It was approximately about a month ago. I went to Cosmoprof in Merced California. I have been a hairdresser for many years. I asked the salesperson if she could help me find a specific haircolor. I left my glasses in the car I needed assistance. She said do it yourself, I don't want to do it. The other sales girl said to her, do you want me to do it. The inconsiderate person who said for me to do it. Nicknamed "Gabby" came over and assisted with a chip on her shoulder. I have talked to her on many occasions but she was treating me like she thought the customers didn't matter. I suggest someone speak to her about the importance of treating customers like human beings. I've been in the beauty business a very long time. I have never had a person working in the beauty supply be so blatantly unprofessional to a hairdresser. I would like a formal apology. Written or verbal. Fraud Cosmoprof at Alameda, CA Store 8828
Cosmoprof Store 8828 scams customers and a fraud corporation. I purchase $296.00 worth of purchases with a coupon for $40. The cashier confirm the discount is added to my total. Looking at the receipt the next day, I was given a $20 discount, which I headed back to the store with my concerns. The store manager and the assistant manager told me there is nothing they can do. I forwarded my experience to corporate and hope there will be no more victims.

She must have something stuck where the sun don't shine cuz she beyond rude every time I call. The attitude in that woman's voice is beyond annoying. Her name is Dawn. She needs to check her attitude at the door. I told her I had been out of it for a few months, she says, "Sounds like it!"
I deal with rude people all day I don't need it when I purchase my product's. She either needs a talking to or some deciplinary actions need to be taken.

I ordered off of the email I recieved that said I had 5 hours left to get the Olaplex 4 in 1 free if I ordered the travel size. I immediately contacted
Cosmoprof due to the fact that I saw no promo code, etc; I was told that it would be up to the warehouse. That was on 6/22. I know you have record of that and my subsequent call.
Much to my dismay, I received an email that my order had the wrong sku? I wouldn’t have ordered the Olaplex travel size had it not been for that email. I have plenty. I feel completely scammed. I won’t be ordering from Cosmoprof again. Salon Centric is so much better to do business with.
Desired outcome: I would like the Olaplex 4 in 1 as promised.
Twice more than half my order was cancelled on me, without me receiving an email stating that they could not fulfill my order and would I like to proceed. One of the orders with the shipping ended up costing me more than it would have had I walked into Sephora and bought it outright. I asked for a refund for my shipping and asked to speak to a manager about their policy on contacting a client about cancellation of my order. It’s been two weeks and I have reached out many times. They also had a “ customer appreciation “ sale in which 90% of the items were unavailable. Definitely do not appreciate their customers. Never ordering from there again, clearly don’t care about retaining business.

Upon entrance, the door literally closing behind me,(I hadn’t even picked up my basket yet) the employee at Cosmo Prof immediately asked if I had a card and I said yes. She then said “are you sure” I said yes. She then asked me to show her my card which I did and clearly stated that I would take my business elsewhere.
I have been shopping at Cosmo Prof for years and also in the West Hartford location and I’ve never been more disappointed or disgusted by a staff members actions and words. Because I was dressed in scrubs and a T-shirt she questioned me over and over? And it wasn’t just the words or the tone but it was also the looks I was receiving.
I will never step foot in that location again and I have made it clear to many clients and friends as well.
This was very unprofessional and very honestly judge-mental and unkind!

I have been in the same area for over 32 years. I know many local stylists from several different salons. We have communicated regularly about the Lack of Product on the shelves at both our local locations. We use the East Broad Street, Reynoldsburg/Blacklick and the Rt 256 location in Pickerington Ohio. The new east broad location was fabulous when it opened. We were able to get whatever we needed, which was refreshing after not being able to get certain products at every visit to the Pickerington location. Now, your bad decisions with both stores have caused a large shift of stylists to return to the Pickerington store trying to get what they need. The reputation of the East Broad street store is now very bad and you only have yourselves to thank. At this point, it would most likely be financially better for you to close the East Broad store. We are tired of visiting the store at the beginning of a work day with a list of items needed for the day and finding nothing on the shelves. I went in needing 3 colors and all of them were not to be found. I have a second and third preference in color products and suitable replacements were not even on the shelves. Several of us are searching for alternate suppliers in order to maintain a quality service for our salon clients. We are afraid to depend upon finding what we need at Cosmo Prof. This is a very sad situation, one that you very well may ignore. Being stylists for so long, many of us have used this business through its many changes throughout the years and are saddened to see it come to this.

