I visited your custimer service centre blue area islamabad pakistan for extension in ticket, I reached office at 12:45pm but shocked to know that there is break time and guard is totally refusing to go me inside it is also necessary to mention here that break time is 01 to 02 pm but I reached 15 mins before break time but still refused so where is best customer care and how about our precious time and for what purpose you pay salaries to these type of staff or offices kindly check the matter at priority so that time will be saved of common peoplE and they happy from your services
unable to get 100% refund within 24 hours booking cancellation
I booked my flight ticket from www.saudia.com website (booking reference N2RD5U) on Nov 29 5:30pm, and I called their refund and cancellation support number [protected] to cancel my booking on Nov 30 2:20pm because I had problem cancel my booking online from their website (I encountered system error). I also emailed to [protected]@SAUDIA.COM provided by the customer service during my phone call on Nov. 30 3:01pm to confirm my booking cancellation (see below screen print), and called back again to confirm that I requested my cancellation within 24 hours to get 100% full refund. I did both phone call and email to cancel my booking within 24 hours. (See my phone record below). Based on Saudi airline website policy that I was allowed to get 100% refund to cancel my booking within 24 hours. I have contacted support team many times and I still couldn't get confirmation to have my 100% full refund to cancel my booking.

This complaint on behalf of my wife who is got sick after facing the problems in Saudia also was with her all the time at airport, She was expected to travel on 25th of this month ( 25/11/17) from Saudia SV 754 from Jeddah to Hyderabad reporting a complaint that when we arrived at airport counter on 24th Nov. Night that is 12:00 am of 25th Nov. 17 after waiting in the que when we reach to the Saudia Counter, the counter gentlemen collected the pass port and ask where are going mentioned that Hyderabad, then he talk to his supervisor Mr. Bassim then he ask to put luggage, requested him to give window side since my wife travelling alon, he said ok and handed over the boarding pass and passport saying enjoy the trip. The ticket which is attached here was on his desk.
The moment left the counter I try to see the boarding time, then suddenly notice this boarding pass for 28th Nov - SV-744 was surprised and got shock, within hardly 1.5 mint rushed back to the same counter, saying this is my flight as per ticket, then he directed to me to Supervisor, if I remember correct his name was Mr. Bassim, the showed him all ticket and boarding pass, also had requested him to get back baggage since there are important items and medicines inside, rather he hold the baggage, which he could have since the time was not even 5 minutes, he directed to Executive Supervisor, the Execute Supervisor explained to me that, this flight SV754 is re scheduled on 28th with new flight no. SV-744, today no flight. There I complaint to him that, then why at the counter was not being informed about this cancellation of flight, he could have told before issuing of boarding pass. How the passenger will expect that the boarding pass can be issued 3 days before of the flight. He said its mistake, you can collect the baggage will talk to supervisor Mr. Basssim at counter 27, Then he took the boarding pass and did something in computer then ask me to go to the Ground floor near belt no. 1, when I reported to him, he said wait you will get your baggage, waited long almost two hours with my wife, when I ask him about baggage, he directed to go to duty manager, I went to station manager on second floor then there talk to Mr. Moussa do not remember exactly since was meeting with so many people we were so tired and panic about baggage, he talk to someone in the basement, then he said go to belt no. 1 there will you get your baggage maximum 45 minutes, happily went there again taking permission from security, expecting that the big boss has talk to someone now will get the baggage, but we got disappointed even 1.5 hour nothing happened.
Then this baggage counter people I think name was Mr. Ali, he told me come tomorrow any time you will have your baggage, then I left at fajr time from airport very disappointed, very tired, me and wife was talking if this man at counter itself could have inform about cancellation of flight and, he does mistake, the he could have stop and get back our baggage since it was in minutes is being notified, very tired and sad left.
