Sellbackyourbook.com: A Reliable and Professional Buyback Service
Sellbackyourbook.com is a great place to go if you are looking for a quality buyback service for your books, DVDs, or calculators. The pricing for items is quite modest, which is hard to find these days. They provide you with a Fed-Ex label which is pretty fast shipping, possibly one of the fastest. It's very professional! Just follow the instructions, and the process is smooth like butter. It only takes 3 days for payment to be issued after processing! Amazing! I definitely recommend this company for all your buyback or sell-back needs. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about all of the other companies that offer buyback/sell-back services.
I was really impressed with the quality of service that I received from sellbackyourbook.com. The website was easy to navigate, and the process was straightforward. I was able to quickly find the items that I wanted to sell, and the pricing was very fair. I was also impressed with the speed of the shipping. I received my Fed-Ex label within a few hours of placing my order, and my items were shipped out the same day.
The payment process was also very smooth. I received my payment within 3 days of my items being processed, which was much faster than I expected. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with sellbackyourbook.com. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality buyback service.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a reliable and professional buyback service, then sellbackyourbook.com is the place to go. Their pricing is very fair, and their shipping is incredibly fast. The payment process is also very smooth, and you can expect to receive your payment within just a few days of your items being processed. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell their books, DVDs, or calculators. You will not be disappointed!
Beware of SellbackyourBook.com: A Company That Preys on Unsuspecting Customers
This company is a complete disaster! I sent in 13 books and they tried to pull a fast one on me by claiming that the books that were worth the most were not returned. I mean, seriously? That's just plain wrong! And to make matters worse, I sent in 8 books on another occasion and they had the nerve to tell me that the ones that were worth the most were "water damaged". But let me tell you, those books were in tip-top shape when I shipped them out.
It's clear that this company is out to scam people and make a quick buck. They lure you in with low prices and then turn around and sell your books for a huge profit. It's just not right! I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company.
If you've been scammed like I have, don't just sit there and take it. File a complaint with the FTC and BBB so that these shady practices can be stopped. Here's the link: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1.
In conclusion, sellbackyourBook.com is a terrible company that preys on unsuspecting customers. Don't fall for their tricks and don't let them get away with it. File a complaint and spread the word so that others don't fall victim to their scams.
SellbackyourBook.com and Ziffit Review: Shady and Unreliable, Not Recommended
I gotta tell you, I was pretty excited to try out sellbackyourBook.com. I had a bunch of old books lying around that I was never going to read again, and I figured I could make a few bucks by selling them back. So I spent a whole day scanning all my books and filling up a box. I was feeling pretty good about myself, you know?
But then things started to get weird. I noticed that my cart would randomly empty itself, even if I hadn't finished scanning all my books. And when I went back to rescan some of the books that had disappeared, I found that some of them were suddenly not being accepted anymore. And the prices on the other books had dropped too!
At first, I thought it was just a glitch or something. But then it started happening more and more often. And I started to get the feeling that sellbackyourBook.com was deliberately messing with me. Like they were looking at what was in my cart and making adjustments to the prices and acceptance rates.
It's really frustrating, you know? I spent a whole day scanning all those books, and now it feels like it was all for nothing. And the worst part is that sellbackyourBook.com doesn't seem to care about people's time or effort. They just want to make a quick buck.
I was so disgusted with sellbackyourBook.com that I decided to switch to ziffit instead. And at first, things were going great. But then I started to notice the same kind of shady behavior from them too. It's like there's no escaping these scammers!
Overall, I would not recommend sellbackyourBook.com or ziffit to anyone. They're both shady and unreliable, and they don't care about their customers. If you're looking to sell your old books, I would suggest trying a different website or just going to a local bookstore instead. It might take a little more effort, but at least you'll know you're dealing with honest people.
Sellbackyourbook.com Review: Dodgy Payment and Inconsistent Pricing
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on sellbackyourbook.com. At first glance, everything seemed totally legit - the website looked professional, they sent me update emails once I put in my book info, and I even talked to a couple of their reps via email. But when it came down to the nitty gritty, they were super dodgy about answering my questions about payment. I mean, that's the whole point of selling your books back, right? I just wanted to know if I was gonna get paid and how much.
To make matters worse, they gave me two different amounts for my books - one time it was $18 and change, and the next time it was $19. When I asked which amount I was actually gonna get paid, they just told me the most recent one was okay. Uh, okay? So I sent my books in, and now it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten paid. I'm starting to think they're not gonna pay me at all.
