CosmoProf Beauty Customer service

The customer service at the concord N.C. store is aweful! They only let 5 people at a time and stand at the door and hold it shut! Unacceptable! Will NOT shop in that store again. Will go to the Mooresville store from now on! Michelle is miserable! They clean their carts and baskets with Clorox and the handles to the baskets are rusted! A lady behind me got rust on her shirt from the basket. When I said something about that Michelle said "well that's what Clorox does" and just walked off! Times are different for everyone she could at least try to be pleasant!

CosmoProf Beauty Unfair hiring practices

Hello,

I hope all finds you well today. I am writing to you today as I would like to speak to and Human Resources. I recently applied to your Medicine Hat location. With over 20 years of administration and a diploma in cosmology. I thought I would be an ideal applicant. However, my application was not even chosen for the interview. The original candidate chosen was a minor in high school. I also followed up in the store and was told Cosmo-Prof does not hire males. can you please have an associate from HR call me at [protected]. so I know whom to file my complaint with. Thank you.

CosmoProf Beauty warm and gentle perms for tinted hair

There are (3) different types of warm and gentle perms! (Normal)( grey and resistant hair) and (tinted formula for color treat or bleached hair). Cosmo prof DOES NOT carry the tinted formula warm and gentle perm! Why? I have tried repeatedly to get Cosmo prof to get these and the manager says they are discontinued and she can't even order them from her store? Someone needs to fix this and get these perms in tinted formula in the store please! I have used all these warm and gentle perms for over 40 years. I have to go to Sallys or salon centric for the tinted formula perms. I get all my products from Cosmo prof BUT I am thinking maybe I need to go to salon centric for everything? Please fix this.

CosmoProf Beauty customer service

I was in cosmoprof shopping around 9:15 and a heavy set lady red hair was in the store throwing around things and being very angry, was not welcoming the customers when coming in. Had a very bad attitude with customers coming in and her employees. When working in retail I think it's very important that you treat your customers with respect or you will loose those customers no one wants to walk into a store being treated like they are wrong for being there. I wanted to address this problem because it can happen to anyone and they need to keep record of it and they should train there employees how to treat customers when they come into the store. Treating your customers with respect will get you far along in life.

I came into the store on 7-29-19 and was shopping for several products, the manger came up to me personally and asked if I had a card to shop there, I let her know I did not have it with me and she demanded me to leave the store immediately! I do have a card to shop at cosmoprof I have a cosmetology license and had been in the store numerous times before.

CosmoProf Beauty wrongful termination

I currently was employed with Cosmo Prof in Grand Rapids, MI, i first applied for plainfield location & during interview asked if id go to breton & i accepted to be trained out there not permantly, i felt kinda obligated to stay there due to short staffed, but i applied at plainfied due to my car being in shop and this locarion was walking distance for me, owner of Breton and manger of plainfield knew my car situation, i borrowd a vechicle to get to 28th st every shift, i had my grandmother taking her trips off that she paid for so i could get bck on my feet,
I got thrown in a hectic time when i was hired beacuse breton location didnt have a manager, i got trained super fast, was left on my own sooner then wanted and felt comfortable .
On April 14th Sunday after leaving my shift ( we got hit with slushy snow that was thick) on highway the car lost control due to bald tires and spun me into the guard rails along highway, which had the car totaled, Monday 15th i calles Breton location and explained what happened and i had no way to get there due to not having allot of support or help, that i thought and had my shifts that week covered, thursday i gotten a TEXT from owner saying i resigned, i replied back with a picture of car and explaining that as far as i knew i had my shifts covered, i never got a reply back.

I personally feel ive been wrongful terminated amd was NOT fair, to lose my job beacuse i got into a wreck, and everything how i was hired to training to not having a manager for basically 5 months i feel is unfair.
I just wanted to send this to get it out that its not right to be terminated beacuse of a car accident and that i did Tell them, i as far as i knew was okay til i got there til weekend. Im jus very disapointed beacuse i truely loved this job.

