My order number is #W1415196, and I've communicated with Sharaf DG several times regarding the product, but still I didn't get clear answer from them.
They haven't replied or called back as promised by the customer service staff since 14th February 2021
It's been more than 4 weeks and no contact is made from Sharaf DG. They keep promising that I will get my product next day and I can come pick it up. Sharaf DG has already deducted the amount from my card.

Laptop hp
I bought a laptop online. When I opened it the screen had so many fingerprints so somebody must have used it before. The device was faulty. The screen and cursor was going crazy I was not able to work and do anything on this laptop. It took over a week for somebody to arrange the laptop collection. Now it's over a week again and I have no information, communication with the company had been horrible. I sent countless email and no one is able to answer my questions. The worst experience ever.

Hi,
On 14th Dec, 2020 I purchased a TV from Sharaf DG store located in Bur Dubai, Mina street. The TV went completely out of order within 2 weeks.
First of all, when I contacted them for reporting the malfunction they refused to accept it. But after negotiations they had to accept my claim for warranty.
It was taken for service under SR# 3693378 but still not returned.
"We acknowledge the receipt of your job under Reference Ticket # 3693378 For further details, you can contact [protected] or write us on [protected]@Sharafdg.com. Regards, Customer Care, Sharaf DG."
I have send them couple of mails but unfortunately no response.

Contacted them as well by email but unfortunately no response from them also.
I have no clue that they will return my item or I just accept the fact that my hard earned money was looted by Sharaf DG.
refund not received
I had my ordered no W1378318-B cancelled on 13th december and haven't got any refund yet.It has already been 20 working days. Have called to call center for more than 8 times and is no any help. And other order W1378318-A has not yet been cancelled, which I had cancelled on 10th december and is always on process.I get neither any email nor any call if there is a problem regarding the refund.I have no idea whats happening. Could you get back to me and tell me whats the real problem.
Customer service
Worst and very rude customer service by sharaf dg, every response takes at-least 24 hrs, even in chat they respond after 2 or 3 hours. They themselves will close the incidents in sharaf dg app without resolving the customer's issues.
My order number is w1375897 delivered a product which was malfunctioning, I asked for refund, which was denied on my face. They themselves say that the product works fine. When I told to courier me back so that I can recheck with some other devices, they made me to beg for it... They won't provide me refund and they wont deliver the product even after 7 days. Very very unhappy... I wanted to exchange the product with a higher end... Even I accepted sharaf dg points, such that I can order a different product again from them. It was also denied, worst customer service in the world. They just want money from customers, never ever helps after getting the money!

Ordered iphone11(64gb) worth AED2349 online from sharaf website on 6th of december, due to some reasons had to cancel my order, which i did on 7th of december and device was sent back to the seller on 9th of december, since thn have been waiting for the refund. As per their refund policy it shud have been refunded by now but still nothing. Everytime they are saying next week and nothing has been done. They are complete liars and do not purchase from them especially online. They are fast to take money but when it comes to refund they are slower then snail. You are 100% correct! Their customer service is the worst in whole UAE. They will just copy paste the response in these forums and when you send email, they will say it is under process or we will update you shortly. They will never get back and help to resolve the issue.

I got this Iphone 12 (HK Spec) today 5th Dec. I checked the Warranty Expire Date on Setting, but it is till 22nd Oct 2021. This means it is not a new iphone. Somebody turned on this iphone and activated this iphone on last Oct. I complained through Messages but this Seller doesn't reply.
And today they canceled my issue from my account without clearing this issue.
I've complained almost everyday about it since I got this iphone on 5th Dec, and I got nothing from them.
I request Sharaf DG to send me new Item for replacement, but they keep asking me to follow their replacement Procedure.
I don't know why I have to follow the procedure even though they provided me the uesd item.
How can I believe Sharaf DG since they send me used phone?
I said I will bring the old item to Sharaf DG service Center and I want to replace it at the center on the same day, but they said no.

