On March 6th, I placed an order 2364766, to sell several of my textbooks. They are listed below: [protected] $77.[protected] $24.[protected] $19.[protected] $2.[protected] $1.[protected] $1.[protected] $2.[protected] $13.49 RN Adult Medical Sur... Total Items: 8 Total Value: $141.97 I received an email today stating that these items were not received: [protected].[protected].49 Total Missing Value: 91 This company is scamming me as well as other customers. I am 100% sure that I packed all the books. How is it that books in the middle inside the box were not sent when the others on top and below were received? I want to be paid for the $141.97 I am OWED. I will not allow them to steal my books from me in order for them to sell. I paid for all those books, working while full-time in school. I must be paid for what was agreed. I will not pay to have MY books sent back to me and have you keep the most expensive GIVE ME MY MONEY

sellbackyourBook.com I purchased a used CD on ebay through this company which I now find has several names

I purchased a used CD on ebay through this company which I now find has several names. Their e mail response from me states I purchased it on May 3rd but I think it was actually a few days earlier than that. The amount of 4.69 was charged on my credit card to secondsale.com. I have yet to receive the used audio CD from them. I had been sent an e mail from an Allen which told me to check tracking. The tracking said the CD had been sent to Melrose Park, Il at some center and was supposed to be shipped to me but that makes no sense. I live about a half hour from this company's address. Actually south west of their address. Melrose Park is at least 2 hours north east? When I e mailed them again, I received another email from Allen stating the tracking system is messed up yet I have still not received this CD. There appear to be numerous complaints on reviews of the same type problem along with additional complaints. I would like to get this CD. How does company have good rati

sellbackyourBook.com I have brought books on Abebooks.com from this company but this is the first time with the company name being SecondSale which when I purchased

I have brought books on Abebooks.com from this company but this is the first time with the company name being SecondSale which when I purchased books the company name was listed as Glenthebookseller now here they are EZ Book Recylcle On April 19,2021 under Sales Order# [protected] AbeBooks PO No:[protected] I purchased book Deliciously Ella 100+ Easy, Healthy, Delicious Plant-Based, Gluten-Free Recipes by Ella Woodward $4.33 I am appalled at the nasty, filthy, REAL CRUSTED DIRT, falling apart condition of this book that someone actually put in a mailer to send to a human being and not directly into the trash. The pages 126-127 the spine is totally broken, the book lays flat on table and these pages and the surrounding pages have fell out of the book no longer attached to the spine binding of the book. I have contacted the seller 3 times, on May 7 I received a email from Allen WHO DID NOT ANSWER THAT THEY WILL PAY RETURN POSTAGE FOR THIS BOOK THEIR TRASH TO BE RETURNED TO THEM.

To anyone that is thinking about selling your books here. Id suggest elsewhere. I sent them 14 books and they said I only sent 7 books and will only pay me for 7 books. Mind you *** shows the package was received. Lol *** at customer service said none of my *** were even on the order after I showed her a copy of my order. Lol After several exchange of emails, I spoke to someone named *** that said oh they did receive all 14 but 4 were instructors edition. So lets do the math here, I was paid for 7 books ok. That leaves 7 books. Let me just hypothetically agree that the 4 were instructors edition(which by the way they arent because the 7 on the list just couldnt be because of what kind of books they are.lol) But lets just say they are instructor edition. That leaves 3 books that they have that I have not been paid for. Originally they lied and said they didnt receive it and now they admit that they have them. And its been 5 days they have not responded to my emails.

sellbackyourBook.com I had started the process of selling my old textbooks to sellbackyourbook.com

I had started the process of selling my old textbooks to sellbackyourbook.com. I had a quote for 7 textbooks totally $161.22. I packed the books and dropped them off at the post office 1/19. Tracking number: ***. Tracking info as of 2/2 is that *** is unable to deliver the package due to damaged handling. I called *** and they told me the box is empty and that *** can reimburse the cost of the items. It needs to speak with the account holder of the shipping label, which is sellbackyourbook.com. I have sent several (at least 6) emails requesting assistance from sellbackyourbook and every time they tell me delivery is pending and I need to wait for the package to be delivered. According to *** the package will not be delivered and I have expressed this to sellbackyourbook several time with the request that they contact *** customer service and file a claim so I will get paid for my books that were lost in the mail. The staff just responds to my email that the package is pending delivery. They are not even trying to resolve or contacting ***.