CosmoProf Beauty tammy

Walked in to make some purchases as soon as I walk in a nice girl greets me and when I go down the aisle immediately Tammy was behind me didn't smile just stone faced turning items around on the shelves so I ask why is everything facing in so you cant read what it is she just said doing inventory without even looking my way so I say oh wow it's hard to shop when you cant see it and I laughed to kind of engage in conversation but she continued like I bothered her. I didn't buy more because i didnt have time to turn each item around to see what it was or i would've spent way more than 60 dollars when I got to the register same way stone face didn't speak to me the other girl did feel very unwelcome there.

CosmoProf Beauty bullying and harassment

am absolutely disgusted and appalled by this comapany, if I could give this a 0 I would.
I was an employee at a cosmo prof in the bay area in California.
I was An employee starting in June, and I was harassed and bullied the entire time up till I left to move to Nashville.
First and foremost I had no idea this company tolerates and accepts Bullying of any kind! I guess I was wrong.in case anyone wants to know I was bullied because I am disabled and have a disability.
I called corporate, several times! And the 2nd time I called the lady had the balls to tell me "there's no need to be getting upset, and no need to get a lawyer"
EXCUSE ME! There is NO NEED TO BE UPSET, or to get a lawyer! Would you say that to your child who is getting bullied.
I finally got the personal number for the DM AND she was apologiteic, I have to say she wa more empathetic and sorry than the manager. They put us on different schedules which worked for a few weeks then out of know where I'm now being forced to work with this person..
When I asked why am I being scheduled to work with her? I was told "We are short staffed" like this now my problem.
The person that bullied me never once apologized, was never once written up, or reprimanded for any of this, she even refused to let me in the building at 7:45 Am made me wait 5 more min and told me "she can't not let me in unti7:50" SERIOSLY? If I'm suppose to be clocked in at 745 then why on God green earth am I being told I can't come in until 750?
I was forced to work with the person that was bullying me, in the end the manager had the nerve to say to me "I really don't believe she was bullying you"
EXCUSE ME? Ok I was born disabled, I did not chose to have a disability, I've been bullied my entire life for it, and I know have enough courage to speak up and say no this is not ok! Of course she does not think this girl was bullying me, cuz she does not have a disability so she has no idea what it's like.
In the end, I emotionally suffered from this situation, I feel like the propper actions were not taken, this individual got away with harassing me and bullying me and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. This company has NO IDEA HOW I SUFFERED EMOTIONALLY FROM THIS, I was physically sic, and had anxiety attacks before I had to be in the building, And not one phone call from corporate apologizing to me.
So I hope Corperate and District managers from the stores in the Bay Area are reading this! PLEASE EDUCUATE YOUR SELF ON PHYSICAL AND NON PHYSICA DISABILITIES ANS PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR EMPLOYES About bullying and harassment and the consequences of bullying other co-workers
And if u care enough to respond to me that would be great as well.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT RO BE BULLIED AND HARRASSED THEN DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
I would personally love a phone call from corperate and or the CEO

CosmoProf Beauty how I am being treated as a single parent

I currently work for Cosmoprof at the Champaign Illinois location. My mom has recently been hospitalized and I've asked for my hours to change to my son's school hours until my mom is out of the hospital. Due to the fact I have no one else to take him and pick him up. I've been threatened that I'll be fired, when I can work from 8-3. I'll file a lawsuit if needed, if they fire me.

CosmoProf Beauty investigation.

I think that you should investigate a sales associate by the name of Jami Gabel who was hired twice by Mandi Despenas-who began as the Store Manager #86091 when the store first opened, left and returned to her position a short while ago. Jami quit with no notice the first time around and also stole from the store by using makeup, nail polish, appliances and artificial nails with the intention of paying for them and then never did before quitting with no notice and not returning the store key. Mandi knew of this because she made a list. Mandi made Jami's boyfriend pay for everything Jami stole before he took his refrigerator back.

