Santa Barbara Tax Products Group [SBTPG] review: Avoid

Santa Barbara bank intentionally holds refunds for a week or more to gain interest from American citizens taxes. I have been doing everything I can to inform people that they do not pay for their refund fees out of their refund and to make sure that they do not file unless they can pay the TurboTax fees upfront, which, in my opinion shouldn’t even be any fees and less now you pay $25 that’s the only time you get your refund when you’re supposed to and at the end of the day Santa Barbara Bank is still making their money and so is TurboTax. I’m honestly surprised that people are still filing with them because this stuff has been going on for years and if it keeps happening, TurboTax is gonna be affected if they don’t change what bank they use this is how this business is staying afloat and when you call to write a complaint or ask questions, Customer Service is rude and say they don’t have a supervisor which is total Scam type stuff. TurboTax is gonna end up suffering if they continue to be involved with this bank, I will not use none of them next year and Santa Barbara has had a lot of people wake up this tax time due to the hardship this past year and they are going to suffer next year when no one goes to TurboTax and has their money sit in their bank After already paying a fee for it for five days like I’ve had to do this tax time when I needed my money that I worked for I honestly hope that if the IRS doesn’t get discontinued by next year, I can’t wait to see this bank. See how many people will not tolerate companies like this. The poor in the middle class already have it hard and you wanna do things like this
