Select Staffing Other employee named Cleves or Cleves

On 06/29/2023 at walmart in eastvalle off harvest. Me and cleves as well as a young man named edward were ask to work together unloading and loading the trucks, we arrived at door number 750 or 755 I dont remember, I recall him already unpatient do to the truck not arriving this was like 4ish am the whole time we were standing there he insisted what time does the truck get here implied im very sorry but I do not know, he grabs the folder and states dosent this have a time of arrival so I look over the folder with him and he stated see it said 9something am I said ok well lets patiently await. He hands me the folder back and said he forgot something in his car he will be right back about 15 min later he came back and asked again has the truck arrived I stated not yet. The truck finally arrived around 5am as soon as we opened the truck since edward is new I got one off the boxes and asked edward to come with me so I may show him what to do to my best knowledge edward was still in training. As soon as I and edward got back to the our door number, from there until about 820ish am in everyway you may think cleves was rude disrespect etc towards me, he automatically insisted that I would no which boxes go on what pallett or cart what boxes to print out labels he stated well arent you able to print out labels, I implied we all have our duties, at this moment liz whom prints labels was occupied with another door as soon as she done she will be more then happy to print ours. As we continued to work at the same time I was explaining to edward how to check the count as well as the labeling, around 8am there was a pallette that had 28 boxes on it cleve's stated liz asked him to move the pallette with the boxes numerous times to they other side I asked him is there a particular reason why you did not move the pallette sure why he hasn't moved the pallette. Until I personally went and check out the pallette liz accidentally placed a label on the box and wrote sf instead of nsf so I assumed we needed to label each box cleve's was furious and would not respond when I had asked him was there a particular reason why he hasn't moved the pallette. I informed him I will patiently await for liz to return and ask her if this box was for storage or to be shipped prior to that I had just got done pulling out a cart with edward. I just explained to edward we always check the flo to make sure the amount matches with the cart so we double check and instead of there being 9 there was 12 so cleve's comes and I explained to him there are 3 extra cleve's grabs the 3 off the cart throws them to the side and leaves them there instead of bring them back into the trailer with us, I had asked edward to please wrap this cart so I may help cleve's and there's only supposed to be 9 I turn around and edwards placing the 3 back on the cart, so I walk over there and inform him again that there's only suppose to be 9 as im bring the 3 boxes back into the trailer cleve's grabs the and leaves them right out side the trailer I informed him you guies accidentally placed more then what there was supposed be he didn't respond to me, liz arrived shortly after I asked her she was slightly rude about it, I informed her do we need labels for this box you wrote sf on it she said oh no and with her pen added a n in front of sf so then just as I was about to move the pallette cleve's said I told I told you, I was trying to explain to him that about storage and to be shipped but he was not trying to here me out, marcos came about 815am and stated we needed to close the door and go home we were moving to slow, once marcos said that cleve's stated moving to slow and got very upset and was exchange words with marcos stated well liz took over 40 minutes to bring us labels. Etc respectfully, this is not the first employee at buliding 7 walmart whom has been very disrespect towards me, a couple days later david our team leader spoke with me stated I had to be careful with labels I stated I agree with you, but never explained to me what i've actually done wrong on 07/04/2023 marcos spoke with me and stated david spoke with you I stated yes. Around 3:06pm diana from select called but and left a message stated my assignment had ended then right after that I received a text from amy at from my agency that my assignment ended do to my performance, I received multiple messages from david first stating there was work the the next day that the drivers were on strike, don't come in the there was a problem with the ports.

Desired outcome: Please address these issues to all select staffing, I'd appreciate a response

Select Staffing All select staffing in orange county

First of all I'm not sure what the person's name is that barred me from the Irvine office then keeps putting bad reviews about me due to my felony that is almost over 3 months to be exact well someone named Jessica texted me about a job asked me to send her my resume I did then she tells me she has to go thru her boss first then she'd get back to me me today she didn't I called her and told her I have never had this problem working for select going on 20 years I try logging into my account and it says it's inactive I have had problems with every one of your orange county agency I have to go to Los Angeles to get work and I live in orange county. When I get a job I'm let go cause they say someone called and said stuff about me my name is Vivian Ruiz my number is [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

Desired outcome: I want them told to stop messing with me and give me work in orange county

Select Staffing Job offer

Select jobs offered an appointment for a job that was for 17:75 to 18:50.The appointment date comes all the information and paper work was done but the job was no longer available if this information was known prior to the appointment the appointment would have been canceled. Select staffing could have notified me at anytime letting me know this info

Desired outcome: Staffing should be fired.Also it should be some kind of notification you should get when jobs are no longer available like other staffing companies so people won't be inconvenienced

Select Staffing Verify employment

This is second time to my knowledge companies that offer me employment and try to verify my employment with Select Staffing, they is being told I never work for the company. I called the company myself to find out why they is telling companies I never work with them, they say I'm not in they system. I have check stubs and also W-2 from Select Staffing. They making me look like I'm lying and causing me to lose employment.

