I recently ordered a couple of pairs of shoes from ShoeCarnival.com and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed with my experience. One of the pairs arrived promptly, but the other pair is still MIA, even though it's been almost a month since I placed my order. Shoe Carnival assured me that the shoes had been shipped, but FedEx kept saying they were still pending. I reached out to Shoe Carnival to see what was going on, and they agreed to send me another pair free of charge. I was relieved, but unfortunately, it's been 9 days since they shipped the new pair and I still haven't received any tracking information. I asked them for an update, but all I got was an email saying that my order was just placed today. What the heck?! I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point. To make matters worse, I even got an email asking me to rate the service on the shoes I still haven't received. Seriously? Come on, Shoe Carnival, get it together!

ShoeCarnival Frustrating Experience with ShoeCarnival.com Contest Entry

This website is really frustrating! I tried to enter their contest, but it didn't work. They kept blocking me and wouldn't let me enter. I even tried using a different internet connection, but it still didn't work. I've been trying for three days now and I'm still not able to enter. This website is so messed up and it's not reliable at all. It's really annoying and it's not fair. I don't think anyone should use this website because it's just going to make you angry. They need to fix their website so that it works all the time. Don't waste your time with ShoeCarnival.com!

ShoeCarnival ShoeCarnival's Customer Service is Unacceptable: My Disappointing Experience

me out. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.

I recently had an experience with ShoeCarnival that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had ordered two pairs of shoes from their website, which I usually pick up in-store. However, this time they were unavailable at the store, so I opted for delivery. When the package finally arrived through FedEx, I noticed that the package was semi-open and had clear tape on the packing.

Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that only one pair of shoes was inside. I immediately contacted ShoeCarnival to report the issue. They stated that they would send my complaint to a different department and that I would be reached through email.

The next day, I received an email from ShoeCarnival stating that I would have to contact my bank to dispute the issue. I was taken aback by this response, as I expected them to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this means that my daughter won't be able to compete in her dance competition because ShoeCarnival couldn't fulfill my order and won't help me out.

I am extremely disappointed with ShoeCarnival's customer service and their inability to resolve this issue. It's unacceptable that they couldn't fulfill my order and won't help me out. I will never order from them again.

ShoeCarnival Disappointing Experience with ShoeCarnival's Customer Service and Shipping to Alaska

I recently made a purchase on ShoeCarnival's website for my grandkids in Alaska. I was excited to order 6 pairs of shoes for them, but I wanted to make sure I did everything correctly. So, I decided to call their customer service to double-check. The representative on the phone told me that I needed to pay an additional $34.95 for overnight shipping. I was hesitant at first, but the representative assured me that the shoes would arrive in just a few days.

I placed my order on August 9th, 2022, and I was eagerly waiting for the shoes to arrive. However, by August 16th, 2022, I still hadn't received any shoes or tracking information. I was starting to get worried, so I called ShoeCarnival's customer service several times to inquire about my order. After a few phone calls, I found out that there is no overnight shipping to Alaska, so I shouldn't have been charged the extra $34.95. However, there is a $10 surcharge for shipping to Alaska, so they refunded me $15.

Finally, on August 24th, 2022, 5 pairs of shoes arrived, but the 6th pair never showed up. I was disappointed and frustrated, and when I called customer service again, they were no help at all. I felt like I wasted my time and money, and I vowed never to order from ShoeCarnival again.

Overall, my experience with ShoeCarnival was not a good one. While I appreciate their efforts to refund me for the extra charge, the fact that I never received one pair of shoes and the lack of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their services in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same ordeal.

ShoeCarnival Disappointing Experience at Shoe Carnival Tyler, Texas: Limited Selection and Rude Mask Policy

Me and my girlfriend went to Shoe Carnival yesterday to buy some new shoes. I was really excited to get some new kicks, but my experience quickly turned sour. The first thing that happened was that we were rudely told to put on masks. I had forgotten mine in my pocket, and the sales lady told me they sold masks if I wanted to shop. I put on my mask and started looking around, but I only found one pair of shoes that I liked. Unfortunately, my size wasn't on the shelf.

I asked another salesperson if they had my size in the back, but he said they only had what was on the shelves. He did offer to order the shoes for me, but I declined. I wished I could have spent less time in that sorry excuse for a store. If you want to be treated like a child and forced to wear a mask, and if you want to find great shoes that aren't in your size, then Shoe Carnival Tyler, Texas is the place for you.