Honestly, I wish I had read some reviews before I sent my books in. I'm definitely gonna report them to the BBB, and I would NOT recommend using sellbackyourbook.com. There are plenty of other places to sell your books that won't scam you like these guys. So yeah, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This company is a total scam, and I'm pretty ticked off that I fell for it.
Warning: Stay Away from This Book Buying Company - Total Ripoff!
This company is a total ripoff! They stole my book and cheated me out of payment. I sent in a book that was in good condition, but they claimed it was in terrible condition and refused to pay me. When I tried to contact them about it, they sent me a generic, robotic message that was completely worthless. They have terrible communication skills and I will never send another book to them again. This is the worst company ever and they are taking advantage of people.
To make matters worse, they charge shipping fees to people who want their books back. This is ridiculous! If they aren't going to buy back a book, they should ship it back for free. And even when they do buy back books, they offer very low prices. They couldn't even offer me more than a few cents for my book, even though it was worth much more. I'm pretty sure they just resell the books for more money on other sites.
I later found out that this company was also known as EZ Book Recycle. I wish I had known that before I sent them my book. I would have been better off selling it or donating it myself. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this company at all costs.
Disappointing Experience with SellbackyourBook.com: Low-Balled Prices and Shady Practices
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with sellbackyourBook.com. At first, I thought it was gonna be a good experience, but boy was I wrong. They made it seem like they were gonna give me a fair price for my books, but when I actually went to sell them, they low-balled me big time. It's really frustrating when companies do that, you know? Like, just be honest with me from the start.
And get this - they told me they couldn't link my PayPal account because it wasn't "verified". Like, what does that even mean? I've been using PayPal for over 10 years and I literally just used it this morning to make a purchase. Something seems fishy there, if you ask me.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using sellbackyourBook.com. There are plenty of other legit companies out there that will give you a fair price for your books. And if you need any more proof that they're not legit, just look at their website. They claim to have a 4.5 star rating, but if you check anywhere else online, they only have 1.5 - 2 stars. That's just not cool, man. Honesty and integrity should be a part of every business's culture.
SellbackyourBook.com Review: A Decent Option, But Not My Top Choice Anymore
I have been using sellbackyourBook.com for a while now and while it is still a decent option, it is no longer my top choice for trading in my books. There are now other websites that offer more money for my books, accept a wider range of titles, and have a more user-friendly interface. However, one of my main concerns with sellbackyourBook is that I am always worried about putting items in my cart. It seems like as soon as I add something to my cart, I am notified that the book is no longer available for trade-in or the price has decreased. It happens so quickly that I feel like they are checking my cart as soon as I add something to it. This makes me feel insecure about placing orders with them and I never leave anything in my cart for too long. I always process my trades right away to avoid any price changes.
Another issue I have encountered while using sellbackyourBook is that when I am using my desktop to trade in my books, the ISBN search field often forgets that I am there and I have to keep clicking back inside the box with my mouse. This can be quite frustrating and time-consuming. However, despite these issues, I must say that sellbackyourBook pays promptly and accurately, which is a huge plus.
Overall, while sellbackyourBook.com is still a viable option for trading in your books, there are now better alternatives available. If they could improve their interface and fix the issues with their cart and search field, they could become a top contender once again.
Sellbackyourbook.com Review: Our Go-To for Selling Used Books Online
We love sellbackyourbook.com! They're our go-to when it comes to selling our used books online. We've sold them over 400 orders in the past year, and while there have been a few hiccups along the way, we're overall very pleased with their service.
One thing we really appreciate about sellbackyourbook.com is that they accept a wide variety of titles and are very generous in their condition grading. We've found that they often pay as much or more than other companies, and they're always very quick to process our orders.
Another great feature is the option to have any rejected books returned to us at a low cost. While we've only had a few books rejected (probably no more than 1 or 2%), it's nice to know that we have that option if we need it.
The only consistent issue we've had is with books disappearing from our cart. We've had trouble closing the cart on our iPhones, and sometimes the cart doesn't show up at all on other devices. We've reached out to customer service about this, but they haven't been very helpful. Sometimes they respond to our messages, and sometimes they don't. It's frustrating, but it hasn't been enough to make us stop using the site.
Overall, we're big fans of sellbackyourbook.com. They're not perfect, but they're still our favorite buyback/resell online company. We highly recommend them!
