Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] tried to cancel acount

I was contacted by Select Care Benefits Network because I was trying to find help with my medications since I have no insurance. Soon after I applied with Select Care, my physician discontinued my Lyrica, Enablex and Spiriva. I contacted Select Care and left a message on voice mail to this regard. They have continued to take $85 per month out of my checking account. I finally was able to talk to a real person today and explained my situation. I was told to send them a letter advising them of the above and they would stop taking the money from my account. The young lady said they have no record of my phone calls. The medications were discontinued even before I sent my paper work in, yet the money continued to be taken out of my account. Please advise.
Thank You,
Janie Richard

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] no service

I signed up for this "so called" advocate group back on August 1st where they immediately charged me $85 up front. I have yet to see my prescription from the pharmeceutical company. I've spent countless hours on the phone just trying to get them to refax a prescription to my Dr and that was like pulling teeth. They have no follow up/follow through process in place to ensure that you get your medication. This company is not in the business for advocating they are in business to rip you off! I hope they get enough complaints to get them audited and closed down!

I have had nothing but bad service from SCBN. I was told my meds would be to me in 4-6 weeks, when I called to follow up they said the pharmaceutical company changed all the rules and now I need to send in more paperwork. I have reported them to the BBB as have 146 other people. Everyone needs to report this company so that people are aware that they are just in it for the money and not to be advocates for people who are in need. As of today I was told they would cancel my membership and would not withdraw any more money from my account. We will see.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] They tryed to scam me

They tried to scam me.
It started when I googled

SCBN http://www.scbn.org/
They got a lot of info on my Mother who needs help with paying for medication.
Then in the end they called me back ( Freddy) and said they needed my address and bank account numbers
I told him I can't give you any bank account info, but I can give you a credit card.
He did not want any cards, He only wanted my bank account number.
I told him forget it.
But he has a lot of my Mothers info now and I'm worried they will try to steel her identity.
I see on this site its not the first time they did this.
People like this will go straight to HELL.
They made me So ANGRY, ., ., ., ., .
It started when I used the google web site and entered in needymeds.org and found more then one there.

I want to hear on the News that all of the people at SCBN http://www.scbn.org/
went to Jail...

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] avoid avoid avoid

I've been out of work since April/09. and I was having to pay over $100 on medication..and I only take 1 pill (blood pressure). So I was on the internet, attempting to fine some type of assistance with my medication and ran across SCBN...I really don't trust alot of stuff on the internet, so it took me a couple of days to register with them on 8/11/09, spoke to a very nice young man, who gave all the details of the program, stated I would receive a member packet in the mail in 7-10 days, and they needed to process $80 on my Visa, $50 for member fee, and the $30 for a 90 day supply of this medication I take, ( which would take another 6 weeks to get). I saw my doctor on 8/12 appt already set. I told her about the program, she informed me that SCBN was a service that some of her other patients get assistance with, However, since I had a dramatic weight loss, she was going to take me off of the medication, and place me on some other medication, that she was going to test on me, and she had samples for, which she would give to me for now. So, I went home...contacted SCBN, on 8/24/09 which was the same day I got the member packet that I was expecting from SCBN. Informed them that I may use there service some other time, and what would I need to do to cancel, the guy I spoke to was very rude, so I asked to speak with a Supervisor, I don't remember her name, but she was very nice and told me that I had to send the member packet back, and submit a cancellation request @ [protected]@scbn.org detailing my request with an explanation to why I was canceling...and once they get the cancellation and the packet back I would get a refund. I sent the packet back on 8/28 SCBN received it on 8/[protected]@ 9:12am and a tiffany rittinger signed for it. I sent it with a signature request, and it cost me 7.95 cents to send it back. ( usps charges you to send those priority mail) Contacted SCBN on the 8/31 and they cancelled the auto debit and my account, but will not give me back my $80. They sent me a template regarding no refunds, but it was regarding auto-renewals. I registered less than 21 days cancelled, and this people think its ok to keep the money, no service was provided to me. per my choice and my doctors, at that time. All of the customer support staff there don't verify who they're speaking with...they just say things off the top of there heads and are rude, acting as if you are taking something way from them. I was told I would get my refund back, and I want it...its not personal, and I feel that everyone I spoke with at SCBN thinks it is. I e-mailed them serveral times, and called. I'll follow my first mind and never purchase or try a service from the internet again. I want my $80, and to be honest, its not even about the $80 its the principal, cause they have all behaved badly.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] it's a scam!

