Sawnee EMC review: Electric bill

I live in Locust Grove Georgia in a 5 bedroom home 1 person whereas, I unplugged everything in each room exception for tv I use on at a time upstairs and when downstairs and I literally use no lights except evening retiring to watch tv a small ceiling light and small office from 7pm to 9pm I put night lights on downstairs bedroom a night light in ds bathroom night light in living room 7pm until 7am upstairs night lights are 1 in hallway and 4 bedrooms 1 night light in each room until morning I pull them all out of the socket. I’m a light eater seldom do I use the micro wave maybe no more-than twice a day then I’m usually during the day gone from 2 pm until 5-6 I do turn my porch light on about 8 on the front door until 7-8am next day. I’m runing my fridge and a small freezer in pantry , when I leave and come back home 3 times out of week the garage door is used I wash 3 small loAds of clothing per/ month. I have no company I’m literally alone my electric started get outrageously high during contractors building new homes 6 of them very close to my home in 08/23 my electric bill was 249, 09/23?206.00 oOctober $163.00, I called EMCand explain asking why when I’m one person in the household since, my son passed away in July 2023 I’m here by myself and I’m not using excessive lighting yet I’m paying 3times the amount mor as my neighbor with a more than 5 pp living I don’t know anymore what to do bc what if I actually used some light normal bc what I’m using isn’t normal my goodness I need help I’m s Senior I keep my thermostat at t6/68 upstairs and down.