Disappointing Experience with Sell Back My Book: Unfair Assessment of Book Condition
I gotta say, I've used "Sell Back My Book" twice now and I'm not too impressed. The first time, I sent in a book that was pretty beat up - lots of highlights and writing all over the place. So, I wasn't too surprised when they told me they couldn't accept it. Fair enough, I guess. I ended up just recycling it.
But the second time, I sent in a book that was practically brand new. I only used it for a 7 week class and there was no underlining or highlighting whatsoever. I was super careful with it to keep it in pristine condition. So, imagine my surprise when "Sell Back My Book" told me it was "not in very good condition". What?! That book looked almost new! I even bought it brand new and it had hardly any damage. I was really disappointed with their assessment. I mean, I wish I had taken a picture of the book before I mailed it, because I would have proof of how good the condition was! I requested that they return the book to me, which they did, but they charged me a small fee for it. I don't really trust this company anymore, to be honest. I feel like they're just trying to rip people off.
Update 4/6/2020 - So, I did end up getting my book back after paying the fee. It was in the same condition as when I mailed it, so that's good. But I don't think I'll be using "Sell Back My Book" again in the future. I took a picture of the cover of the book and included it in this review, just to show how good the condition was.
Beware of Sellbackyourbook.com: A Sketchy Used Book Seller on Biblio.com
So, I was looking for a place to sell my textbooks and stumbled upon sellbackyourbook.com. They also have a used bookselling operation on Biblio.com called "Good Deals on Used Books." I thought it was a great idea to sell my books and maybe even buy some used ones for a good price. However, I should have done my research before ordering from them on Biblio. They had a low rating for their fulfillment, but I didn't pay attention to it.
When my package arrived, I was shocked to see that they sent me a completely different book than the one I ordered and paid for. It was a worthless bestseller that looked like it came from a garage sale penny bin. There was no real receipt, just a paper slip with a bar code and number and "sellbackyourbooks.com" on it. I had no idea it was the same company as Good Deals on Used Books until I noticed their customer service e-mail on Biblio was ***@sellbackyourbooks.com.
I contacted them and Biblio to let them know about the mistake, and they offered me two options. I could return the book by mail for a full refund, or I could keep the book and get a 20% refund. I told them I wanted the correct book, but I had a feeling they never had it in stock. It seemed like their scam was to send people junk books they didn't order, hoping they wouldn't want to go through the hassle of returning them.
After some back and forth, they finally sent me a printable return label via e-mail. However, I didn't have a printer or shipping supplies, so it was no help to me. I felt like they were being super sketchy and came across as scammers. Thankfully, Biblio refunded my payment, but I recommended that they ban sellbackyourbook.com from their marketplace.
Overall, I recommend staying far away from sellbackyourbook.com. And if you're on Biblio, make sure to check the seller rating before ordering anything!
I ordered a ebook and then changed my mind
I ordered a ebook and then changed my mind. Only thing I know of them is they did take my money of $12.80 out of my paypal. I am not getting ANY feedback from the email I got from ComplaintsBoard.com. Are they ligit company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
EZ Book Recycle may have the ComplaintsBoard.com symbol but they don't deserve it. Charged for 3 books. One they cancelled and did refund the money. the other two books I returned. Only refunded me for one book. Tried to resolve the problem with them but they still wouldn't refund me for the third book. Paid with PAYPAL and took the problem to their Resolution Center. EZ Book never returned their emails. PAYPAL ruled in my favor. But I'm still out my money. THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR ComplaintsBoard.com RATING REVOKED !
I sent in 13 books and then they tried to play games and say that the books that were worth the most were not returned. On a separate occasion I sent in 9 books and was told that the ones that were worth the most were "water damaged" yet they were in like new condition when they were shipped. This company preys on people and scams them into paying as little as possible and then turns around and makes huge profit margins by reselling these books for a huge return. The are accusatory and take no responsibility for any of there actions and then blame the package companies for the damage but still refuse compensation and treat the situation as if you were involved with how it was transported. I would give zero stars if I could SELLBACKYOURBOOK.COM is a complete scam.
I was scammed by this company I ordered the Mary El tarot set from them and was only given the guidebook
I was scammed by this company I ordered the Mary El tarot set from them and was only given the guidebook. When the title even had (with cards) in the title. As a collage student with little money this was heartbreaking. Losing my money over a incomplete product.