My husband was out of work and of course the insurance he had for his meds was discontinued. He take 4 medications daily, 3 of which are quite expensive. Our doctors office told us to try SCBN for perscription payment help. We sent in the paperwork and were "accepted". The took $180 "sign up fee", we heard nothing, called them, you need a different perscription in a generic name. OK we got that, heard nothing for another month, but they did take out another $110. We called, where is the medication? We are paying our of pocket PLUS you are taking money out of our account. 3 months later still no meds, no phone calls unless we initiate them and another $110 taken out. NOW, they say I make too much money and they need proof we pay over $1000 a month in medical bills. (I bring home $896 every 2 weeks). The also say they will not pay for his on med hes been on for 5 years and noe they want a differenr perscription for something else! The said the $110 a month is only for paperwork and not for medication costs yet they are only going to charge $85 if we drop the one medication. By the way one of the med, is very chear, only $4.00 a month! How generouse they are. They will NOT refund any of the money and tell us we have to pay this monthly fee for a year! For WHAT? They have yet to send anything and yet they continue to charge my acct! This is the biggest rip off and they are hurting people that are already hurting! They MUST BE STOPPED!

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] they are out to take advantage of people

I just recently tried to go thru a PAP program to get assistance with my meds., but was rejected...within minutes I received an email from SCBN, who welcomed me to their club...this was unsolicited...They were helpful in completing my applicatiions and mailed them to me...but when they refused to provide a physical address I became suspicious and check this site...Now they have already charged my account the $50 app. fee and the first month of drugs cost/ $60...on my card...now my request for assistance from these companies has not been approved yet and I have not sent in the packet...I just hope I get my $ back...can't afford to lose money when I don't have a job... So, whoever is reading this please cancel your credit card and for God's sake do not give out your bank account # to these people...They're very good at convincing you they are sincere, but again like many of these fraudulent low cost health care companies, they are out to take advantage of people...I live in Florida and have dealt with this before...I should know to check this site before I do anything...Let's get these guys...It's a shame for people to take advantage when times are so tough...

I just reported this website to www.ic3.gov to have them investigated. When I called the phone number on the site I was told that there would be a fee to get me help with my valid prescriptions. When I told them that other sites do not take a fee for this service he hung up on me. I am hoping that the ic3 complaint helps put these people out of business.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] stay away

Applied for services, paid the money and returned package unopened and asked them to cancel membership and a refund Called them to inquire about help getting medicine. Was told that there would be a $50.00 fee and $40.00 for medicine. Gave them my bank account info. they took the money out, sent me a package, which I never opened and then mailed back to them with a note to cancel. I was charged $40.00 a month for a service I had never used. I was told over the phone that I would receive a refund, once they had received the package. I was told in every conversation that I would be credited for the money they drafted from my checking account. I then received a letter stating that they would NOT refund my money, it was membership dues. I got a call from the supervisor who was very rude and called me names and said that I was the 'air head and dumbie' who didn't use the membership and that they were not going to refund my money because I agreed to the contract orally. He said it was recorded, but said I had to pay $50.00 for the tape to listen to it. I was NEVER told that it was a membership, but that it was for the medicine and that I could terminate my membership for a refund. I never signed anything, nor did I ever receive any medicine from them. He also stated that he could charge me for the whole year and that I would be responsible for the remaining membership dues, but he was being nice and cancelling my membership for me as a favor. I explained to him that I never used their service and that I was told that I would receive a refund and that it should also be recorded. He said that was untrue and he said that I just had to suck it up and take my lumps like everyone else. He was very rude and obnoxious. He belittled me and told me it was my own fault.

Here is their reply. They sent it in a pdf form and it won't allow me to copy and paste it. So click on the address below to veiw their response. Please take note, they didn't even spell my name right. This was from the Better Business Bureau.

I too have had the same situation while dealing with SBCN. $155.00 withdrawn from my checking account and NO PRESCRIPTION. I contacted Lilly (drug mfg) directly and they are providing me my medication for Free. I am now trying to find someone in charge of SBCN to inform them of the lack of service and explain why a refund is in order. Anyone out there know of someone at SBCN that knows the meaning of Customer Service and Personal Accountability?

