...NO SUPPRISE... NO CALL... I was gonna let this rant go until the point I never got called back. I am a COMBAT VETERAN and Retired Military and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Believe me when I say STAY AWAY FROM ROCKSTAR Harley. I am also contacting Cooperate Harley customer service as well over this.

When I bought my motorcycle, the dealership went ahead and filled out a credit card application without asking me. They didn't even bother to inform me about it. This caused another credit inquiry on my score, and now I've had to take time off work to sort it out. The application was filled out by someone I don't even know, and despite my multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they haven't provided any solutions. Every person I've spoken to at the dealership has been dishonest. They just keep telling one lie after another. The management at this place is absolutely terrible. They told me to come in and if I traded in my bike, the manager would take good care of me and get me more value for my money. But surprise, surprise, that was just another lie. I would strongly advise against going to this place. I regret buying their VIP service plan. I'm worried about taking my bike there for service, but I have no choice because I can't get a refund on the money I've already spent. I canceled the extended service plan and the Gap protection, but no one can give me a straight answer about when I'll get my refund. I really hoped this would be a good experience because I wanted a nice place to enjoy my hobby. Unfortunately, this place is far from being a happy place. I should have done more research before choosing them.

10/23 2020 Softail Standard Purchase - Christian Martinez. They added a $1K Scotchgard to our amount and the Finance Rep ain't there no more. Paul, the business manager said he can't help us. The sales manager won't call us back. We got the VIP Package ($2800), the GAP ($1K) and Tire warranty ($739). This was never talked about! The dealership was nice during the sale and now they're avoiding us. I've been trying to fix this since the morning after the sale (10/24). The finance rep Suzi Garcia told me I was reading the numbers wrong when I first complained. Now she ain't there no more and everyone's blaming it on that instead of fixing the problem. Very unprofessional.

I got tricked when I bought an electric motorcycle because they didn't give me accurate information about the service and charging stations. Nobody even knows how much regular maintenance costs. I was deceived when I purchased a new electric Harley Davidson Livewire. They convinced me to buy it by saying that the Tesla supercharger system could charge this motorcycle, but it doesn't. They wouldn't tell me the cost of the mandatory service because they haven't done it before, even though they sold me the bike. They said I have to go to their dealership for the service, but they can't tell me the price because they haven't serviced one yet. They also warned me that if I don't bring it to them, my warranty will be void. After waiting 45 days to find out the cost of my mandatory 5,000-mile service, they refused to do it. As one of only two buyers of the Livewire, they won't even let me charge it on a free public charger! The owner, Robert, called other private dealerships and told them I'm difficult to deal with. Now I have to drive 400 miles to get my mandatory service done on my motorcycle. Tina in the service department had me come in to pay an invoice, but Kevin F. (GM) urged me not to return. I'm stuck with a $35,000 electric motorcycle that nobody knows how to service, was given false information about charging stations, and no Harley dealerships know how to work on this new electric Harley.

Rockstar Harley-Davidson I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle and took out a loan with American Credit Acceptance

I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle and took out a loan with American Credit Acceptance. The customer service rep sold me a VIP membership that included oil changes at their service department. It cost around $2,500 and was added to my loan. In April , I moved to Arkansas because of the increasing Covid outbreaks in Florida. I spoke to the customer service rep multiple times about my situation. She said she would try to get the management's approval to cancel the VIP membership and would cancel the contract the following week. When I called the next week, the receptionist told me that the customer service rep no longer worked there. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the store manager, Robert. I left my phone number for him to call me back, but he never did. I called again the next week and was told he was still on vacation. They gave me his email address, so I sent him several emails, but he never responded. I tried calling multiple times over the next few weeks, but was always told he was in a meeting. I asked the receptionist to ask him to call me back, but he never did. Eventually, a service or parts manager contacted me and said he was also in meetings and unavailable. I asked to speak to a finance manager, but he said he was with a customer. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call me back, but no one in charge ever returned my calls. Several months later, when I called again, they suggested transferring the VIP membership to a sister store. But I've already lost $2,500 without receiving any services.

Rockstar Harley-Davidson I bought a new bike from Rockstar Harley-Davidson, but they delivered the wrong one to me

I bought a new bike from Rockstar Harley-Davidson, but they delivered the wrong one to me. On top of that, they charged me twice for taxes and other fees. I purchased a 2020 Softail Standard on September 3, with Mike as the salesperson and Paul as the finance manager. Long story short, they are trying to take advantage of me. I have already spoken to my attorney and I am trying to get them to fix their mistake and make things right, but they are being sneaky and trying to cheat me. I bought a 2020 Harley, but a few days later, they called me to say that they gave me the wrong bike. This means that I have been riding without the proper paperwork, which could have been a big problem if anything had happened because nothing matched up with the bike. Now, I have to sign all the paperwork again with the correct vehicle identification number (VIN). However, when I looked at the paperwork, it seems like I financed the entire amount because there is no mention of my down payment of $3,500. This raises some concerns. Yes, I received a second document from them, an in-house paper that showed the bike's price and added taxes, freight, and more, which adds up to $3,500. More concerns. I spoke to the dealer, and they became defensive, insisting that I paid the correct amount for the bike and so on, claiming that everything is final. However, they conveniently forgot that I signed all the paperwork for a bike that I never received because they gave me the wrong one. If you check Harley.com, you will see that the 2020 Softail Standard, which is what I got, starts at $13,500. This also explains why it appears as if I financed the full amount. Yet, they are trying to keep my $3,500 deposit because it is not mentioned in my financing paperwork, as it should be according to the law. They already handed me the wrong bike, which I currently have. They say I need to sign new paperwork, but I don't think I will because they made the mistake, and now they are trying to cheat me and keep my deposit. Legally, I am not obligated to keep this bike since they gave me the wrong one. I am really trying to get them to fix this and do the right thing, but I am having trouble reaching corporate or any higher-ups. All I know is that I will not sign anything until they make things right because they messed up badly.