I would have given them ZERO STARS if I could! SELLBACKYOURBOOK.COM is a terrible company with absolutely ZERO customer service! This company bought out my old sell back site, ***.net, which had a wonderful customer service team. The customer service phone number on the *** site now lists the Illinois address of this awful company. I have emailed SELLBACKYOURBOOK.COM 4 times now and called and left 2 voice mails over the past week and a half. I have not received one reply yet. They received two of my book orders nearly 10 business days ago and have yet to process payment on them. I will never do business with them. Don't use this sell back site if you want to actually see payment for your books. I think it's a scam.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for two weeks
I have been trying to get in contact with someone for two weeks. I have heard back from them once. I haven't received my check for the books I sold. They said the check shipped out on 5/21. This is the most irritating thing that has ever happened. Their website states it will be to you in 7-14 business days. It has been longer than that for me. Someone offered to send me money via PayPal, well I have yet to get it via PayPal. Also, their website states someone will be in contact with you in 1-2 business days... once again have yet to hear back from someone! All I want is the money I was told that I was getting.

SellbackyourBook.com Review: Total Rip-Off Scam, Don't Use!
Yo, so I tried sellbackyourBook.com and let me tell you, it was a total rip-off. They said they'd give me the most cash for my books, but then they hit me with some bogus excuse about damage and wouldn't even respond to my emails when I asked for proof. Like, what kind of shady business is that? I've sold to other online bookstores before and never had any problems, so I know it's not just me. I'm definitely not gonna use them again and I suggest you don't either. Don't fall for their scam, people!
Disappointing Quality: My Experience with sellbackyourBook.com
Yo, I gotta say, I ain't impressed with sellbackyourBook.com. I ordered a book from them and it came in the mail lookin' like it had been through a warzone. I mean, seriously, it was all bent outta shape and had sticky notes hangin' out of it like it was tryna be a porcupine or somethin'. And don't even get me started on the fact that it looked like it had been run over by a car. Like, what kinda company sends out books in that kinda condition?
I ain't tryna hate on sellbackyourBook.com or nothin', but this is just unacceptable. I mean, I know I'm sellin' my books back to them, but that don't mean they can treat 'em like garbage. If they wanna keep gettin' business from me, they better step up their game and start sendin' out books in better condition. Ain't nobody tryna buy a book that looks like it's been through a natural disaster.
Overall, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with sellbackyourBook.com. I was hopin' to make some cash off my old textbooks, but if this is the kinda quality they're sendin' out, I might have to look elsewhere. Ain't nobody got time for books that look like they've been through a blender.
SellbackyourBook.com App Review: Frustrating Errors and Inconsistent Pricing
So, I was trying to sell some of my old books and decided to give sellbackyourBook.com a try. I downloaded the app and started scanning my books, but boy was I disappointed. The app had so many frustrating errors that made the whole experience a waste of time.
First of all, the pricing of the books was inconsistent. I scanned the same book multiple times and got different prices each time. It was so frustrating because I couldn't trust the app to give me a fair price for my books.
Secondly, the app stopped accepting books after I scanned five of them. I don't know why this happened, but it was really annoying. I had more books to sell, but the app wouldn't let me.
Finally, even when I did manage to scan all my books, the appraisal values were so low that it was impossible to reach the $7.50 minimum. What a joke! I could have donated my books to the public library and felt better about it.
Overall, I would not recommend sellbackyourBook.com to anyone. The app is full of errors and the prices are not worth the hassle. Just delete the app, block their emails, and find a better way to sell your books.

Disappointing Offer: Don't Waste Your Time with This Book Selling Website
?! I spent all that time entering my books and this is what I get? I could have made more money selling them at a garage sale. I was extremely disappointed with the offer and would not recommend this website to anyone. It's a waste of time and effort.
SellbackyourBook.com Review: Easy Process, Fair Prices, Confusing Registration
So, I decided to give sellbackyourBook.com a try. At first, I was a bit skeptical because the registration process was a bit confusing. The system told me that my PayPal account was not linked to my bank account, even though I knew it was. I thought that maybe the website was a scam and that they were just trying to get my personal information.
However, I decided to give it another try and I'm glad I did. I was able to sell my book for $24, which was a fair price. The process was easy and straightforward. All I had to do was enter the ISBN number of my book and the website gave me an instant quote. I then printed out a shipping label and sent the book to the company.
A few days later, I received an email confirming that the book had been received and that the payment had been sent to my PayPal account. I was a bit worried that there might be some issues with the payment, but everything went smoothly.