My husband has had this company for almost 2 yrs now. We have not had a problem until recently. He has not received a script since Nov. 2010. They keep taking the money out of our checking acct but not delivery the script. Has anyone reported this company to the BBB? I have been on hold with SCBN now for almost 2 hours and still trying to speak to somone and I keep getting a recording. It keeps saying your call is very important to us. Apparently it isnt or they have alot of complaints for me to be on hold this long.
I will keep everyone posted.

They took the social security number but when they asked for bank acct. number I suspected fraud and didn't give it to them until I investigate further... worried though that the social security number was given out.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] scam not a real advocacy site.

Hello- I want everyone to know that this SCBN is a scam. Plain and simple, they pretend to be an advocacy for prescription assistance. All they do is set up a pretend account and take your money the next day. They offer to send you paperwork from the pharmaceutical company's to help you get free or low cost drugs. You can go straight to Lilly Pharmaceuticals or any other pharmaceutical company and download that same paperwork of their site for free. They will not take a credit card they want your checking account number. Then the next day they take your money out. I called to get more information and they became angry saying "We will send your information in 3 to 5 days!" There are two websites online that look different but are both SCBN. Select Care Benefits Network is just SCBN written out different sites, same scam. These are the numbers that all go to the same call center:[protected]-331-0362 and they will call you back on [protected]. If you call back they will tell you you need the name of the person you spoke to in the beginning that took all your information. This is because your information is on a piece of paper not in a computer. Then they take your info to the bank and takes your money. I have closed all my accounts, so when they went to cash in on me they got NOTHING! Guess what they did ? They called me back and asked me to verify my information. I said why, can't get money out of the account I gave you? I said "you are a scam!" the man laughed at me and hung up. The names of the people I talked to were Annie, Steven, Alex and Mike. If they give you to the automated phone that says pick one for or accounts pick two for renewals etc, don't bother to press a number they go nowhere. It is a fake system just like they are a fake advocacy group. These are predators on line they would take money from a dying child and smile. They are no different than the child molesters seeking children online. There is a special place in hell for people like this. I am contacting the Attorney General and turning them in. The sad thing is no one who call them has the money or time to do this. We are all trying to cope with the pain of a disease and the cost. I am sorry if you are here reading this, you deserve better.

everything these people are saying are VERY inaccurate, and probably should get their facts straight before ruining a company who has saved over 34000 peoples lives.
reason for third parties is because the manufactures goal is to DENY you. so get your facts straight before trying to ruin someones company. my mother has been receiving their help for over 4 years because the manufacture DENIED her because she was off by two digets.. therefore get your facts straight before trying to ruin a company... SOOOO if its so easy to do it on your own, then tell me why they hire a third party company or allow third parties to help when the actual manufactures goal is to deny you...

GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. before once again trying to ruin a company who has saved over 34, 000 peoples lives..

my wish for you is that u apply and get denied. you will regret every saying such horrible things about a company who probably could of saved you in the long run

