Lise Wattier eye shadow
Hi, I went to 2 shoppers drug mart to buy eye shadow. Each of the stores have teenagers or a little bit older that thought I was a waste of their time. They way they rushed me out and gave me products that were not suited for me. I am a well established woman with an awesome salary. I hate when these punks make me feel like a low class citizen because I was not wearing any make up. These punks make minimum wage and think of themselves like the are superior.
I always for the last 10 years bought all my make up from Shoppers. When I use to go it was several ladies in their mid 30s or 40s that were awesome and took the time to find the right product.
Stop hiring teenagers with attitude because you will loose a lot of business. I personally will buy these pricey products somewhere else.
I don't like spending my hard earned money to be treated like a low class citizen.
Self check out
Mar.12th,2022 12.57pm
This is the second time I have emailed your company about the way senior citizens are herded to use your self checkout stalls at our Roseland store in Burlington. At one time while waiting in the cash line both cash tellers were helping the self service checkouts, leaving 5 persons waiting. I was asked three times while I was in line to use the self checkout, and was given a bad attitude back when I said no and told them I do no work for Shoppers Drug Mart. I have come to a decision to use other places to shop. I live in a complex of two senior buildiings behide your Roseland store, each with 40 apartments. It is the talk of the buildings about being forced to use your self ckeck outs. We are seniors and wished more service not less.

Bought a google gift card which does not work
On two occasions in two separate stores I bought $100 Google Gift Cards. On both occasions they did not work and showed as Information cards. Perhaps a bad bunch? However I bought them in good faith from Shoppers and would like recompense
Number one bought on 6th March at Burnamthorpe Road Mississauga
Number two bought at Grand Park Mississauga on 7th March
Desired outcome: Refund
Customer service
This use to be my favorite Shoppers, ( Dundas and 3rd Line )
Last couple years they have changed too many people, and most of them not very good.
I messed up the other day, I admit it. I went in on March 1st, forgot to scan my coupon for 25,000 points.
Called them later, they Sayed bring in your receipt in next few days they will honour it.
Came back, night shift didn't know how to do it. They said come back with receipt next day, and they would be able to do it.
So I come back again, and I was told it's not possible, they don't do that.
Gas prices are almost $2.00 a liter, and I was told to come back twice, and wasted fuel and time doing it.
Never again.
Switching stores.
Danny
Desired outcome: 25,000 points on optimum card

Self serve
Petition
https://chng.it/9Y9JRJd7
Shoppers drug mart has franchised their stores. Owners like Mike Morcous force employees to urge customers to use self serve cash. He tells employees that 65% of the sales must be through self service. Meanwhile us cashiers have enough pressure on us, as he requires us to not only run the regular cash, we run self serve, answer phones, do lotto, merchandise, and collect buggies baskets. Even running outside in a t shirt to collect buggies from parking lot.
Basically he does it cause he wants to save money by having the machines cash people out instead of paying cashiers. It's about profits, I get that.
However we try to accommodate this 65% sales through self service but then we get customers who get upset with us cause they don't want to use self service. They tell us that "if we wanted to work here, we would fill out an application". Or they say "we hate those machines"
Respectfully, I feel like I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. Cause if I don't tell people to use self serve then I am a bad employee. If I ask them to use it then I get customers mad at me. So once again I feel like the bad guy. I can't win for trying

Pharmacy error at 2528 bayview ave location
The pharmacists and technicians at this store routinely make the same errors regarding my billing for pharmaceuticals. They cannot seem to keep track of my families two benefits plans (Green Shield and Sunlife). We have been using this location since 2003. Our benefits plans have had the same accounts and info since the day we gave the coverage info to...