ShoeCarnival Terrible Customer Service Experience with Shoe Carnival's Online Store

I was so excited to order a new pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival's website! However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received my order 10 days later and found that I had received two different shoes! I immediately called customer service and was told to email them a picture of the shoes. I did just that, but unfortunately, I never received the shipping label that I was promised. I called back and was told that another shipping label would be sent to me, but once again, I never received it. It seems like the only option I have left is to make the trip to the store to return the shoes and get my money back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Shoe Carnival and I will never shop here again. Their customer service is unprofessional and seems to have no training. The representative I spoke with would just text someone else in a chat box and then get back to me, which was frustrating and time-consuming. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this online store unless you want to deal with headaches and frustration.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Shoe Carnival. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to my new shoes, but now I have to go through the hassle of returning them. I hope that Shoe Carnival improves their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

ShoeCarnival Terrible Customer Service and Missing Order: My Disappointing Experience with ShoeCarnival

I recently bought a pair of shoes for my son from ShoeCarnival. Unfortunately, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size on the same day that I placed the order. I immediately tried to change or cancel the order so that I could re-order the correct size. I called customer service and they told me to call back in 15 minutes so that they could cancel the order. However, when I called back an hour later, they informed me that it was too late and that the order had already been packed and was ready to ship.

I was really upset because these shoes were supposed to be a gift for my son and the order had promised delivery within three days. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, it only contained the socks that I had ordered with the shoes. The shoes were nowhere to be found! I have been waiting for my shoes for four days now and I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service that I received from ShoeCarnival.

I will never buy shoes from this store again and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. If you're looking to buy shoes, you're better off ordering from anywhere else. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience that I had.

ShoeCarnival Terrible Experience at ShoeCarnival: Rude Employees and Poor Customer Service

of this store and their rude employees.

I had a terrible experience at ShoeCarnival today. I went to the store with my two young children to buy shoes for my eldest son's graduation tomorrow. When I went to the register to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the car. I quickly ran outside to grab it and when I turned around, I saw that the associate had locked the door. I waited for another customer to come out and asked them to hold the door for me so I could re-enter the store.

Once I was back inside, I made a point to tell the associate that locking the door was rude because she saw me running with my two toddlers coming back into the store to pay for my item. That's when the manager, Camila, approached me and told me she couldn't offer me service because I referred to her associate as rude. I asked to speak to her manager, but she claimed to be the manager and owner.

I decided to stand there in protest because I knew I hadn't done anything wrong. Camila threatened to call the police and retreated to a closed office. Ten minutes later, a young man who was attempting to ring me up went to the office and retrieved a phone. It was the owner of the store on the phone. Once I explained what happened, he was flabbergasted that Camila was refusing me service. He ordered the young man to ring me up and I was able to purchase my son's shoes.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at ShoeCarnival. Camila was on a power trip and ultimately humbled when the owner intervened. It's a shame that young people running businesses have forgotten what customer service really means. I will not be returning to ShoeCarnival in Lawrenceville.

ShoeCarnival Shoe Carnival's Online Ordering System is a Disaster - Don't Shop Here!

I've been a loyal customer of Shoe Carnival for years now. I used to love going into the store and browsing through their selection of shoes. But with Covid-19, I had to resort to online shopping. My daughter needed shoes for her grandfather's funeral, so I decided to order from Shoe Carnival. Little did I know, this would be a huge mistake.

I placed an order online and was supposed to receive it on Friday (5/8/2020). However, I woke up on Saturday morning to an email saying that my order was cancelled. I was frustrated and confused, so I contacted customer service. After waiting for over an hour, I finally spoke to a representative. She told me that there was something wrong with my billing address and that I needed to place the order again. I checked my credit card and saw that there was a purchase hold on my account for Shoe Carnival. I didn't want to put another hold on my card, so I used a different card. The customer service rep placed the order for me and even gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

But then, on Mother's Day (5/10), I received another email saying that my order was cancelled AGAIN. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I called customer service again and was told that there was something wrong with my credit card's billing address. I knew that wasn't possible because I had a previous order cancelled for the same reason. The representative put me on hold for about 30 minutes and then told me that there was an error in their system that had been fixed. She assured me that I wouldn't have any problems going forward.

But I did have a problem. I now had two Shoe Carnival purchase holds on two separate credit cards. And they wanted me to place a third order because of their error. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she told me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I was fed up at this point and told her that I wouldn't be placing another order online. I had lost all trust in their system and would no longer be shopping at their stores.

It's a shame that Shoe Carnival couldn't take proper responsibility for their errors and appropriately compensate their customers. I would advise anyone reading this to not shop at Shoe Carnival. They clearly don't know how to handle their customers' orders and don't care about the inconvenience they cause.

