Save On Branson Save On Branson Review: False Advertising and Disappointing Experience

I was pretty excited when I heard about Save On Branson and their offer of two free tickets. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff, right? So, I went ahead and checked out their website, saveonbranson.com, and saw that they had a lot of great shows and attractions to choose from. I was particularly interested in the Haygoods and the Acrobats, but there were several others that caught my eye as well.

When I went to pick up my free coupon books, I was a little disappointed to find out that the free tickets were only for an afternoon comedy show with someone I had never heard of before. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love a good laugh as much as the next person, but I was really hoping for something a little more exciting. When I asked about the tickets I had been told I could have, the lady at the counter said that we couldn't have them without attending a presentation, which we had already said we didn't have time for. I have to say, this felt like false advertising to me.

To make matters worse, most of the coupon books I was given were ones I already had. I mean, what's the point of giving out coupon books if they're just going to be duplicates of ones people already have? It's like they're not even trying to offer anything new or exciting.

After reading some of the reviews online, I can see that I'm not the only one who has had a less than stellar experience with Save On Branson. It seems like a lot of people are being promised one thing and then given something completely different when they go to pick up their tickets. It's really frustrating and makes me wonder if this is just a scam to get people to attend a presentation they don't want to go to.

Overall, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Save On Branson. While the idea of getting free tickets was great, the reality was far from it. I would caution anyone thinking about using their services to do their research and read the reviews carefully before committing to anything.

Save On Branson Disappointing Experience with Save On Branson: Poor Customer Service and Broken Promises

I booked my trip with Save On Branson in March 2018 for June 22 through June 25, 2018. They confirmed my booking a day or two later and promised to take care of everything. However, when we arrived on June 22, they didn't do a thing. We almost didn't get a room at the motel, and they only had three left, but not the one we wanted. The show tickets they provided were in the middle of the theaters or at the side. The arrangements weren't made until we got there at 1:15 pm, so we had to take what they could get at the time.

It makes me mad that they are allowed to operate like that without a care for the customer. And if you say anything, the only thing they have for you is a weak "sorry." You know what you can do with your sorry. We won't be back. The service was very poor, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience.

Save On Branson needs to step up their game and provide better customer service. It's not fair to promise one thing and deliver another. We trusted them to take care of everything, but they let us down. We hope they can learn from their mistakes and improve their services in the future. Until then, we won't be recommending them to anyone.

Save On Branson Great Customer Service at Save On Branson - Highly Recommend!

I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with Save On Branson. I was on a road trip from Lincoln to Branson and stumbled upon their website. I was a little hesitant at first, but the young man I talked to, Nathan, was super helpful and friendly. He helped me out every step of the way, even though I'm sure he had better things to do.

Unfortunately, when it came to one of the shows I wanted to see, Nathan wasn't able to get the tickets. I was pretty bummed out, but Nathan didn't give up. He told me to call him back once I secured boat tickets, and I did just that. I ended up getting the steamboat tickets and called Nathan back to complete the purchase. I could tell he was surprised that I actually followed through, but he was happy to help me out.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Save On Branson's customer service. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Nathan even suggested that I stop by their office to say hello in person, which I thought was a nice touch.

All in all, I would definitely deal with Save On Branson again. They may not have been able to get me tickets to every show I wanted to see, but their customer service more than made up for it. If you're planning a trip to Branson, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Save On Branson Mixed Experience with Save On Branson: Sweet Discounts, Aggressive Sales Tactics

I gotta say, I had a bit of a mixed experience with Save On Branson. On the one hand, they do offer some pretty sweet discounts on tickets and attractions in the Branson area. But on the other hand, their sales tactics can be a bit...aggressive.

I had more than one person call me up and try to convince me to sign up for their discount package, even though I wasn't quite ready to commit yet. I mean, I had a pacemaker procedure to worry about, for crying out loud! But these folks were like vultures, circling around me and trying to get me to buy in.

Eventually, I did decide to go for it, but only after I'd had some time to think things over. And let me tell you, the sales pitch they gave me was pretty intense. They kept talking about this "travel group presentation" that I had to attend, and how it would only take 1.5 hours...except that when I looked at the itinerary, it said it would take 2 hours. What's up with that?

