cosmetic counter manager
I was in shopper with my three month old and my husband I was looking for make up so I was looking around and having a hard time could of used some help but the cosmetic manager was talking with one of her friends that had come into the store to see her so about fifteen twenty mins went by we just got the items we did pick out and started walking over to baby section cause you've got similar advance on sale I d wanted to know the price so I walked over to the Cosmetic counter and asked the manager if she could ring the stuff so we knew the price and i told her that it was cause i have a hard time with math she snapped at me and said no I'm not cause I can't void it out i know they can cause ive asked a few times before then she continued saying and I'd feel a lot better if you'd leave your items on the counter At this point there was a couple people around that could hear this and I asked her cause other people where walking away with there items are you implying that I'm stealing or something and she repeated herself saying I said I'd feel better if you left those items here at this point she was very rude and it was obvious what she was implying that I was going to steal the items as well as humiliating me I was in tears at this point I walked away over to my husband and he walked back over because he wanted a reason or an apology and he asked her if there was a reason she was implying that his wife was stealing
And she said o I wasn't and he asked then why are you treating her like this and no one else she had nothing to say then he asked well is it cause her coats dirty or because she has a disability and asked you for help what is it and she yelled at him saying o o no no that's not it well then why would you humiliate her? And she didn't say anything then he asked to see her supervisor or someone in charge and she yelled out I'm the cosmetic manager and he said your the only one she snapped back yep with a rude tone at this point she east allowing us to speak to someone in charge so my husband said fine we'll go shop at Walmart where we're treated with some respect and we left . I'm truly sorry for having to write this and have to be going threw this but I honestly think that ladies should be talk to on how to treat people and to be sensitive to all people well talking to them cause when center s in on me and my native husband because there where others there and they where not treated like this I'm not implying it was anything to do with race but its just weird how we where the only ones tobe told it would make her feel a lot better leave there items on the counter ..
Thank you for taking the time to read this

On March 6, 2018 I submitted a complaint to Shoppers Corporate regarding the offensive, aggressive and rude behaviour from the female pharmacist at McCowan Rd/Ellesmere in Scarborough, ON. This was not the first complaint submitted to Shoppers and the store about this woman's inappropriate behaviour, yet I have not received a single acknowledgement from Shoppers Corporate nor the store. Her behaviour was over-the-top offensive and rude to both myself and my physician -- my physician stated that she would never deal with this pharmacy again after repeated incidents. I have also personally witnessed her behaviour towards the wonderful staff in the store and am aware of many complaints -- yet, no action to remediate. Shame on you, Shoppers. You have lost a 20 year loyal customer.

On March 28th I bought 4 perfume on special at 19.99 each. When returned home, I didn't like 3 of them. Was very strong so decided to return it to store. The lady at the cosmetics name Susan, first told me that she will do the return this time but the product once opened wont be returned. She started scanning my reciept and one of the item was not matching and she was accusing me of returning another product. I even asked her and give her a chance to correct her accusation but she kept telling me that its not scanning, you are returning us some other product. She called the supervisor and she was not letting me explain my side of story, she was very loud and controling and with loud voice she asked me if I want refund. I was very embarassed, she made me feel bad as if I have stolen an item and trying to return. The supervisor didn't do anything, he was just standing and watching.