By the time reach home already Fajr prayer is finished, after pray just went to the bed feel very sick.
Once we wake up we were comfortable that however will get baggage today then we went after Isha prayer, directly went to baggage office in ground floor near Belt no. 1.
When we reach thru security at counter then noticed new faces, again explain the whole story to these new people who were at counter, then he (I think name was Mr. Taha) check in the system and talk to someone in basement and then he told me that the boarding pass is not cancelled, once cancelled you will have your baggage, I told him that Mr. Bassim had done that and told me to collect the baggage from last night.
He said NO its not cancelled, once it's done then you will have, again he directed to 2nd floor duty / station manager, when I reached there again new faces, again explain the whole story, then there three person in that office, they took my boarding pass which is attached here, they checked and said it not cancelled, then one gentlemen directed him to cancel I REQUESTED HIM PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT MY BOOKING REMAIN, SHE WILL TRAVEL on 28th but we only need baggage because of some necessary things like medicine..etc. Then this gentleman assured me that ONLY BOARDING PASS WILL BE CANCELLED, the seat will remain do not worry.
After cancellation he teared and through in dust bin the boarding pass which is attached, then said to me to go now and collect the baggage,
Again went there to collect the baggage, near belt no.1 they said wait, there, after waiting long and was no response, the duty was changing at 10:00 PM, then Mr. Abdul Aziz take over, he called to the basement, and ask to wait, since the duty was changing I rushed to 2nd floor again since there was no hope, again new people then issue. Luckily there was MR. Imad was there, requested him, he called and said one piece found go and take from belt no.1 again I came down after waiting more than one hour I got one piece, then when enquired about rest pieces then he said no baggage found and registered the complaint which is attached here (AHLJEDSV-11801) dated 25th NOV. then we went to 2nd floor to Mr. Imad, he talk to someone said go to counter 28 there could be your baggage, I rushed there, talk to the concern person, he said no baggage here also he showed me the area, again rushed to Mr. Imad he was so busy with the people informed him the status, then I left from his office in corridor I found one gentlemen who had met me last night, I express my grievances then he introduce to one who is responsible for baggage, he will take care, then I explained the whole story, he story, he go home your complain is being register they will call if not found Saudia will reimburse .
I explained to him with lot of shopping moving around we picked item to bring India, have so many expensive dresses, expensive gifts…etc, how they can judge what items we have and after how many efforts we bought these items.
Then from that corridor around 1:00 am we left with one piece and lot of disappointment that HOW COMES COULD NOT FIND THE BAGGAGE, SINE THIS WAS FOR THE FLIGHT AFTER THREE DAYS, BELIEVE THAT BAGGAGE WILL BE ARRANGE ACCORDING TO FLIGHTS.
On 24th -night whole night we did not sleep and on 25th night more than 5 hours with lot of tension and disappointments we left while going home my wife complaint about chest pain, immediately rushed to nearest clinic JEDDAH NASEEM poly clinic slip attached, where the Doctor checked the preliminary thing and also took the ECG, which he found not satisfactory, he recommend to visit big hospital since ECG is not satisfactory then I rushed to Bughsan Hospital, there the Doctor did again ECG also was not satisfactory, The Doctor enquired why and since when this happened, I explained the whole Saudia story, they did some necessary test and gave some medicine and kept in observation then nearly Fajr time they allow to go, like this we spent two nights in tension and panic.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS BLAME, THE COUNTER MEN WHO DID NOT INFORMED BEFORE ISSUING THE BOARDING. HOW CAN HE ISSUE THE BOARDING THREE DAYS BEFORE?
I HERE LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO TAKE URGENT ACTION TO DELIVER MY BAGGAGE.

