Rockstar Customer Service at SelfStorage.com: My Experience with Courtney
I gotta say, SelfStorage.com is the real deal! I had the pleasure of working with Courtney and let me tell you, she's a rockstar! I mean, this gal deserves a raise, like yesterday! Her customer service skills are off the charts! She took the time to really understand what I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with my storage unit.
I gotta admit, I was feeling pretty stressed out when I walked in there. I'm not feeling too hot these days, and the last thing I wanted was to deal with a bunch of nonsense. But Courtney, she's got this calming presence about her that just puts you at ease. She's patient, kind, and just an all-around beautiful person.
In less than 20 minutes, she showed me multiple storage units, explained everything in detail, and had me signed up and ready to go. I mean, talk about efficiency! She really knows her stuff and made the whole experience stress-free.
I gotta give it up to SelfStorage.com for having such an amazing employee like Courtney. She's a true asset to your company and I'll definitely be recommending her and SelfStorage.com to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!
False Advertising and Poor Customer Service at SelfStorage.com
I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I found out about selfstorage.com. They were advertising a free first month for AAA members, and since I'm a member, I figured I'd give it a shot. I went ahead and reserved a unit online, and I'm pretty sure I entered my AAA number at the time. But when I got in touch with them to confirm the free month, they told me that my number wasn't on file and they couldn't honor the deal. I mean, come on! I know I entered it. I even double-checked my confirmation email and it didn't say anything about the AAA discount.
So I got in touch with their customer service, and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. I had to go back and forth with them a few times, and they just wouldn't budge. They kept saying that since my number wasn't on file, there was nothing they could do. It's a total rip off, if you ask me. I mean, why advertise a deal if you're not going to honor it?
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with selfstorage.com. I was really hoping to save some money on storage, but it looks like I'll have to pay full price. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you're counting on a discount.
Disappointing Experience with SelfStorage.com: Inaccurate Listings and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently had an experience with SelfStorage.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My family and I were in the process of moving and needed a storage unit to store our belongings. We found a unit on SelfStorage.com that seemed perfect for our needs and reserved it online.
However, on the day we were supposed to move our things into the unit, we decided to call the storage facility to ask a question about the unit. To our surprise, we were told that the unit we had reserved did not exist! Instead, it was listed as a parking space. The facility had even called SelfStorage.com to try and get the listing changed, but to no avail.
We were left in a difficult situation, with no storage unit and no idea what to do next. Self Storage had let us down, and we were left out in the cold (literally, it was snowing outside!). To make matters worse, when we contacted Self Storage to try and resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. They offered to find us a similar unit, but it was hours away from our current location. And to add insult to injury, they suggested that we search on Google ourselves to find a new storage unit. What kind of customer service is that?
It's frustrating to think that there are people out there who are paid to give out wrong information and make life difficult for others. It's clear that SelfStorage.com needs to do better when it comes to verifying the accuracy of their listings and providing quality customer service. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with these kinds of issues. I hope that SelfStorage.com takes steps to improve their service in the future, so that others don't have to go through what my family and I did.
Misleading Information and Inadequate Space: Our Experience with SelfStorage.com / Sparefoot
We recently used SelfStorage.com / Sparefoot to book a parking spot for our RV. We were excited to have found a 10x40 space for our vehicle, but unfortunately, our experience did not go as planned. When we arrived at the storage facility, we were taken to our spot, but it quickly became clear that our RV would not fit. The space was not 10x40 as advertised, and there were no other spots available that would accommodate our vehicle.
To make matters worse, the RVs and other vehicles that were already parked there were crammed together with barely any room between them. We were left scrambling to find storage space for our RV, as we cannot keep it in our driveway. Unfortunately, most other storage facilities in the area were already full, and we are now unsure of what we are going to do.
It is frustrating to have been misled by SelfStorage.com / Sparefoot, and we doubt that they even care about the dire situations they cause for consumers. We hope that others will be cautious when using this service and double-check the accuracy of the information provided before making any bookings.
SelfStorage.com: The Ethical Alternative to Sparefoot for Finding Reliable Self Storage
SelfStorage.com is a great alternative to Sparefoot, which was created by insiders in the self storage industry to avoid negative online reviews. It seems that many people have had enough of the shady business practices that some self storage companies engage in, such as bait-and-switch pricing, false advertising, and aggressive tactics.
Think of it like this: if a group of restaurants on a city block decided to serve their customers rotten vegetables and horse meat, the obvious response would be for customers to leave negative reviews on Yelp until the restaurants cleaned up their act. But what if the restaurant owners banded together and created their own version of Yelp, where they could leave glowing, 5-star reviews of their restaurants, even though they were still serving terrible food?
That's essentially what Sparefoot is - a platform created by self storage companies to leave positive reviews of their own businesses, even if they engage in unethical practices. But SelfStorage.com is different. It's a platform that's dedicated to helping customers find the best self storage options for their needs, without any of the shady tactics that some companies use.
While Sparefoot may be popular now, it's only a matter of time before people catch on to the scheme. In the meantime, SelfStorage.com is a great option for anyone who wants to find a reliable, trustworthy self storage company.