After full recovery from a major surgery, I would like to share my feedback and complain about Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy at Yonge and Finch branch. On Sunday November 7th I was discharged from Toronto General Hospital. The surgeon prescribed me 25 doses of Lovenox. Since it was Sunday and the Hospital pharmacy was closed, my nurse asked about the closest pharmacy and called the above branch. During the phone call she asked me if I could get the medication in the evening (same day) I said: "yes". Later she said that the pharmacy had the medication (it was Sunday noon). In the afternoon my wife went to the pharmacy but they said that they have to order Lovenox! Fortunately the nurse gave me 2 shots, therefore I could wait 2 more days. I called the pharmacy and a lady there told me that the medication will be delivered tomorrow morning (Monday). On Monday afternoon my wife went there and again they said that they have to order it! You should put yourself in my shoes and think of forming a blood clot in veins. I called the customer service, they called the branch and later the branch called me saying, the medication was here but in an unexpected place! I was very confused about what those computers do? Do they order by the name of the patients? Do they register anything? Anyways on Tuesday evening my son went to the pharmacy and this time they gave him 20 doses (5 doses short) why? Because my nurse told them that I will give the patient a few doses in case anything happens. Although I explained to them that I never got any doses from Shoppers, again they gave less than what I expected. Since I was not feeling well, I didn't follow it and I was not able to walk there and talk to them directly. However I would like to report this complaint if it helps to serve patients better.
Survey scam
Your company sent me a survey last month in which vitamin supplements were featured as a reward for filling it out.
On Feb 1 my bank account was drained of money I was not prepared for and has now left me with no food money for this month.
I have tried to rectify this but have had no success.
I have recieved 2 bottles of vitamins for an outrageous price and would like a full refund on this scam.
here is the information on the company involved along with a bank statement

Rude and arrogant pharmacy assistant
I was about to pickup my prescription earlier but the pharmacy assistant said it was already picked-up last week and if I already finished the medication. I told her she didn't give me the medicine last week because she told me that the prescription that was faxed to them from the doctor's office doesn't have a physycian signature. I asked her what is she talking about? she didn't give me my medicine, she then raised her voice. I asked her why she's treating me like that? she then continued speaking with high tone. I asked her are you always like that to your customers, what kind of customer service is that? then she turned her back on me and went away like nothing happened. I wish I could speak to the Owner/manager of that pharmacy.
Desired outcome: proper customer service training to the employee involve
Pharmacy services and customer support
Poor customer support. No matter the time of day, or evening. Reaching the pharmacy by telephone, is not possible most of the time. I’m on hold, as I type this, it’s been 20 minutes already, and this is my second attempt! The previous call, I hung up after 16 minutes! I needed to know if my doctor returned the fax, for a refill. Is there any way to improve...