Anyway, I made it clear that I wasn't interested in any kind of time-share deal or anything like that. I just wanted to get some good deals on tickets and have a fun time in Branson with my wife. And I have to say, we did have a pretty good time overall. But I can't help feeling like Save On Branson is more interested in getting repeat business than in actually helping people save money. I mean, how much commission are those sales people making, anyway?

All in all, I'd say that Save On Branson is worth checking out if you're planning a trip to Branson and want to save some cash. But just be prepared for some pretty aggressive sales tactics, and don't let them pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with.

Save On Branson Save Big on Branson: My Experience with Ticket Vouchers and Hotel Package

I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with Save On Branson. It was real easy to get my ticket vouchers from them. I just gave them a call and told them what shows I wanted to see and how many tickets I needed. They even hooked me up with a nice hotel, the Grand Palace, which had a free hot breakfast. Can't beat that, right?

Now, I ain't no expert on how they do things, but I think it's first come first serve when you take your voucher to the ticket office. We always got front row seats at the 5 shows we went to, and we were always there about 30 minutes early. So, I guess that's a good thing, right?

They did offer us a timeshare preview, but we didn't have to do it if we didn't want to. Of course, if you don't do it, you'll pay more for your package. But, if you got a couple hours to spare, you can save a lot of money by doing the preview. And, you don't gotta buy anything from them. Just put in your time and you're good to go.

All in all, Save On Branson saved me about $600.00. That's a lot of dough, if you ask me. And, we even got 4 tickets to Dolly Pardons Stampede, which was a real hoot. So, if you're looking to save some cash on your Branson trip, I'd say give these guys a shot.

Save On Branson Fun-Filled Family Vacation at Pointe Royale Condominium Resort in Branson - A Review

Me and my big family of 13 people, including children, grandchildren, and in-laws, stayed at Pointe Royale Condominium Resort in Branson from July 25 to July 30th, 2021. We had a great time there! When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and given two very nice units - one was a 2 Bedroom Deluxe and the other was a 3 Bedroom Deluxe. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were a great addition to our family vacation. We spent a lot of time there and had a blast!

During our stay, we had three scheduled activities - The WhoDunnit Hoedown, REZA, and Sight&Sound Theater of the story of Jesus. All of them were amazing and we had so much fun! We also visited the Titanic Museum and tried out several restaurants in the area. The food was delicious and we had a great time exploring the local cuisine.

I want to give a special shout out to Sue Reed who helped me arrange everything for our trip. She was so helpful and courteous every time I spoke with her. Without her help, I don't think I would have been able to put everything in place, especially since we had to make several changes due to the large number of people we were trying to accommodate. Thanks again Sue!

Overall, our experience with Save On Branson was fantastic. We had a great time and everything was well-organized and planned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free vacation in Branson.

Save On Branson Mixed Experience with Save On Branson: Great Price and Customer Service, but Long Sessions and Misleading Confirmation

I really liked the price I got from Save On Branson and the customer service was super nice. The only thing is that my husband doesn't like sitting through those LONG sessions that they make you go to. They kept saying that it wasn't like a timeshare and that the HOUR long sessions were timed by a bell and happen every hour from 830 to 230. But then when I got my email confirmation, it said that the 90 MINUTE session was scheduled and they wanted us to come early. I didn't like that because I had asked several times to make sure that the session wouldn't go over one hour. My husband is gonna be so mad when I tell him. I just think they should have been honest about it when I asked. Other than that, the people on the phone were nice. We'll see how it goes when we get there.

Save On Branson Save on Branson: Excellent Service and Savings on Accommodations and Shows!

I was havin' a real hard time tryin' to find a place to stay and some tickets for a show in Branson for our trip in October 2017. I couldn't figure out which show was playin' on the Branson Belle neither. After a few weeks of bein' super frustrated, I stumbled upon Save on Branson and decided to give 'em a call. Let me tell ya, their staff is super friendly and helpful. In no time at all, they had a price for a 2 bedroom condo and tickets for the show I wanted to see on the Branson Belle. And get this, the price was $350 less than what I could find on my own on the internet. Talk about savin' some cash!

The condo we stayed in at Pointe Royale was just lovely. And the country show on the Branson Belle was top-notch. We didn't book Silver Dollar City with Save on Branson, but the guy I talked to said if we ordered the tickets online from Silver Dollar City, we could save $20. And you know what? He was right! Our family of 4 had a great time without breakin' the bank. I'm definitely gonna book with Save on Branson again. Their service is excellent and they really know how to help you save some money.

