This is Mohamed Mohideen working as an Bank executive in UAE, last week I travelled to my home town which is in Tirunelveli so I take a transit flights from UAE to Thrivananthapuram, so I got to travel in Saudia Flight from my place, but I when I reached Thiruvananthapuram and looking for my baggage I got to know that my baggage is missing, so once I reached my home town and then I re-visit to Thiruvananthapuram for 4 times to raise a complaint and finally on the 5th time I got my baggage, so during the period I was really felt mental anxeity, dipressed, totally stressed since I bought so many things for my families especially for my mother and my daughter, they were really expected me to get those things, but I couldn't only its because of your lack in doing your job, so I really need some compensation, otherwise I would make it as a very very big issue, since I felt really really bad about it,

This is the complaints regarding shear negligence of services by the saudi airlines staff, on my travel from calicut international airport to dubai international airport via riyadh.instead of the scheduled flight of 12.40 on 01/01/2019 me boarded at 4 pm from calicut and reached at riyadh on 7pm.I supposed to reach dubai at 9pm on 01/01/2019 as per the cofirmed booking, but reached dubai at 9.30 am on next day (02/01/2019).
I had felt bitter experience from the saudi airlines interms of their service. I didnt get any support and care eventhough they had promised all facilities like food, lounge faciities from saudi airlines deligates at calicut.But while reaching at Riyadh airport i didnt get any services as they promised and i had compelled to stay at gate around 12 hours undergoing both physical and mental tortures due to shear neglience by concerned authorities.Also i cant resume on duty on 02/01/2019 due to flight delay.
So kindly request you here to compensate me ( Trip id:[protected]) for the inconvenience caused, as per aviation rule.

This is to complain of the irresponsible treatement rendered to myself and family, a group of four passengers, on our travel from calicut international airport to dubai via riyadh. Instead of the scheduled flight of 12.40 (01/01/2019) we boarded at 4.00 pm from calicut and reached riyadh at 7. Pm. We were supposed to reach dubai at 9 pm as per the confirmed booking where as we will expect to reach only after 9.30 am next day 02/01/2019.

It is unfortunate to state that we were not provided any care and support, even drinking water was denied for children as well. We were promised all facilities, lounge, food etc. By suadia airline delegates in calicut. But we had to stay just at gates around 12 hours undergoing both mental and physical tortures caused due to the shear negligence of concerned authorities.

I hereby request you to compensate my family immediately (booking reference: mligbp-[protected]) for inconvenience caused to us as per the aviation rule.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon, without delay.

Dear Sir,

My family today (30 Dec. 2018) available in Karachi airport on time but there staff not given boarding to my family even there is lot of other passenger was suffering of this issues. (They told machine not working)
After too much discussed no one help my family and they were told go back arrange another ticket because they can't help any one so due to visa expire on 31 Dec. 2018 I managed business class as emergency today nigh flight with additional payment SR. 7500/= to travel agent.
Even my family has been reserved set # 37 (1, 2, 3) and Seat # 38 (4, 5) Flight # SV703 from Karachi.
due to emergency I expended SR. 7500/= more with this ticket to avoid visa expire so please help us and compensate with lot of thanks. (Cell # [protected] Mohammad)

I have been patronizing Saudia for almost 10 years because of their hospitality and good customer service. Yesterday (21st December, 2018), I boarded a flight 840 going from Jeddah to Kuala Lumpur. I encountered an inappropriate and rude treatment from a Saudia employee from eastern europe origin (with Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia accent).
During the serving of the meal, I was sited in 43C and I requested for nasi goreng with rest of the passengers in 43A and 43B; when the food was brought to us it was the wrong food and not what we have requested. Nobody took the time to explain to us that the food was not what we had requested. It was a simple matter that needed good communication skills to resolve.

To my outter dismay, the air hottess of eastern Europe origin was extremmely rude to me. When I tried to explain to her about our "customer experience" she retorted and told me that it is Saudia policy to give a different food once the original requested food is no longer available. I said what policy is this? I think the right thing to do is to explain to the customer that the food that was originally requested is not available so that you do not give false hope to the customer. She started to rebuke me that who are you to be talking to me; she ordered me rudely to sit down. I had originally stood up because I was going to the bathroom to freshen up. So I proceeded to the bathroom...

Later a I spoke to Mr. Waleed who showed exceptional leadership qualities for resolving the issues. And he was apologetic that the way it was handled was wrong and Saudia do not have such a policy.

The reason I am reporting this issue is that I do not want this Saudia hostess to treat other customers in a condescending and rude way. She is rude and have serious communication issues. Even when I had told her I will report her, she replied arrogantly for me to go ahead. I had also told Mr. Waleed that I will want an apology from her because I cannot accept the way she had spoken to me; she refused to clear up the conflict situation. In my view, she is not the type of employee that should be doing customer facing for Saudia. She lacks tacts; rude with grandiose superiority for someone coming from a humble background like Eastern Europe. Her behavior was rude, offensive, and very racist.

