Shoppers Drug Mart - Sale price not honored

I purchased Oikos Yogurt through self check out. This product had a sale tag on the shelf stating it was $5.99. It rang up as $7.99 so I brought it to the cashier and explained the situation. She asked me to bring her to where the product was. She compared the barcode of the yogurt to the barcode of the sales tag and told me that was the wrong yogurt for that sale tag. The shelf was stocked with 2 different flavors where the tag was. It wasn't like there was 1 container of it, it was stocked incorrectly with many containers as seen in picture below. I explained this to her and she would not honor the sale price. Very disappointing for such a large reputable company not to fix their error.

If you still have the photo showing the error, you could show it to a manager at Shoppers Drug Mart and explain the situation again. Often, they can address these issues directly. If that doesn’t work, using their official customer service channels to report the mislabeling might prompt a correction or possibly get you the sale price retroactively. Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Shoppers Drug Mart - Customer service

I have sent a complaint. I am waiting for a response. It has been longer than the time limit that you have stated to get back to me. Why is the response taking so long?

n April 27, 2023, I went to this store( address below) I purchased over $50.00 as should have received a $10.00 bonus card. After paying for the items, I was told that the store did not receive enough bonus cards. they were out of them! I asked if they could put the $10.00 on my PC optimum card and was told NO!

I then went to anothe store wwhich was on my way home and asked the manager about this and if I could get the bonus card from them. The answer was NO again. Is this how you want to treat your customers? Especially seniors?
