I would choose Service First Pros every time! Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and prompt. We are having a whole new system installed tomorrow so I'll update this message after that!

Always a pleasure working with Service First Pros. I love that they send a pic and bio of the technician coming to my home. They're all knowledgeable, friendly, and provide great service. Definitely recommend!

They came out on short notice and were very professional. From the office personnel to the technician everyone was very friendly and professional. Josh was very thorough in his inspection of the equipment with plenty of pics and videos.

Service First Pros has always been very professional from the office personnel to the service technicians. They do their best to make sure their clients needs are taken care of during this difficult time where companies are short handed.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced a pump in the drain. There was some confusion over the price. He was proactive, called his supervisor, and took care of everything. I'll request him next time; he did a great job!

Service First Pros promised to WOW me and they delivered 200% on that promise. Josh and Daniel worked to get me a fair and competitive price on the replacement of the AC unit and repair of duct work. I also replaced the dehumidifier. They deserve their A+ rating. I would say A+++.

My family recently bought a new home and three weeks after moving in, our AC went out. Service First Pros have been a life saver! They were able to come out the next day. The technicians are so kind and knowledgeable. The office staff was so nice and helpful with financing. I am so glad I chose them for our AC repair and will most certainly use them in the future!

He knew his job, didn't try to upgrade me to any service I didn't need, and took time to explain each step and the pros and cons of each of their services offered. I have a long term contract withService 1st Pros. They come twice a year to keep my HVAC system working perfectly. They take photos of the system and explain to me clearly what they find and what needs to be done and what can wait. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good company for heating and air service. is an excellent technician who came out this morning to serve all three of my furnaces. Hes an excellent technician with good communication, disposition and customer *** skills. He takes time to do his diligent when serving your units. When his job is complete he takes the time to explain his finds. Also, emails you a copy of the finds and recommendations.

This company is great! I had them return this year for the usual spring checkup on both of our units. Even in the midst of the Coronavirus, we were very pleased to see their proactive approach to coming into our house. Our service tech, Brian (who wore a mask and had on latex gloves), said they take their temp regularly, use hand sanitizer, and encourage the homeowner to adjust the thermostats for them. Efficient, exceptional!

I first used Service First over a year ago to address an emergency situation with one of my units. They responded promptly and was able to address my issue and the price was reasonable given the circumstances. They offered me follow up service, the technician was very polite and professional, gave detailed explanation of his recommendations and an itemized quote of each item. I appreciate the thoroughness, courtesy and no pressure approach of Service First and they are my sole provider to service my needs.

Josh is the owner of Service First Pros. He has been my HVAC guy for 15 years, long before he started this company. I have stayed with Josh all these years because he is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and his family-run company provides a personal touch that is not often seen with some of the larger HVAC companies. After my home warranty people wouldn't warranty the repair of shoddy installation service 1st pros stepped up with reasonable prices and sent me the one and only ***! He not only fixed the issue but he also explained things as to why it was wrong. I don't feel like he will be back to repair his fix but I know he will be back to service and maintain my ac/heating systems. Great folks to work with and *** was great to deal with to begin with. That team takes their name serious with Service 1st!

So far theyve been great! We recently purchased our home and wanted to verify how the units run.Well, they needed to be moved farther away from our house and a few other additions.Ben came out and assessed/diagnosed our systems on time, but also just very and friendly and informative. *** and the other technician, who then came out and did the actual work were awesome as well. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely dont seem to mind explaining whats what with the units in a way that ppl who dont work on them can understand.Look fwd to having Service 1st Pros come out a couple times a year to make sure our systems keep running as efficiently as possible.

Your older HVAC unit died suddenly and we needed a replacement quickly. *** at Service 1st Pro sent someone immediately to evaluate our site requirements and needs. Our options were explained clearly and our installation was scheduled within a couple days. The entire Service 1st Pro team did an excellent job of keeping us informed of arrival dates and times. The team arrived on time, were courteous and professional and kept the site cleaned up throughout the install. They answered all our questions clearly and provided additional information they felt would be helpful. *** communicated with the team and us throughout the install. I would highly recommend Service 1st Pro and their WOW service to anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement. I'm rating them a definite "5" only because there is no higher rating available.
