I called shoppers drug mart to ask about the clinic that's in the same building as them but different entrances. I tried my best to look for it online but I couldn't so I figured my best bet Would be to call shoppers drug mart. The reason why I was confident that they'd help me was because they have helped me regarding the clinic many many times before with no problems. I called today and one of the employees picked up and she was very difficult to talk to, she would reply very rudely like "what do you want me to do I can't help you" and she sounded very rude so automatically me as a customer I felt like no she doesn't have the right to talk to me like this I'm a customer here I've been coming here all my life what if I need something from the store so I asked her can you please find out for me instead of arguing with me and the response I got was shocking! She yelled at me saying ummm you want me to start asking people for you no I'm busy! And she hung up. I called back hoping I could speak to someone else but it was her again and she had the audacity to try and turn it on me saying you were the one being rude to me I'm busy bye and she hung up again. I have worked in stores before myself I have worked as a customer service representative and I was shocked that the management would let this type of customer service happen in their store. It's shocking and it's a shame for them. I would suggest that shoppers drug mart should start hiring respectful people that are not sick of their jobs. Thank you!