I just find it funny how you would hire Jami back with all of this information and yet when I tried to return to the company I received no phone calls or any explanation as to why I wasn't considered at all.

CosmoProf Beauty manager

I was in the store buying products when I heard a lot of profanity being used from the back room. Then an employee came from back there crying and I asked her what was wrong and she had told me that it happens all the the manager degrades them all the time and I told her I seen a similar thing happen four months ago when I was in last. I just feel that it's very unprofessional to speak to employees that way especially with customers around.

CosmoProf Beauty customer service

I went into the CosmoProf off of 108th and Q in Omaha, Ne today. There was an issue with my card, and the girl working said it wasn't going through and that she voided the payment. I immediately checked my bank and saw not only did I have money in there, but I was also charged $2.30. The girl went to get her manager, who had the WORST customer service ever. She basically called me a liar, saying I was not charged, even after I physically showed her my bank account. It's not about the money. It is about how terrible this manager was, and how the hell she is in a management position. She was more concerned with the fact she had to actually walk upfront to assist. All she said was that the girl was new, and that I was not charged. No solutions were given or suggestions as to what I should do. I ended up leaving my items there, as I will not give that store business ever again. I worked at a supply house for 12 years, so I know how hard it can be at times. But, the manager of a store should be able to handle something so small without acting like a terrible human being.

I went to this location this morning as shown on receipt. As soon as I walked in the women working screamed across the store asking if I had license, I replied Yes. She then proceeded towards me and gets in my face asking again if I had license and I replied again telling her yes I already answered you. She then starts asking again do you have card ? Do you have it with you? Several times! I kept saying yes! I then proceeded to the register to pay and she was having a personal conversation on the phone and not paying attention to me. Finally she asked where my product was ? She rings me up while still on the phone talking. She kept saying your PIN number which I was trying to remember cause she had me so frustrated. But her tone of voice was very short . She didn’t even bag my stuff and kept talking on the phone. So I put it in a bag myself and left . I thought she needs to be reported, so I went back in to ask her name and she hid her tag and walked away from me. I kept saying, “just tell me your name.” She then threatened me to call the police? I just left the store and she followed me to my car to get my tag number off my car! I’ve been a cosmetologist longer than she’s worked at that store. What happened to the professionalism in this company? I’ve been a costumer before this company bought out the other company since 1986. I expect a response to this complaint or I’ll never shop there again in this area especially! The employees used to be knowledgeable about the products and now the don’t know anything! Overall, the employees are unprofessional, don’t know anything about the products they’re selling, and harass their customers.

Do not work for this company. The management is horrible, the employees are treated terribly, and any ethical questions are swept under the rug unless you are in good with the district manager. I wasted two years as a sales associate with this company. When I did find another job, the manager told me "you gotta do what you gotta do." That tells me all I need to know. This company would rather let good employees walk, as opposed to fixing the problem within their stores. I'm speaking from experience here. This isn't sour grapes, for the record. It is factual, first hand information. The only reason why I left this company is because the manager for whom I worked decided it was ok to single me out for hostility, bullying, and harassment. That's what you get when no one takes appropriate action against someone like this. I'm glad to have moved on. It was the best decision I ever made.

CosmoProf Beauty store manager - rude and needs to learn some manners

I had just spent at least $300 in the store on products, I purchased the wrong size curling iron and had to return for the correct size and was literally within 5 minutes of my purchase. The manager in the State College store was very rude, annoyed and acted as if we were bothering her to do the exchange. Her attitude sucked. She wasn't friendly at all. Then we asked for change for a $20 and she again was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her. The two younger girls were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with when I checked out the first time. They were wonderful. For being a store manager she has a lot to learn on how to treat customers. I will now find another store to buy my hair products from. Her behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be sure to let everyone I know, know about the unpleasant experience we had. I would suggest finding a new store manager.