Select Staffing Telephone calls to my phone number

am sick and damn tired of Select Staffing from Charlotte North Carolina calling my home telephone number. They have a [protected] telephone number and they are located out of Charlotte North Carolina. They call me every morning at 8:06 am Pacific Standard Time using this computer generated telephone number which I know is toll free I have decided to file a one thousand dollar law suit against their company for harassing me. I had my attorney send them a letter to their Charlotte North Carolina office and also their headquarters in Santa Barbara CA I hope the letters scared the hell out of them

Select Staffing in Fairfield CA when I first came to do my on board paperwork had one black woman there in the office. As time persisted the entire office was white or Hispanic. This agent at the Carson Select is horrible to her employees. She will say she is going to take care of you and answer your texts or calls, but when you ask if you are scheduled to work the next week, she will never reply or answer your calls again. She won't let a person know if they still have a job or not. She's done this to many people and deserves to be fired.

Select Staffing employee actions

I use to work there and the employees are lazy, they hire the new hires and barely train us while they sit in the break room cussing, on their phones and even eating. They barely give us breaks while they take their breaks whenever they want. They tell us why we aren't doing certain things right, but it's because nobody is training us the right way, so we take it into our account to teach ourselves.

Select Staffing payment not received

My name is Ryan Smith someone stole my pay card and made a 350.00 PayPal purchase which I did not allow. And I just called and the operater said the purchase went threw even though I froze the acount. I need my 350.00 back if I can't get it I will file a lawsuit to your company. googled to possibly find a indeed report options or where to report=none found to date and year.. 2018
the job is posted online. someone call and connect my phone to the organization
the person picked up said doesn't know why I'm calling when some one called me and directed the call to them immediately right after I submitted my resumé information including my address home
he says there's no space for me to go to a possible interview
a lady calls the next day? and she continue to call
she speaks or a robot voice saying press one or two for español (while speaking in american accent)
she picks up and doesn't know why I called when they called and transferred my phone to organization
(maybe the job posted is making the transfer calls and listening in?)
she hangs up after she says she is going to look up my information
they constantly call and now email me that they have been trying to contact me
when I have blocked their phone number after she hang up on me I knew it was a scam like what happen to me on craigslist before, "hang up calls"
signed up online for a account, it says my email is already associated with a account, so I get forgot password on the site
the questionnaire says that the federal gov. require me to answer the question, (gender, hispanic/ethnicity) SAYING REQUIRED
then later asks questionnaire:
if I do drugs, use abuse daily/weekly
how people would describe my drug use
have I stole from company
have I hit people for revenge
have I hit to tell them to back off/away/get away
revenge the boss by stealing company products
then gets a page where it says for me to choose a day for schedule appointment/interview
the whole week is filled, no open days for going into the office?/no schedule open to be able to go there
says I have to wait
while I got the email to call them at [protected] and they keep on leaving voice mails even though I blocked their number
the email says that they will archive my information (that I had submitted into indeed.com) into their web/(cloud?) system
after saying no open days for interview, it says for me to do the documentation information, i9, ss#, etc..
I will not answer their unprofessional lady with not good spañish call rep(rep..)
nor will I call or wait
can't delete account, and the site claims I have a account when I haven't even been able to log in or use until days later, because I had vpn and it did not work, so I didn't even sign up, until I got the email saying they had been trying to contact me or they will archive my information (idk archive where)
experience similar to sasr scam, making false promises, yet they desperately "try to reach out to us" and end up with nothing. and me end up being looking like the desperate one? or hopeless.

also similar to national university,
where I apply for a job online, with comkputer help or something, not requiring experiences, and then I got a call from national american university, but I told them I was just looking for a job and she started to ask personal questions but I just told her everything of myself, and now I realize who is she, is she even a counselor, I'm smart.
and she told me to sign up while on the phone and class online, or on some campus are "for-profit agency" rip off rates for the classes.. and their education video I wasn't able to view it while on the phone. and viewed it later, I realized I seen the video before, and their school graduating on the stage is a scam joke, like they're laughing in my face. because the older people on the stage (who are sjuppose to be the principals/teachers/staff?/employees?) were sloppily putting graduating fabrics on the kids/students and they were placing it backwards on the kids around their necks. I was like, are they joking, is this a joke, to laugh in my face? or did someone make this "gag" video. because it wasn't funny when someone on the phone is trying to "follow through" and "guide" me, trying to sign me up for their for profit "educational" organization, and me ending up on their last page, and their graduation procedure just looks like it's all a joke for all the kid's worth, a backwards sloppy placement of some graduation fabrics (I don't jnow what it's called) around their neck.