Save On Branson Save On Branson Review: Beware of Hidden Fees and Timeshare Pitches on BransonShows.com

I gotta tell ya, steer clear of Save On Branson. They run this website called bransonshows.com and let me tell you, it's a real doozy. I made the mistake of buying tickets for the Branson Belle from their site, thinking I was on the Belle's website. I bought four tickets for me and my fam (2 grown-ups and 2 kiddos) and it cost me a whopping $255. But get this, instead of getting my tickets right away, they gave me an address where I had to go pick them up: 3608 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO ***. So I go there and this guy starts trying to sell me a timeshare for Wyndham. He's all like "hey, I'll give you a $100 American Express card, a $100 dining voucher, and a free night stay in our resort if you just listen to our presentation." I was like, nah man, I just want my tickets. So I got my tickets and headed to the Belle.

But when I got there, I realized I had paid $135 more than the actual cost of the tickets. I called up their customer service and they told me they charged a "service fee" for the tickets. What kinda BS is that? The "service fee" came out to $33.75 per ticket! I asked them to refund me the service fees so I could just pay the actual price for the tickets, but they refused. Earlier they were offering me all sorts of goodies if I listened to their timeshare spiel, but now they can't even refund me the extra money I paid? That's just wrong.

They told me I reviewed their terms when I bought the tickets, but that's a load of hogwash. I have copies of the emails they sent me and the charges on my card. I'm not gonna let this slide, I'm gonna go after this company. But in the meantime, I just wanna warn y'all to stay away from Save On Branson. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Save On Branson Happy with Save On Branson despite minor mix-up

I gotta say, I've used Save On Branson twice now to buy tickets and I'm pretty happy with them. The first time was smooth sailing, no problems at all. But this time, I ordered more tickets and asked for seats up front without any extra charge. When I got the confirmation email for the three shows I bought tickets for, I noticed that one of them didn't have the seating area confirmed like they said they would. I was a little ticked off, but I talked to a guy the next night who said he'd call the theater the next day to get it sorted out. But I didn't hear back from him, so I talked to a third person who said she'd call the theater and get back to me. She did, and gave me the good news I was hoping for. But even after that, the guy from the night before called me to confirm the seating too. So, they did what they said they would do, even if there was a little mix-up.

Now, I know they want you to listen to some talk when you get to Branson so they can give you more tickets or restaurant vouchers or whatever. But I told them I didn't have time for that and the first person I talked to, Sue, didn't push me any further. So, I appreciate that.

All in all, even with the little hiccup, I'm happy with Save On Branson and I'll probably use them again.

Save On Branson Save On Branson: Unreliable Ticketing Services for Moses Show

I was pretty excited to see Moses, so I went ahead and ordered my tickets from Save On Branson. I made sure to choose the seats that I wanted, and I even ordered in advance to make sure I got them. But when I got to the venue to redeem my voucher, I was given tickets in a completely different spot! I was pretty upset about it, to be honest. I mean, why bother ordering in advance if they're just going to give you whatever seats they feel like?

I don't think I'll be ordering from Save On Branson again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a pretty big one. And it's not like they even tried to make it right or anything. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Save On Branson if you're looking for reliable ticketing services. There are plenty of other options out there that are much more trustworthy.

Save On Branson Save On Branson Review: Positive Experience, But Be Prepared to Spend Time

but be prepared to spend some time.

I found Save On Branson online and saw that they were offering a free show for two if I called in advance. I decided to give it a try and called to reserve my tickets. I was able to get the free show tickets, but only if I paid the full price for two shows. I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided to go for it.

I went to one of the Save On Branson branches to finalize the deal and get the vouchers for the shows. It took a long time, almost an hour, to go through all the conditions and get everything sorted out. But in the end, I was able to get my vouchers and tickets for the shows.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Save On Branson was positive. The free show offer was a great deal, and even though I had to pay for another show, it was still worth it. The only downside was the long wait time at the branch, but I would still do it again. Just be prepared to spend some time if you decide to take advantage of their offers.

Save On Branson Disappointing Experience with Save On Branson: Lack of Information on Park Operating Hours

I bought 2 adult tickets to Silver Dollar City from Save On Branson website. My mom and I were so excited to go there on Monday, October 9, 2017. However, when we arrived at the park, we were disappointed to find out that it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were so frustrated and felt like we wasted our money. No one bothered to inform us that the park was closed on those days, and we were stuck at home on Tuesday afternoon.

