ShoeMall.com is not a good place to shop for shoes. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! I had a really bad experience with them and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
I paid $25.00 for overnight service, but I received my shoes 3 days after ordering. When I asked for a refund, they told me that their express service is 1 to 3 days. That's not what they lead you to believe on their website. They shipped my order regular ground, which is not what I paid for. I feel like I got ripped off!
To make matters worse, when I opened the box, I found out that they sent me size 15 shoes instead of the size 14 that I ordered. What a mess! I don't want to deal with this company ever again. I won't even bother returning the shoes because I don't want to pay for the return postage. I'll just donate them to Goodwill.
I'm so angry about this whole situation. I can't believe that ShoeMall.com would treat their customers this way. It's not right.

So I sent the boots back, and I called 14 days later to see what was up. They said they got the boots 3 days after I sent them, but they didn't have the size I needed. So they were gonna give me a refund in 7-10 days. I was like, "Wait a minute, you've had my boots for over 10 days, and now you're gonna take another 7-10 days to give me a refund? That's crazy!" ShoeMall received my returned size 9 boots on January 22, but it's now February 11th, and for over two weeks, they have been constantly telling me that my refund has been processed and/or that it was issued to my PayPal account, all of which is NOT true. I still have yet to see any kind of refund appear on either my PayPal account or my bank statement, and I have been checking both just in case. I decided to get PayPal involved, but now I have to wait for the seller to contact them back with their response to this issue. I just know that they either won't answer at all or just lie yet again and say the refund was already issued, even though PayPal can obviously see that no credit has ever been provided to me.
This situation is very stressful and upsetting, and I just want it to be resolved and be over with and get my refund. I hope more people tell their stories of the horrible experiences they've had with this seller. Obviously, I'm not the only one that they have completely screwed over. They do not deserve to be making any money as a business and need to be shut down and sued. However, when I checked the tracking information with FedEx, I was disappointed to see that ShoeMall had sent the package via SmartPost Ground, and the shoes would not arrive until Friday, December 26th. I immediately called ShoeMall's customer service department to try to correct the problem. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with told me that there was nothing she could do to expedite the shipping.
I asked if they could send another pair of shoes via next-day air, and I would simply refuse the package when it arrived on Friday. However, the representative told me that there were no more shoes in that size in stock, even though the website had indicated that they were in stock when I placed my order. I was disappointed that ShoeMall was not willing to go the extra mile to make me, the customer, happy.
When I got off the phone with the representative, she wished me a good holiday, even though I would not be receiving the item in time for Christmas. While I appreciated the sentiment, I was still frustrated with the situation.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with ShoeMall. I had hoped that their website's promise of 2-day shipping guaranteed would be upheld, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I do not plan on ordering from ShoeMall again in the future.
Disappointing Experience with ShoeMall: Suspected Fake Shoes and Censored Review
I recently had an experience with ShoeMall that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I ordered a pair of boots that I had purchased twice before over the last few years, but this time around, the quality was noticeably lower. I suspect that the shoes I received were fake, but when I tried to leave a review expressing my concerns, it was censored and not posted online. This made me feel like ShoeMall was trying to hide something.
The boots scuffed almost immediately after I started wearing them, and they were much stiffer and more uncomfortable than my previous pairs. They also fit smaller than expected, which made them even more uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how damaged they were until after I had worn them for a day, so I couldn't return them. I tried to keep wearing them, but after a month, they were so painful to walk in that I had to give up.
To make matters worse, I also ordered another pair of shoes at the same time, but they were completely the wrong size, even though the label said they were the right size. It was obvious that the label had been altered, which made me suspicious that ShoeMall was intentionally selling fake shoes. However, when I contacted customer service, they were willing to take the shoes back without a return fee once I explained the situation.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with ShoeMall. It's possible that they just need to exercise better control over their suppliers, but either way, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

#Shoemall.com, all I can say is this company sucks! As a First time customer, I Placed an order only to receive the wrong shoes. Took me over 30 min to get customer service on the phone. Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee...hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund. all I can say is DO NOT purchase from this company...CROOKS!

Horrible service and cheap customer service. Sent me shoes that were two sizes too large. I paid $9 to ship them back AND then they only gave me credit (5 weeks later!) for shoes but charged me for the shipping to me of $7.48.
Shoes appeared to be slightly worn from previous customer who must have also sent it back.
Stay away from them and its better to pay 20% then all that trouble. cheap company

I ordered a pair of shoes may 23 2020 and immediately got a response saying it was on back order. I kept checking the order status and called but no one answers the phone # provided. I emailed several times and never got a response. When I tried to cancel the order on line was told to call customer service but no one answers day after day hrs at a time on hold.
No refund!
I have ordered a pair of boots from ShoeMall website and sent them back because boots were defective! Customer service rep promised I'll be getting a refund but he was not able to tell the exact date. I waited for over two weeks and contacted them again about my money but they still had no idea.
Later the simply stopped replying and there was no sign of my money. I am extremely disappointed and angry and don't know what to do. I even told them that I'm going to report them but they really did not care and ignored me. This company is not to be trusted, they are real scammers, avoid at all costs!

Ordered shoes from www.shoemall.com and was very disappointed with the poor quality! And size was also incorrect.
So I decided to return the shoes in order to get a refund. I contacted ShoeMall and they gave me nothing but headache. It was very difficult to communicate with these people and at first they even told that refund was not possible. Wasted days trying to convince them that they must refund me and finally they agreed.
Such a nightmare! Will never order from ShoeMall again!