I see other reviews saying they were bullied. Yes I can agree 100%. Phoenix Arizona 75ave and Thomas location 3/2/21.11am. The RUDEST employee over. Refused to sell to me because I was using the cosmoprof account that my husband and I got under our salon business. If she couldn't sell to me fine whatever even though I've been using that cosmoprof card for the past 5 years with ZERO problems. But the fact that she was incredibly RUDE and unapologetic was the disgusting part. And I knew something wasn't right as soon as I walked through the doors. I walked in and she NEVER came out front to acknowledge that I had walked in. Anyone could've walked in just to steal products and she wouldn't have cared. She never greeted me or even looked up. Finally I walked up to the register and said Hi and she never said one word. She had the most horrible attitude. It looked like I had bothered her by walking into the store and interrupted her from doing nothing out in the back. I've gone to this location before and the girls are always nice but this woman was the worst I have ever come across. She had long black hair, Hispanic, with fake eyelashes on. Working on the morning of March 2nd 11am. The worst part of it is my 7year old daughter was with me and had to witness this trash service. Shame on you Cosmoprof for hiring people who don't appreciate having a job and dislike helping people.

I have been shopping at cosmoprof for 17 years, and have worked at stores in two states and CANNOT BELIEVE how this team thinks they can treat customers. There's already only a small amount of people licensed, and able to shop and spend money at these stores, so treating people like they are doing something wrong right as we walked in the door is so out of line.
The last few times I have been to this location, I have had issues with the girls as far as brands and knowledge about the things I was buying, but that's not a huge issue. Recently they have began to ask for IDs to make sure our licenses matched, which I get, to keep it professionals shipping.
I have shopped at this location for two and a half years, but the staff changes so quickly that it's always new people.
I came in today (2/15/21) I was immediately accused of not having a license, by two different workers as soon as I walked in the doors. They came at me and my mother and asked several times and wouldn't listen as I said yes, of course I do, I shop here all the time. I just spoke with the older lady the week prior. Then they KICKED MY MOTHER OUT OF THE STORE. She never even had time to answer. When we asked why, the same older lady told us "they keep getting robbed"...
My mother is visiting g from out of town and running around doing errands with me, she didn't touch anything and to treat her like she was going to steal if she came in with me is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
I have had it with this location being rude and argumentative with products, and they should be ashamed of themselves for embarrassing my mother in front of the entire store, and treating her like she was doing something wrong and would steal from them is unbelievable. The way these ladies treated us is absolutely unacceptable. When I was a manager, I or any of my employees would have been FIRED for treating anyone like that.
There is no warning. No signage. No information whatsoever saying that due to STEALING, no one can enter the store without a license. Cosmoprof has already gone so down hill, and with them treating us professional like this, I now know why none of my co workers will shop with you guys anymore. Store Service in the Waldorf MD location
On Saturday 2/6/21 at approx 2:30 pm I entered your store in Waldorf Md. When I entered I was greeted, and I responded then moved through the store to find the items I needed. I was in the store for approx 2 to 3 minutes when the woman that greeted me announced (I was the only person in the store) that I needed to finish and leave the store because she was closing for lunch. I was stunned and holding 3 boxes of color I had just picked up. I went to try to retrieve the other items I wanted but felt very uncomfortable and went to the register to check out instead. I put the 3 boxes of color on the counter and opened my phone case and to take out a $100 dollar bills. The clerk had not touched the boxes of color, she was standing behind the register looking at me, she quickly told me she could not check me out because she did not have enough money in her cash drawer for a $100 bill. I said this is all I have, I left home without my wallet and only have the cash in my phone case for emergency's.
She said, I took all cards this morning and I would have to close the store to go get more change.
The three boxes of color were approx $10 dollars each, so at 2:30pm on a Saturday she did not have $70.. ?
Worse, I would have spent $100 buying the hair spray, shampoo and conditioner I also wanted...
The entire event was outrageous, with a level of disrespect that was unfitting for any customer and it was all highly insulting. Please understand I don't say this lightly, but after some thought, I have questioned if what happened could have been race related and not a need for a sandwich... It was very extremely disturbing, as if I were being blocked from making a purchase in the store.
I have shopped that location for years, as well as several other of your locations, and I have never been treated as if I was an inconvenience, a hinderance to a "lunch break" or an unwanted customer... The unbelievable part is to get all the items I wanted would not have taken me more than 15 minutes in the store...
When I entered the store it was empty, I walked from the middle of the parking lot, and I did not see anyone exit the store during my walk, so why would she wait until a customer entered to need to close. If you are the only employee in a store on Saturday, why would you not have lunch delivered ? From the time I opened the door to enter, to until the time I walked out empty handed, I was only in the store approx 6 minutes total.