I want to change my schedule
Today, I had booking a ticket from budgetair.com. I want to go back to Indonesia. After that, I get information from my dean, he said that I cannot flight for date that I have choosen. I am very panic after hear that. So, I decide to reschedule my flight to next month.
Please Help me, because I'an international student and didn't have many bill to pay the penalty. Iam so sorry to be like this.

lost luggage
We lost our luggage on the flight from Dubai to Casablanca via Jeddah, we keep on following up everyday with the airport in Casablanca but nothing is resolved, which is very disappointing.it been now more than two months plz I need an answer when I will receive my luggage I have very valuable belongings I can't keep calling everyday and nobody is taking it seriously, I m always traveling but it s the first time I lost my luggage.

When we bought the ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Nairobi (transit at Jeddah) in 27 october 2017, it show departure time was 1930 hour. While we reach klia airport, the information counter people told us that last flight of this airline was 3pm on 27 October 2017. We are disappointed with your system that not inform us earlier regarding change of flight schedule. Hence we ask for refund for it. On the same day we immediately bought another flight to Nairobi that cause us waste lots of time and money. Kindly take note.

لقد قمت بالحجز في في تاريخ ١٥ مارس ٢٠١٧ من مطار جدة الي مطار نيويورك وكان لدي حجز بعد وصولي الي مطار نيويورك المتوقع ب ٦ ساعات ولكن للاسف موظفي الخطوط كانوا غير متعاونين لا في السعودية ولا في نيوريورك اضطرننا الي الجلوس اليوم الثاني والإقامة في فندق في نيوريوك ودفع مبلغ كبير بالنسبة وراحت علينا رحلتنا وقد عانينا الامرين عدم معرفتنا بالمكان وليس لدينا لغة جيدة لذا ارجوا النظر في شكاوي هذا والله يرعاكم

first class seat without working video screen
On Aug. 21 from LHR to RUH SV 117, my son’s seat (1D) did not work for the entire flight from London to Riyadh. Having children without a working TV screen is most annoying as their attention has nowhere to focus. The flight crew tried several times to reset the screen but it did not work. This is unacceptable for a long haul First Class flight. I require compensation for this inconvenience.

The delay causing us to loose our connecting flight to Surabaya.

no refund of cancelled ticket

I booked my ticket from tabuk to new delhi dated 15 june 2017 and return on 14 july 2017 . Booking was done on 24 march 2017 and then vacation plan change i tried to manage booking but date was not matching, so i decided to cancel my ticket but in spite of many trail i was not able to cancel it so i visited saudia office tabuk within week of booking . The person on counter he told he has cancelled my ticket but refund is not showing as of now and he took my al raji account no. and enter in system and told it will come in your account. I waited a long time but i not get ant refund in my account, so i visited again on 4 October and then they told me that there is no cancellation request for your ticket . can you recognise the person who cancelled the ticket or show the cancellation paper, i provided paper given by him he told its ticket not the cancellation paper . Mean i was cheated, i believe what counter official person told and not requested my cancellation and lost my 1871 SR. The superwiser told me now we cant do any thing ...but one ticket it is written that non used ticket can be used upto 1 year from issue date . please either refund my money or give me another any option to re book my ticket.

missing zam zam / hajj 1438
My husband and I arrived from Jeddah Airport to OR Tambo International on the 9th of September from our Hajj.
Our Zam Zam which had CLEAR DETAILS of my husbands name and surname as well as contact information was on the boxes (x2 five litre Zam Zam).
I have been calling for 2 weeks since we back and nothing has turned up.
So many peoples Zam Zam turned up - No one at baggage can provide info.
And its frustrating calling and no one is taking responsibility for our missing Zam Zam.
Secondly your planes are dirty, your staff are moody and arrogant. My worst flight ever! I definitely wont recommend Saudi Airlines to anyone!

HI! this is Jameel Zaidi, i am an employee of delta airline, 1 month ago i listed myself on saudi airline flight to Jeddah and your agent (name:Fernandez)told me that you have to purchase ticket to make sure you exit from Jeddah to Khi and made me purchase it from ticket counter, I informed him that there are plenty of seats available but he didnt listen to me and your flight departed delay 2 hours from JFK airport so i miss my flight which was at 1:25 pm and next flight was at 1:30 am in the morning, thats not my fault, agent at Jeddah airport told me that why you purchase your ticket there was no need of it as there was seats available, please refund my money .i called your agent so many times and they didnt respond they said that you have to complain at our websiteand then they will refund, take a look at my compalin as soon as possible other wise i will bring it to media and upper mamngemaent

delayed baggages
Good Morning.
In September 17, 2017 I was on the flight of SV 863 of Saudi Airlines. Supposed to be our flight is 3:00pm but they announced it will be delayed at 6:15pm, but we flew around 9:00pm from Manila, Philippines to Jeddah, KSA. Upon arrival, the airport staff said that our baggages are still in Manila. Our baggages will come on the next day and we will take it to the baggage claim in the airport. is there any compensation for this? my work and my time is affected. I need to stay in Jeddah city just to wait for my delayed baggage. I am working and staying 2 hours drive from Jeddah city.. I went today at the airport but still our luggage didn't arrive. I have my clothes and toiletries and medicine there.

bad customer service
I was travelling along with my husband and 9 month baby from jeddah to riyadh from flight SV 1048 at 21.05. We had already booked our seat as 60 A & 60 B as per our convinience.. as it was the window seat at the back of the plane. The position was quite close to toilet and was planned as per my baby's demand. However, things did not go as planned, when we reached our respectives already booked seats, we found a lady seated over there with her two children. We asked the air hostess to spare our seats. Finally, we got settled into our seats. Suddenly the air hostess came back to us and asked if we could exchange our seats ( there were three seats) with two seats, so that the lady who was sitting on our place can be with her kids. We agreed with the notion of helping that lady so that she can be together with ber kids. But when we moved to the new allotted seats we found that there was already a man sitting over there. N it was not the two seater seat we were promised. So we just refused to sit over there and asked to give another hvaing window seats.
The supervisor named mohammad came to us n said that we should not have agreed to change at first place. We interrogate by saying that we were misinformed as the air hostess informed the seat to be two seater however it was a three seater one. He refused our vpices Nd moved back. Then while we were waiting for our seats to get changed, the supervisor came after a while and threatened us by saying that the captain is saying that either we take those available seats or our flights will be cancelled. We were literally shocked that in return of our good gesture of helping that lady we were being threatened to cancel our tickets just bcoz we were requesting for a seat we already booked. at this moment my husband was boiling in anger, to avoid the mess i calm him down. N requested him to be seated at what ever place is available. When we were leaving the plane we again told the supervisor about the worst customer service we have ever recieved . But there was not a little shame on his face. He simply neglected us. With this experience i truly regret my decision of helping the ladyin first place. This is the worst kind of customer service i have ever experience and it would be really a wonder if certain action will be taken on dis concern.

