This company is negligent on taking care of abuse and bullying in the work place. Heather wood is the manager there and has had several complaints made about her to not only hr, but the dm. Nothing has ever been done to heather to correct her behaviors. Calling her associates, "retarded", or referring to them as a "retard", is beyond repulsive! Arguing with employees out on the floor in front of customers and other associates? She belittles her staff, makes fun of them but then when confronted about her hurtful behaviors, she calls you a baby and asks if we are going to go tattle to the dm? Or she has even on multiple occasions tried to say she was "just joking"?! Really?!
Nothing ever gets resolved around that store with heather's ignorant and hurtful behaviors, so she just keeps on hurting people. And cosmo prof closed the claim/complaint that I made with hr without asking me if there was anything they could do to resolve any problems! They do not care!
I have a meeting with an attorney this week about what happened. There is more to the problem than what I have mentioned. Get her out of that store! It is not okay to hurt people!