I ordered and paid online for an IPAD Pro. Purchase reference W1373922A on 3 December 2020. The delivery date at the time of the order was 5 December 2020. At the time of writing, 10 December 2020, the item has still not been delivered. The courier company does not pick up the phone to answer queries and the on line tracking information simply says "out for delivery". The IPAD has not been delivered. It was intended as a birthday present but is late because of the delay. I called Sharaf DG's complaints line to cancel the order but they say I cannot cancel on the phone as I am supposed to reject the delivery and then after the item is sent back to their warehouse, a cancellation will be processed. This is ridiculous. The IPAD has not been delivered as it should have been, I want to cancel the order and buy it from elsewhere. I can't be held hostage waiting for them to deliver something they may never deliver. I want the order to be cancelled now and for my money to be returned to me. The service from this company has been terrible.

Extended warranty claim
Last November 23rd, 2018... I purchased plenty of electronic household appliances in SharafDG Abu Dhabi Mall because it was during this time that we were moving to a new apartment. I spent more than AED 15, 000 worth of purchases in that store in that day.
Part of my purchase is a bundled unit of ASKO Washing Machine and ASKO dryer which costed together at AED 5, 891 + VAT. Since this is an expensive item, I clearly asked to have both units to have an additional 2 years extended warranty. Together with the other big value items that I also asked for extended warranty.
November 9th 2020, I was trying to call Sharaf DG customer service, which was very hard to reach. And I also emailed them because I want to request a warranty claim since my ASKO dryer is not functioning properly.
November 21st, it took 2 weeks before their onsite technicians come and check both units. So they check both ASKO washing machine and ASKO dryer. They said that the dryer had a motor issue and they will liaise the information to Sharaf DG so they can claim my warranty.
Only to be disappointed with numerous calls from them telling me that my dryer has no extended warranty. I find this very impossible because I clearly purchased extended warranty on the 2 appliances. Let's apply basic logic and common sense here because why would I put extended warranty on one unit and not on the other? The machines were bundled together and I clearly requested for both to have extended warranty. It's simply impossible that one has extended warranty and the other has none. I feel that I am trapped with a loophole in their terms and conditions. This is such a very bad experience. Their action is very slow and feedback also is slow. It's been a month now that I cannot use my dryer.

Item no delivered as my id is expired
I have ordered samsung note plus phone from sharaf dg online app, even though the price is higher than amazon, I ordered from here as it showed earlier delivery.
They came for delivery and when asked for emirates id, I have it but it's expired and also I provided my original passport.
But they didn't deliver saying my emirates id is expired, I cannot find logic here as emirates id is provided as a proof of the person which is anyway can be learnt from the Emirates id I have regardless of its expiry and in addition to that I have shown my passport also.
When contacted Sharaf DG they told due to the national holiday until 4th, only on 05-12-2020, they can get their approval from management to deliver and I may get it on 05-12-2020, I am planning to leave the country by 04-12-2020.
I have requested through many platforms to make the delivery sooner, the 'calls to delivery team's are never answered, even after waiting for 30 mins every time I called
I was never told that I should have emirates ID to get the delivery nor it is in Sharaf dg terms and conditions.
now I paid, was waiting for the delivery and just because of the expiry of my ID I didn't get the product which I already paid.
I need a resolution for this and to get it delivered before 04-12-2020, even I can go and collect it from sharaf dg's shop in Dubai

Sold a computer that doesn't work! It doesn't turn on! Used it 5 times before that but it didn't work properly.
Had promises for the last week from the sales guy that it would be collected but no one has come!
I should really get a refund or replacement at this stage!