I used to work for CosmoProf in St. Joseph, MO. After I quit due to being harassed and bullied by the store manger, I started to notice that Corporate does absolutely nothing at all about any major issues. They are only concerned about money. That's the only thing! I will tell you this, they are going to get a wake up call because not only am I suing the manager for mental anguish, I am suing Cosmo Prof for negligence. They don't practice what they preach. With the way the world is today about discrimination, racism, and the lack of knowledge about the effects of emotional and mental abuse at home and in the work place... they better be careful that their company doesn't get blasted all over social media and local and state wide news that they choose to ignore and address their store managers and district managers offensive, hateful, and insufferable, behaviors!

There Mangers are VERY disrespectful and it makes no sense that they let them stay and treat customers like crap and not even say anything to them! This is not my first problem with them and I’m sure it’s not going to be there last one either! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

CosmoProf Beauty service

On Sunday I visited the Winchester Va location at approximately 3:45 pm to complete a quick return and to pick up a few products that I realized I didn't have during an appointment I had at 2pm. I was in a hurry for 2 reasons, 1. I had clients meeting me back at my shop, and 2. Cosmoproof closes at 4pm. Before leaving my clients help me to gather my prodfucts to return, and put them in 2 Big Lots Bags so I could gather my person Belongings and be on my way. I was honestly scared I would not make it their before they
closed.
When I arrived at the store I heading in and 2 people walked in in front of me. (Mother &and daughter, and there was 1 client checking out. I walked up to register and placed my two big lots bags of my return in the ladies kart who was paying, I then said to the "mangager" Heatger I have a return I'm placing it here so you can start on it and run get my other things I need so I'm not holding you up I know you close in ten minutes. Heather rolled her eyes at me and loked at the bags. When dhe done that, I honestly thought it was I took the clients kart who she was checking out, so I apologized and said omg I'm so sorry I took your kart, the client then said no that's fine it's yours I'm done.. I then looked back at Heather and said I only need a quick few things, I'll be quick.. So I went over grabbed a kart and went to the Biolodge section. I had a oil of my own in my pocketbook that I put on dry hair for fly always. It handles frizz. I knew I was almost out so I pulled my empty bottle out to look at the name, then found it and got one put it in my kart and my old empty one in my pocket book.. next I went to aisle 2, got foil, and then skipped the next 2 aisle due to knowing the store by heart, and knowing I didn't need anything in those aisles.. When I got to next aisle I heard the ao. an who walked in with her daughter talking to the customer who walked in prior to me. The only reason these people got my attention was due to the daughter and mother putting their hoods up upon getting in the store. I next heard the manager telling the client what was good to fix bad a bad bleach job. She explained her daughter wanted platinum silver, which was odd because my client wanted silver the whole reason I went there in the middle of my appointment. I thern heard her say t gere was a JOICO new toner. That was great for silver, from the matrix aisle I said I need to come ehat that too, that's exactly what I needed. At that point I heard whispering. And then heard ther manager say yeap, an it that what she always does.. me thinking I was iver reacting and not hearing what I thought I heard was the way I continued on. I heard the door bell click and the other clients leave. And the y did not purchase. I then said to Heather is my return ready, I gotta get one more thing purple shampoo, I'm ready. She then rolled her eyes and said y pu an it got an account here I'm hinna need your card.. now history if my account will show you I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the last 12 years since I opened my Salon, I again said are you