Segpay is a joke - pure garbage
#1 - There's no option to pay with American Express.
#2 - They offer an option to pay with paypal but instead of using the paypal account to pay with the funds from the account directly like everyone else does they STILL ask for a credit card number.
# 3 - When I put in the number for my Paypal Business Debt Card (Mastercard) which pulls money directly from my paypal account which has plenty of money for the transaction it denies my card.
#4 - When I call paypal to ask why my card was Declined Paypal has NO RECORD of any attempted transactions.
I call SegPay customer service number and they tell me it's for refunds or something and can't help with my concern.
I actually had to call back and READ to the next customer service rep: Segpay "Customer Service Information
The quickest way to solving any billing problem is to contact Segpay's customer support department before your bank or card company."
At that point the lady decided to "help" - She told me my purchase was flagged as a "security risk" and that it would need to be forwarded to their Management Department so they could make a decision as to why is was flagged and they would contact me in 24-48 hours over what?
A $30 transaction.
I asked if I could instead talk to a supervisor and she said, "My name is Abby and I am the supervisor." I was like, "Wow so I just called at Random and the person I got right away was the supervisor but you can't do anything?"
So that was a dead end.
So now I have to wait for an email that could take 24-48 hours from someone to tell me why my transaction of $30 - which compared to the hundreds of transactions made with the same card at every store, gas station, restaurant, bar and even several websites is suddenly a security risk. At that point I don't even KNOW if that will resolve the issue, I will have to do some complicated appeal or they will just give me some copy/paste excuse as to why their broken algorithm decided to flag me as a security threat.
What they need to do is fire whoever wrote their crappy algorithm for flagging security risks and hire someone competent to re-write it so it's no longer broken.
What a joke. #DOBETTER

2 days ago 2683.9 rs were deducted from my debit card account RRN - [protected]. I DID NOT INITIATE THIS PAYMENT NOR I GOT ANY OTP REGARDING THIS.

I don’t know what Segway is but I got charged twice for a 289.00 charge on February 22,2022. Can you please fix this

I’ve been charged for something I dont know about
I was charged in october, january and february for about $20, $40 and $40 respectively. There were time frames allocated to my orders as well. E.g. “6-11 February”. May I know what these were charges for? “SEGPAYEU.COM*DATOROME” is the title in my bank statements. For two of the orders it was charged in USD but one of them was in GBP too? I’m not sure if I have made any purchases as such.

Unauthorized credit card charges
Every month my bank account is debited $29.95 by a Segpay transaction. I have no knowledge of this company or its affiliated services. The most current charge was on Feb 10 2022. The charge does not list the specific product or service involved.
Desired outcome: I would like for whatever subscription service these charges are for to be canceled immediately

I have never even heard of segpay and was charged 30.40 today and auto payments had been scheduled and I never set anything up! I have no idea how they got my banking information but I will be addressing it with my bank, but I want to make sure everyone else is aware that Segpay is getting money and not providing any sort of service to countless people.

Unauthorized charges for no product or service
I have at least 13 weekly charges of $6.99 a week. I would like my money back and an explanation of how these charges were charged to my bank card. I have no subscriptions. I can o ly look back as far as Sept 4th 2021 and have been charged $6.99 per week. They appear as Segpay.com *skyline. What is this? How did this start getting charged to my card? From as far back as I'm allowed to look on my bank card I have been charged $90.87. I want to know why and what service it is connected with.

There was a random charge I found through a notification and saw my account had $53.01 withdrawn without consent by "Segpay Deerfield BeAUS". I am just curious as to why.

I have already made a complaint about money taken from my account and once again money has been taken out! This has happened for third time and I am not very pleased if this happens again I will have to contact the authorities, and I would request that the three amounts of £5.21 be refunded to my account in full and no money to be taken out of my account again!

I have had two payments taken out of my account without my consent, I had no knowledge of why this has happened and it must stop and If this is not refunded I will have to contact the police. I would like my money to be refunded and this should not happen again and if it does I will get more authorities involved until the matter has been resolved.
