Salvex They are not returning my usd 30k

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Salvex.com, a platform I initially thought would be beneficial for my newly established company. I found a listing for approximately 13,000 car parts and began bidding, encouraged by the variety of products that seemed suitable for my business. The listing mentioned that handling, shipping, and possibly picking were the buyer's responsibility. I assumed "picking" referred to picking up pallets, not individual loose pieces scattered throughout a warehouse.

After winning the bid and sending $30,000, I was informed by the sales agent that the items were loose and scattered throughout the warehouse. This crucial detail was not clearly stated in the listing, which felt misleading. The agent insisted that I had to arrange for my people to pick up each part individually.

When I expressed my concerns, I was told I could not inspect the products or even know the seller's details until I released the payment, essentially confirming that all items were as described. This was unreasonable, as I could not verify the products' condition or even their existence without this information.

After refusing to release the payment under these conditions, they offered to arrange a company to pick up the products for me. Initially quoted $3,000, the shipping cost then changed after I had accepted this quote. They called back to say that the $3,000 was incorrect, and I now had to agree that the company would pick up the parts first and then inform me of the price, which I would have to accept regardless of the amount. This felt like a scam and further eroded my trust.

Despite multiple calls and emails, I faced constant delays and excuses from Salvex. They refused to share the seller's details or location, which heightened my suspicions. Each attempt to resolve the issue was met with new excuses: the manager was sick, the seller was unavailable, there was a tornado, and more. This pattern of delay tactics indicated a lack of professionalism and transparency.

After countless international calls from Dubai, involving significant time and cost, I demanded a refund. I explained my urgent need for the products and the financial pressure I was under due to warehouse rent in Sharjah. Despite my efforts to communicate my frustration and the urgency of my situation, Salvex showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the matter promptly.

Their manager and sales agent repeatedly ignored my messages and calls, showing a complete disregard for my situation. When they finally responded, they shifted the blame onto me, accusing me of not wanting to pay for shipping despite the fact that I had already sent $30,000. Their refusal to provide the necessary information or assurances made it impossible for me to trust them further.

In conclusion, my experience with Salvex has been overwhelmingly negative. Their lack of transparency, constant delays, and unprofessional behavior have caused significant financial and emotional stress. I strongly advise against doing business with Salvex, as they have shown a complete lack of integrity and customer care. After checking reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, I realized that many others have faced similar issues. It was my mistake not to research thoroughly beforehand.

Salvex Unacceptable Customer Service: My Experience with SALVEX

I recently had an experience with SALVEX and it was not a good one. I paid for my merchandise promptly, but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. I contacted them and they said they would send me the correct ones, but they never did. I tried to get a refund, but I have not received any response from them. To make matters worse, I had to pay extra for the warehouse to keep the goods that I did not even order. This whole experience has been horrible and I am now taking legal action against them.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with SALVEX to think twice. They do not seem to care about their customers and their lack of response is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the way they have handled this situation and I hope that others do not have to go through what I have experienced.

In conclusion, I would not recommend dealing with SALVEX. They have caused me a lot of stress and frustration and I do not want anyone else to have to go through the same thing.

Salvex Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with Salvex

I bought some parts from Salvex and paid them right away. But after that, I couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or emails. It was like they disappeared or something. I was really worried because I needed those parts for my business. It took a really long time, like 6 months, before they finally paid the vendor for the parts. And that only happened after my lawyer got involved. It was a big hassle and I don't want to deal with that again. I won't be buying anything from Salvex in the future.

Salvex Warning: Stay Away from SALVEX - A Dishonest Company That Steals Money

I posted a review stating that they were stealing money from my company and that they were unresponsive. To my surprise, SALVEX responded to my review claiming that they had resolved the issue. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. They never contacted my company and refused to respond to our calls and emails.

It's clear that SALVEX is a dishonest company that should be avoided at all costs. They are nothing but a criminal organization that preys on unsuspecting customers. I urge everyone to stay away from this company and not to send them any money.

In conclusion, SALVEX is a terrible company that should be abandoned from the internet. They are nothing but a bunch of cheats who will take your money and run. Don't make the same mistake that I did and stay away from SALVEX.
