Ordered an item from Secretsales and my item arrived damaged, so I called the company and they offered me an exchange and I agreed. Two weeks passed and I contacted them and was told that my item was no longer in stock and they offered me a refund. Well, there was no other choice so I agreed again. They also asked me to call back in case I don't get my money back in 5 days. I did not receive anything and when I called again they said that they need some extra time. Even if I'll get my money I will never order anything from them, because they are totally unprofessional.

I purchased designers’ dress from the company www.secretsales.com. But the quality was the worst, as well as it didn’t look the same as on the website. I was really upset and tried to return it, but the seller simply ignored all my emails. I have no idea how to find him and what to do next. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I was disappointed in the website www.secretsales.com. I placed the order and paid for the express delivery, but the seller fooled me. They haven’t delivered order at all. When I tried to get any info, the seller lied to me and told some crap. The company is horrible and unprofessional, so better avoid these jerks and post comments if you have faced the same attitude and crap as I do.

People, don’t deal with the scammers from the website www.secretsales.com. I bought watch from them, but they haven’t delivered them on time. Also they communicated with me, but they provided some fake promises and blah-blah. They told me that my order was on its way. It was the worst lie I have ever heard. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Ordered an iPad case which apparently cost £59 from I gadgetry they were selling them for £16 plus £4.95 p&p seemed like a great bargain what I received was a piece of junk I could have picked up at a market stall for about £2 no way had that ever cost £15 never mind £59 they claimed it was worth I emailed my complaint right away still waiting for them to get in touch I now have to pay recorded delivery to send this piece of junk back never again!