putting my name of my business account, and she said, idc, and I'm just telling you you anit got no account in this store. I started to feel my blood boiling with this situation by this point, I tge n hurried to the aisle that I've purchased the Holly Madison new purple shampoo and I did not see it. So I wasn't keeping her I said real quick, I know the holly Madison new purple shampoo has been in this aisle where is it now. She said idk what your talking about I've worked this dam store for 2 years now. This is my store, so stop telling me what you think you know. I said ya know what in that note in ready. She said I dine told you I need a card or no service. I said I can give you my number, and she said nope.. won't take it. Need a card. I said omg, you know what I'm about done eith this from the moment I ca me in this store you have treated me so bad and consistently encouraged an argument, I said I even heard you whispering about me then heard you tell the other lady in here, yeap she does it every time. Hear her then told me I was Crazy. There was never anyone else in the store. I said I'm ok we didn't just ta ok about silver while I was a couple aisles over. She thern saud like I said your crazy... at that point I said ok I'm done, I'm done with speaking to you sensible moving forward. I also said do I know you, or what is it you know my ex employees whom I'm batte king legally for embezzling 60k last year. She rolled her eyes and I then waited for her to unlock the door, so I could get my cosmoproof card out of my car.. usally I never had it, but luckily I've needed all my identity cards due to handling my mother's Estate, whom I lost July 27.. luckily I open the passenger side, and in my home box there it sat. Beat her watched me through the door. When I ran back in I then again seen this woman and her daughter. I gave Heather my card and said please get me read out and I'll never be back. At that exact moment, Heather picked up a bottle of biolodge shampoo and said, I'm this us half way full. I said omg, no it an it. I was clueless. I said lol mayube it spilled in the bag but I assure you I just closed my second location since my mom died, I won't be having a shop of my own now so I'm bringing back the products that were on it. I did look in the bottle and she was right it was half empty. Before I could get my bug lots bag to look and see if it spilled, she opened the second 2 products and said omg look you filled these with water. She said look I got two kids, I'm leaving and you an it returning [censor], because it's well know your a repetitive shop lifter! She said I got two kids I gotta work so so does your [censor].. I said I'm tell you right now your crazy I know I didn't put water in this I said it is hot, does that shampoo get watery in heat? Here I was so blown away thast she called me a repetitive shop lifer, that I didn't put two and two together that yes someone had put water in there. Looking back now I know why and who. At this point I ask the lady that was in"store again" if she could please take photos of my product so that way I had a witness. At that time another clirnt walked in grabbed something and stepped up front and as I eas getting the other person to take photos I sai to heatger I actually need you to call corporate and tell them your refusing to take my product. She said nope not taking it, it's after closing, I LADY THAT'S IT CALL THE POLICE SO I CAN GET A REPORT OF WHAT YOUR DOING, AND I WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL. Heather tge N said let me rang you out ms someone an older woman, at that point that client said to Heather, I'm sorry. Meaning she was sorry beat her was dealing with this with me. And she looked at me like a piece of trash, which I get it, is think I was too if I was quote an repetitive shoper, but mam I'm not.. I said I'm very sorry you had to witness this. At that point Heather took her on other register. Rang her she left. I still at this point have no clue whgars really going on here. Heather was on the phone, again tedlling people it's known all about me, and who I am, and how I'm on drugs, and how I bring back used product filled with water. She tells the dispatcher she's in fear for her safety, and I corrected her and said I ask for the police to be