Asus vivobook laptop
I had paid online for an asus vivobook laptop on november 6th 2020 (ref no. W1357843) after calling sharaf call center and confirming the availability of the same and the portal also mentioned the stock as available.
I also received a mail confirmation and sms confirming the delivery by 9th november.
When I had followed up with call center on 9th for the delivery, I was told that the delivery is slightly delayed and the laptop will be delivered by 11th.
Finally, I received a mail on 12th november mentioning that no stocks were available and a refund would be made in 10 days! (ie., 22nd november). First of all, why should sharaf mentione the stocks available online when they do not have physical stocks?
Who will compensate for the loss of time in this process as I have been waiting to join designing classes and have been delayed because of sharaf's irresponsible team.
Today, the call center tells me to wait till the end of the week for the refund, (i.E., 26th november).
How will sharaf compensate for the loss of 20 days and I am yet to purchase my laptop after getting my refund!
Will never recommend sharaf to anyone.
Defective product issue
Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time.
The problem started when we bought a headset from your Enma Mall Bahrain branch. This stopped working after some months so we went and handed it in for warranty. After 15 days we got a call that we should pick up a replacement headset.
When we went to get it:
1) No one had any idea of this and we had to wait for half an hour for them to check. After checking they said they didn't have a replacement headset
2) So we spent MORE money on top of the credit note and got another headset
3) On reaching home in the evening, this headset AGAIN did not work. It did not even charge
So today, we went back to Sharaf DG in the morning and were told that your customer service person wasn't in the shop!. What kind of customer service is this that they are not present in the store?
So my problem remains unresolved. Can you please look into this and give me a refund? After wasting my money and a few months, I don't want a credit note as I have lost ALL faith in your product quality and customer service.
And I HAVE already sent an email to your support@sharafdg.com address. Their reply was unhelpful - they told me to go to the store despite me telling them that I had already gone and your customer service person wasn't there (probably taking a nap) and store manager told me to go home and contact support. This is a circus!
Airpods
On 23rd October 2020, I ordered an AirPods (#W1351816) from the site which was cancelled and not informed to me. Upon calling the customer service, I am told my money was not received which is a pure lie and it has been deducted from my bank. I want my refund back cause it is 500 dhs. Idont know why they are saying different stories cause their website says it was out of stock and then their customer service person say about not recieving the money.
I thought Sharaf DG was good store but in reality, they are thieves
I already did your forms by corresponding with your customer service team and I just want my money back! Please speed up the process and I promise to never order again cause I am a frequent online shopper and nothing has ever happened to me like this!
Washing machine samsung - no washing machine not refund of my items
Unfortunately my various attempts to get my case resolved through Sharaf customer service channel failed.
Case:
I'm an Abu Dhabi resident, purchased in March 2018 a washing machine at SharafDG in Abu Dhabi mall. Within a year the machine broke 4 times and I refused to get it repaired again and gave back the WM last August (2019). I requested to get a compensation (money back or credit note) given my extra purchased 3 years warranty. I have approached Shararf DG many times via email requesting a supervisor/manager to call me back. I have been ignored.
In a nutshell - I have no WM and no money (12'000AED) anymore.
Cooker
I have purchased a cooker but unfortunately due to space constraint I request to replace it after delivery but they charged me 150/- which is shocking as instead of returning I asked for replacement.
Samsung frame tv 55"
The TV was purchased online and delivered damage and Sharaf DG does not want to replace it and mentioned that I broke it and even send a video and so to prove that TV was not damage before the shipment.
There is no visible physical damage until I power up the TV and there is a crack on the screen and the TV is not turning on.
It's a big scram and I recommend everyone not to trust Sharaf DG online shopping
Non delivery of food dehydrator w1332519
I placed an order with you online on 20th September 2020, I was then charged for the Gastroback Food Dehydrator via credit card and told to expect delivery sometime today. I called the customer care number this morning (23.09) and was told it would be delivered but by the afternoon had heard nothing. I then went online to your customer care department who told me there was no product in the store or warehouse and that you have no idea when the product would be in. I then called your help desk who confirmed that this was indeed the case. How is it possible that you can advertise a product which is not available in the country and then charge the customer? I am very disappointed With DG SHARAF, a company who I used to think put their customers first - how wrong I was. I have now been informed I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund - you took the money immediately from my credit card. Very disappointing DG SHARAF.
