The only thing that was a little annoying was that it took a while for my order to arrive. But it wasn't too bad, just a couple weeks. I sent him a pic of my piano and he picked the right finish and legs for the bench. I called their business number and someone else answered and helped me too. The bench came on time and it's strong and well made. I'd buy from them again for sure.

I emailed them on May 28th for a refund and I didn't get any confirmation, so I called them on 6/1. Someone picked up and said they would give me my money back because they didn't ship anything. They sent me an email on 6/1 saying that I would get my refund on my CC. It's 6/7 and I still don't have my refund. I emailed them today (6/7) to ask why I haven't got my refund and Brandon said to check with my bank. It's not rocket science to give a refund. Even a small vendor using a CC payment device on their cell phone can refund a transaction in a matter of seconds. I just want my $525.05 refund right now.

Now, you get a prerecorded message. I left a message, but they never called me back. I also filled out their customer contact form on their website last Friday (March 12th) and emailed someone at *** on Monday (March 15th). But, I haven't heard anything back from them at all. I had to order dollies from another vendor because they were needed ASAP at one of our schools. So, I'm looking for a full refund now.

But on 5/14, I hadn't heard anything, so I asked about it. Brandon replied on May 15 that "Current cover production time is approximately 4 weeks. Unfortunately, things are a bit behind after a Covid shutdown, but everyone is staying late and working hard to get the covers out as quickly as possible." On 6/10, I asked for an update. Brandon replied on 6/18 that he was out of town because of a family emergency but would contact the maker to get an update. Later on 6/18, Brandon replied "Hi Michael, I heard back from manufacturing. They said the cover should ship early-to middle of next week. Kind regards, Brandon -AmericanPianoCovers.com" But I still haven't received the cover, even after several follow-up emails. On 8/5, I asked for the cover by 8/13 or a full refund. But I haven't gotten a reply or a refund yet.

On Mar. 8, I asked for an update again and said that I would contact ComplaintsBoard.com if I didn't get a response. On Mar. 9, they replied with an option to cancel embroidery. I said that if they couldn't complete the embroidery in two weeks, they should just send the cover without embroidery. On Mar. 9, I got a UPS tracking number. On Mar. 30, I emailed Brandon asking for an update because the UPS tracking hadn't changed. I didn't get a response. On April 8, I checked the tracking again and it still said "label created." I sent an email asking for a cancellation and a refund. Brandon was always respectful and polite, but the long periods of no response, unresponsiveness to the phone, and delays made me lose confidence that I would ever get my order. I really need this cover for my *** piano because it's at risk of damage without it. I've given them plenty of chances to fulfill my order. They say they're a member of the ComplaintsBoard.com on their website. I have an email string with the invoice if you want to see it.