WOW really that's crazy, I understand where your coming from if u only have one medication, that's easy to write a program but when it comes to 5 or 6, name brand expensive meds, $25/ med may sound like a lot but they were so full of information they told where I could get my generics at a lower rate btw he was honest his told me his price that he gets it at and it was higher here let me break it down to you so that you see a real situation Plavix $198, Advair $248, pro-air $37, Lantus $100 a vile I use 3 $300 Novalog $267 lets stop there at thats $1050, ok not including my generics which I f****d up on buying at walgreens $27. for generics Steven notified me they are $4 at walmart saves me a ton of money there and that was just advice. This is not a scam they made a $1050 bill go down to $175 to start and $125 every month after. My medications are a little harder to get than yours are and scbn is doing that and I am receiving my medication, You have obviously had everything just handed to you and never had to work, obviously u know a little but not enough some of there pharm man. make these programs tough to get into, sorry you had a bad experience you must not have done something right, and hey if its about the fact that another prodram is getting it cheaper thats great but own up to your own decisions you told that person yes and that is a great deal. Yeah I could probably go somewhere else and find it cheaper but I dont care cause I am guaranteed my meds next refill GUARANTEED, I hope that makes a difference because your all mad at a company you said was great and amazing until you found it cheaper, They did do the work you, sent it to you and everything WHY DO YOU DESERVE YOUR MONEY BACK? I could have guessed you were on ssd but your typing skills are alright! So go get a f@%#^$g job typing instead of leaking off the government, I dont care who you are or what you did unless you are a fellow veteran and have a serious issue when I say serious NO F%$@#$G legs is worth disability not ooops I ate myself to diabetes now I am to fat and lazy to get a job so you sit and think what can u do? Well you really aren't that good at anything accept reapplying for SSD which in turn is funny why they have such a long and over drawn process is because everybody try's to get it because nobody has any real work ethic anymore, and they think they deserve a freebie or something and you know who doesn't want a freebie OH btw they also referred me to the encourage foundation thru pfizer I got those lowered to, yes I have copd, diabetes, psoriasis, and had a stroke. Anyways Steve, or Linda, or Drew, or Bobby Or anybody in that Except for 1 guy Jermane, I think there is something wrong with that person. But any ways thank you from the bottom of my heart i can take my medication now that I need to live I am sorry for the person complaining about pain medication who just wants their ssd, but the drugs that keep u high are too much give me a F$@#%#G break i have been in real pain you find a way to get the money

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] this is a scam

Like many others who have complained here, I am very low income and needed prescription assistance. Every attempt I made to find that assistance was a link to SCBN, leading me to believe this was legitamite. I gave them my information for 3 brand name medications. The next day they pulled $125 fro my bank account. I was told I would receive a packet in a few days and 90 days of meds in 4 weeks. When I opened the packet the forms were completed with the name and address of a psychiatris in Florida. I have high blood pressure and diabetes and live in California. When I read the packet completely I also found it could take up to 3 monts to get the first medication, all the time they would charge me monthly. I put a big X through all forms with a letter explaining why I would not sign them and requesting my money be refunded because the forms they sent were useless to me. I have since emailed them numerous time and received only one "Sorry to see you go" email in return. I also realized when I looked at these forms that they came directly from the drug manufacturers. You can download these forms directly from the drug manufacturers websites, fill them out yourself, take them to your doctor to be completed with a 1 year prescription. If you have followed the directions (very simple) and provided the correct documentation (same documentation you provide to SCBN) you will receive your medicatons within a month at absolutely no charge of any kind. Some meds will go to your doctors office. Others delivered to your home. I also was not handing off all of my personal information to a 3rd party. I set up a new email address just for SCBN when I applied and had over 300 spam emails within 3 days. On top of taking your money for nothing they are selling your information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] no return money

I was fired from my job which inturn left me with no insurance, I had to get medicine for an injury I got from a Dr, the medicine is $125.00 a month and I couldn't pay that much I had to ask my sister to get the medicine for me. I was looking on line for a way to get the medicine cheeper I found this site select care benefits network I called them and they told me they could get me the medicine for $35.00 a mth and all I would have to do is pay a one time fee of $85.00 and then $35.00 a mth so I signed up using the last bit of money I had. Once they got the money they told me the dr had to write to them stating my income my dr could only go by my word that I had no income SCBN told me the phrmaceutical company won't release the medicine until they get proof of income; so since I couldn't provide proof I don't have a bank account, no credit cards only prepaid one I told the company to send me my money back in January 12, 2011 this is March 14, 2011 and I have yet seen a dime back, or the medicine. I have contacted the BBB office and the Illinois Attorney Generals office and filed charges on SCBN for scaming me. The number that Brad Williams has is a bogus number just like the company is BOGUS

I, too, got ripped off by this company! I finally went to my congressman that slightly shook up Brad Williams. He returned a portion of my money but still owes me approximately $400.
I will never see it. This company is a poor excuse for helping the unfortunate. They help themselves to take advantage of the poor and never deliver any of their promises! I would love to see a class action suit against the horrible company. Brad you are a sad human being. marcella barnes..jimslady55@yahoo.com

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] billing

I CONTACTED SELECTCARE BENEFITS NETWORK (SCBN) IN JUNE WHERE WE DISCUSSED THEIR SERVICES AND SPEAKING WITH MY PARENTS FOR WHOM THE PROGRAM WAS FOR I CONTACTED SCBN PERHAPS AN LATER LATER AND DECLINED TO USE THEIR SERVICE. IN SHORT I TOLD THE YOUNG MAN MY PARENTS HAD CHOSEN NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

