Grooves.land Nilfisk Core 140 power washer

Paid £143.40 for "free delivery" of this pressure washer. Two weeks later after much chasing, I discover it is delayed in customs and I had to pay another £48.20. to get delivery. Eventually the unit came but did not work. I contacted Grooves. Land who insisted I take up the guarantee with Nilfisk. Nilfisk UK said I have to refer to the supplier as it was purchased from Germany. Groves then asked for it to be returned so I did. I have been constantly asking for a replacement machine or my money back. Grooves keep saying they are waiting for a report from Nilfisk and will not deal with the matter until they have a response. It is now almost two months since I ordered and paid for this item. This is an outrageous way to treat a customer.

Claimed loss: £191.60Plus the cost of numerous phone call and postage £15.

Lied about free delivery . I Had to pay import duty.

Power washer eventually arrived but did not work.

Two months later they have still not sent me a replacement or refunded my money.

Grooves.land Grooves.land/Playthek

I ordered an item off their website a month ago. I didn't make an account as I felt no need to do so as this was gonna be a one-and-done thing.

I never received the item, nor any word on the progress of my item's delivery.

This is outrageous. Thankfully, I didn't waste that much money, but I still wish I had that money back all the same so I can use it on a site that's actually trustworthy.

Desired outcome: Either to be refunded or have my ordered goods be delivered. Preferably the former, because this site has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Grooves.land Item never received. No refund!

I ordered a CD box set. They claim it was sent, but I never got anything. After a while I filed a PayPal claim. Two months passed and I finally got an email from Laila at Grooves.Land asking me to cancel my PayPal claim, so they could send me a replacement product. She said this was "standard." Like a fool, I followed her instructions.

Then she requested proof that I cancelled the claim. So I sent her the PayPal notices to the effect. They she responded by saying they need confirmation that I cancelled my claim and I have to wait. It's now been several weeks and they just keep delaying and delaying, with no end in sight. It's as if they are deliberately trying to delay this, hoping I'll get tired of pursuing this. I also just noticed the Grooves.Land Facebook page is full of negative comments from other customers who were scammed by them.

Desired outcome: Refund or the product I ordered.

I have proof of non-delivery from the shipping company, but the seller doesn't seem to care.

The seller does not have any proof of delivery or has not bothered to verify it.

I will never buy from this seller again.

The dispute is open at Paypal.

Grooves.land Delivery Of Item

I ordered this product on the 23/08/2022 as a gift for a family member who’s birthday was on 13/09/2022. Grooves.Land guaranteed that UK dispatch was 2-6 working days and on that promise I have placed an order for Kate Bush Vinyl at a cost of £25.34. I received an email on 01/09/2022 saying it has been dispatched, however we are now on the 15/09/2022 at it still hasn’t arrived. I have sent numerous emails to this company about the whereabouts of my product and all they keep saying is, we are unable to give you a tracking number due to Covid-19. I ultimately believe that it is a lame excuse, hence why I am requesting a full refund as I no longer require the product.

Grooves.land Delivery was the wrong product!

Hi, I ordered a network card from grooves land and they sent me a battery. So when I contacted them they asked me to post it for them to the other customer who had my product. I said I'd rather not. I asked them to send me another one as they had stock and they refused. So I posted the battery back to them and I still haven't received my refund or the network card that I bought. So basically I've been ripped off. I have never had such bad service from any retailer as dealing with grooves land. Obviously I'm not buying from them again. Have still yet to receive my refund, and they know they've made a hash of it and did not resolve the issue or had any inclination to help!

Purchase from them at your own peril!

Hello I ordered a JVC boomblaster. You assigned two order numbers 1561525 and 4209916.

According to DHL this package has been delivered yesterday to D13F8C2 but I never received it.

Grooves.land Vinyl

Have been vaiting for the vinyl few weeks while sellers periodicaly change warehouse entry date. Previous order was waiting more than a month and after that, it didn't came. At the time situation is the same with other item. On there site there is information, that vinyl is in stock, but in reality you have to wait for it a month and longer with no guaranty to receyve it.

Grooves.land La Pavoni Coffe machine

I have tried to return this coffee machine to groovesland in Berlin in Germany but it was returned to me as I had not been able to put the recipients ( groovesland) telephone number on the customs form as they don't have one! I had tried to get a contact telephone number for them but it's impossible. The telephone number listed for groovesland uk is inoperable and it appears that groovesland do not want to be contacted by customers if they have a problem! Also groovesland have not replied to my emails asking for their assistance in returning this item to them. I am at a loss as to what to do now.
This has been a horrible experience for me trying to deal with groovesland

Desired outcome: groovesland provide a contact telephone number and assist me in returning this item and issue me with a full refund

Hi I have order a bisch warning drawer on 11/09 and still haven't received confirmation email. The order should be delivered within 2 weeks and it's already 21/09 and I am really concerned about it.

Grooves.land thrustmaster T300 RS GT edition/order # 4193932

I placed my order on Aug 20th and the confirmation email stated that the dispatch would be in 2-4 days. Originally it was scheduled to be diapatched on Aug 25th, now the website is pushing forward the dates (last statement is to be dispatched on sept 1). I'm not having replies to my emails and I'm getting nervous about that. I need help with my order, an accurate estimated time of arrival or my money refunded back! I really appretiate your help on this matter

Grooves.land Gardena sileno maximo

I've forgotten the pin to make the device work. Gardena says I have to call a dealer locally. I live in the USA. There are no dealers here. I've reached out to Grooves-Land as I purchase it from them and they haven't helped. Right now I have a $800 US dollars heavy paperweight. Had I known they can't service their clients I would never have purchased this product or from them

Grooves.land Delivery time

Hello, my name is Philip Ofodile and I am sending this letter in curiosity if my delivery is still on schedule or running late? I have ordered a ram and fan pc parts for my pc on August 3rd this year and as of today it is August 10th and I am still yet to have received them. It was said that they would take up to 2-6 working days for them to arrive which would make sense since I live in Ireland but I would really like to know if everything is still fine. I placed a order with groovesland online on july 18th order no.1528907 a LG spk 8 speaker kit after numerous emails reply to them I get no response regarding my order, I've sent around 8reply emails with no joy, money has been taken on my credit card when I keep checking on dispatch the date for dispatch gets extended my last email I sent I've asked if item has not been dispatched please refund, as yet no reply.After reading some online reviews not happy at all sounds like a scam to me just do not understand why I cannot get a email response

Grooves.land Keep postponed dispatch dates.

I bought two items on the 19th may 2021 order 4160528 I keep waiting for shipping date that keeps getting pushed further ahead now I dont know they will come through but Im sure it wont budge this week marks 13 days when I paid for the items delivery date was originally 6 to 13 days I keep emailing the store yet I get no replies.
Cancel my order and refund my money.