ShoeCarnival Unprofessional Manager at Shoe Carnival in Nashville, TN Screams Obscenities at Customer

I went to Shoe Carnival in Nashville, TN and bought two pairs of shoes. One of the pairs was on sale for $59.99, but when I looked at my receipt in the parking lot, it said $69.99. I went back into the store and told the cashier that the shoes rang up incorrectly. He agreed with me and said he owed me $6. I told him he owed me $10, but he insisted it was only $6. We couldn't agree, so I asked to speak with the manager.

Jada, the manager, came to the register and told me to "be quiet and let him speak first." I was confused because I was the customer and I wanted to explain the situation. The cashier explained to Jada that he only owed me $6, but I told her it was $10. Jada then told me "You ain't gonna come in here being rude." I was taken aback because I wasn't being rude, I just wanted my money back. Jada eventually agreed with me and gave me my money back.

However, when I told Jada that she had no business being a manager and speaking to customers the way she spoke to me, she began screaming obscenities at me. She used the F-word repeatedly and told my friend who was with me "not to hold me back." I was shocked and didn't know what to do. I called corporate and told them what happened.

I won't be shopping at Shoe Carnival again because of this experience. I know that one person doesn't represent the entire company, but it was a terrible experience. I hope the district manager will respond appropriately.

ShoeCarnival Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with ShoeCarnival.com

I recently made a purchase on ShoeCarnival.com for a pair of women's Pumas. I paid in full and was given a delivery date. To my surprise, the shoes arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I was not home to receive them and they were left on my porch.

I waited for 48 hours to see if the shoes would show up, but they never did. It turns out that they were stolen off my porch. I contacted ShoeCarnival to see if they could help me out with another pair or a refund, but they told me that since the shoes were delivered, they could not assist me.

I was disappointed with the outcome and will not be shopping at ShoeCarnival again. It's frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, only to be told that there's nothing that can be done. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

I had a terrible experience with ShoeCarnival. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter online, but they sent them to the wrong address not once, but twice! The second time, the people who received the shoes decided to return them to me. Unfortunately, I still never received the shoes I ordered for my daughter. In the end, I had to ask for a refund.

I was really disappointed with ShoeCarnival's choice of delivery service. They use FEDEX, which is clearly unreliable. I don't understand why they would use such a service. I've never had this much trouble ordering online before, and I won't be buying anything from ShoeCarnival online again.

Overall, I would not recommend ShoeCarnival to anyone. Their delivery service is unreliable, and their customer service was not helpful in resolving my issue. If you're looking for a reliable online shoe retailer, I suggest looking elsewhere.

ShoeCarnival Disappointing Purchase and Hassle with Returns: My Experience with ShoeCarnival

I recently purchased a pair of Uggs from ShoeCarnival and was disappointed to find out that the inner fur was faux. I didn't see this mentioned on the product page, which was inconvenient.

Another downside to shopping at ShoeCarnival is that you have to pay for your own shipping when returning items. On top of that, you have to print the label out and physically go somewhere to ship the return. It's a hassle and adds extra costs to the already disappointing purchase.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping at ShoeCarnival. The low price of the Uggs and the faux fur fiasco make me question the authenticity of their products. It was not a good shopping experience and I won't be returning.

ShoeCarnival ShoeCarnival: A Disappointing Experience - Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I had a real bad experience with ShoeCarnival. I followed their instructions and sent an item back, but when I was supposed to get a replacement item sent within 2 days, it never came. I waited and waited, but nothing happened. I called them numerous times, but all I got was the same old story about how it was stuck in shipping and they couldn't refund me. I mean, come on, stuck in shipping? That's just a bunch of baloney. The truth is, they never even shipped the item. It's still sitting in their warehouse, collecting dust.

I was so frustrated with their empty promises that I decided to dispute the payment with my credit card company. I just want my money back, you know? I don't want to deal with ShoeCarnival anymore. They're just a bunch of liars and cheats. I mean, if they can't even ship a replacement item within 2 days, what kind of company are they? A bad one, that's what.

So, if you're thinking about shopping at ShoeCarnival, think again. They're not worth your time or money. There are plenty of other shoe stores out there that actually care about their customers and deliver on their promises. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from ShoeCarnival.

ShoeCarnival ShoeCarnival's Ink Security Tag Fiasco: A Disappointing Experience

So, I bought a pair of boots for my son's girlfriend from ShoeCarnival (shoecarnival.com) and they came with this ink security thingy attached. I was like, what the heck? So, I contacted them and they told me to take it to the nearest store. But get this, the nearest store is like 3 hours away! Like seriously, if I was near a store, I would have just bought them there, right?