pharmacy - meadowvale town centre
I have had the worst experience with the pharmacy at Meadowvale Shoppers. I am on several medications that I need to take daily. Without these medications I get severe withdrawal symptoms. Shoppers neglected to see that my prescription dated February 14, 2018 had 2 additional repeats on it. When I called on March 24 to refill my prescription they told me I had no repeats. I then called my doctor, furious that she did not give me repeats. When I finally got a hold of my doctor she advised me there definitely was repeats on the prescription and that the pharmacy needs to be more thorough and check the original prescription. With this information I called back the pharmacy and spoke to a lady who advised me she would find my original prescription and call me back with an answer whether or not I had any repeats. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I have been off my medication for days at this point. It turns out the pharmacy was neglectful and missed the repeats, they had been there all along. Meanwhile I had to make numerous phone calls back and forth from the doctor to the pharmacy in order to resolve this. As a result of this I have had to suffer for almost a full week without medication. I have been feeling severe withdrawal symptoms and had to take time off work. This is unacceptable and I will not be filling my prescriptions with this location anymore. The pharmacy needs to realize they are dealing with peoples medication and therefore their well being. It is not fair to me that I had to suffer all this time without medication because of the pharmacy's error. If attention was paid from the beginning this would not have happened. I trust Shoppers with my prescription and it seems they can never get it right. In addition to screwing up my prescription and not calling me back when they said they would, they also do not have the full amount of medication on hand. Therefore after all this I still have to make another trip back to get the rest of my medication. I am unable to sympathize because I did not receive a phone call back, or an apology. I have been suffering from withdrawal symptoms and feel as though someone should be held accountable for this. I believe I should receive a refund for my prescription because of the suffering I had to endure at the hands of Meadowvale Shoppers. Something needs to be done about this location and its staff. I was waiting and relying on getting a phone call back with an answer and the staff didn't even have the decency to tell me it was their fault and my prescription would be ready today. Horrible customer service and no respect for customers time or health for that matter.
rca television and curtis international warranty
Attached are the photos required.
I purchased the TV on November 23, 2017. See invoice attached.
This is a Christmas present, so I set it up on December 27th for my son at his house.
The box was undamaged and and the original packing tape had not been cut or tampered with.
I put the legs on the TV and put it on his TV stand, turned it on and noticed all these horizontal lines running through the bottom portion of the screen. I also see a star shaped area just in about 2 to 3 inches in from the bottom right corner with lines emitting from it.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will try to answer them as best I can.
This will be the only and last time I buy a piece of electronical equipment from a drug store.
We would be happy to provide you with the NUMEROUS e-mails sent to Curtis International and their disgusting responses. They want us to make our Credit Card company pay to replace the TV!

face cream - allergic reaction to it and the store will not take it back
Returning face cream - I will never shop in the Shoppers Drug Mart again.
I have been using No7 Serum for a few months. I like this product. My husband bought for me No7 face cream because I wanted to try more products from this company. I was using No 7 Serum so I wanted to finish it and once I finished it, I tried the face cream. I used this product maybe 3 times and I had an allergic reaction to it. My face was covered in red blemishes. I didn't connect the dots at first but then I stopped using this cream for a week and started again. Yes, I got the red spots all over my face again. I knew it that the No 7 face creams causes it.
Today I went to the: Shoppers Drug Mart at 1644 Hillside Ave, Victoria, BC V8T 2C5. I wanted to return this face cream that causes a severe reaction on my face. My husband lost the receipt so I didn't have the receipt. I said I can take the store credit; I can exchange it for No7 Serum...anything but not this cream. I was told by the lady at the Beauty counter that "sorry, we can't do anything about it". I wanted to talk to a Manager "Sorry, Manager is not available". Really, I shopped at your store a lot and now when I am dealing with a product that causes me an allergic reaction you can't do anything for me? I am disappointed. I do not want to shop in your store again because you are not even trying to help your customers when they need a help with a product that causes severe allergic reaction.
Victoria Walker
I was told even if I would have receipt, it is 30 days refund policy so they would not take it. Why it is so hard for Shoppers Drug Mart exchange this product for something else? I can see that no one understands here that I am not trying to return something because I don't like it...I have allergic reaction to the product! Many stores that I know would help me but not Shoppers Drug Mart. Therefore, I will be taking my money to other stores.
