I ordered the fabric cleaner over 3 months ago. I have tried to reach out on numerous occasions. I will be contacting pay pal tomorrow to see if there's anything they are willing to do.Can not reach through email customer service it just bounces back.Thank you for any assistance you can provide

I was excited to see this product. My girls and I are all into art. So I thought I would purchase a few sets of the markets for myself and for them as gifts. I would love to have them since they had absolutely NO problem taking the money out of the account! I purchased them end of March! Please?! For everyone here!

Money withdrawn from my account, but never received the product. Receipt No. [protected]. I would like a refund! Please respond to this email!
I ordered this item from ichigomachi at [protected]@ichigomochi.com. They claimed that my order was being processed. Order # ICH85526.
Then I got an email from PayPal stating that you, She Swish Limited, withdrew $65.93 from my bank account for payment of theses mosquito stands. This all happened in the second week of April 2020.

I placed and order back on april 30th, I checked and this is suppose to be the tracking # 9405511200793118177971, I try using that number and it said that is not in the system. They took my money but my order has not been received $94.17
This order consist of 6 pairs of jeans, 1 foldable phone stand for the iphone and 1 silicone kitchen gap cover

Have not received my order or any Information about when to expect delivery. Cannot get in contact with the Company. It seems that this Company is nothing but one Huge Scam. The only information I can get is many complaints from many other customers. I certainly would appreciate any help I can get

On jan 11th I ordered from she swish limited a pair of magnetic eyelashes and told them I need them for a valentines wedding will it be a problem? Answer no mam. They took my money out on jan11th and I emailed them at smilethomey.com at least 5 times and you guessed it no response, I emailed again and they gave me some tracking number that was not trackable, so I emailed them again, no answer, so I contacted the resolution center for paypal to tell themabout what happened and I don't need them now I want a refund cause it is march and I needed them for february 14th. That resolution center is just as bad cause they did not find it in my favor cause they provided them with a tracking # 4 months later. I received them on april 30th and have been emailing them to send them back and get my money back, no response! If you know what is good for you and you don't want to get ripped off, stay away from them, unfortunally they have a few different names they operate under... This is the best one when I finally received the package 4 months later, it was shipped from the states! This is definetly a scammer! Buyer beware!

I placed two orders through she swish limitedon June 2, 2020 using PayPal. Both orders were paid for June 3, 2020, and I still have not received my orders or any information concerning when they will be delivered. I have two tracking numbers that are useless, as I have no place use them. they recommend using Sunyou tracking which does not work. One order was sent to orangedancer and the other one was sent to smileyhomey. Both orders were the same item.(three items total) I have sent emails to both [protected]@orangedancer.com and [protected]@smileyhomey.com on June 9, 2020 and have received no emails in return. I want my products. If they cannot ship my order ASAP then I want a refund immediately, as they had no problem taking my money immediately. Other than an email address there is no phone number to contact any customer service reps. Totally irresponsible company.

I ordered foot masks on May 15th, 2020. They say they don't charge the card until the ordered is processed. They charged the card on that very day. It is now June 14th 2020 and I still haven't received the product or word they are on the way.

I don't mind that it is taking a long time but I do mind them charging my card.

I also noticed many complaints for this company when I researched a bit online just recently.

Ordered online on April 27, 2020. My credit card was charged $25.96 and I have NEVER received my product. Previous attempt to contact you regarding this remains unresolved. That means that it has been nearly 8 weeks since I ordered this item. Either process my order or give credit on my credit card. I will be contacting my credit card company to refute this charge and will NEVER order from you again.

On May 01/20 placed an order # UES20575, was paid thought PAY PAL $ 19.96 at this date merchandise has not arrived. I order several package of sanitizes hand wipes and a counter of sanitizes hand wipes. On May 21, 2020 On May 21 2020 received an e-mail from She Swish Limited ([protected]@smileyhomey.com that money won't leave my account until She Swish Limited would process my order (No.[protected]. they withdraw money out of account on May 21, 2020 but have not process my Oder. I have e-mail them requesting a tracking number. I have yet to receive and answer. I try to go back into the She Swish web site but could not find it

I just ordered a hair trimmer from She Swish and 22.96 USD was taken from my PayPal account but the site closed before I could add my name and address. Please reimburse or send me a link to complete the order. You can send me a message through Facebook Messenger or email [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered (# LY153112995CN) a Hair Trimmer on April 12th, 39 days ago and as yet have not received it. Its been over 2 months that I've been to a barber because because of the coronavirus and sure could use a trim.

Payment was made through PayPal Invoice ID: c12658592415829.1.

Had i seen all the negative complaints against this fake company i would not have ordered from them. Someone is stealing from us and needs to be stopped. I have been given a fake tracking number that does not work . Says Unknown ! I am just going to let Paypal take care of this. I have tried several times to reach out to this company with no replies back. Just an email that says a fake tracking number.

She Swish responded once with a generic email saying because of the Covid-19, they are delays. Nothing else from them!

She Swish is a fraudulent company! I would like my refund if $22.86 placed back on my PayPal account immediately!

I saw an add for feet sleeves . I went to site to order. I selected 1x 3 pack . I selected PayPal as my payment option . I have gone back to continue shopping . But the website added another line of 1x3pack foot exfoliating sleeves and automatically billed my card . I did not get to edit or confirm order. . Your website is malfunctioning .
Please either edit and refund me the overcharge or cancel and refund the whole order.
I will go to the ACCC and report your fraudulent site if a suitable solution is not achieved