I hope that Save On Branson will be more informative to their tourists to prevent this from happening to other folks. It would be helpful if they could provide more details about the park's operating hours on their website or send an email to their customers before their scheduled visit. This way, tourists like us won't be disappointed and will have a better experience in Branson.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Save On Branson. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide more accurate information to their customers.

Save On Branson Save On Branson Review: Don't Buy Silver Dollar Tickets from Them - A Warning

I bought some tickets for a show and some silver dollar tickets from Save On Branson. I gotta tell ya, don't buy the silver dollar tickets from these guys. They're a bunch of thieves. You should buy them straight from Silver Dollar City. If something bad happens like bad weather or something, you're outta luck if you bought them from these guys. Amanda was the one who sold me the tickets and I gotta say, I'm not happy with her. We had some bad weather and if we didn't buy the tickets from a 3rd party, Silver Dollar City would have helped us out. You live and you learn, I guess. Just stay away from these people.

Save On Branson Disappointing Stay at Stone Castle: A Review of Save On Branson's Accommodations

Me and my family recently stayed at Stone Castle through Save On Branson and we were not too happy with our experience. We booked two rooms, but the first one we were given was in the third building. We were surprised to find out that breakfast was served in the second building, so we had to move. Unfortunately, the second building was not much better. The rooms had a strong smell of stinky feet and mildew. We called the front desk and they sprayed some fresher in the room, but it only lasted until the next day.

To make matters worse, the rooms were very noisy. It sounded like there was a gym above us and we could hear it all night long. We were not able to get a good night's sleep at all.

The service at the Save On Branson office was good, but we were very disappointed with the rooms. We expected better accommodations for the price we paid. We hope that they can improve the quality of their rooms in the future.

Save On Branson Disappointing Experience with Save On Branson: Misleading Package and Poor Accommodations

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Save On Branson. I called them up and made all the arrangements for my trip, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. But when I showed up to get my package, things took a turn for the worse.

See, I was supposed to stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks, with two queen beds. But instead, they put me up at the Grand View Inn, with only a king bed. And let me tell you, that was not what I signed up for. I paid good money for this package, and what I got in return just doesn't add up.

Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. I didn't even get the whole package that we had discussed over the phone. If I had paid for everything separately, I probably could have saved some money and had a better time overall.

It's just really disappointing, you know? I was looking forward to this trip, and now I feel like I got the short end of the stick. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future.

Save On Branson Save On Branson: A Disappointing Experience

I had a really bad experience with Save On Branson. They told us that we would be staying in a really nice hotel, but when we got there, it was not what we had requested. We had to pay extra to upgrade to the room that we had originally asked for, which was really frustrating.

And then, when we went to see the main show that we had come to Branson for, we found out that they had not booked our seats in the section that we had requested. We couldn't see half of the stage and performance, which was really disappointing. We had to wait until intermission to find unused seats in the section that we had originally asked for, and then we had to move.

I really don't trust the salespeople at Save On Branson anymore. I think that they lie about everything just to get you to buy their packages. If you're planning a trip to Branson, make sure that you verify every detail of what they say they will do. Don't make the same mistake that we did.

It took us 7 hours to drive to Branson, and we were really looking forward to our vacation. But because of Save On Branson, our trip was ruined. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Save On Branson Mixed Experience at Save On Branson: Decent Savings, But Hassle to Get Tickets

I went to Save On Branson to buy some tickets for a show and I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle. They made me go to one of their locations to get the tickets and tried to sell me more tickets. I said no, but they didn't seem too happy about it. After that, their attitudes changed and they quickly printed out a piece of paper that I could have printed at home. It was frustrating to have to drive down the strip just for that.

However, I did save a few bucks by buying tickets here. I'm not sure if it was worth it though. If the savings were more substantial, I would consider doing it again. But for a small amount like $10, it's probably not worth the hassle.

If they just let you print out the voucher instead of making you go to their location, I would definitely buy tickets from them again. But then again, they would lose out on the opportunity to sell additional tickets. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking to save some money, but be prepared for a bit of a hassle.