I THOUGHT NO MORE ABOUT IT. BUT THIS MONTH WHILE REVIEWING MY STATEMENT I DISCOVERED I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $150.00 MONTHLY (i.e., $450.00) FOR THEIR SERVICES. I CONTACTED SCBN AND THEY INFORMED ME FIRST I COULD NOT CANCEL THE SERVICE MY PARENTS WOULD HAVE TO DO THAT. I INFORMED THE YOUNG LADY THEY WERE NOT BILLING MY PARENTS BUT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THESE SERVICES. I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE MY PARENTS HAD NOT TO DATE RECEIVED AND MEDICINES FROM THEM NOR A PHARMACY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. MY PARENTS NEVER APPLIED FOR THE SERVICE. THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED I WAS BEING BILLED FOR THE APPLICATION NOT THE MEDICATION.

SHE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO PUT MY NAME DOWN AS AN EMERGENCY CONTACT THUS ALLOWING ME THE ABILITY TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE VIA FAX. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Same happend to me, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they offered me $45.00 back and credited to my account.

Call and get your $45.00 back now!

I asked how come the lady did not offer this until i asked to speak to
a supervisor, she said they did not offer this deal to everyone!

Discrimination I suppose.

I agree to all the comments about LA Fitness. What my problem is there is that all the employees don't act in an appropriate way. Today when I finished my workout I went to the restroom but the janitor was mopping so I asked if I could use the restroom (I even asked for permission can you believe it) and she just moved to the side with a very bad face, this isn't the first time. Also when I ask questions to the managers or the people in the front desk they're very rude!
This gym isn't worth it, there are other cheaper gyms but you will feel confortable there unlike this one.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] won't return my money

March 8th, 2010 I paid $90.00 to SCBN over the phone by debit card. $50.00 was suppose to be enrolment fees and $20.00 per script. I am bipolar with adult ADD and massive anxioty, so it sounded good to me that they said I would have my meds in 2 weeks. Needless to say, I had to jump through hoops for these a**holes. It is now June 24th, almost 4 months later and my Dr.'s office said they are expediting my meds through Brystol meyers and it will cost me nothing out of pocket. I then call SCBN to get a refund and I am told that I have to submit my conserns written via a letter in the mail, email or by fax and then they will look over my letter and see if it warrents a refund. ###, I want my damned money back before I blow a gasket here. I have not worked for 2 years due to my mental disability and my frame of mind is not good without my meds and someone at SCBN will get my attitude here real soon if I don't get my $90.00 back! By the way James, the man I first spoke to, STOP screwing sick people over! We asked for help and you robbed us. I hope this affects your ability to sleep at night because some of us can't without our meds! And as for the card you sent me to get my first month of meds at my pharmacy...WHAT A F***ING JOKE!

They billed my credit card account without explaining that this is the way it has to be paid. Tried to contact them and was met with rudeness until I finally hung up. They cancelled my account with no warning because I had cancelled the credit card account they were billing. I asked her why she didnt send me anything in writing? Her answer was they tried to call me! Then I asked her if I could send a check to pay the back bill and would I get my rx meds for the past months. Refused to let me pay by check. Wanted another credit card! Told them I was working diligently to keep credit cards to a minimum spending and refused. Basically was told without a credit card or taking it out of my checking they would not assist. Ended up hanging up on them.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] I order my meds through this company. I was told I had to pay 65 dollars a month for three presriptions. I never received one,

I found this sight on the web. I was supposed to receive 3 prescription, at 20 dollars a prescription I have never received but i only rec'd 2 i called the company and they told me it was a processing fee so they chargrd me 65 amonth. But in January they began charging me 40 dollars . I have not received any medication since 11/01/2009 but they are still charging me. They never give refunds. They have charged 440.dollars to date, but I have stopped a paymebnt which costs 32.dollars which shouldn't have to do that.