Gift cards
Before Christmas I purchased 3 Esso $50.00 gift cards. My daughters went to use them and they where told there was nothing on them. I contacted Shopper at 15 Westney Road in Ajax. Explained my situation to the manager. She told me to call1-800-746-7737 customer service. I called. Explained everything, she transferred me to third party. I Explained everything, she transferred me to on line gift cards. Explained everything and was told he didn't handle in store gift cards. I was transferred to Jose who wanted a 16 digit number off the card. There is no such number on the cards. This is very upsetting. I don't know if you'll look after this as you don't ask for my personal information. However - here it is. Doug Carpenter [protected]. Email: [protected]@rogers.com.
Desired outcome: I want the $50.00 put on the gift cards
I had bought LIFE products which I am currently dissatisfied with all of them. The first were latex free bandages that didn’t stick, I had to use to scotch tape until I got Bandaids that stuck.
Then I purchased Life brand medicated Corn removers and I tried to use 1 today and that didn’t stick, getting ticked off.
I purchased LIFE brand High performance fine mint flavored Dental Flossers. I tried using 3 of them and they frayed and 1 of them ripped and in between my teeth and I had to get tweezers to get it out.
I had bought the small aspirin and I cannot say whether they are working or not so I will switch them to Aspirin
Now I am really frustrated with LIFE products.
I don’t know if Galen Weston would want about these products so I would advise him because that is what his commercial supports.
Service
Hello I used to work at shoppers in corner brook nl, I loved working there until I found out that my manager was talking about me with other employees there and when I first found out I went to the owner and she said that she was going to do something or talk to them about it but it never got talked about after and I never heard anything after that. So one of the workers that work there is one of my friends and they told me that it is still going on and that most of the workers there don't want me there, I also feel like every day I need off for college with exams and other things, they would not give it too me off so now looking back at it I feel as that was their way of getting rid of me because that they had no reason to fire me. The reason I waited so long to complain when I should of just went to the labor board is because now with school I need a reference from my old job and I am scared to even ask because I know they will no be honest with it and this is for western health as to me bettering myself and this is my dream job that I have worked so hard for and I don't want their reference to ruin my chance with getting in. I didn't want to leave shoppers but I felt like I had too, after hearing the things I did that other workers hated me and were talking about me it made my stomach hurt every time I would go to work and I even started calling in sick way to often because of it so I just decided to quit.
Marbotic smart kit letters & numbers
I purchased a Marbotic Smart Kit Letters & Numbers interactive game for my toddler yesterday. The toy is in box and the box has a thin cardboard cover glued on it. To get to the box i used a pair of scissors to cut the cardboard on one side.
Once opened, i found the apps to download to play the game on a tablet but these apps are unable to connect to my Wi-Fi and ask for an internet connection. I do not have a data plan on the table, only Wi-Fi access.
Realising that this would not work for me, i went to Phamarpaix today to return it and they say they cannot take a return when the box is opened.
i was so shocked... this toy was 79.99$ and is literally untouched since all i did was download the app.
I looked at the return policy and nowhere does it mention this. The store owner was uninterested in helping. Completing dismissed me and told me there was nothing he could do. The box never mentioned a data connection was required and He said i should have researched about the game online before buying it.
I am so confused.. how do people return items without opening the box and trying them out (which i didn't even get to do at all!)
79.99$ down the drain because nowhere o
Desired outcome: I would like to return this thing and get my money back
Staff
Wow.
Stopped in shoppers Syd river yesterday to pick up a RX and some snacks.
Coming from puttering around at sister's barn. . I was dressed in old clothes. The hair raised up on the back of my neck. Lol so I turned around there was an employee watching me real close. And might I add she was NOT 6ft away as per protocol. Lol
I wonder how much was actually taken by someone who was ‘Actually' shoplifting?
Advice for wanna be security:
Don't let the attire throw you, and the stigma attached to people who don't wear brand name expensive clothing.
1. Get some training.
2. Your store is not that fancy.
3. People shopping in work clothes have money and good intentions despite what you think.
4. While you're following the WRONG one you're employer is losing money at the other end of the store, or maybe in the next aisle.
5. There is NOTHING I would want THAT Bad.
The experience was unnerving and I was insulted.
I will be moving my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. I won't shop in a store where I am not comfortable.
Desired outcome: You tell me?!
Oral b electric toothbrush/ customer service didn’t exchange it
I got an electric toothbrush as a Christmas gift. I attach picture with invoice number and more information.
As it hasn't been working properly I took it to the Shopper's store located at 125 The Queensway today Sunday January 16th 2022, 5 pm for an exchange.
The supervisor, male mid 30's blonde long hair told me to make a claim to manufacturer because they wouldn't exchange or return the item.
I really think he should have exchange it but he didn't even care in looking at the invoice or anything, pretty poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Get the exchange at the 125 The Queensway store
Butter
I went out in the freezing cold this morning to get butter at john st store. No butter. They went to the back. No butter. Ask for a rain check. They said they couldn't give me one. I was there before 9am and it was advertised in your flyer. This is bad... That's not the first time they have been out of flyer items. Knowing it is on sale this morning, they...

I am new in town but over the past couple months I have experienced a decline in customer service at the Essex, ontario location. This has become the norm at this location and I was shocked to learn that one...