called, I said omg and she I said this call is recorded, and at a later date, when it's heard this is all going tyo come out. She then put the phone down from her ear laughed and shrugged her shoulders like enticing me. I couldn't believe it. I thedn said tyo the lady taking the pictures I need your number, pleaae send me those u took, and heres mine, before I coukd get hers I did say whats your name, she said AMANDA. I ask for last she said that's not needed. We thedn go to the door, Heather unlocks it for police and I had my kart weith my product in it I was returning. As she Heather opened the door she says to the cop. Sir I need you to check that car this woman was in store making unnessary trips to her car.. I said omg, no I didn't y ou made me get my Cosmo card. You see I had been to big lots and bought cleaning stuff and it was in floor.. not hair product, I said if that's true shy didn't you tell dispatcher I did that? That cop then went to my car and went threw it finding only cleaning product, I emptied my pocket book also for the record. He had ask Heather to step back inside and he told her he be in in a minute.. as Hear her went inside she said good cuz I need to talk to you this woman us known as a repetitive shop lifter, he said those commits aren't needed. I said sir whatever she is insinuating is not so.. I said she's called me a shop lifer, a drug addict, and all.. I said for the record if you look back at the call she never called in I stole, this is coming from no where. He thrn ask for my license, and registration. He ran it and of course, I was clear. At this point he ent inside to get her side. Wasn't in there long, and came back and said, look do you know these woman? I said noooo... ive maybe seen her here but most time someone e Lee picks up my product cuz I'm too busy. I said most time my partner picks up my product, and when I had big shop. My receptionist got it for me. He said well, these girls are saying uour a liar, you don't have a shop, and it xclosed due to u, and that they about seen you in tears that your a liar. I said omg, at that exact time a 2nd and a third cop come flying in, jumping out of their cars and bum rushing me and the other cop. So this other cop gets out and says what's going in today, the cop tge n tells him basically no crimes committed and nothing. That cop says I don't believe it, can we talk privately. So he takes cop to side, says something and then comes back to me and says your going to jail today. I said omg, omg, omg.. He tge n walked inside. I liked at other cop and he said apparently they called him. Boy they don't like you. Aree you sure you got a shop asbd you aren't lying to me. At that point we also webt back to my cae again and he searched it. 3 minutes later, that other cop walks out and says so tell me what happen today I said I walked in and took my products to front to return, and I got another cart. He said ima ask you one more time to tell turth. You didn't walk thru this store with product and the try return it? I said omg noo. Never once has that been said either. I said omg it keeps changing.. the story kerps getting bigger. But mine never change. He said ima ask you to lol in your purse, if you got a punk product in there your going to jail. I said absolutely look. And he did, but guess what it was my emty bottle of biolodge. He said your getting papers on you. your lucky you aren't going to jail. I said sir I'm not lucky, your lucky, and they are lucky. He said shut your mouth. I said no I will not. He said look stop pleading your case idc, he said AMANDA eorfked here 10 years, I know her and now I know Heather. They an it lying on you. At that point I realised Amanda, was snabda who was ripping me off and not giving me my promotions with biolodge. So now you got this in writing I need a call back. I'm going to see a lawyer. I've never been so embarrassed in my entire life. I'm not a known drug addict and I do have a shop. Here's the deal. My partner may have been there more then me cuz I'm busier but I assure you I but now between 400 to 600 a month, and when I had my big place over 1k a month. I will do what I have to do to have this never happen again. I now know either Amanda added that water when she left or Heather did it. It wasn't from heat.