Dear Sir or Madam,

on my flight from Vienna to Delhi, Saudi Airlines lost my backpack with specialised trekking equipment of me and my friend inside worth more than 4000 EUR. After a week of delay the Saudi Office in Delhi told me the search would have been discontinued. Therefore I had to rebuy most of the items. Before we flew back to Austria 2 months later, we fortuitously went to our old hotel in Delhi, where we got my backpack back. The Airline had not told us at all that it apparently has been found. Since we got it back, the Airline only wants to compensate ~400 EUR for delay which does not cover even close the invoices of the expensive rebought items.
Last but not least I filled out the online "Baggage Claim" on the Saudia website two times. The first one had not been edited at all. It would have had to be edited within 28 days, long before the backpack had been found.

How I was affected: After the Airline officially declared my backpack lost, I had to spend a lot of money to rebuy the trekking equipment. My trekking group had to stay in Delhi 2 weeks longer than planned until the ordered items had arrived. When we tried to contact the Airline via phone calls or e-mails we didn't get proper information about the case and often didn't get an answer at all.

What would you like Saudia to do to resolve the issue: As I know delayed baggage is declared lost after 21 days of delay so that the Airline has to compensate up to an amount of 1131 SZR per passenger. Since the Airline declared the backpack lost and it took us 2 months until we got it back by accident, I would like this case to be treated as loss of baggage. Since there has been trekking equipment of me and my friend inside, I would like to have a compensation of 2262 SZR as well as an apology of Saudi Airlines.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Los Angeles with the date 27 Jan 2019 to 18 Jul 2019 for my mom medical treatment in Los Angeles.. I received the ticket with wrong return date as 16 may 2019.. when I tried to check with customer care they are telling it's a promotional price for 4 months that's why system automatically generated for 16 may 2019.. ok I also requested to change return date and will pay for it they are telling it's not possible which is weird and unethical because it was not mentioned anywhere tthat uts the price for 4 months promotion.. I have been working with customer care for the past 10 days to get the above info..they are accepting its Saudia's mistake but they can't help it seems. I have a proof where for the same price and same dates I booked via cheapoair and cancelled it thinking that Booking directly in Saudia Airlines is better than third party site.. For the last 5 years my family was traveling in Saudia and I got really frustrated with this fraud activity of Saudia.. hope some action will be taken.

I write this with great disappointment for the services I received by Saudi Airlines representatives at King Fahd International Airport Dammam. I have a booking tonight i.e., 6th Dec 2018 @ 10 PM to Jeddah with a booking reference No. LMWOH9 - [protected]. As per the scheduled time I made myself available at airport with my family. When I have visited the counter to collect my boarding pass I was abruptly informed that I don't have any booking tonight and was asked to see his supervisor around without knowing the reason wherein I Hold a confirmed air ticket in my hand received by Saudi Airlines via email. The Supervisor tried for a while and then directed me to Saudi Arabian Sales office without knowing the reason again. As there was only an hour and half left for departure I rushed to sales team, where after long verification I was informed that my booking is not confirmed due to some technical issues where I have the confirmed ticket in my hand. After discussing a lot with sales representatives (Including Supervisor) I was asked to wait for some time to get confirmation from Jeddah Office. Steadily the time was getting closer and finally the gate to board was open. In anxiety I went to the attendant and asked for updates, he replied in a relaxed way that "no response" you need to wait further however you missed the boarding time, you can't board this flight! anymore. I was shocked and annoyed with his response but what I can do as an expatriate (A Slave). I controlled my anger and asked him in a polite way Sir what I have to do now, he said if there is reply from Jeddah Office we will arrange your seats in next flight which was at 2:00 AM after 5 Hours. As I had no other option I waited there for an hour, suddenly the attendant called me and transferred my query to his colleague who was going to stay in next shift. He confirmed me that I will fly with 2:00 AM flight and asked to be relaxed and had dinner etc., When I have passed two and half hour at airport I received a call from passenger control dept. asking me why you didn't travel at 10:00 PM? And now you want travel at 2:00 AM. He started saying that your ticket cannot be cancelled or changed. You didn't report for the scheduled time you lost your booking. As per him I was misguided by Saudi Airline Staff and I lost my ticket. I couldn't control myself and rushed to Saudia Sales office to the person who was dealing my query, I told him about the call and he said yes there is something wrong with your booking, our team couldn't fix this at the same time and this booking is cancelled and if you still want to travel you need to buy a new ticket that too for next day morning 9:00 AM.

Is this a way a passenger is treated, where is responsibility and honesty here. What I get in return, full of regret and frustration. Why are we still in 15th Century? Why are we still in a society where there is discrimination based on national, Arab …..?Etc.,

I was misguided by both E-Sales team and Airport sales team, they couldn't diagnose the problem at earliest which resulted in both time and money loss. It badly affected my optimism as I was pilgrim travelling to holy Makkah for Umrah.

Hence I request you to please compensate my time/money losses and exploitation I underwent from different Saudia Staff members.

