Sealco, Steve Sredl review: Driveway repair and sealing

Oct 11, 2021,received Bids for 2 driveways:

685 Clear Brook Dr, St Louis, Mo 63122 and 319 Wildhorse Canyon Drive, wildwood, Mo. Awarded HIM the bid Oct 14. He said he would schedule right away. He came out and did some work on Wildhorse first. He went out multiple occasions, many times in the middle of the night and did some work. I am not a doctor, but he was under the influence of alcohol when he came to my home on Clear Brook and karen said the same. His quality of work was poor/terrible, and he did not honor his bid. He kept adding little things for additional money, needed money to buy sealer, etc adding several hundred dollars in total above his bids for more patches, crack sealer etc. in same area he originally showed repairs in his bid. It was a continuous bait and switch scheme we fell for and paid additional dollars. He came out multiple times through January(!) adding work and never finishing the Wildhorse drive. His patches did not hold, he never finished the Wildhorse homes driveway, and my daughter called and messaged him multiple times. He finally communicated in May of 22 that his phone was broken, out of service for 6 weeks and that is the last we heard from him. He did not come back to finish job. Now he has the gall to send me text message I owe him $240 on her job. What a conman. He cheated us, money and poor workmanship and materials.