I have made booking on a flight from Colombo (CMB) to Medina (MED), schedule on 29 November 2017. There are two flight involved from CMB-Riyadh and Riyadh to Medinah.
Saudi had cancel my flight form CMB to Riyadh and reschedule it to 2 December 2017. I dont event being informed on the cancellation. I only know when my friend told me.
How can i be on flight from Riyadh to Medinah on 29/11 when my flight from CMB to Riyadh (2/Dec) . It doesn't make sense at all. Plus i have already book hotels and airline form this trip.
When i request for full refund, i have been charge 400SAR to cancel the the flight that i cannot fly.

We started travelling to Sir Lank on the 2nd of august, it was a long journey and we were expecting to be well treated and comfortable. However we weren't given drink or snack until 2 and half hours later. Children were hungry, thirsty and tired. Once the food finally arrived, we asked for a vegetarian option as we are vegetarian but there was no vegetarian option. The children and us all went hungry.
Once we arrived in Riddiyah we had to wait for half an hour to get of the plane we were all very disappointed as some of us had to catch our next flights. They should have been ready to open the plane straight away and release us.
And when we were on our final flight to Sir Lank, the plane stopped in Maldives and we were never told that we were going to stop in Maldives and then we had to wait 2 hours in Maldives to let people on and off and so that the plane could get ready.
On the way back to England, we had to do a transit stop at Judah and while we were at Judah, an immigration officer was acting very arrogant and rude. We did a bag check and I was in front of my children and waiting for them to make sure they are safe then the officer said something in his language and was waving his hands. When I didn't understand he got up form his desk and in a rude menorrhea grab me and pulled me to the side the children started to panic and started to cry and I got worried as well that we might be delayed .
We lost a luggage reference number:10374, we still haven't got it yet is very important luggage's since my mother gave it to them as a memories, we trusted you guys to deliver it but yet you guys failed
6 of us traveled in our plane we paid nearly 4, 000 pounds for this very poor service that is not in a good condition we wont ever favorable reply from you.

very rude behavior
Dear concern,
We had a return flight to Toronto on 8Sept2017 through Saudi Airlines SV805, which was supposed to starts at 22 10 (DAK timing). Accordingly, we reached to DAK airport on time and got to know flight is delayed. Saudi Airline office asked us to fly on 10sept17 as delayed flight SV805 lead to missing our connective flight in Jeddah (SV805). We waited almost for 2 hours to talk with a high official named Jubayed and Upon meeting and asking on alternatives, Saudi Airlines officer were very rude to us and started screaming like a crazy dog. This behavior was very unexpected.
On such behavior I got very upset and have decided not to choose on flying Saudi from next. I will give a status in social media (facebook) for receiving such customer service from Saudi Office in DAK Airport.
Denial of boarding at Jeddah airport For connecting flight to abha
My family was traveling from Delhi to abha via Jeddah on 6th/7th September 2017 under booking number [protected] and flight from Delhi to Jeddah was 2000 hours SV 759 and from Jeddah to abha was 0300 hours SV 1664 next day early morning
But saudi airlines changed their flight from Delhi to depart at 2235 hours and arrival 0235 hours and Jeddah to abha flight was changed from SV 1664 to 1666 to depart to abha at 0735 .
They were denied boarding at Jeddah airport even they reported 4 hours before scheduled departure
My wife was traveling with 3 kids including small Baby
Despite her request to officer incharge their no body listened to her
She had to suffer 20 hours at airport with kids before she was given night flight to abha that too after lot of struggle
My complaint is why she was denied boarding if she reached check in counter 4 hours
Is this the saudi airlines attitute towards passengers
Please take action and compensate for the harassment at Jeddah International Airport
