free havit clear case with temper for iphone 8 plus not received
I purchased a iphone 8 plus on 27th at al wahda mall and am suppose to receive free havit clear case with temper as per sales terms and the invoice.
Ms. Mary attended to the sales and advised me that the free item will be available after two days. I called on 31st at 1023hrs and the call was attended by george, who requested me to call on 2nd january. I called on 2nd (Yesterday) at 1650hrs and the call was answered by jonah and she advised me she will call back within half an hour. Todate, I have not received any call from wahda mall. Ref invoice 03291/271217/00007.
The attitude of your staff and sharaf dg is questionable. I have lodged a complaint with ref 427430.
after sale customer service is very poor
I purchased a smart TV, after installation, I found that I can't run Netflix on it.
I was very clear when I purchased it that I need smart TV for Netflix and they confirmed that.
The installation team told me just to browse and find it, but it didn't work.
I called the customer service many times, they promised me every time to call me back, but I didn't receive any call.
Then they stated that I should call the agent directly and they will charge me if they will come and fix it.
The agent confirmed that this model is not compatible with Netflix.

Dear sharaf DG,
I am writing this E-mailed as a complain against your DG shield. I purchased a Samsung galaxy S8+ from your store with DG shield in March 2017
2 weeks ago my phone was stolen by two guys who get into my car and showed a knife to me and my wife.
I took the warranty, phone box and invoice to the outlet from where I bought this phone to claim my warranty. They denied me the warranty saying that what happened to me does not come under 'theft by force'. They said if someone breaks into your house it is applicable otherwise it is not. This is not what a salesman from your company told me when I paid AED 350 extra for DG shield.
They also told me to bring the police report in English because they will not accept it in Arabic. This is just not possible because no police report is written in English.
You guys have changed the meaning of 'theft by force' and after dealing with your employees I feel like I have been scammed for my money because what you are asking from me is impossible.
This is fraud because you did not tell me clearly what your shield meant and under what conditions I can refund. Even according to the police what happened with me was an act of theft by force but I think Sharaf DG management have their own definition of this.
I would really appreciate it if you can provide a proper explanation for these actions or do something about my situation.

I am complaining about one sales personnel in samsung, mall of qatar branch
December 28, 2017 around 5:40pm, I went to Samsung shop located at Ground Floor in Mall of Qatar, to claim my S7 Edge phone that is repaired, I had problem with my back glass.
I go directly inside and one FILIPINA LADY approached me in a indecent way! She asked me "WHAT'S YOUR CONCERN?" so I gave her my receipt, the proof that my phone is with them. She didn't say "Maam/Madam/Ms." She is not courteous! She asked me "WHO CALLED YOU TO CLAIM YOUR PHONE NOW?" I told her "One guy called me yesterday to pick-up my phone by lunch time today." She didn't smile or showed some respect to me as a customer. I didn't like her attitude at the very first moment!
A few minutes later, she called the number who called me yesterday. She talked to the guy on the line, and the guy said. They already delivered it in Mall of qatar. So that lady is so pissed off already. She said to me, "can you wait? Because she will call me back if your phone is in Sharaf DG" I said, "No worries I will wait" but it took so long so I told her, "Please call me if there is any update because I need to go to my work now. " And she told me that she will call me.
After maybe an hour or any half, I went down to the shop again. And she saw me, and her face was pissed off again. I asked her "Ms. Is there any updates?" I am so worried because I need my phone that time and she cannot give me any answer. She told me to go and check in the Sharaf DG if my phone was delivered there. I told her, "Why should I go? You don't have any contact number so you will the one to communicate and ask them?" She said "No I don't have their number. Just go there and check. I am not in charge with service, I am in Sales!" So I just walked away. Before I left the shop, I asked one of the Sales Personnel there, "What's the name of that Filipina girl?" He said "Lyn/Len" sounds like that.
Whoever who is that Sales Personnel of Samsung, GF, MOQ branch, please make an action for this. This will affect the Samsung if that attitude will be tolerated. How can we go and buy to Samsung if the Sales Lady have an attitude problem. WORKING ON A CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD HAVE ALOT OF PATIENCE!

I purchased laptop from Abu Dhabi Mall, before completion of my purchase, I had denoted that I have been offered a competitive rate with a discount if AED 200 from the retail outlet of Emax in hamdan showroom .. I was assured by your employee that if the pricing was lower than the cost of the product purchased from sharaf DG, I will be compensated with an offer of double the amount of the discount price I am been offered from your completion retail outlet .. Accordingly I have been forwarded the proposal invoice of Same product offered to me from Emax which clearly shows that I have been offered the same product with lesser cost of AED 3699 ( inclusive of 200 dhs Gidt voucher and laptop bag ) .. Forwarded the Same invoice on 9th Nov 5.44 pm to the email I'd customer care [protected]@sharafdg.com and cc to [protected]@sharafdg.com. As assured by your management the same has to be compensated twice the amount .. after regular follow up last one month not a single call received from your department regarding the same .. I want an immediate call back for the same .