pharmacist
At approximately 8pm on March 21 myself (Trisha Sehl) and my fiance filled out a prescription at the 20 Warren Ave location in Oshawa. During completion of the prescription I was asked if I was familiar with the medication I was being prescribed, and although I answered with a yes, I was told that the pharmacist would like to ask me a few questions. I then went over to the consultant wicket where I was met by a young women who looked to be of Indian decent. I did not catch or remember her name due to the shock of my experience next. The woman asked me if I had taken this medication before and I told her my familiarity with it and was breif because the medication being prescribed to me is of a very personal nature and makes me uncomfortable to speak openly especially at a wicket and not behind a closed door. The pharmacist then asked me straight out what the medication was for and I was again shocked because her being the phamachist should be educated on what she is supppsed to be consulting me about. The pharmacist behaved in a manor that was extremely unprofessional and very inappropriate. The woman proceeded to try to find out further information about my personal situation and advise me on what I was already clearly aware from my own prescribing doctor. This pharmacist breached confidentiality of my medical information in a public setting and did not once offer or get the hint that she should be discussing these personal topics behind closed doors and not in a over the counter environment. Personally I am 8 months pregnant and my patience for ignorance is at an all time low. I was able to leave the pharmacy without telling this phamachist exactly what she did wrong in a field she is supposed to be professionally trained, but instead left because I was much to distraught to get out anything else verbally. I was extremely upset, and even after the incident I am still feeling very strongly about how poorly that phamachist handled me as a customer. I also work in the community as a child and youth worker and have had close experience with this specific pharmacy for over a 4 year span. I have had to fight at times for my clients medication and clarity on prescription issues due to the lack of efficiency/education from that pharmacy. I really feel that a professional trainer should be assessing these workers or terminating individuals who do not understand basic confidentiality, and respect of people's medical history/issues. I will no longer be filling my prescriptions at this location or for any other shopper's drug marts due to the build up of ridiculous issues due to this pharmacy. I would suggest however that as a corporation that has been around for many years that you start to look into these issues as they can result in customers taking legal actions toward your company/ employees/ stores. I hope to hear a response and be aware of the process of resolution that will be taken due to this serious issue. If not I can only assume the negligence does not only start with this specific employee but resides with the rest of this company.
bad service
Hello I would like to file a complaint about rude customer service I received from your location on
1183 Barton St East, Hamilton Ontario
I have been a customer there for years and have never had a complaint until the last couple times at the post office there. The lady there was so rude to me the last 3 times I have been there. I have also witnessed her being rude to other customers as well. Her name is Sarah Constancia and she had yelled at me making me feel very bad, I left there in tears, not only did she ignore me and not want to help me, but I was just trying to ask her a few questions and it seem like I was ruining her day. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I don't know if this is just the way she is, or if she's having a bad day. I wasn't going to say anything but as an older lady I would expect a little more kindness and respect.
Sincerely,
Marie Bartley

I have been on the fentanyl patch for over 2 years to chronic back pain and I am under my doctors strict supervision. For the last 6 months every time I go to get my prescription I am made to feel like I am a drug addict and that I should not be taking them. I understand about the opiod crisis but these pharmasicts are making actual ppl that are actually in pain and need it feel like we are doing something wrong. This stigma each and every single month I go to get my meds is ridiculous. They are NOT a Dr. And they are certainly not MY doctor. And I should not have to feel like a drug addict. I have never abused my medications I am in constant contact with my doctor. And to top it off they talk loudly in front of other customers so I have other customers looking at me now knowing that I'm on opiods. Ridiculous.
charging seniors for drug covered by ontario drug benefit program.
Store # 613
Address : 6579 Highway 7 East, Markham On L3P3B4
Phone : [protected]
Associate owner : Hamat Bhana
The following drug is covered by the Ontario Drug Benefit Program:
Indapamide Hemihyd 1.25mg.
I am a Senior 66 years old and covered by the Ontario Drug Benefit Program(ODBP).
Shoppers Drug Mart has been charging me for this medication referred above for the past year. 4 refills of this medication were taken by me in the past year. My insurance company Manulife drew my attention to this error by Shoppers Drug Mart and asked me to claim a refund from the store.
A letter dated 22nd February, 2018 was personally delivered to the associate owner Hamat Bhana, this was followed by 2 visits to the store, no response as yet. My other heart prescriptions are covered by the ODBP and purchased from the same store. I have been taking prescription medication from this store since the past 5 years.