Save On Branson Save on branson

I bought a vacation package through save on branson in May 2023. We decided to bring our dog so I called to see if any hotels were pet friendly. They said there were three. They recommended one and and told me it was no extra charge. When we arrived at the hotel the hotel charges me a $10 a day fee for dog upfront. Total $34.02. I called save on branson and reminded them they told me this hotel was covered in the package I bought. They said that was the hotel fee not there's. K said I understood what they were saying and reminded them they told me that it was covered in my package when I made the original purchase. I made the original purchase with Kimberly. Then when we when to the timeshare presentation. After being there for a half hour they pulled us out because my husband marked a different annual income that I did. They wouldn't let us correct the form and told us we could not watch the presentation and that she would make it right with save on branson because there was nothing we could do and we couldn't correct the form they had us fill out. She said the NV office kicked our info out and that we couldn't redo it. So I took the papers they gave me back to save on branson and explained this situation to them. They told me we would have to go to another presentation or pay full price. They said our income must be over 50,000 annually for them to get paid from the timeshare prevention company called sapphire and I told them they wouldn't let us watch the prevention or fill out the form again. My husband filled out the form at the timeshare presentation and listed 40,000 because we both recently switch jobs and we were not sure what our annual income will be. The income I listed I based off of our income taxes. I explained them to both agencies. They refused to let us correct the form at the timeshare company "sapphire" presentation and they told us at save they would make it okay with save on branson. They make incomplete on the form I took back to save on branson. Save on branson told us we had to go to another presention or pay full price because we makes less that 50 and I told them that this information was never given to me reguarding the 50,000 minimum requirements and there was nothing we could do because sapphire wouldn't let us redo the form or take the presentation.

Desired outcome: $34.02 refunded for the pet fee that I was told was included and no attempts for further contact from either of save on branson and sapphire timeshare company

I called several weeks ago to order tickets. Before I gave my payment, I asked the rep if I could be refunded if anything came up and he said yes. I paid $134. The show is in April. With everything going on, I called them and they refuse to refund my money. Now they are saying they are non-refundable, but the guy I spoke to told me I could get a refund. She told me we could have a voucher, but we don't know if we will ever get to Branson again.

Save On Branson I had made reservations with Save on Branson back in January

I had made reservations with Save on Branson back in January. Our reservations were for Memorial Day weekend. I contacted them in April to cancel our reservations because of the Covide19. I contacted them again on May 11th to see if I could get a refund because we are having trouble making ends meet. The representative with Save on Branson said she could not make that decision that her manager would have to get ahold of me to make that decision. I have not received a reply from anyone since.

Save On Branson Made reservations in February for a trip in June

Made reservations in February for a trip in June. Asked three times for trip protection. Now they tell me that I cannot get my money refunded because I do not have the trip protection. They said I could get an open ended voucher and call them when I want to go. We do not want a voucher. Two of the three shows we wanted to see are cancelled, one is rescheduled for another day and the lodging accommodations are closed. Seems to me that they cancelled on us and we deserve our money back. LtI had three shows scheduled, two are cancelled and one was changed to a differeNt day.

These transactions were by email (I have saved) re: 4 show tickets - Agent sent preliminary reservations March 20, 2pm & stating would be confirmed within 72 hrs. I replied March 20, 8pm telling her to cancel due to several reasons - Agent never replies to VM, text or email - March 21st. 2:13pm she sent email confirmation - never replied to my email canceling her preliminary nor my VM or text. I just talked to Manager who just kept saying company policy is no refunds, even though it was for September 15th - I've never known a company policy that never cancels or allows time to cancel.

Save On Branson I made a reservation in January to take a vacation in June

I made a reservation in January to take a vacation in June. I called on April 24 to ask for a refund because of Covid. I am in the high risk category for the virus and I am financially stressed because of it. When I called, customer service representative, *** told me that it was non-refundable and that she would change my reservation to an open-ended voucher. I told her that I could not use the voucher but she pushed the non-refund policy and said for me not to worry about it because I have a year to use the voucher. I told her I did not want a voucher and that I needed a refund. Since then, I have received no voucher, refund, email, or any correspondence from them regarding my reservation. I called on May 30 to inquire about my refund. I was told again about their no-refund policy. I asked how they could keep my money considering that shows and lodging have been cancelled due to the virus. I was given vague information and told, "Some shows and lodging are cancelled and others are not". I am not sure how they can keep my money when they are cancelling shows and being very vague on providing me information as to what is still scheduled and what is not. They also did not mention any measures they are taking to keep their large groups safe from Covid.