Overall, I would recommend sellbackyourBook.com to anyone who wants to sell their books online. The process is easy and the prices are fair. Just be aware that the registration process can be a bit confusing, but don't let that discourage you. Give it a try and see for yourself!
SellbackyourBook.com Review: Not Worth the Hassle or Time
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with sellbackyourBook.com. I mean, come on, you gotta wrap the books yourself for shipping? That's just ridiculous. And to top it off, they only offered me 11 cents for a hardcover James Patterson book that I bought for $4.00. What a joke.
But that's not even the worst part. You have to accumulate a minimum of $7.50 in your cart before you can even sell your books. That's like, what, 68 books at least? Ain't nobody got time for that. And I wouldn't be surprised if they take out income tax, FICA, Medicaid, and unemployment insurance too. Like, seriously?
Honestly, you're better off just donating your old books to Goodwill. You can write off $7.50 on your income tax and feel good about helping out a good cause. Plus, you don't have to deal with all the hassle of selling your books online.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend sellbackyourBook.com to anyone. It's just not worth the time or effort. Stick with Goodwill and save yourself the headache.
Peace out,
Joe Merc :)
Disappointing Experience with SellbackyourBook.com: Low Pay, Technical Issues, and Frustration
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with sellbackyourBook.com. I spent a good chunk of time scanning about 50 books, only to be met with the message "we are not buying this book at this time" over and over again. It was frustrating, but I kept at it and eventually found a couple that they were willing to take off my hands.
But then, when I finally had a collection of 20 books to send in, I hit a snag. I pressed "finish" and got an error message, which meant I had to log in again. And when I did, my cart was empty! So I had to scan all those books again. It was a real pain in the butt, let me tell you.
Once I finally got everything sorted out, it was easy enough to print the label and drop off the books at Fed Ex. But even after all that effort, I only got paid $8.49. I did the math and realized that I had spent almost 3 hours on the whole process. That's less than $3 per hour!
Honestly, I don't think it's worth it. I have about 300 books that I was planning to sell, but I think I'll just donate them to the Salvation Army or the library instead. I have better things to do with my time than waste it on a website that doesn't even pay a fair price for my books.
Sellbackyourbook.com Review: Mixed Experience with Delayed Processing and ISBN Issue
So, I was looking to sell some of my old books and decided to give sellbackyourbook.com a try. I typed in the ISBN number and got quotes from a few different companies that buy books. I ended up using two of them, but this site offered the most money for one of my books compared to the others. So, I decided to go with them and sent off my books.
The other site I used processed and paid for my books within a week, but sellbackyourbook.com took almost three weeks to get back to me. When they finally did, they said they couldn't pay for one of the books because the ISBN number was wrong. I was pretty disappointed about losing out on the money, especially since the other sites had the exact same book listed. But, I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting it back and trying again.
Overall, I had a mixed experience with sellbackyourbook.com. While they did offer the most money for one of my books, the delay in processing and the issue with the ISBN number left me feeling a bit frustrated. If you're looking to sell your books, it might be worth giving them a try, but just be aware that there could be some hiccups along the way.
SellbackyourBook.com Review: Sketchy Company with Poor Customer Service
So, I sold my textbook on sellbackyourBook.com and I gotta say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I followed all the instructions and used their shipping label to send it off. But then, a couple of weeks later, I got an email from them saying that the package they received was empty. I was like, "What the heck?!" I mean, I did everything right, so how could this happen?
I was pretty upset, but I didn't give up. I gave them a copy of the tracking number and the form that showed everywhere the package was shipped to before arriving at the final destination. And guess what? The package weighed the same amount it weighed when it started on its journey. So, it was pretty obvious that they messed up and somehow lost the books.
But instead of taking responsibility for it or apologizing, they just continued on a week-long email chain telling me it was my fault. I mean, come on! How could it be my fault when I followed all their instructions and even provided proof that the package was shipped and weighed correctly?
Overall, I gotta say that this company is pretty sketchy. I don't think I'll ever use them again. It's just not worth the hassle and the stress. So, if you're thinking about selling your books on sellbackyourBook.com, I'd say think twice. You might end up regretting it.
SellbackyourBook.com Review: Disappointing Experience with Low Offer and False Condition Assessment
I recently had an experience with sellbackyourBook.com that left me feeling quite disappointed. I sent them a binder for Organic Chemistry that was over 300 pages long. I made sure to take good care of it, with no dog-eared pages, no writing, and all pages intact. It was in good to excellent condition, and I wish I had taken pictures to prove it.
