Refund of Rs.3000 against Manufacturing Defects of Formal Shoes
Dear Woodland Team,
Against Bill No.-202307D107C03254, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the Woodland formal shoes within 10 days of purchase. I purchased Woodland Formal shoes worth Rs. 3000 (MRP Rs. 6995) from Woodland Store, Ghitorni, New Delhi-110030 on 17th October 2023. After using them for only 2 days within this 10-day period, Both Pair of the Woodland shoes got damaged. I am at a loss for words to describe the condition of the shoes, which is not what I expected from Woodland.
This is the second time I have faced such types of shoe manufacturing damage issues from Woodland.
I have deposited my Damage and defective shoes at Woodland Store, Gaur City-1 Mall, Ghaziabad-201009 on dates 30th October 2023.
I request an urgent refund of my Rs. 3000 for the defective Woodland shoes.

I have purchased this shoe on 21st May from Janakpuri New Delhi store, at the time of purchasing there were small small dots on the shoe which the seller said it can be removed by wiping wet cloth. so I purchased it and then i applied wet cloth as instructed by the seller but the colour of one shoe has turned into black from silver and also the threads are also coming out. then i requested to the store to send the same to the factory for repair but after keeping it for one month they have returned the same by saying that article can not be repaired. is this my fault that i have followed the instruction while buying the article. that means we should not trust the seller who is selling woodland products. have sent multiple emails and given multiple calls at customer care but the staff is very very rude and not giving reply on phone and emails.

I had ordered from Woodland website. Size was not as expected and i tried to raise the return request.
After calling customer care they asked me to send photos and bills of the product. I have never seen this kind of return request.
Later they said "As per the images shared by you the product is in used condition, hence it out of return/exchange window."
That was how I received the product. Either i received the product like that or it was a used product i received.
Be aware team they are sending used product to sell their out dated products.

I brought a pair of shoes from Woodland store at Sector -18, Noida -201301 (U.P), India for around Rs 3000/- . Within a few times of wear the shoe fully came apart, i.e. it cracked fully ( photograph attached ) due to poor defective manufacturing . On writing to the customer care of the company, they have refused to repair or replace the shoe.
The company is out to cheat and sell defective shoes, and my experience proves that Woodland shoes are of poor quality which is accompanied by worst customer care service.

I enjoy making bulk purchase from woodland throughout the years from ages now. The most trustworthy brand I can ever see.
Every year I make a purchase of 30-35K or above and also, I promote estemeed Woodland to those who don't use it. Well, on 4th of July 2012 around 8pm I bought one Woodland shoe for INR 1955/- only. To my bad dismay, the product lost it's shape on the very second occassion of wearing only. However, I made a complaint against it to Rajouri Garden store and they happily accepted my complaint to repair the same peace. But my question is why are they getting this faulty peace repaired rather than replacing it with new one since I just wore that peace twice and defect came out. I would have not claimed a replacement had I used that peace for 5-6months.
Attached is my complaint letter and bills since my purchases since Jan 2012. The list of bills could be much higher unfortunately I have lost saveral due to shifting to a new accomodation. Also, I am not attaching bills of my precedeeing years purchases,
It is benevolently requested to pay some attention towards to the customers who are loyal to you. Otherwise, loyal people will start loosing interest towards.

damage of shoes within one month
Dear sir,
i bought a pair of woodland shoes bearing article no. G52777, green, nubuk:27cm ISBM268302015042 dated: 22nd nov. 2010 from RAAGA, Jorhat, Assam Tin no. [protected]. the sole of the shoes came out within one month of purchase and cracked. i registered a complaint against this on 28/12/2010 and on 31/12/2010 i submitted the shoes for replacement then i complained them for several times. they only wanted to repair it so i request you to take neccessary action or otherwise i will take legal action within 3 days.