Select Care Benefits Network [SCBN] *buyer beware*

If you give your money to them you may OR MAY not get your medication. Its my firm opinion after working for this group for several months that this is a scam group, to some degree, that is operated by an shady old man Frank Todd, (who would sell his mama the Brooklyn bridge), and his 2 sons. Frank is a shyster from the old days and has figured out ways for old and sick folks to give them their last dime to help them get medications. He often laughs at the poor clients losing their hard earned money. I am sure there is a place in hell for this guy praying on old and sick people. The company suspiciously uses 2 names, Select Care Benefits Network and Free Medicine Revolution. Try to get their real physical address from them...not easy (its 7020 Hwy 290 Ste C, Austin Tx., 78723. PEOPLE CAN GO ONLINE AND SEARCH FOR THEIR OWN MEDICATION MANUFACTURE AND SEND IN THE PAPERS YOURSELF FOR FREE! SEE Bridges to Access. They try to scam you and say how difficult it is ...that's is BS! anyone can do it! And trying to get your money back a whole nother story

Some people that work there use drugs and have criminal backgrounds and yet the are allowed access to your social security number and credit card information BEWARE! This formula threatens identity theft!Their new manager Casey Talley even encouraged his employees to lie to the patients they serve by saying they are speaking to the vice president! Nice going Casey!

Stay away from Casey Talley from Austin Texas (if that is even his real name and where he is from). I signed up with his company pushinglocal.com to find me tile job leads. It was a complete sham. He is a professional fraud, scam artist and will take your money and make you tons of promises. He prays on nice trusting people. Do not wire him any money no matter what his excuse. He has made a profession out of talking to people, getting their trust and then when he gets their money you will never hear from him again. Total scam artist.

What do you mean your waiting for your office to submit the recording, your email on feb 26 (20 days ago), states that your reviewing the recording, this is a perfect example (in your
own written words) of your misrepresentations, just refer to that email (its below) stating that the recording is being reviewed and send me back my money, rely on your own
inconsistencies here in your written word of how very bad this has gone. I am quite sure that no one there is worried about any retribution, that has proven evident. Your blatant lie
doesn't help you. This is the reason why there is a couple of complaint sites for SCBN, I have yet to see such praises that compare to the complaints.

Looking forward to hearing from you within 3 days of my refund.

I have faxed a copy of my last months worth of paystubs and my husbands copy of our bank acct. showing his last month of income, this was on Wed., March 3, 2010, I have
heard nothing since this last note below, you were going to research the call, I believe that enough time has gone by for that and I am expecting some refund, I do realize that
the $50 start up fee will not be reimbursed, however there is a remaining $120.00 that should be refunded to me, we have invested so much more than you realize and it all could
have been laid out on Jan. 11th, almost all the information SCBN retained on Jan. 11th was incorrect and this was not on my end, all I was hoping for was, some medical help for John
and financial help for myself, it has been just about 2 months now and this is time, money and medicine that is lost for us, when we could have been trying other avenues, it bothers
me greatly that your employees are just so detached from the importance of what they should be doing, I spoke with Ashley, who was helpful, she was honest and did take a good
deal of time with me, and Eloi who was the most honest with me, I would never have known that the packet was returned to yourselves on Jan 27th due to incorrect address, it was
the first and most important phone call that created this long drawn out mess. It would be nice to also get my $50 back and it should be from the person who did'nt take the first
phone call to be as important as it really is, I have the feeling that is going to be my loss and that he will go on to do this again to someone else who really could use help but may
not be able to lose $50, I really cannot either, that is 1/4 of a payment of an advair, but again this is probably going to be my loss. Looking forward to a speedy refund and reply.

So this is the reply to not only my first ltr to cancel but also my follow up email, all attached below, no one there has plain and simple common
courtesy, I can do this all day long, it can actually be a kind of therapy, you know, like expressing your feelings of such disappointment, if your not
ashamed of your practices then you should be ashamed of the fact that you spend your day working and get nothing out of it, that is not a life, life is
what you make of moments, so put all these moments of nothing into a box and carry it around, so you can look at yourself in the mirror and say
to yourself "hey it's good to be me" cause you do realize that there are no promises made to us, just from ourselves to ourselves, so again I can do
this all day long, damn this was a good time, I'm smiling!

Goodmorning, I need to cancel John DeTraglias membership, his member #433038, per my conversation with Eloi on 2/17/10, he told me in order to
cancel, I had to send a cancel note to this address, so effective today, 2/21/10, this is canceled, do not debit my acct. again, I have already paid
you $170.00 (the price of an advair) and recieved nothing but alot of being aggrevated.