extended warranty
I am writing this to express my feedback with regards to the situation I faced with Sharaf DG, Abu Dhabi Mall branch. I purchased a Samsung galaxy S8+ from Sharaf DG Abu Dhabi Mall branch on 16th May 2017, reference # SI/AM1/03954/160517/00034.
At the time of purchase I was offered extended warranty which covers Physical, Water & Sand damage for 1 year. I probed the sales person over and over again to make sure I was buying the right thing. Also note my friend who accompanied me on the day, advised me to not buy extended warranty as it does not cover all of the above, but the sales person was persistent and assured me over & over again that physical damage is covered. He gave many examples of damages that have been covered and phones being completely replaced with a new one in the past with this kind of warranty, I was super convinced and agreed to it.
Unfortunately, when my phone actually got damaged and I approached the customer service desk asking for replacement as promised I was informed that I must damage the phone completely by driving my vehicle over it a couple of times to seek replacement, however, I was not ready to cheat Sharaf DG and was instead happy to have my phone repaired instead.
After transferring the phone data, which is approximately a week later, I approached the customer service team to check my phone in for repairs, that's when your Customer Service team informed me that I have extended warranty which covers the software for an extended period of 1 year after manufacturer's warranty is over and not DG shield insurance. Moreover, none of the service team staff was even ready to listen to what I had to say, I kept asking and requesting for their attention, which was given at the time of purchase. I am sorry to say but SHARAF DG does not provide any after sales service.
I am shocked with the kind of MIS-SELLING done here. Just to meet their targets, Sharaf DG is misguiding people like me. They take the cost but we don't give the service promised. I am beyond dissatisfied and upset with the MIS-SELLING. If the sales rep. was honest on the day I would have bought DG shield instead which costs less than extended warranty and covers all my concerns, when I asked for protection against physical damages why would the staff sell me an incorrect product which only benefits the seller and puts the buyer in a lurch.
I request the complaints department to look into this issue and help me find a resolution at the earliest. I have already approached the customer service team, supervisor, call center, online complaint dept. etc. and no one bothered to revert. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I went to mirdif mall to purchase Samsung s8+ in exchange for iPhone 6S, and they took my iPhone and issue me a voucher for exchange. and also the sales person confirm me the availability of Samsung s8+. then at the cash counter, they asked me to pay the difference in amount after all the payment they said they don't the colour which I have requested. when I asked them why the payment was taken when there is no availability of the phone.

I believe Sharaf DG ha worst customer service in UAE. I worst store to buy product in UAE. Bought a dishwasher from Sharaf DG, Abu Dhabi Mall outlet . Within 20 days, dishwasher started giving trouble and I complained same with Sharaf DG. Received a complain number - 343 262 from them. And then daily interaction over phone from me to them started. Today is 10 th day but yet not lucky to have some one visit from service center to repair it.

I purchased blackberry, model DTEK60 from sharaf DG out let in expo center, Sharjah on Sunday 03-12-2017. As per sales person, it was display piece and good and advises to take it. I believe and paid for that.
Next day when I try to use it through google account to login. It was not working because the system was already used and advises old user name. I called to customer care sharaf DG and they advise to go Mega mall sharjah. I showed my mobile to customer care counter and they advised to take it to AXIOM Service center. I handed over the phone to Axiom service center and they told me that system require to send Dubai main service center or Blackberry, Canada office and they added that same black berry was rejected warranty earlier because the display was crack and they did not replace the same.
My question is ? How Sharaf DG by purposely (knowingly) sold complaint mobile to me and you people know that Black berry has a security feature and can't be use any one. Also I would like to know that from where did you replace "display" of mobile because the AXIOM was not replaced the same . Also I am doubtful the display unit replaced is Genuine or non-genuine?
In view of above, I never expect such kind of bad experience from such big organization -Sharaf DG. Now I have to wait 15 more days to make factory setting of this mobile.

online product purchase - not delivered
I bought item order # W930969 from Sharaf DG. It was in stock when I bought it and I latter received confirmation email of item being shipped and invoice of the item. But after more than 7 working days I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. Whenever I inquire from SHARAF DG they never seem to have any answer, only that they will get back to me.
No one seems to care in Sharaf DG about customers, as they have not made any effort to deliver the item to me.

Dear We have bought one canon printer from Sharaf DG outlet in dubai mall, dubai but unfortunately its got complaint . We have given the printer with our bills to the same shop where it was bought.