Assalamu Alaykum. I would like to complain about my delayed baggage. I had my flight last oct 29 from madinah - jeddah - and arrived at Manila on oct 30. When we arrived in Manila, we were informed that our bags were left in jeddah and will be shipped to our respective provinces on oct 31. We filled a baggage form with reference number, wrote our addresses - mine was COTABATO CITY AIRPORT and described our bags.

oct 31, I arrived in our province, Cotabato city. I didn't receive any text or email from saudia regarding tracking number or baggage. But my co passengers received texts from orbit inc about tracking number. I checked the airport if any baggage arrived for me. But unfortunately, there was nothing.

November 1, a representative from saudia baggage named Anna called me about the baggage and said that my bag is already in manila. And it will be forwarded the next day. And I waited for tracking number but 4 days passed and I didn't receive any text or email about my bag.

On the same day, November 1, my co passengers/colleagues received their baggage from zamboanga and davao airport. I was thinking, why mine was not included? It's so disappointing.

I called saudia numbers from the baggage form that they gave me, and followed up my baggage since November 3. They all said the same thing. That they sent email and tagged it urgent. But until now, nothing arrived.

I'm really bothered because it's been days. I have no clothes with me. Please ship my bags ASAP.

I booked Saudi Airlines for 21st December 2018 for my sons .and return ticket on 30th Dec from Trivandrum to Riyadh and vice-versa. Two days back I got a message that that flight postponed for 23rd Dec. Children are coming for only for a few days and again they are losing days. It is a very unpleasant action from your side. If you want to cancel these flights do not do in this way. showing cheap flights in the system and people are spending money then we have to cancel. the cancellation takes up to 500 SR. Ultimately everything is a loss for ordinary people. If you have a plan to cancel the service from Trivandrum to Riyadh and vice-versa, please do not show availability of these flights in the system at all.
Now My request is please continue the service for those who booked and let them travel. From now onwards don't show any flights from Trivandrum to Riyadh... That will be a decent action from your side... Do not let passengers suffer. That will be blessings for you and all the passengers.I hope you will consider this

I want to inform you that I had a very bad experience with your airline. I had a flight booked sv 1533 from karachi to Tabuk on 30September which was canceled to 1st october without any compensation. I travelled from karachi to Riyadh. Then I had to travel from Riyadh to Tabuk but at Riyadh airport exit gate was changed without any announcements. Because of this I missed my flight from Riyadh to Tabuk. Your guests relation office refused to cooperate and didn't adjust any amount even didn't give new tickets for next flight. I waited for 20hours for next flight and purchased new tickets for about 2500 riyals. I suffered a lot during this journey and not satisfied with Saudi Airline facalities and relationships. I had a worst experience through saudi airlines.

I regret to inform you that it was a very bad experience to fly with you. I had a flight on 29th September from Hail to Riyadh flight number SV 1320 at 5:30 along with my family they were going from Hail to Lahore Pakistan. I am really disappointed and shocked to see the behavior of your representative in Hail airport. I can't even imagine someone can have such unethical behavior of such a big airline company's employee. We were 6 persons including my family and have 4 hands carry bags 4 female purses and 3 laptops but unfortunately, your representative claimed that these all things will be considered as hand carries and I will not allow you to go inside. I insist that these bags cannot be considered as hand carries. But he was shouting on us and even using very bad tone and the worst ever thing was he snatched our tickets from our hand and said I will cancel your boarding passes unless you didn't remove one hand carry. Forcefully I had to stop on the airport and let my family go. Now I don't demand a just only refund of my ticket but a good lesson to your representative.

I hope you will consider this matter very seriously and will investigate the issue.

I booked my ticket from Lahore to Toronto on August 8th, 2018. I made sure that tickets can be partially refunded (original amount - $60 cancellation fees ), which is mentioned in my original booking.

After few days, the Saudi government had disagreement with Canada, and decided to cancel their flights to Canada. The Saudia office rescheduled my trip through London with British Airways as they don't have a flight to Toronto anymore. Right now, I wanted to cancel my flight .. I contacted the Saudi Airline office and they informed me that the ticket can't be cancelled as it become a complicated case with a flight through British Airways.

It is worth mentioning that Saudia didn't update my original flight terms, or informed me about any changes in the flight booking terms.

I am very disappointed about the organization and their systems. I should be refunded as per the original ticket terms.

Hi good day I have a complaint against saudi airlines I booked a flight to turkey on the 10 of September 2018 to turkey when i left or tambo international airport we had a 7 hour flight duration with NO SCREENS Working I couldn't watch tv, movies or even listen to anything .for 7 hours I was bored and didn't know wat to do .I then we're asked by the airhostes which meal would I like either chicken or fish.when I asked for chicken I was told it's finished I had to take fish which I don't eat.also every child on the aircraft had received a bad with things in and when I asked why didn't my son get one, I was told their wasn't anymore .So how does this airline cater for certain amount of people this was terrible.the toilets on the aircraft was dirty and filth I am very disappointed with my service I received on this airline, and sorry to say I had a bad time on this flight