customers service
I wanted to buy 10 Baxter Butters as advertised in the flyer (which clearly displayed no limit on it). When I did, the cashier was very abrupt and told me there was a limit of 4. When I informed her that I did not see that information on the tag, she told me ‘The limit on anything on sale is 4 and always has been'. When I asked her where I could find this information, she pointed me in the direction of the store flyer which made no mention of it on the ad for the butter, but down below it did say ‘we reserve the right to limit products' which I understand but I don't now know why the limit is assumed to be 4. The cashier left me feeling embarrassed as she was being very loud and making it appear as though I was being a difficult customer. I don't mean to make anyone's job any more difficult than it already is and I understand that working with the public is tough. However, being a small business owner means I need to ensure I am being cost efficient, and keeping my expenses in check. Being a small business owner means I don't get economies of scale like most mass-producers would. I just would have liked to know exactly where that number came from as she explained ‘it just has always been 4', even though I've never encountered this in my nearly 3 years of puchasing this product on sale at this retailer.
passport photo specs
Hi there,
On Dec 21st I had my Permanent Resident photo taken with the intention to submit it with my PR application. When I got into the store I was assured by the staff that they knew the PR specs. They dismissed my offer to provide them with the specs.
Last week when I expected to receive my PR card I was notified that my photo didn't comply with the specs required for a PR application. I went back to the store and asked to review the specs you have in-store. To my surprise, the store did not have the latest PR photo specs on file, while now follow the same specs as a Canadian passport photo.
Because my PR card was delayed due to an error made at your store, I had to reschedule a trip I booked for the end of the month and pay extra fees, which could have been avoided if your staff was informed with the latest specs.
Please take the time to check that all of your stores offering government photos are informed with the correct information. I'm sure I'm not the only one who ran into issues over this, and I worry that others have faced harsher consequences due to this simple error.
service at the hillcrest mall location, richmond hill, ontario
I was they only person in line holding two cosmetic products the staff at cash would not cash my items because they were cosmetics and need to be cashed out at the cosmetic boutique. He said he would get in trouble. I went to the cosmetic boutique and had to wait in line and after waiting a few minutes I left my cosmetics. Not sure why I couldn't purchase my items with the attendant not at cosmetics as he had know one in line. Also, I called exiting the mall and spoke with the cosmetic boutique worker, as I told her what happened and she explained how all cosmetics need to be purchased at the boutique.
Just wanted to let you know I didn't purchase my items because your sales people know nothing about customer service. Explain to me, If I had a bag of chips and a lipstick...which line do I need to pay?
I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received...I will be purchasing my cosmetics from other places from now on..
March 15, 2018 around 8pm...store not busy at all...cosmetic boutique had one customer at the time

blood sugar monitor
I don't know when I purchased my blood sugar monitor but when I paid for it the person on the pharmacy desk nicely told me I should get a prescription for the strips instead on paying $80.00 . Since I didn't go to the doctor for a number of months, I thought I would just buy the strips anyway for $80.00 on seniors day. Just this week, March 12, 2018, I had a meeting with a diabetes specialist who informed me that I should never have paid for a monitor whether I have a prescription for the strips or not. The person at Shoppers was very nice to inform me about getting a prescription BUT she should have also informed me that I would get the monitor for free when purchasing the strips or receiving the strips with a prescription at the same time.
She was very nice and I think just lacked this knowledge.
prescription pick up
I called the shoppers that I deal with regularly to fill a prescription over the phone so I could go and pick it up. I spok with a girl named Alex on the ohone(she was great). After explaining to her that I was out of all of our families inhalers she started to look for who had a perscription left Turned out it was just myself. So she said that I had just filled two in three weeks ago but should not be a problem.
I then went to the store 1/2 hr later as instructed to be told by the lady filling the perscription that she could not help me as it had not been 30days. Not overly happy I left. Then after I left I logged on my benifits to see and nothing was even submitted to say it was denied.