CosmoProf Beauty service

I called your draper store inquiring about old packaging on tape in extensions. The girl I spoke with told me the old packaging was 15% off. I drove from Bountiful out to Draper to purchase a few but the manager I spoke with there said they were not on discount. She made the excuse that she has two new employees.
I'm super irritated with Cosmoprof and the lack of care from employees. I stopped going to your Bountiful location because of the rude service. Unfortunately you took over Peerless and now my only other option is contacting the supplier directly and ordering extensions that way or keep putting up with the bad service provided.

No any sale Representative is visiting at my salon since one year while I am sale retailer of comsmoprof . I made lot complaint against this lady to customer Service [protected] but I did not get any positive result. she is still not visiting at my salon located Richmond pecan grove TX. 77406.

CosmoProf Beauty complaint on worker elliot at cosmoprof store #09508

I went into Cosmoprof store #09508 on 05/13/17 at 02:48 pm to return items • #719495 Cuc Artisan •#379040 It's a 10 Mir •#379085 Plu It's a 10 •#712137 Ken Demi Crem
with Elliott whom was at the register at the time along with a tall Caucasian lady sitting to the left side of him. I had receipt of purchase with me for said return but Elliot questioned if I bought the products at Cosmoprof stating that I could've purchased the items cheaper at different discount store (Ross) and tried to return the products at Cosmoprof for more money. I felt degraded and embarrassed to say the least but he went on to say how one bottle was scratched so he was questioning if he should return my products again accusing me of purchasing the products at another store chain at a cheaper price and bringing them to Cosmoprof for return of more money. He asked if they had been opened or used, I said no the products have not been opened or tampered with you are more than welcome to check the products yourself. He opens and checks. They are fine as I said they were. He then questions where I purchased the products and I responded that I do not remember which store I purchased the products from because I travel to different cities on California but that it should be listed on the receipt also mentioning that it might be montclair or longbeach being unsure. I stopped at this particular store to return products because it was close to golds gym in Santa Ana where I had just left and had enough time to do so. At this point I felt like a criminal. I was explaining myself and my daily life even though I had my receipt of purchase because this young man thought I was trying to commit a crime. I was frustrated at the end and told him that I purchased the products at Cosmoprof and that I have my receipt so he should not have a problem with my return. I then go on to say that I am a Dj in Los Angeles and a business owner and that I don't have time to return to the same store...just pretty much going in circles with Elliot while feeling degraded to the lowest possible person imaginable. Please keep in mind that it is the day before Mother's Day and I have my daughter and foster son with me. I personally think that Elliot should lose his job for a huge lack of customer service and maturity. I do not know what kind of life Elliot has lived but where I come from we do not accuse paying professionals/loyal customers of committing crimes as he did to me. I was degraded to the lowest of the low. My day was ruined and to be honest I cried the whole way home. Was it because I am Hispanic? Is he being racist or stereotyping me because of crime rates of different nationalities?
I would like an explanation as to why I was treated this way. I am submitting a copy of my original receipt for evidence of purchase. I would love it if you could search the time of my original purchase at Cosmoprof store #09312 on 05/03/17 at 3:10 pm and play the surveillance video of my purchase of the items I was returning with Elliot so he can understand that he treated an innocent loyal Cosmoprof customer, beauty professional, mother and hard worker like a criminal. He should be fired. I will let everyone I know know about this experience at this particular location. I will be waiting for my apology from Elliot and I hope he is disciplined well.

CosmoProf Beauty customer service

I was a member of CosmoProf for several months and one day I was not able to access my account. I contacted customer service and told them that there was something wrong with my account and asked for help. They said they'll do something. That was over a month ago and they never did anything, I still can't log into my account.
I would not recommend this site, customer service is totally unhelpful and unprofessional. In case of any issues no one will help you, they just don't care.

Due to missing products I got financial lost .I tried to solve my issue with company since Sept, 2019 to till now I did not get any result every time Sale Manager April is giving me unnecessary answer without investigation the matter

I am a licensed salon owner /retailer. CosmoProf has been one of my product distributors. I am mid-size retailer purchasing per month from CosmoProf.
The details are here as below;

I retuned products to cosmoprof on dated Sept 05, 2019 . These products were sent at Cosmotron warehouse by using proper procedure through RGA number 1924641.
The Customer service of Cosmorof has issued me two return labels on August 30, 2019 with tracking numbers
1- 1ZV3F [protected]
2- IZV3F [protected]
I shipped returned products in two boxes on Sept 05, 2019 with weight 23 LBs and 29 LBS ( UPS receipt attached ) and UPS tracking was showing these two boxes have delivered at Cosmoprof warehouse ( UPS delivery status are attached ) I called customer service after month when I did not get credit amount in my account.
The customer service told me warehouse did not received any products in two boxes only they received few products and amount of these products will credit in my account $ 17.

I continue struggled with customer service and opened three cases every time I got same message from them that warehouse did not receive these two boxes when I asked via email " who stolen or kept my products " then next week I received one box on dated 11/06/2019

If they did not receive these two boxes how warehouse has returned back to me one BOX and second box still missing with following products ?

A- Moisturizing Cond 12OZ = 26 PCS
B- Color protect Cond 12OZ = 9 PCS

The conclusion is if Cosmoprof was able to credit amount in my account due to any reason they have to returned back these two boxes within a Weeks not they did not send me back two boxes and credit in my account only $ 17 rest of products who has eaten

my normail toner was out of sttocl by paul mitchel.
employee told me to use other paul mitchell toner that would be exactly the same. my once white platnum blonde hair is now a dingy brown, dull and awful.
