I signed up for SeniorMatch and I thought everything was going well until I noticed that they charged me even though I checked off the box for no auto renewal. I was really upset about this and I immediately contacted their customer service to get a refund. However, they were not interested in helping me and they even tried to stall the process after I showed them proof of the illegal transactions.

I am really disappointed with SeniorMatch and I would not recommend this site to anyone. It is really frustrating to deal with a company that does not care about their customers and only cares about making money. I hope that they will fix this problem soon and that they will start treating their customers better.

Overall, I think that SeniorMatch is a terrible site and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a dating site for seniors, I would suggest looking elsewhere. SeniorMatch ain't worth the dough, if you ask me. You gotta cough up some cash to get a good look at people's profiles, which is a bummer.
