Per my realtor's recommendation, I reached out to Secure24 ADT. They are an authorized ADT reseller. I indicated what equipment was needed for my new home and the tech came out with the just basic "free" stuff. He told me he would order what I needed and then reach out - Never heard from him again. I called to inquire and was told that the installation had been rescheduled. On the scheduled date, the tech called to say he wasn't coming because he did not have the equipment. I have two contacts there. Both have left within a month. So I get no return phone calls. I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled. When I called to make sure the tech had what I wanted I was told I wasn't on the schedule. I called customer service and asked to cancel the contract (as this has been fail after fail) and they said I would have to pay the remaining 75%. I asked to speak to a manager. . That never happened. How can I be charged for a contract when secure24 didn't even try to keep up their end? and here I am waiting for another tech to call and I'm past the appointment window. I never had this kind of trouble when I was with ADT.
