I like to file a complaint about an employee. I am a private client customer with over $500,000 in your bank. I was treated for a few months now very poorly by a banker her name is Lori Cashman and N759232. The branch she works in is 475 Forest Ave., Staten Island, NY. She has been harassing my family sending me filthy text messages.& Calling my home with a blocked # I could send you over some copies. I will attach them contact in my children on social media making up lies she calls me when she’s drunk. This is not Professional. I try to get in touch with the manager I did get in touch with him, but he told me he’s no longer with the bank and she was part of the reason he left. He said she’s definitely unhinged so I tried to contact a new manager, and he keeps hanging up on me so I’m coming to you. she has been written up before the old manager told me and he’s the one who told me to file a complaint. I’m going to send you snapshots of some text messages that she sent me. This is not professional, and she should be reprimanded, and I do not want her near my accounts. The current manager is called Luis Wang, but he will not pick up my calls. she’s telling my children that I am stalking her. She needs help and I want her to stay away from me and my family please attached are the snapshots of just some of the text messages that just happened the other day, it's been going on for 3 months' now cursing my family. i can send you copies of the text messages she should not be in that position to deal with people