And get this, they didn't even offer me anything for their mistake. Like, come on ShoeCarnival, you gotta do better than that. And to top it off, they wouldn't even ship out a new pair until they received the old pair back. Like, do they not understand that I don't wanna wait another 3 weeks for a new pair of boots? The snow season will be over by then!

So, I'm returning these boots and shopping elsewhere. ShoeCarnival, you really let me down.

ShoeCarnival Poor Customer Service Experience at ShoeCarnival

I recently made a purchase at ShoeCarnival on 08/02. I was excited to get my hands on a new pair of athletic shoes and sandals. However, after wearing the sandals only twice, I noticed that the strap was coming loose where it was sewn. I was disappointed, but I had already thrown out my receipt because I knew I was keeping the shoes.

I decided to go back to the store to make an even exchange for the sandals. However, I was met with resistance from the staff. They told me that I couldn't make an exchange because I didn't have my receipt, the box, and wasn't part of their program. I was only asking for an even exchange, not money back. As someone who has worked in retail for many years, I was disappointed with the poor customer service I received.

Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer be shopping at ShoeCarnival. It's a shame because I was excited to try out their products, but the lack of customer service has turned me off from the brand. ShoeCarnival Disappointing Experience at ShoeCarnival: Uncomfortable Sneakers and Unfriendly Return Policy

I recently bought a pair of sneakers from ShoeCarnival and was excited to wear them out. However, after just one day of wearing them, I noticed that both sneakers were cutting into the top of my foot. At first, I didn't notice it while I was at the store, but as the day went on, I could feel the pressure with each step I took.

I was disappointed with my purchase and decided to return the sneakers. Unfortunately, ShoeCarnival would not accept my return because I had already worn them. This was frustrating for me because I work in customer service at Lowe's and we accept returns in any condition if the customer is not satisfied. I believe that all stores should have the same policy, and I was disappointed that ShoeCarnival did not.

Overall, I was not happy with my experience at ShoeCarnival and will not be shopping there again. ShoeCarnival Top-Notch Customer Service at ShoeCarnival.com: My Experience with Chris

I just wanted to share my experience with ShoeCarnival.com. I recently bought a couple of pairs of shoes from their Vero Beach store. I was looking for Sperry Top Siders and I thought I needed a size 11W. The store manager, Chris, was really helpful and said he would ship them to me.

When I got home, I realized that I had accidentally bought a pair of 11m shoes. I was worried that I would have to go through a lot of hassle to return them and get the right size. But when I called the store, Chris was really understanding and told me to return them and he would send me two pairs of 11M shoes instead.

I was really impressed by Chris's customer service. He didn't make me feel bad about my mistake and he went out of his way to make sure I got the right shoes. I really appreciate that kind of service and it's one of the reasons why I will always buy my shoes from ShoeCarnival.com.

ShoeCarnival ShoeCarnival Review: Check Your Shoes Before You Buy!

ShoeCarnival is a place where you can buy shoes, but I have to say that my experience with them has not been the best. Every time I buy shoes from them, I seem to have a problem with one of the shoes. It's like they don't check them before they sell them or something. I mean, come on, it's not that hard to make sure that both shoes are in good condition before you sell them to someone.

I know I should know better than to go back to ShoeCarnival, but I gave them another chance. And guess what? Same issue. This time, one shoe had great support, but the other one felt like my heel sunk to the floor in the shoe. It's not something you notice right away, but after wearing the shoes for a length of time, it becomes very obvious.

So, my advice to anyone who wants to buy shoes from ShoeCarnival is to wear them in the store. Walk around and feel the shoes in action. Pay attention to every detail of how the shoes feel and how your feet feel. And if both feet and shoes don't give you total satisfaction, don't buy that pair.

I hope ShoeCarnival takes this feedback seriously and starts checking their shoes before they sell them. It's not fair to the customers who are spending their hard-earned money on shoes that are defective.

ShoeCarnival Dirty Laundry Booties Review: Good Selection, Poor Customer Service

So, I recently bought a pair of Dirty Laundry booties from ShoeCarnival.com. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me well, so I had to return them for another pair. I was really excited to get them in this new color, as I already had them in black. But when they arrived, I was shocked to find some kind of dirt or something on the heel and side of the right boot. I tried to dust it off, but it wouldn't budge. I had to make arrangements to send them back.

After I sent them back, I got an email saying that my refund was being processed. However, I was disappointed that I didn't receive any response from Shoe Carnival after I reached out to them twice about this issue. I was hoping for better customer service from them.

Overall, I think Shoe Carnival has a good selection of shoes, but their customer service could use some improvement. I hope they can work on responding to their customers in a timely manner and making sure that the products they send out are in good condition.
