My husband bought a formula and was never told about the returned policy. He brought it home and we realized it was the wrong one. We went right back to the same store, it was brand new, unopened. They told my husband that they can't take it back and they said they already told, which was a lie. I called and spoke with a supervisor, I explained her the situation and she said she is busy and there is a lineup so she can't deal with me and started yelling, her name was Ayda, I said you are extremely unprofessional and I will let the head office know of your behaviour, her response was "please go ahead I don't care." This is the last time I will ever shop from shoppers, unprofessional, rude supervisors who have no training in customer service. I would like someone to get in touch with this person and respond to my complaint.