3. No its repairable, its under repair on so and so shop. please call and ask them. etc.,

On 8th of November 2017 I visited to Sharaf DG IBN Battuta china court store, However the phone was not in stock at this time but one of salesman Atif ( from Pakistan ) was advised to me that I can placed pre-order and will be receiving phone within a week 3 to 4 days. I have made a pre-order. Later on after 6 days I called to customer service to know what is happening about my order, the agent answered the phone and said sorry for miscommunication your we do not have any Iphone X available in our stock it will take 1 to 6 weeks, which left me so disappointed as I have travel another country within following 2 weeks. I had asked her that let me speak with your supervisor or manager, but she said we do not have anyone here, I asked give me Sharaf DG store manager number also she did not provide but she promised me that someone will call me from store within an hour, I was still waiting no one called me till next day. again I called to customer care, Agent answered my call Jereline, and she also told me that its not in stock and they will be having it in 4 to 6 weeks now its become too much, i cannot hold myself anymore also promised to me that someone will get back to me within 2 hours but no one calls me back. I do not know what to do now its just [censor] place to by any thing the staff are lair. making stupid other peoples, I have to travel on 18th for 3 months.

I have given my Huawei mobile for repair on october 7th 2017.Since then there was no communication from your customer service end unless I called up.only once i got a call from technosoft office saying that my mobile is repaired and can collect it from safeer mall once i get a call from the centre but again no one called up.On 26th oct i called up for an update with sharaf dg call centre as there was no communication from your end.they said i can come to collect it and when i went to do the same they further surprised me saying that first i need to pay and then only mobile will be delivered to store.what sort of protocol is this?I have never heard such a protocol anywhere else.If I pay money you should immediately give me service/product right?even after that there was no communication from anyone.Today again i called up for an update and the callcentre representative said there is no information updated in the system ., now should i do that work too?i am really dissatisfied and disappointed with your after sales service.now i got a call from sharaf call centre saying that my mobile is handed at the store.I was wondering that if I didnt followed up today they would be no call or information from your end.I am going to pass on with my network of friends about this poor service of sharaf dg and ensure that I never ever buy anything from Sharaf DG

I’d like to draw your kind attention to your customer service personnel named MARIA- she is Filipina, she’s not capable to work as a customer service she is rude and unethical to respond to the inquiry. I call to follow up the status of my iphone7, and guess what she told me I’m not the one who received the item I don’t have an idea for your inquiry. It’s not about who received the item, my point is she is a customer service representative she know how to handle the inquiry of customer.
And today around 3:05 pm, i called the customer hotline 800 0179, again MARIA hang me again for almost 10 minutes, I try to call the other number 3061 1262 and finally I spoke to Ms. Shaina, she confirmed that MARIA a poor customer service staff hang my phone call. Hello, My name is Vikas Garg. I purchased Videocon 39 inch TV
(Model No - VJU40FH) from Sharaf DG counter at Gitex in Dubai on 29th September 2017 under a promotion " free delivery in India". My invoice number is - SI/01498/G01/170929/00038.
On 12th October 2017 a 32 inch TV (Model No. VJU32HH) was delivered in India. My wife questioned the delivery boy that this is not the TV which was actually ordered. Delivery boy informed that they have delivered the same TV which was purchased.
It was a surprise gift for my family on Diwali (Indian Festival, 19th October 2017). However my surprise gift for my family is spoiled now. ON URGENT BASIS I NEED THE DELIVERY OF 39 INCH TV BEFORE 19TH OCTOBER 2017.
This is the first time i have purchased TV from Sharaf DG with a very poor experience. Due to company lack of communication/miscommunication among the employees of Sharaf DG, i am suffering.

I've purchased a Lenovo Laptop Ideapad 310 from Sharaf DG, Abu dhabi recently. It has a configuration of Intel Core i5 with 2 GD NVIDIA graphics card with 4 GB of RAM and so on. I think above mentioned specs are more than enough to run the device. But sad to say I barely used this laptop because its dead slow device. Really I doubt the specs as mentioned is true or not.
Last week I gave the laptop for service in SharafDG service centre and they returned back the device after three days. Stating they reinstalled the OS and did some servicing of device. Still its the same and dead slow.
DEVICE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
FOR YOUR INFO I HAVENT USED THIS DEVICE AS MUCH ANDD HAVENT INSTALLED TWO OR THREE SOFTWARE IN IT, STILL THIS SYSTEM IS DEAD SLOW. WHY?
I hope I can get a valid reply for the same, expecting as soon as possible.
And if not received I will go the other way, may be through consumer court or any other means. I value my earned money, expecting you to have the same respect.

I purchased a Akai CRMA606SC Cooker from Gitex 2017 on 24.9.2017 vide invoice number SI/01885/G01/170924/00025.
It was delivered to me on 10.10.2017 (after 16 days) and during this period i tried contacting Sharaf DG, they were unable to help saying that the invoice is not reflecting in system.
The delivery person repeatedly postponed the delivery and finally i had to leave the house key with Watchman.
The Cooking range was delivered in my absence and i received a damaged product.
1. The left side corner is dented as shown in picture.
2. The glass lid is not closing properly.

I bought à washing machine on 19th of september from City center Bahrain and they promised me that they will deliver it on 20th itself.. Now its 23rd night and I did not get the delivery till now.