So just wondering if it is more of a company policy to deny before 30days or what the real deal is. Especially as a ventilin inhaler can be used as many times as needed. That and you would think that being there has been a air quality issue for the last week common sense would step in and say. People with breathing difficulties might be using it a bit more
I would like a actual answer in writing pls as I also will be talking to my benefit company in the morning to make sure something was attempted and that there is this clause on my benifits as I have never had a issue with the plan before except at shopper
My number is403 999 1651 if someone would like to discuss further. Thank you

2339 ogilvie rd location in Gloucester Ontario. I patentally waited in line after a very long line up. So much so she had to call for another cashier. I was purchasing a bag of chips and asked for 40 dollar cash back. The cashier proceeding to yell at me no I don't have any money for you to have cash back. I asked her if the other cash that was being operated at the time was available and had money she then again yelled and gave me attitude saying no he doesn't either! It was extremely embarrassing and I do not deserve to be treated like that. Also there never seems to be any sort of manager ever. I cannot even talk to to complain too. My boyfriend got kick out because he was treated like [censor] as well. The cashier asked if he wanted a bag after the transaction was complete with debit card. So no he's not gonna put his card in again for 5 cents. And she was extremely rude and embarrassed him as well. H e had to walk home with an arm full of stuff... I'm sick and tired of bro g treated like garbage from this location. March 13 2018 at around 440pm. My name is Tara Trudeau and my number is [protected]
Shoppers drug mart
pharmacist infringement of private rights and not respectful
On Mar 11, 2018, I ordered prescribed medication at Shoppers Drug Mart #[protected] Cambie Road, Richmond BC). I need to complain 2 things about the Pharmacist, Katie Gretzinger:
1) Infringement of private rights. She shouldn't asked me the reason why did the doctor prescribed these medication to me in the first question. I paused and didn't answer for a few seconds because there were people around me. Then she asked "is it because of mood. I nodded. She kept asking " Is it because of depression?". I nodded again. Then she told me the side effect about the medication such as constipation, etc. What's the point to ask the reason for prescribing the medication? It seems like not affecting how I will take it or causing more side effects. She didn't explain why she needs that information. All a pharmacist needs to do is to explain how I need to take it and the side effects!
2) She didn't give me all medication as I requested. I dropped my prescription off and back in an hour. Then she told me I will need to come back again in 2 weeks for my safety reason to have the refill?! I know I have different dosage starting in the 3 weeks. From my previous experience with other shoppers drug mart pharmacist, they would have made it clear on the label and told me before I left. Why couldn't she done it in this way? Even she made her own decision, should you call the customer and ask for advice before you do so. I have 2 kids and I need to work. I am busy all days in a week. Thus, my husband and 2 kids (baby) needed to wait in the car for her to prepare the rest of the medication. This is not respectful to the customer. We are the customer, we made the choice, not the pharmacist! Unless you can deliver the medication to me without charges!
On March 6, 2018 I submitted a complaint to Shoppers Corporate regarding the offensive, aggressive and rude behaviour from the female pharmacist at McCowan Rd/Ellesmere in Scarborough, ON. optimum card
Please put a security feature on this card. Since the switch, I've "lost" the new card with all my points I've been saving for years )over $75) and then a new card with $30 was stolen from my jacket pocket at my gym. I didn't even have a chance to put either in my wallet when they went missing and I have no way of getting them back. I'm now shopping at Sephora where my account is safe
gift cards
I recently received a Shopper's Drug Mart Gift Card when I went to redeem the card the cashier told me they have been having a problem with them so she had to get the manager on duty who then told me if I want to redeem the card it will be a 45 minute wait or I could go home and do it myself. Fortunately it only took 15 minutes but will definitely be my last visit to Shopper's
cosmetics manager in cedar hills surrey
I shopped last week and asked for a maybelline new lipstick that i really wanted coz I checked it has a very good review so I came across this lady named hosai at first she was so pleasant that asked if I need help and I told her what I want so she showed me the lipstick but the color that I wanted was not there so I asked her if she can check with other shoppers nearby which is Surrey Central and Nordel Way. I've waited for about 15 to 20 minutes but she never came back to me so I went to the front of cosmetics and found her she was in her mobile phone... I was so disappointed that you asked a customer to wait and you will just be in your phone for 15-20 minutes. As a person in managerial position should be professional enough in handling customers.. I will never shop in this location anymore if the manager is into phone I think much more the other cosmetics staff.