I spoke with Drew Jan. 11th, there was a definite miscommunication, he didn't get the proper information that I was giving him for
example, my income/hshold income, Johns last name was misspelled, his ss# was incorrect and I eventually found out that he didn't write down our correct
address (which led to a big problem for me and no one there took it that seriously).

First off, it took 24 days to recieve the packet, I spoke to Drew on Jan. 11th, my acct was debited on the 12th for $110.00 I never recieved the packet, so I
called every week, sometimes twice a week for 3 weeks, then finally I recieved the packet 24 days after my conversion with Drew, so in order to understand
the packet fully to make sure I was not going to make any mistakes, I had to call about household income, come to find out that John doesn't qualify for his
most important medicine, Advair, this was miscommunication from the original phone call, and also my son had to take the paperwork to his Dr. for her to fill
out her part of the packet, there is no way possible for me to cancel within the 30 day period.

I made several phone calls starting a week after the original phone call, because we hadn't recieved the packet, I just kept hearing, "give it a little more time,
where do you live, we are in texas, it may be a couple more days" so this is what I did, what choice did I have? There was 1 phone call, I asked to resend the
packet, it was Drew that I was speaking with and he said, "yes, I can send you another packet", come to find out on 2/17/10 the original packet sent out to me
on 1/13/10 was returned to you on Jan. 27th due to the address you sent it to was the incorrect address, (part of the miscommunication from the original phone
call).

I have had enough, John doesn't qualify for the advair, which is why we tried going through you, I have already paid you enough where I could have bought an
advair for John. This has just been such a disappointment and if your not clear with the people that are applying, naturally there is going to be problems.

Now $170.00 is alot of money for someone who would be looking for your help, I would like you to consider reimbursing me for $120.00, so I can invest
it into what I originally planned, the advair, considering this is what you do (helping people, who need help with medicines), it seems that this is what you
would like to do is help me out, especially because of all the problems that have come of this.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Im currently unemployed and have NO prescription drug coverage. I was prescribed a very expensive medication and turned to this so called Patient Advocate for help. After speaking with the rep. on the phone, I paid them 85 dollars per debit card for my first months supply of medication and for them to forward my app. to the drug company so i could receive my medication each month for an additional 35 dollars a month. I received there application packet in the mail and deceided to call the pharmacutical company myself. I found out at this time that SCBN is simply a middle man and the process can be done by anyone! SCBN is charging 85 dol down and 35 dol a month for nothing. They say the 35 a month is to keep your med. refilled every month and this is a LIE. The drug company told me that they would send my meds each and every month for a year. I sent a letter requesting my 85 dol back and they sent me a letter stating i had to have my dr send them proof i was no longer taking this med. I did not sign a contract or any type of membership agreement with this company. There own letter stated you would be released from any obligations if you bowed out in the first 30 days in which i did. Now they are refusing to give my 85 dol back even though they did not deliver any sevices to me. I did not get my first months medication and they did not advocate for me by sending through my application.

WOW really that's crazy, I understand where your coming from if u only have one medication, that's easy to write a program but when it comes to 5 or 6, name brand expensive meds, $25/ med may sound like a lot but they were so full of information they told where I could get my generics at a lower rate btw he was honest he told me his price that he gets it at and it was higher here let me break it down to you so that you see a real situation Plavix $198, Advair $248, pro-air $37, Lantus $100 a vile I use 3 $300 Novalog $267 lets stop there at thats $1050, ok not including my generics which I f****d up on buying at walgreens $27. for generics Steven notified me they are $4 at walmart saves me a ton of money there and that was just advice.

WOW really that's crazy, I understand where your coming from if u only have one medication, that's easy to write a program but when it comes to 5 or 6, name brand expensive meds, $25/ med may sound like a lot but they were so full of information they told where I could get my generics at a lower rate btw he was honest he told me his price that he gets it at and it was higher, here let me break it down to you so that you see a real situation Plavix $198, Advair $248, pro-air $37, Lantus $100 a vile I use 3 $300 Novalog $267 lets stop there at thats $1050, ok not including my generics which I f****d up on buying at walgreens $27. for generics Steven notified me they are $4 at walmart saves me a ton of money there and that was just advice.