they just sent me a email for a open walk in to their office
not going
the website says they are not open all week
but suddenly a few hours right after I signed up for my account (that they claim I made a account already/there is a account already) suddenly they have a open walk in
after signing up it shows that all week is not open, hours later receives voicemail and email saying they are open office walk in the same week, but for one day

She contacted me about a job offer yesterday evening. I checked my select staffing app and no new job offer. I called her this morning regarding the new job offer and she gave me a very nasty attitude and hung up on me without any explanation regarding the job. I believe if she is an employee she's not supposed to treat a job seeker in the manner she proceeded with. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for if she's supposed to help me find a job.

Select Staffing always messing with my paychecks

The branch in San Bernardino have been messing with my paychecks for a whole month now! They took a whole month to find me a job plus now that I'm working for them always asking if I'm still at the job like they don't know I am! I seen the agency lady at the job site n she acts like she don't see me but I am there even training new people! But once it comes to my pay check they some how have a problem with it. You know some people are berly getting by I am so ready to sue this company I have stomach problems n still haven't got paid I have no food to eat so if I end up in the hospital I will contact my lawyer because I work so hard n for them to not pay me I have no food at all wtf is your guys problem!when I called the office they said they were gonna fix it n call me back they never did so now what!? Am I just working for freeeeeeeeee? I never ever have had this problem with any other agency! Y'all need to fix this branch make sure they are doing they're job just how they have us doing ours! It's not fair they go home with their pay check while I gotta wait and starve till they decide to pay me!

Select Staffing survey test

I have an issue with the staffing company making me fill out an application with all my personal information, but disqualifying me based on a survey with multiple repeated questions being judged by an automated system. Even if I take the test again there is no way to learn from your mistake. This test leaves my opportunity in the hands of an automated system of answers.

Select Staffing the receptionist

The receptionist at the olive branch facilities has a very nasty attitude. She speaks to people with a nasty tone and is very rude. She doesn't greet you gives you crazy looks as if you have lost your mind. She not apologetic at all. I came in to receive my badge and Id card and I had pronounced the women I was suppose to see name incorrect and she became very rude telling me no one with the first name starting with l worked there when indeed a laura does work there but moment before she also tried to tell me no one called me to come in when I went to show her my caller ID with the name Jackie reily on it she goes to say that still doesn't mean anything

Select Staffing treated unfair about a job

I have applied with your company before and i was placed in a location. Then while i was at the location i had some issues in the testing during training and they told me will do something different. I did what they said to do and they told me i can come back to work for them but now they are telling me that the location i was at won't hire me back. They tell me that i am unfit to work there and i know that isn't true. I need some help getting back to my location i was at.

Select Staffing select staffing ontario ca

I was get go from work without proper excuse or investigation, was informed that I was overly aggressive and never saw or shown or told about any specific situation. When I spoke with recruiter was informed that I was just let go but never truly conveyed the reason just generalizations.
Was then call the next day informed that I was scheduled for work and missed?
Spoke with a representative at headquarters and never received a call back.

Select Staffing unprofessional and bad communication

My name Erik Ortega, I was with Genco at 2020 E Vine, Fresno Ca, as forlift operator 1, picking.However, my second week while working there. I came down with a sever stomach flue & also developed high temp of 103%, I did smart thing & called in & left message with ur staffing agency. That same day, I get call from ur agency that Genco decided to end my assignment. Why, Because I called in sick doing the right thing? I did talk to Fresno office; Michelle, Garimina or such & I think a millisa, every time I discuss my profile it's with someone different; to me is bad communication & unprofessional. I really liked, & needed that job especially during the holidays, I have 3 girls I am father to & need to provide, now I have been stuck without a job for a week & a half, my last day was around 11/16/16.I have children a life of; this is not fair to them in such holiday times & short notice.

Select Staffing regarding an interview that did not take place

I received a voicemail on 9/13/2016 regarding an interview. I was scheduled to come in the next day at 8am. The interview was for Select Staff Carson branch. When arriving to the office I was told by Jasmine Bejar the receptionist there that there was no graphic design position there which was the position I had applied to online. Therefore, I just got an apology and to submit my resume to keep in their system. Mind you I am unemloyed at the time drove to Carson which is not even the branch that is closest to me and didn't even get an interview. I then called Nelly Ochoa the branch supervisor that really didn't help much she said it was the automated system that called me. Overall, I was very unhappy with how things were handled. I feel that no one cared that I wasted my time and gas money to drive to the Carson branch. This agency is just unorganized/unprofessional altogether.
