I placed an order with samsbeauty.com for a jewelry set. I needed the jewelry for a wedding and placed the order 2 weeks ahead of time. I decided to pay with PayPal for better protection. the merchnat did not send me e-mail confirmation for the order, only after a week they sent me e-mail saying the item is out of stock and asking if I wanted refund or substitute. My substitute was $4.00 more expensive and i paid the balance again by PayPal. I did not receive any tracking # or reply. The item did not arrive before the wedding. I contacted the merchant one more time before disputing the purchase with PayPal. No response at all! No customer service was present! This website sucked and I will never order from them again. Horrible service!

I ordered $122 worth of stuff from samsbeauty on the 17th of may, paid through money order and they sent an email with a UPS tracking order but the order was never received.
I called, pleaded and emailed everyone at samsbeauty regarding this lost items, and they couldn't be more unhelpful. They didn't care at all, no customer services, emails were not responded to, neither we're they willing to help me contact UPS about what happened to the order.
It's the 5th of june and the issue has still not been resolved.
I have ordered stuff from black hairspray plenty of times and they deliver within 2 to 3 days. Their customer service can help you enough.
If you ever want to order stuff from samsbeauty, PLEASE DO NOT!

Samsbeauty.com is a scam. They sent me an email with order# and UPS tracking#. When I tried to track my order, it says "no results found". I agree with Abby. Don't waste your time and money ordering from them.
If you do order, use a credit card!

Please stay far away from this company!
I place an order and a mistake was made by them. I ordered a specific color that I did not received. I called immediately over 3 days and no one responded. I emailed as well and no response. Customers spend their hard earned money on their products, they could at least respond and rectify their customer service. After all we are who keeps them in business. I'm pretty sure if they had not received their money beforehand and if we had not paid what do you think would happen then! Answer your phone and ensure quality customer service

After selecting the items that I had planned to order online at 'samsbeauty.com' on 9/26/13, I called the toll free number to speak w/ customer svc. I wanted to ensure that my items were in stock, and that I would receive them the following week, by Thursday. Customer svc. assured me that the items would come by then. I received all of my items on Saturday, 9/28/13, two days later!
Initially, I had placed an order w/ shophairwigs.com, on 9/19/13, and found out (after I called them on 9/26/13) that my hair had not even been shipped! Needless to say I was livid! I will never do business w/ shophairwigs.com again!
I don't know why I didn't order my hair from samsbeauty.com, in the first place! I had ordered hair from them twice before, and had never had a problem w/ the service. Call it a senior moment for me, but I will never make that mistake again!
Samsbeauty.com is awesome! And no, I do not work for them, and I am not affiliated w/ their company. And, I don't take the time to write reviews, but I thought that their superior customer service deserved recognition.

I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY! after purchase items worth thousands of USD! you guy brought my package in poorly packaged manner. i had no invoice and scondly the LA girl CONCEALER i purchased was not in the package. thirdly 20% of the items seal were broken. i really trust this company but not again. i ordered this ages ago but came after 8+ working days!
when i order hair products with other companies it is neatly wrapped to prevent breakages. but samsbeauty just dumped the items in and just covered it brown paper not even those bubble plastic stuff!
i just cant believe this! i order items from wigstypes.com, i mean more than 100 products and it arrives in 2 working days! sometimes the next day!
i think i should be treated well if i spend more than 2000USD within a month to make purchases at your company!
i am very angry you have no idea! you have no idea! highly dissapointed! you guys left me work to do! clean up the hot mess made. I SPENT A FREAKING 3HRS TO CLEAN UPP! the hair spray i bought one was already broken before placed in the box! very very poor packaging!

I ordered 5 packs of bahama curl crotch braids. After 7 full days I still did not receive a shipping confirmation email. Two days later I went to my local post office and the package was there. On the samsbeauty website there was no tracking information nor date received status. The order was wrong, it was someone elses order with their name and shipping information. So my name on the outside of the box, someone else merchandise in the inside. Called the company emailed me a shipping label to return the items. I was told they would not resend the correct items until I shipped backed the wrong box. Even though it was their mistake they still refused to express ship my order or offer me any thing. Just sorry. Nothing for my inconvenience having to drive back to post office to reship their mistake. They said my merchandise will be shipped the standard mail, the same way I paid for. Worst consumer service ever! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!1