The original cost of the binder was $181, but when I received an offer from sellbackyourBook.com, it was for under $19. I decided to go ahead and ship it to them, hoping that they would see the value in the condition of the binder.
However, after I shipped it, I received an email from sellbackyourBook.com stating that the book was in "rough condition" according to their estimate. This was simply not true, as I had taken great care of the binder. In fact, I had another binder for biology that was thrown away because it was not in perfect condition, but the Organic Chemistry binder was.
To make matters worse, sellbackyourBook.com wanted to charge me $3.99 to return the binder to me, or they would recycle it. I strongly suspect that they sold it for a good amount of money, and I felt scammed by their actions.
Overall, I learned a valuable lesson from this experience and will not be using sellbackyourBook.com again. It is important to be cautious when dealing with companies like this, as they may not always have your best interests in mind.

These scammers sell on ebay, but do not send out the items purchased. They send out random low value books instead. They should be arrested and prosecuted for thousands of cases of fraud.

I submitted an order for 3 books, valued at $25.63
I submitted an order for 3 books, valued at $25.63. I sent in those three books, and when I received payment it was only $2.43. Upon checking my order, two random books were added that I had never heard of, valued at $0.16 and $0.14. So they kept my two highest valued books and filed them under random, worthless titles and paid me for those.

When checking out, I was shown a used copy of To Kill a Mockingbird for $3.98, with free shipping and handling. I was then charged $199.99. The number to call for customer service automatically forwards to a voicemail which is full. The recording says something about books but does not say Second Sale books. It is mostly unintelligible except for the part which says books. $199.99 for a used copy of To Kill A Mockingbird?! The company has good reviews, and they have a logo which indicates they are accredited by The ComplaintsBoard.com.

I ordered a book (Sophies World - spanish edition) from this company from abebooks.com where they are listed as second sale. They sent me the book in english instead of spanish. I contacted them and explained thatI had ordered the book as a gift and now that they sent me the wrong book there was no more time to get the book from anyone else in time for the event. I asked that they send me the correct book with expedited shipping. The only reply was an email saying they would refund and if I still wanted the correct book I had to reorder it.

Purchased a paper back book, entitled "Breaking the Shame that Binds You" that was supposed to be in very good condition (per the company's condition criteria this book would have no tears, etc., and none for the next lower grade "good) that was delivered July 24 on time. The problem is that the book had both torn front and back covers and cover scuffing that was not from shipping. I emailed the company later July 24th reporting the problem and asking for their response. They sent an email confirming receipt of my email. However, to date (August 12th) have gotten NO response and no prorated refund or apology or explanation.

Re Order Number: 2186591 I shipped a box of books to this company which they confirmed they received Aug 12th 2020
Re Order Number: 2186591 I shipped a box of books to this company which they confirmed they received Aug 12th 2020. Payment for the books was $61.78. I was emailed twice and told COVID may delay their processing, which is completely understandable. I recently looked up my order number on their site and found out they have cancelled the order. No explanation given. When I emailed and asked them to ship my books (per the terms of their service) back I received no response. I have entered into a transaction with this company who "purchased" my books with the option to reject any and return them to me. They have instead kept my books and the payment I am due.

Sold textbooks to this company
Sold textbooks to this company. The books were sent using their prepaid label. They confirmed receipt and processing. Said payment of $206 would be sent within 7-14 business days. Waited that time and reported no payment received. Yadira in customer service emailed to verify my address whick was 100% accurate and stated that the check was mailed on 1/15. On 2/4 she said to send her my confirmed *** email and payment would be sent to me via *** which I did provide her the email address linked to my confirmed *** account and she never responded nor has any payment been deposited into my *** account. It's been an additional four days and no response to any of my follow up emails.

I received a quote for 5 books that they were to purchase from me on April 8th
I received a quote for 5 books that they were to purchase from me on April 8th. I printed my shipping label that the company provided and sent the company these 5 books the next day. They received the books via fedex, and they were signed for on April 14th by the company. However, my order was never processed, and I never received funds for my books. I have tried to contact the company 4 times in regards to my payment with no response. I have emailed twice, left a message on the support tab on the website, and have called. They have possession of my property but never paid me for it. The website promises at most a turnover of 13 days from the time you get a quote which was April 8th. Highly disappointed and feel like I have been scammed.
