Unacceptable Customer Service: My Experience with SALVEX
I recently had an experience with SALVEX and it was not a good one. I paid for my merchandise promptly, but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. I contacted them and they said they would send me the correct ones, but they never did. I tried to get a refund, but I have not received any response from them. To make matters worse, I had to pay extra for the warehouse to keep the goods that I did not even order. This whole experience has been horrible and I am now taking legal action against them.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with SALVEX to think twice. They do not seem to care about their customers and their lack of response is unacceptable.
